{"id":11659,"date":"2015-01-31T10:50:50","date_gmt":"2015-01-31T09:50:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.de\/?p=11659"},"modified":"2017-07-16T18:18:22","modified_gmt":"2017-07-16T16:18:22","slug":"buffet-kull-bar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/en\/alle\/buffet-kull-bar\/","title":{"rendered":"BUFFET KULL BAR \u2013 City Center \u2013 International"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>+ + + Anzeige + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wie ich k\u00fcrzlich auf meiner Seite schon angek\u00fcndigt habe, war ich neulich mit meiner Begleitung in der Kull Bar, bzw. korrekt im &#8222;Buffet Kull Bar&#8220; in der N\u00e4he des Isators in der M\u00fcnchner Innenstadt. Vor ab m\u00f6chte ich sagen, dass man nat\u00fcrlich auch als Restaurant und noch so gute gastronomische Einheit in einer Stadt auch einmal &#8222;einen schlechten Tag&#8220; haben kann. Als n\u00e4chstes muss ich jedoch leider auch sagen, dass ich diesen gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung definitiv erwischt habe. Es fing leider schon damit an, dass meine Begleitung und ich den um 20:00 Uhr reservierten Tisch nicht bekamen und \u00fcber 25 Minuten darauf an der Bar warten mussten. Ich war bereits fr\u00fcher als 20:00 Uhr in dem Lokal und kannte zuf\u00e4llig auch Leute an einem anderen Tisch, an dem ich f\u00fcr ein kurzen Plausch Platz nahm. Ich erw\u00e4hnte zweifach, dass ich um acht f\u00fcr zwei Personen reserviert h\u00e4tte und mich dann direkt umsetzen w\u00fcrde und daher auch an dem ersten Tisch nichts bestellen m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\">\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Als es dann soweit war und meine Begleitung auch vor Ort war, war kein Tisch f\u00fcr uns frei. Um Punkt acht hie\u00df es, es w\u00fcrde nur noch kurz dauern. Wir standen aber leider bis kurz nach 20:30 Uhr an der Bar und warteten. Erst nachdem wir nachfragten und ein wenig unseren Unmut \u00e4u\u00dferten, kam ein Herr des Services (ich denke die Serviceleitung) auf die Idee uns einen Aperitif anzubieten. Soweit so gut &#8211; ein feiner und auch angebrachter Zug. Wir bekamen dann einen Zweiertisch, als wir kurz davor waren das Restaurant zu verlassen. Wir konnten beim besten Willen nicht \u00fcbersehen, dass das P\u00e4rchen, welches vor ab an diesem Platz sa\u00df, einfach mit seinen Getr\u00e4nken an die Bar verfrachtet wurde. Dort ging also eindeutig etwas mit der Tischreservierung schief. Es standen auch zahlreiche, weitere Gr\u00fcppchen hinter uns &#8211; ebenfalls wartend an der Bar, welche die gleiche Aussage bekamen, dass bald etwas frei werden w\u00fcrde bzw. h\u00f6rte ich mit wie sich ein weiteres Paar (mit Reservierung) beschwerte.<\/p>\n<p>Nun gut. Wir sa\u00dfen endlich an unserem Tisch, jedoch ohne versprochen Aperitif. Pl\u00f6tzlich wurden uns zwei kleine Teller mit einem \u201eGru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche\u201c vor die Nase gestellt. Nat\u00fcrlich eine nette Geste und auch gern gesehen, wobei ich es etwas seltsam fand, dass uns dieser als &#8222;auf&#8217;s Haus&#8220; serviert wurde, da dieser meiner Erfahrung nach immer umsonst ist (darum ja &#8222;Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche&#8220;) und wir ja eigentlich den Aperitif bekommen sollten. Das beide Tellerchen mit Fleisch waren ist nat\u00fcrlich nicht weiter schlimm, da ja niemand in dem Restaurant wissen kann, dass ich kein Fleisch esse. Als ich dies anmerkte war die Kellnerin so nett in der K\u00fcche zu fragen ob es eine vegetarische Vorspeise g\u00e4be. Als dann mein Teller gebracht wurde bekam ich zwei kleine Spinat Gnoccis mit einer Cocktailtomate serviert. Wir fragten wo unser versprochene Aperitif bleiben w\u00fcrde. Die Kellnerin meinte tats\u00e4chlich wovon wir sprechen w\u00fcrden, worauf hin wir ihr etwas verwundert sagten ein Herr vom Service h\u00e4tte uns bez\u00fcglich des langen Wartens einen Hugo und einen Aperol Spritz versprochen. Als wir sogar auf dem Herren deuten mussten, welcher uns dies zusagte, meinte die Kellnerin tats\u00e4chlich \u201eDer arbeitet hier nicht\u201c. Ich wei\u00df, das klingt jetzt lustig und man k\u00f6nnte auch denken, es l\u00e4ge ein Irrtum vor. Jedoch habe ich mich noch einmal bei meinem in dem Restaurant ebenfalls befindlichen Freund r\u00fcckversichert, ob der Herr, welcher uns die Getr\u00e4nke ausgab auch definitiv in Verbindung mit der Kull Bar st\u00fcnde und die Befugnis h\u00e4tte uns dies anzubieten &#8211; dies war definitiv so und wir mussten beide sehr lachen, weil wir das wirklich nicht glauben konnten. \ud83d\ude42 Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, nach einem hin und her und einem regelrechte m Wortgefecht bekamen wir den durchaus k\u00f6stlichem Hugo und Aperol Spritz serviert. Eigentlich wollte ich noch nach einem Strohhalm fragen, lies es aber aufgrund des vorangegangenen Chaos gut sein. Dazu m\u00f6chte ich noch sagen, dass ich grunds\u00e4tzlich niemals mit dem Gast diskutieren w\u00fcrde bzgl. einem zugesagtem Getr\u00e4nk, zumindest nicht wenn ich ein bestimmten Standard im Restaurant biete und eher zu den etwas &#8222;besseren&#8220; Lokalen geh\u00f6re. Naja&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Was die Hauptgerichte und allgemeinen Speisen der Bar angeht, ist die Auswahl \u00fcberschaubar (Alles auf einer DIN A4 Seite) und bietet zahlreiche Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und einige Desserts, wie z.B. einen Kaiserschmarren. F\u00fcr Vegetarier gibt es nicht viel im Angebot, bzw. nur eine Speise. Darum war eigentlich schon klar, was ich essen werde und ich entschied mich f\u00fcr die Spinatgnocchi mit Ofentomaten und geriebener Belperknolle f\u00fcr 14,50\u20ac. Meine Begleitung entschied sich f\u00fcr die gebratenen Calamari mit Safranrisotto und Weissweinschaum f\u00fcr 19,00\u20ac. Die beiden Hauptspeisen wurden schnell und gleichzeitig serviert. Mein Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche stellte sich im Nachhinein als &#8222;kleine Portion&#8220; meiner Hauptspeise heraus. Das war zwar nicht sonderlich kreativ, aber f\u00fcr mich noch halbwegs in Ordnung, da ich mich ja selbst entschieden hatte dort zu essen, trotz der fleischlastigen Karte. Sowohl die Gnoccis als auch die Calamaris schmeckten einwandfrei, lediglich waren die Calamaris meiner Begleitung zu salzig. Selbst wenn ihr gerne auch mal sehr salzig esst, das war an der Grenze zu &#8222;versalzen&#8220;. Die Portionen sind in Ordnung und machen satt. Optisch ist das Essen appetitlich und ansehnlich angerichtet gewesen.<\/p>\n<p>Wer meine Artikel regelm\u00e4\u00dfig liest, wei\u00df, dass ich selbst das schlechteste Restaurant mit dem schrecklichstem Essen nicht einfach nur &#8222;in der Luft zerrei\u00dfe&#8220;, sondern eben die Fakten, wie ich sie erlebt habe und pers\u00f6nlich empfand nenne &#8211; im positiven wie im negativen Sinne. Darum muss ich euch leider sagen, dass ich euch aufgrund meiner Erlebnisse &#8211; was den Service angeht &#8211; auf keinen Fall einen Besuch empfehlen kann. Wir waren freundlich zum Personal, baten freundlich selbst nach \u00fcber 20 Minuten um unseren reservierten Tisch und reagierten auch locker, als die Bedienung mit einer Speisekarte, welche noch bei uns auf dem Tisch lag, fast meinen Hugo umkippte. Trotzdem waren wir merklich nicht mehr sonderlich offen f\u00fcr Witzchen oder weitere Fehler und Fauxpas. Wir wurden, dann zwar immer wieder gefragt ob wir nicht einen Cappuccino, Kaiserschmarren, etc. m\u00f6chten, f\u00fchlten uns durch die st\u00e4ndigen Fragen deswegen auch nicht ernster genommen. Dazu kommt, dass durch einen Zufall heraus kam bzw. deutlich wurde, dass ich Restauranttesterin bin und \u00fcber die Kull Bar nach meinem heutigen Besuch schreiben werde &#8211; trotzdem lief Alles schief was schief laufen konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Als meine Begleitung und ich dann gehen wollten und bezahlt hatten (insgesamt 42\u20ac mit Trinkgeld &#8211; ohne den Hugo und den Aperol Spritz) waren unsere Jacken pl\u00f6tzlich weg. Ich wei\u00df wirklich nicht ob es als auflockernder Scherz gedacht war, aber wir sollten unsere Jacken beschreiben und der Herr aus der Serviceleitung fand es wohl witzig zu verschwinden und mit zwei &#8211; \u00fcberhaupt nicht unserer Beschreibung entsprechenden &#8211; knallbunten Regenjacken zur\u00fcck zu kommen. Dann reichte es mir ehrlich gesagt gewaltig. Wir nahmen die Jacken und gingen. Am Schluss meinte ich noch zu meiner Begleitung vor dem Restaurant &#8211; mit zwei kleinen aufgestellten Tischen davor -, dass das Einzige, was nicht schief gelaufen w\u00e4re die Bestellung und das Servieren der Hauptgerichte gewesen w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n<p>Vom Ambiente her ist das Restaurant gem\u00fctlich und i.d.R. stets gut besetzt. Die Tische stehen etwas eng beisammen und wie erw\u00e4hnt tummelten sich stets mehrere Menschentrauben an der Bar, welche keinen Tisch bekamen. Das Restaurant verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Raum mit zahlreichen Tischen, dekorativen Bildern an den W\u00e4nden, ged\u00e4mmten Licht und stimmiger Atmosph\u00e4re. Alles in Allem war das Essen in Ordnung und allein betrachtet k\u00f6nnte man wieder kommen, wenn der Koch den Salzstreuer etwas vorsichtiger verwendet. Was den Service angeht &#8211; sorry liebe Kull Bar &#8211; absolute Vollkatastrophe &#8211; und ich bin wei\u00df Gott kein pedantischer Spieser, lasse mir auch mal versehentlich ein Glas Wein vom Service \u00fcber die Hose sch\u00fctten und komme dennoch wieder. Aber das ging gar nicht. Vom Ambiente her nett und ebenfalls in Ordnung. Wenn ihr es lieber leise und geordnet habt, wie beim klassischen Italiener, dann ist das nichts f\u00fcr euch. F\u00fcr einen lockeren Abend f\u00fcr Fleisch-Fans aber empfehlenswert. Mein Freund, welchen ich zuf\u00e4llig im Restaurant traf, meinte, dass alle Fleischspeisen, welche ihr Tisch bestellte einwandfrei gewesen w\u00e4ren. Was den Service &#8211; zumindest bei meinem Besuch &#8211; angeht: Setzen sechs! Ich wei\u00df, dass die Kull Bar auch immer mehr zum Szene-Restaurant wird und es zahlreiche Leute gibt, welche immer wieder und wieder kommen und zufrieden gehen. Vielleicht habe ich einfach nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt&#8230;. Entscheidet selbst. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:<\/strong>\u00a0Das Essen war k\u00f6stlich.
