Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schwarzreiter Tagesbar &amp; Restaurant\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Vor kurzem war ich mit meiner Begleitung im Restaurant Schwarzreiter auf der Maximilianstra\u00dfe. Genauer gesagt in das &#8222;Schwarzreiter \u2013 Tagesbar &amp; Restaurant&#8220;. Der Besuch in dieser Top-Location war definitiv einer derer, auf die ich mich schon mehrere Tage vorab gefreut habe &#8211; jetzt wie ich wei\u00df zu Recht. Mir war die Tagesbar bereits durch einen kurzen Absacker auf einen Drink eine Woche zuvor mit ein paar Freunden bekannt und wir waren uns einstimmig dar\u00fcber einig hier einmal f\u00fcr ein umfangreiches Essen vorbei zu schauen. Gesagt getan \u2013 k\u00fcrzlich war es so weit und ich lies es mir gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung gut gehen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir entschieden uns\u00a0bei unserem Besuch f\u00fcr einen Wochenend-Abend und reservierten vorab einen Tisch im vorderen Bereich \u2013 sprich in der Tagesbar. Das Schwarzreiter ist n\u00e4mlich aufgeteilt in einen Restaurantbereich und die Tagesbar, in welcher wir a\u00dfen. Das Restaurant selbst, in welchem ihr kontinuierlich zwei wechselnde\u00a0Men\u00fcs (4-Gang oder 6-Gang-Men\u00fc) serviert bekommt, befindet sich im hinteren Bereich der Location und ist nur per Durchgang durch die erw\u00e4hnte Tagesbar erreichbar. Sowohl das Ambiente in der modernen und ansprechenden Tagesbar mit dominierender schicker Bar, interessanten Schwarz-Wei\u00dffotografien bekannter Gr\u00f6\u00dfen an den W\u00e4nden, italienischen Marmorb\u00f6den, aufwendig gestalteten Wandverzierungen und einem freien Blick auf die trubelige Maximilianstra\u00dfe, als auch das Restaurant \u00fcberzeugen mit einer Wohlf\u00fchl-Atmosph\u00e4re par excellence auf Top-Niveau.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\">\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bevor ich \u00fcber das ausgezeichnete Essen berichte, m\u00f6chte ich etwas n\u00e4her auf das Konzept und den &#8222;Antrieb&#8220; bzw. Hintergrund des Restaurants Schwarzreiter eingehen. Dieses\u00a0bietet Speisen auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau und das auf der teuersten Stra\u00dfe M\u00fcnchens &#8211; da liegt es auf der Hand, dass man davon ausgeht, dass dies auch beim Essen entsprechend bezahlt werden muss. Doch weit gefehlt. \ud83d\ude42 Etepetete kann im Schwarzreiter ganz klar nur in die positive Richtung in Bezug auf Niveau von Service, Ambiente, K\u00fcche &amp;\u00a0Co ausgelegt werden. Ganz egal ob ihr nur einen k\u00f6stlichen Drink, Cappuccino oder Cocktail &#8211; sowie ich bei meinem ersten Besuch &#8211; oder ein hervorragendes\u00a0Gericht kosten wollt: Das Schwarzreiter bietet die perfekte Gelegenheit. Selbst ich kenne nach zahllosen Restaurantbesuchen immer wieder mal\u00a0das Gef\u00fchl, dass man sich ob gleich des gegebenen Umfelds, der hochwertigen Einrichtung und des absolut fehlerfreien Services eher unwohl oder zumindest angespannt beim Zusammensitzen f\u00fchlt. Nicht so im Schwarzreiter: Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr v\u00f6llig losgel\u00f6st von der \u00fcblicherweise entstehenden Hemmschwelle beim Betreten hochwertiger Restaurants &#8222;ganz ihr selbst sein&#8220;, relaxen und entspannt kulinarisch genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Direkt als wir eintraten wurden wir von einem freundlichen Herren begr\u00fc\u00dft und gefragt,\u00a0ob wir im vorderen Speisebereich, sprich\u00a0im Raum mit der beleuchteten Bar oder doch lieber etwas zur\u00fcck versetzt im zweiten Raum mit ca. sieben bis acht weiteren Tischen sitzen wollen. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr letzteres und bekamen direkt nach dem Platz nehmen an einem gem\u00fctlichen Zweiertisch am Fenster die Speisekarten \u00fcberreicht. Hierzu sei erw\u00e4hnt, dass das Restaurant &#8222;Schwarzreiter Tagesbar &amp; Restaurant&#8220; als neuer Gourmet-Hotspot auf der Maximilianstra\u00dfe fungiert und mit viel Know How die junge, bayerische K\u00fcche mit dem besonderen M\u00fcnchner Flair f\u00fcr seine G\u00e4ste kredenzt. Und das &#8211; noch mal ! &#8211; zu durchaus fairen und angemessenen Preisen. So gibt es beispielsweise von Montag bis Sontag, von 12:00 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr t\u00e4glich den &#8222;Daily Dish&#8220;, bestehend aus einem Hauptgang mit Beilagensalat und Kaffee im Anschluss f\u00fcr 18\u20ac. Wenn das kein faires (Lunch-)angebot ist. Vor allem esst ihr hier eben Gerichte mit erstklassiger Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt aber zum Wichtigstem: Der Speisekarte bzw. dem Speiseangebot. Das absolute Highlight: Der Schwarzreiter-Fisch! Das Restaurant hat seinen Namen vom gleichnamigen und bei K\u00f6nig Ludwig dem II sehr beliebten Fisch vom K\u00f6nigssee: Dem Schwarzreiter &#8211; einem kleinen, ger\u00e4uchertem Saibling. Dieser gilt als idealer Fisch f\u00fcr absolute Feinschmecker, Lebem\u00e4nner und kulinarischen Vorreiter, ganz so wie K\u00f6nig Ludwig zu Lebzeiten in M\u00fcnchen unterwegs und bekannt war. \ud83d\ude42 Nach dem Test dieses Fisches\u00a0kann ich euch auf jeden Fall schon mal sagen: Wenn ihr hier seid ist der gleichnamige Fisch Pflichtprogramm. Egal ob in ger\u00e4ucherter Variante als Vorspeise oder im Hauptgang mit Spargel &#8211; in beiderlei Hinsicht ein kulinarischer Traum! Falls ihr Fisch nicht m\u00f6gt, auch kein Grund vom einladenden\u00a0Restaurant auf der Maximilianstra\u00dfe fern zu bleiben.\u00a0Risotto, Tagliatelle, Steak oder auch einen Salat &#8211; kein Problem. Die Karte ist \u00fcberschaubar, aber ausgesprochen interessant und ansprechend zusammen gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Aufenthalt im Schwarzreiter war wieder mal einer dieser Abende, an dem man sich einfach mehr Platz im Magen w\u00fcnscht. Hier steht ganz klar der Gast im Fokus und diesem einen sch\u00f6nen und vor allem entspannten Abend in gem\u00fctlicher Atmosph\u00e4re zu erschwinglichen Preisen zu bieten. Auch ganz &#8222;normale&#8220; einfache Gerichte zu fairen Preisen stehen auf der Karte. Und die Desserts sag ich euch! Ich wei\u00df gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Damit ihr euch einen Eindruck machen k\u00f6nnt hier unsere Auswahl. Als\u00a0Vorspeise gab es f\u00fcr uns eine Rote R\u00fcben-Blumenkohlsuppe mit Blumenkohlgr\u00f6stl (f\u00fcr 8\u20ac) und einen Wiesenkr\u00e4utersalat (klein 9\u20ac\/gro\u00df 13\u20ac) mit Rinderfiletstreifen (je nach Topping zus\u00e4tzlich 5\u20ac &#8211; 8\u20ac).\u00a0Ein wahrer Traum! Das Fleisch hauchzart, die Suppe unglaublich geschmacksintensiv und k\u00f6stlich und ausgesprochen appetitlich angerichtet &#8211; beides eine glatte Eins!\u00a0Der im Anschluss bestellte Zwischengang bestand aus Spargelrisotto mit Morchelcreme und B\u00e4rlauch-Kr\u00e4utersud (f\u00fcr 16\u20ac) und Steckerlfisch vom Schwarzreiter, Limonen Hollandaise und Bratkartoffeln (f\u00fcr 24\u20ac). Und was soll ich sagen: Auch traumhaft. Bei jeder Gabel ist die Frische der Zutaten und das harmonische Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Komponenten erkennbar. Solltet ihr also Risotto und eben auch Fisch m\u00f6gen, seid ihr mit diesen beiden Gerichten auf der sicheren Seite. Als Hauptspeise w\u00e4hlten wir dann die\u00a0Seezunge M\u00fcllerin mit Kapernbutter, Cr\u00e9mespinat und Petersilienkartoffeln (f\u00fcr 33\u20ac), sowie das Dry Aged\u00a0Entrec\u00f4te (280 Gramm f\u00fcr 32\u20ac) und Beilage nach Wahl f\u00fcr je 3\u20ac. Zugegeben, wir stie\u00dfen an unsere Grenzen, da die Portionen ausgesprochen fair und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig bemessen sind. Dennoch gab es nichts, was nicht zu 100% so schmeckte und angerichtet war, wie man es sich w\u00fcnscht.\u00a0Als kr\u00f6nenden Abschluss gab es Rhabarberk\u00fcchlein mit wei\u00dfer Schokoladen-Eiscreme und Erdbeeren f\u00fcr 8\u20ac &#8211; ebenfalls eine sichere Investition. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Zusammengefasst l\u00e4sst sich sagen: Das Schwarzreiter ist perfekt f\u00fcr euch, wenn ihr gerne ausgezeichnet esst, die moderne bayerische K\u00fcche f\u00fcr euch reizvoll ist und ihr eine lockere, offene und zugleich elegante Atmosph\u00e4re genie\u00dfen wollt. Die verwendeten Produkte bestechen durch ihre ultimative Einfachheit, gepaart mit kulinarischer Raffinesse. Einfach ausgedr\u00fcckt: Glamour und Leichtigkeit mit gutem Essen und Trinken in einem. Weder zu spie\u00dfig noch steif oder abgehoben &#8211; der ideale Hotspot zum Kaffee, als kleine Shoppingpause, zum Business Lunch oder wie erw\u00e4hnt auch gerne &#8222;nur&#8220; zum Cocktail am Abend. Das erw\u00e4hnte Schwarzreiter-Restaurant im hinteren Bereich \u00fcberzeugt wie erw\u00e4hnt mit selbst und frei zusammenstellbaren Men\u00fcs, kombinierbar aus einzelnen Bausteinen und bietet das perfekte Ambiente und erstklassigen Service\u00a0f\u00fcr gew\u00fcnscht gediegene\u00a0Abende. Hier zaubert das K\u00fcchenteam mit Chefkoch Christian Michel saisonale und frische Gerichte &#8211; weg vom klassischen bayerischen Image mit Sauerkraut und W\u00fcrsteln, aber dennoch inspiriert von traditionellen Gerichten. Etwas j\u00fcngere Leute die eben eher einen entspannten Abend w\u00fcnschen sind in der Tagesbar gut aufgehoben. \u00a0Der ideal Treffpunkt f\u00fcr lockere Stunden in vertrauten Kreisen oder auch mit Kollegen, Gesch\u00e4ftspartner, Freunden und Familie. Das Restaurant bietet sich f\u00fcr gesetztere Abende in gehobener Stimmung an. Wohlf\u00fchlen ist hier jedoch \u00fcberall Programm. Das Schwarzreiter ist in meinen Augen definitiv als neues gastronomisches Highlight in der M\u00fcnchner Gastroszene zu beurteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Es\u00a0hat von Dienstag bis Samstag ab 18:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet, bietet Platz f\u00fcr knapp 45 Leute und hat sich h\u00f6chste bayerische Kochkunst auf die Fahne geschrieben. Die Tagesbar hat von Montag bis Sonntag von 12:00 Uhr bis 0:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet und bietet Platz f\u00fcr knapp 70 Personen. Verantwortlich f\u00fcr euren gelungenen Abend ist neben dem perfekt geschulten und \u00e4u\u00dferst aufmerksamen Team \u00fcbrigens Andrej Grunert &#8211; der Restaurantleiter des Schwarzreiter Tagesbar und Restaurant. &#8222;Gut gelungen!&#8220;, kann ich da nach unserem Aufenthalt nur sagen! Und ein klares Muss als M\u00fcnchner bzw. M\u00fcnchner Tourist in meinen Augen in der Tagesbar (oder auch dem Restaurant) vorbei zu schauen. Karten- und Kreditkartenzahlung ist nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6glich. In meinen Augen eine glatte Eins und ein klares Beispiel daf\u00fcr, dass selbst die sch\u00f6nsten T\u00fcren, der vermeintlich teuersten L\u00e4den ge\u00f6ffnet werden und sich vom Gegenteil in Form eines gelungenen Abends \u00fcberzeugt werden sollte.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:<\/strong>\u00a0Auf jeden Fall! Wenn ich einen sch\u00f6nen Abend in gehobenen Ambiente zu bezahlbaren Preisen m\u00f6chte schau ich ab sofort im Schwarzreiter vorbei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besuchte
