The meal begins with a dish that immediately evokes the feeling of May: asparagus combined with green tomato, elderflower, and hazelnut. The tender spring asparagus meets the light acidity of the tomato, the floral notes of the elderflower, and the subtle nuttiness – a very elegant start that perfectly showcases the kitchen's signature style.

The next course is langoustine with water spinach and lemongrass polenta. The succulent seafood blends perfectly in your mouth with the aromatic freshness of the lemongrass and the creamy polenta. Look forward to a dish that is light, aromatic, and wonderfully balanced.

Your main course brings a truly high-quality product to the plate: Poltinger lamb. It's accompanied by aubergine, dates, and pannisse (a type of sweet bread). What I particularly enjoyed was that each course had its own unique concept, the ingredients were of absolutely top quality, and each course built upon the previous one. It's clear that the chefs at this popular Starnberg gourmet restaurant cook with a great deal of experience and passion.
