Genauer gesagt findet einmal in der Woche der <strong>&#8222;Sophia&#8217;s Garnelen-Dienstag&#8220;<\/strong> statt. Da ich gro\u00dfer Freund der kleinen Delikatesse auf meinem Teller und dazu auch von Beginn an\u00a0Fan vom Sophia&#8217;s Restaurant &amp; Bar bin, hat es\u00a0 nicht lang gedauert und der Tisch am Dienstagabend war reserviert.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Sophia&#8217;s Garnelen-Dienstag\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Neben dem regul\u00e4ren Men\u00fc und \u00e0 la carte Gesch\u00e4ft,\u00a0steht seit gut einem Monat auch der &#8222;Sophia&#8217;s Garnelen-Dienstag&#8220; in der Speisekarte. Das hei\u00dft, ihr k\u00f6nnt jeden Dienstagabend vorbeikommen und bekommt<strong> f\u00fcr 49 Euro pro Person<\/strong> acht gro\u00dfe Black-Tiger Garnelen mit <strong>verschiedenen Dips und Saucen<\/strong> sowie frei w\u00e4hlbare Beilagen. Serviert werden die Garnelen auf einer mit Bananenblatt belegten Platte mit drei kleinen unterschiedlich bef\u00fcllten Dip-T\u00f6pfchen (Pesto, Guacamole, Aioli), welche geschmacklich ideal zu dem zarten und leichten Garnelenfleisch abgestimmt sind. Noch mehr Spa\u00df macht das Ganze nat\u00fcrlich, wenn ihr euch zwei, oder wahlweise auch drei bis vier <strong>verschiedene Beilagen<\/strong> aussucht. Auf der Karte stehen daf\u00fcr sowohl r\u00f6sch-knusprige S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Fries oder knackiges Grillgem\u00fcse sowie ein mit geschmacklich stimmigem Dressing angemachter bunter Salat. Mein Tipp: Wenn ihr mit\u00a0gro\u00dfem Hunger kommt, empfehle ich euch auch noch eine der leckeren Vorspeisen vor den Garnelen zu w\u00e4hlen.\u00a0Als Beilage zu den Garnelen w\u00e4hlte ich sodann bei meinem Besuch die Fries und das Gem\u00fcse. Meine Begleitung entschied sich f\u00fcr das Pendant, n\u00e4mlich Kr\u00e4uterbaguette und Salat. Letztendlich landet dann alles zwischen euch und eurer Begleitung auf dem Tisch und ihr k\u00f6nnt wahlweise alles teilen &#8211; so zumindest haben wir es gemacht. Die pro Person im 8er-Set servierten Garnelen sind von bester Qualit\u00e4t, perfekt ausgel\u00f6st und mit ein zwei gekonnten Hand- bzw. Messer- und Gabelgriffen, habt ihr das pure und zarte Garnelenfleisch auf\u00a0 der Gabel. Auch die Beilagen schmecken ganz vorz\u00fcglich und harmonieren geschmacklich mit den Garnelen. Gemeint ist das so, dass sowohl die Beilagen als auch Garnelen, nicht nur zum gesetzten Dinner, sondern eben auch zum gem\u00fctlichen lockeren Beisammensitzen, schnacken und z.B. S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel futtern, Garnelen snacken und Baguette knabbern in entspannter Runde einl\u00e4dt. Wohl f\u00fchlt man sich im Sophia&#8217;s sowohl\u00a0 w\u00e4hrend eines vierg\u00e4ngigen Men\u00fcs, f\u00fcr ein \u00e0 la carte-Essen, bei ein paar kreativen Drinks in der Bar (&#8230;alles schon erlebt&#8230;) oder eben auch\u00a0beim neuen &#8222;Sophia&#8217;s Garnelen-Dienstag&#8220;.\u00a0 Sch\u00f6n ist auch, dass es davor das<strong> legend\u00e4re &#8222;Brotzeitbrett&#8220;<\/strong> gibt, welches immer wieder wechselnde kleine K\u00f6stlichkeiten f\u00fcr einen gelungenen Start in den Abend bereit h\u00e4lt und immer serviert wird, wenn ihr abends zum Essen kommt (nicht nur am Garnelen-Dienstag). Mein Favorit, die Burrata auf der Karte des Sophia&#8217;s, ist so unversch\u00e4mt lecker, dass es gar eine S\u00fcnde w\u00e4re auf den Starter zum Einstieg zu verzichten. Alternativ gibt es auch noch im \u00e0 la carte-Bereich den Sophia&#8217;s Salat, das Tatar vom Label Rounge Lachs, die Jakobsmuschel mit Radicchio, Nashi Birne und Petersilienwurzel oder auch Iberico Schwein mit Paprika, Aioli und Kapern als Starter &#8211; alles zwischen 12 und 21 Euro.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Infos und pers\u00f6nliche Meinung<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Eine Reservierung vorab bzw. konkrete Nennung, dass ihr f\u00fcr den &#8222;Sophia&#8217;s Garnelen-Dienstag&#8220; kommt, ist vorab nicht zwingend n\u00f6tig, da die Tiger-Garnelen samt Beilage mit auf die regul\u00e4re Speisekarte aufgenommen wurden. Solltet ihr aber in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gruppe kommen, empfehle ich euch dennoch vorab einen Tisch zu reservieren. Meine Meinung ganz klar: Ein Abend in dem sch\u00f6nen Sophia&#8217;s Restaurant &amp; Bar lohnt sich einfach immer und immer wieder &#8211; so oft ich auch komme, gelange ich zu diesem Entschluss. Dazu finde ich knapp 50 Euro f\u00fcr einen so sch\u00f6nen Abend, mit Spitzenqualit\u00e4t auf dem Teller und einem stimmigen &#8222;Drumherum&#8220; vollkommen angemessen.
