Das Restaurant liegt nur ca. 200 Meter \u00a0Luftlinie von der bekannten Luxus-Shoppingmeile &#8222;Maximilianstra\u00dfe&#8220; entfernt. Schon direkt nach dem Eintreten, nahmen meine Begleitung und ich das gehobene Ambiente und die schicke Atmosph\u00e4re wahr. Noch als ich im Eingangsbereich stand \u00a0kam eine freundliche Kellerlin auf mich zu, fragte mich nach unserer Reservierung, nahm mir die\u00a0Jacke ab und brachte mich an einen gem\u00fctlichen Vierertisch im hinteren\u00a0Bereich mit zahlreichen weiteren Tischen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Meine Begleitung selbst kam etwas sp\u00e4ter, da die Parkplatzsuche in diesem Eck mit ein wenig Zeitaufwand verbunden sein kann. Ich nutzte die Zeit um mich ein wenig im Restaurant um zu sehen und mir einen Eindruck zu machen Das Jin ist recht dunkel aber dennoch gem\u00fctlich eingerichtet. Die Tische sind bereits mit wei\u00dfen Stoffservietten und asiatischen Essst\u00e4bchen vor gedeckt, Platz genommen wird auf rot gepolsterten Sitzb\u00e4nken bzw.\u00a0St\u00fchlen, im Eingangsbereich befindet sich der K\u00fcchen- bzw. Servicebereich, dunkle Holzb\u00f6den liegen im gesamten Restaurantbereich aus, interessantes Lichtdesign und eine insgesamt \u00fcberzeugende Atmosph\u00e4re herrschen vor. Das komplette Restaurant wurde bei unserem Besuch von einer \u00a0einzigen Kellnerin im Service betrieben. Insgesamt blieb das den Abend unseres Aufenthalts (wir waren an einem Wochentag vor Ort) \u00fcber\u00a0auch so und lediglich drei bis vier Tische waren besetzt.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\">\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Als meine Begleitung dann einen Parkplatz gefunden hatte und auch eintrat bzw. Platz nahm, bekamen wir die Speisekarten vorgelegt. Nat\u00fcrlich wurde ich vorab gefragt, ob ich schon etwas bestellen wolle, tat dies aber nicht. In den Fotos k\u00f6nnt ihr das Speiseangebot des Restaurants einsehen. Dieses ist etwas sonderbar gegliedert. F\u00fcr uns war nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbar, wobei es sich um Vor- bzw. Hauptspeisen handelt. Auf der Karte befand sich beispielsweise eine Hakkaido K\u00fcrbis Suppe \u00a0mit Jacobsmuschel (f\u00fcr 18\u20ac), welche ich gerne essen wollte und eben eine Vorspeise war &#8211; aber mitten in den &#8222;Jin\u00b4s Empfehlungen&#8220; \u00a0zwischen den Hauptgerichten aufgelistet war. Ich bestellte sie nach dieser Info der Kellnerin dennoch und w\u00e4hlte als Hauptgericht das Kabeljaur\u00fcckenfilet mit Gew\u00fcrzen und Wokgem\u00fcse (f\u00fcr knackige 32\u20ac). Meine Begleitung entschied sich f\u00fcr das\u00a0Entre C\u00f4te vom Charolais-Rind &#8211; ebenfalls mit Wokgem\u00fcse (f\u00fcr 26\u20ac). Dazu bestellten wir eine Flasche Wasser (Gerolsteiner, 0,75l, 7\u20ac) &#8211; ich bin teilweise immer wieder schockiert \u00fcber die Preise einer Flasche Wasser in M\u00fcnchen. Ich habe mich auch schon einmal n\u00e4her mit dem Thema besch\u00e4ftigt und nach gelesen, warum dies so ist, etc., dennoch irgendwie schwierig f\u00fcr mich, da in mancherlei &#8211; nicht unbedingt schlechten Restaurants &#8211; das ein oder andere Hauptgericht bereits um die sieben Euro kostet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nun gut&#8230;wir gaben die Bestellung auf und waren beide etwas genervt, als die ansonsten recht freundliche Kellnerin ein wenig &#8222;von oben herab&#8220; wirkte, als wir sie einige Fragen zu den einzelnen Hauptgerichten auf der Karte fragten. (Ein klein wenig im Sinne von: &#8222;Guuuut, dann beantworte ich euch Volllaien das eben, wenn ihr selbst das nicht wisst&#8230;.&#8220;). Als wir uns entschieden hatten und Alles bestellt war kam meine Suppe relativ schnell an unseren Platz. Vorab gab es einen kleinen &#8222;Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche&#8220;, bestehend aus einer Wildfang Garnele mit ged\u00e4mpfter Sojabohne. Durchaus k\u00f6stlich. Meine Suppe lies ich mir schmecken, die Portion war angemessen und geschmacklich in Ordnung. Eher d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig &#8211; also nicht wie eine Cremesuppe, aber durchaus genie\u00dfbar. Nat\u00fcrlich sind 18\u20ac f\u00fcr eine Suppe hoch gepokert und auch hier mag der ein oder adere schon Probleme haben, die Vorspeise \u00fcberhaupt noch genie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Wenn man aber allein beim Geschmackserlebnis bleibt, die Relation &#8222;Suppe-Preis&#8220; ausblendet, war es in Verbindung mit der k\u00f6stlichen Jacobsmuschel ganz klar eine k\u00f6stliche Suppe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bis die beiden Hauptgerichte vor uns standen verging ganz sch\u00f6n viel Zeit. Wir sa\u00dfen sicherlich 30 &#8211; 40 Minuten an unserem Tisch nach dem mein Suppenteller leer gel\u00f6ffelt war. Als uns die Teller gleichzeitig vorgesetzt wurden, war ich von der Optik schon einmal schwer begeistert. Die beiden Gerichten waren erste Klasse angerichtet und auch nach dem ersten Bissen meines Fischs wurde ich nicht entt\u00e4uscht. Wir bekamen beide zu unseren Hauptgerichten, kein zus\u00e4tzliches Besteck \ud83d\ude09 &#8211; ihr solltet also definitiv mit dem St\u00e4bchenessen vertraut sein, sonst habt ihr ziemlich lange was zu tun. ;-). Mein Fisch war jedoch so zart, dass ich diesen, noch nicht mal wirklich zerdr\u00fccken musste um ihn portionsweise essen zu k\u00f6nnen. Zugegeben, f\u00fcr die genannten 32\u20ac war die Portion etwas &#8222;schwierig&#8220;, dennoch wurde ich &#8211; auch wegen der vorangegangenen Suppe &#8211; schlie\u00dflich satt. Meine Begleitung war nicht ganz so zufrieden. Das Fleisch war in Ordnung, jedoch &#8222;nichts au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches&#8220;. Au\u00dferdem war diese nicht begeistert, das recht kleinteilige Hauptgericht mit den japanischen Essst\u00e4bchen essen zu m\u00fcssen. \ud83d\ude42 \u00a0Dazu kam, dass nur ich eine Vorspeise hatte und meine Begleitung im Anschluss noch hungrig war.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ich erw\u00e4hnte schon des \u00d6fteren, dass ich gerne bereit bin f\u00fcr gutes Essen, tollen Service und das entsprechende Ambiente ein wenig mehr zu zahlen, jedoch fand ich das Paket im gesamten &#8211; zumindest in Verbindung mit dem Feedback meiner Begleitung &#8211; nicht so ganz stimmig. An meinem Essen gab es so gesehen nichts auszusetzen, wir mussten ein wenig zu lange warten und wie gesagt war es teilweise ein rechtes Gefiesel zum Beispiel die Sojabohnen vom Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche mit den japanischen Essst\u00e4bchen aufzusammeln, aber alles in allem war ich zufrieden. Hier seid ihr auf jeden Fall richtig, wenn ihr es gerne schickt m\u00f6gt und Wert auf Stil legt. Das Essen ist nat\u00fcrlich sehr hochwertig, ihr bekommt vor dem Start zum Beispiel auch ein kleines aufgew\u00e4rmtes T\u00fcchlein zum H\u00e4nde s\u00e4ubern, etc.. Nat\u00fcrlich muss jeder selbst wissen, ob er dann f\u00fcr zwei normal portionierte Hauptgerichte, ein Tellerchen Suppe und eine Flasche Wasser 87\u20ac (mit Trinkgeld) bezahlen m\u00f6chte. Wir sagten leider im Nachhinein, dass es zu \u00fcbertrieben war, obwohl wir wie gesagt, gerne gute Qualit\u00e4t bezahlen. (Wir holten meiner Begleitung danach tats\u00e4chlich noch einen Snack zu essen.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Schmecken tut es &#8211; meiner Meinung nach &#8211; sehr gut und wenn ihr es mal japanisch krachen lassen wollt, seit ihr im Jin auf jeden Fall richtig. Hier l\u00e4sst es sich auch immer Sommer nett an den au\u00dferhalb entlang der H\u00e4userfront aufgestellten Tischen und Korbst\u00fchlen Platznehmen und schlemmen. Am Ambiente gibt\u00b4s wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen. Eventuell nehmt ihr bei eurem Besuch alles als perfekt war, seid danach satt und denkt euch danach nicht, dass hier das Preisleistungsverh\u00e4ltnis ein wenig hinkt. Hier merkt man ganz klar, dass das Konzept gut durchdacht ist, die Speisen gehoben und qualitativ erstklassig sind &#8211; dennoch fand ich es schlicht weg zu teuer f\u00fcr das Gesamtgef\u00fchl, als wir dann von unserem Tisch aufstanden als wir zahlten und gingen. Abraten kann ich euch auf keinen Fall, falls es schick, teuer und gut sein darf. \ud83d\ude42 Das 6-Gang-Men\u00fc mit 88\u20ac ist dann so gesehen wieder preislich relativ angemessen (Auf der Website steht 68\u20ac, in der Speisekarte des Restaurants 88\u20ac !).\u00a0Ich erz\u00e4hlte am Folgetag einer Freundin von meinem Besuch, welche einen \u00e4hnlichen Gesamteindruck hatte und mir noch erz\u00e4hlte, ich h\u00e4tte unbedingt das Eis vom schwarzen Sesam mit Flugmango (f\u00fcr 9\u20ac) als Abschluss versuchen wollen &#8211; vielleicht komme ich ja nochmals f\u00fcr ein Dessert vorbei. (\u00dcbrigens liegt nicht weit entfernt auf der anderen Stra\u00dfenseite das Restaurant &#8222;<a title=\"RESTAURANT \u201cKLEINES MAX\u201d \u2013 Altstadt \u2013 italienisch\/international\" href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.de\/2015\/02\/16\/kleines-max\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kleines Max<\/a>&#8222;, \u00fcber das ich auch schon berichtet habe).<\/p>\n<p>Kartenzahlung ist nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6glich.
