Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neulich war ich mit meiner Begleitung im relativ neu er\u00f6ffneten Restaurant &#8222;Abyssinia Restaurant Teff&#8220; in Neuhausen essen. Das Restaurant wurde mir von einer Freundin empfohlen, welche sehr gerne \u00e4thiopisch isst und meinte, ich solle unbedingt einmal im (kurz) &#8222;Teff&#8220; vorbei schauen. Gesagt, getan &#8211; k\u00fcrzlich war es also so weit und wir reservierten uns f\u00fcr den Abend einen Tisch in dem kleinen, gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant mit Spezialisierung auf \u00e4thiopische K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n<p>Bei unserem Besuch hatten wir die M\u00f6glichkeit die nette Inhaberin pers\u00f6nlich kennen zu lernen und ein wenig \u00fcber das Restaurant und dessen Entstehung und Geschichte zu erfahren. \u00a0Das Restaurant wurde \u00fcber sechs Wochen von einem ehemals afrikanischen Caf\u00e9 in ein kleines, gem\u00fctliches und einladendes Restaurant im landestypischen Stil umgewandelt. Zugegeben hatte ich vor unserem Besuch relativ wenig Ber\u00fchrungspunkte mit \u00c4thiopien, lernte aber in unserem Gespr\u00e4ch mit Frau\u00a0Assefa-Bellete Tsion mehr davon kennen und bin froh hier gewesen zu sein. Diese erz\u00e4hlte uns mitunter, dass sie schon in ihrer Kindheit gerne f\u00fcr Familie, Freunde und Co gekocht und leckere K\u00f6stlichkeiten zubereitet hat und so wurde der Wunsch und das Interesse f\u00fcr ein eigenes Restaurant immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer. So kam es dann zur Er\u00f6ffnung des Abyssinia Restaurant Teff, welches sie heute nun gemeinsam mit ihrer Schwester in M\u00fcnchen f\u00fchrt und welches wir besuchten.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\">\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Das Restaurant hat ca sechs unterschiedlich gro\u00dfe Tische und strahlt durch das einfach gehaltene und zu gleich gem\u00fctliche Ambiente eine einladende Gastfreundschaft und Idylle aus: Gelbe W\u00e4nde, bunte afrikanische Deko an den W\u00e4nden, einfache Holzst\u00fchle mit bestickten T\u00fcchlein, dekorative Vasen mit langen Gr\u00e4sern im Eingangsbereich und eine gem\u00fctliche Bar mit vier weiteren Sitzpl\u00e4tzen und Blick auf den Kochbereich. Im Inneren ist f\u00fcr bis zu 20 Personen Platz, vor dem Restaurant k\u00f6nnen nochmals ca. zw\u00f6lf Personen im Freien Platz nehmen zum Essen.<br \/>\nHinter der Theke befindet sich \u00fcbrigens auch die kleine K\u00fcche des Restaurants. Der Fokus liegt wie erw\u00e4hnt auf der traditionellen \u00e4thiopischen K\u00fcche und es werden unterschiedlichste Fleischgerichte, sowie auch vegetarische Speisen angeboten. Dazu bekommt man &#8222;Injera&#8220; &#8211; ein weiches, ges\u00e4uertes Fladenbrot, welches nur hier im Restaurant Abyssinia Restaurant Teff aus echtem Teffmehl (sprich Zwerghirse) hergestellt wird. Somit w\u00e4re auch der Name des Restaurants verst\u00e4ndlicher, denn es ist nach selbigen benannt &#8211; Abyssinia hei\u00dft im \u00dcbrigen &#8222;\u00c4thiopien&#8220;. Injera wird traditionell in \u00c4thiopien gegessen und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen mitten in M\u00fcnchen etwas essen zu k\u00f6nnen, was \u00a0seinen Ursprung von so weit weg her hat und auf die gleiche Zubereitungsart wie im urspr\u00fcnglichen Heimatland entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Ansonsten gibt es neben den abwechslungsreichen Ragouts unterschiedlichste vegetarische Gerichte mit viel verschiedenen Gem\u00fcsesorten. Fleischlose Gerichte gibt es schon ab 8\u20ac, Speisen mit Fleisch ab 10\u20ac. K\u00f6stlich ist zum Beispiel der \u00e4thiopische kalte Vorspeisenteller mit Gr\u00fcnkohl, roter Beete, Kartoffeln und Karotten. Ich selbst entschied mich bei meinem Besuch f\u00fcr &#8222;Beyaynetu&#8220; &#8211; einen warmen Gem\u00fcseteller mit gemahlenen Kichererbsen, Linsen und Gr\u00fcnkohl (f\u00fcr 9\u20ac). Meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte &#8222;Tibs-Jebeg bzw. Jebre&#8220;. Das ist gebratenes Lammfleisch oder auch Rindfleisch &#8211; das k\u00f6nnt ihr selbst ausw\u00e4hlen &#8211; zubereitet nach \u00e4thiopischer Art mit Zwiebeln, frischen Tomaten und Paprika (f\u00fcr faire 13\u20ac). Die Portionen sind sehr gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig bemessen und in Verbindung mit dem Teff, macht das Essen auch sehr satt. Meine unterschiedlichen So\u00dfen schmeckten ausgezeichnet und ich fragte sogar nach, ob ich eine bestimmte Sorte noch einmal nach bestellen k\u00f6nne, was kein Problem war. Ich selbst esse nicht so gerne scharf, darum war ich sehr begeistert, dass ich mein Essen auch &#8222;nicht scharf&#8220; bestellen konnte. Falls ihr das aber m\u00f6gt ist z.B. auch das Gericht &#8222;Keywot&#8220; &#8211; also Rind- oder Lammfleisch mit scharfer So\u00dfe (f\u00fcr 12,50\u20ac) etwas f\u00fcr euch. (Was Gerichte mit Lammfleisch angeht, solltet ihr dies vorab telefonisch vorbestellen. Da das Restaurant recht klein ist, wird bzgl. dieses Fleisches um Verschwendung zu vermeiden vor kalkuliert bzw. Lammfleisch nur auf Wunsch vorr\u00e4tig gelagert.) Als Dessert gibt es frischen Fruchtsalat oder auch gebackene Bananen. Die Karte ist zwar \u00fcberschaubar, was die Auswahl an Gerichten angeht, jedoch ist sicher &#8211; eben auch f\u00fcr Vegetarier &#8211; das Richtige dabei. Auch mittags gibt es in Form des &#8222;Happy Lunch&#8220; von 11:30 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr eine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Gerichten, wie z.B. Suppen, Salate und Reisgerichte. Zubereitet werden die Gerichte im \u00dcbrigen von einer \u00e4thiopischen K\u00f6chin mit 18 Jahren Erfahrung.<\/p>\n<p>Als interessantes Highlight gibt es die typisch \u00e4thiopische Kaffeezeremonie &#8211; genannt &#8222;Buna&#8220; im Abyssinia Restaurant Teff f\u00fcr 3,50\u20ac mit zu erleben. Bei dieser werden die Bohnen in der Pfanne ger\u00f6stet und der Kaffee dann in einer landestypischen Kanne aus Tonn serviert. Meine Begleitung probierte diese aus und wir durften beim Anr\u00f6sten direkt in der kleinen K\u00fcche zusehen. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr k\u00f6stlich, stark und intensiv. Meine Begleitung war begeistert und wenn ihr Kaffee-Fans seid, solltet ihr die Buna unbedingt ausprobieren, denn der \u00e4thiopische Kaffee z\u00e4hlt nicht umsonst mit seinem extravaganten und leicht zitronigem Geschmack zu den mitunter beliebtesten Sorten weltweit. Wenn ihr in Eile seid, \u00a0k\u00f6nnt ihr euch den Kaffee auch im Becher &#8222;to go&#8220; mitnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt auch eure privaten Events, wie Geburtstage, betriebliche Veranstaltungen oder andere Feiern im Restaurant Teff ausrichten lassen. Das Team hilft euch gerne beim Organisieren und versorgt euch mit k\u00f6stlichem \u00e4thiopischen Essen. Jeden Samstagabend gibt es au\u00dferdem immer wieder coole Events, wie z.B. Musikabende mit \u00e4thiopischer Musik und k\u00f6stlichem Essen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Restaurant \u00a0liegt in der N\u00e4he vom M\u00fcnchner Goehte Institut auf der Dachauer Stra\u00dfe in Neuhausen und f\u00e4llt von au\u00dfen nicht direkt auf. Es ist von Dienstag bis Sonntag von 11:30 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet und \u00fcber die Trambahnlinie 12, 20 und 21, sowie den Buslinien 53 und N44 &#8211; Haltestelle Leonrodplatz &#8211; erreichbar. Parken mit dem PKW ist entlang der Dachauer Stra\u00dfe oder in einer Seitenstra\u00dfe kein Problem. Achtet also das n\u00e4chste Mal, wenn ihr in dem Eck seid darauf und geht am besten gleich dort zum Essen. Hier zeigt sich mal wieder, dass man auch mal offen f\u00fcr Neues, neue Gerichte und Geschm\u00e4cker sein sollte. Mir und meiner Begleitung hat es sehr gut gefallen und gut geschmeckt. Hier f\u00fchlt man, dass die Zufriedenheit des Gastes, neben k\u00f6stlichem Essen an oberster Stelle stehen. Ich war sehr angenehm \u00fcberrascht und bin direkt mit dabei, wenn ihr vorbei schaut. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:<\/strong> \u00a0Ja.
