Vielen Dank f\u00fcr die Produkte! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heute geht es um ein Produkt, welches euch vielleicht erst mal etwas unpassend f\u00fcr meine Website erscheinen mag, jedoch lohnt das Lesen (und nat\u00fcrlich das Probieren) Letzte Woche habe ich mich mit der MFJ Manufaktur GbmH getroffen um mehr zu erfahren. In monatelangen Prozessen wurde kreiert, daran rum get\u00fcftelt und nun das zu 100% m\u00fcnchnerische Leberk\u00e4sbroitel in ganz Deutschland ins Leben gerufen. Da war es nur eine Frage der Zeit, dass auch ich als Testerin mit dem Leberk\u00e4sbroitel auf Tuchf\u00fchlung gehe. &#8222;Broi&#8230; was?&#8220; Ja&#8230;so ging es mir ehrlich gesagt auch. Darum kann ich euch &#8211; nach dem ausf\u00fchrlichen Gespr\u00e4ch &#8211; nun auch genau sagen, was ein Broitel ist und worum es sich eben bei besagtem Leberk\u00e4sbroitel handelt.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das m\u00fcnchnerische Leberk\u00e4sbroitel stellt sich vor<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Der Name Broitel stammt aus dem Altdeutschen, 14.\/15. Jahrhundert und leitet sich von Broit (gleich Brot) ab. Ergo ist das Leberk\u00e4sbroitel Leberk\u00e4s im Brot. Aber nicht irgendein Brot und auch nicht irgendein Leberk\u00e4s, wo wir schon bei der Sache w\u00e4ren. Das Leberk\u00e4sbroitel vereint handgemachtes traditionelles Brot (aus der M\u00fcnchner Traditions- und Qualit\u00e4tsb\u00e4ckerei Backhaus Grimminger)\u00a0ohne Backmittel oder Konservierungsstoffe mit bestem Leberk\u00e4s (von der Traditionsmetzgerei Schelkopf). Und so entsteht der perfekte Partiesnack, die unkomplizierte Mahlzeit am Abend oder auch der herzhaften Snack zwischendurch. Das Leberk\u00e4sbroitel ist also ein schneller &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich bayerischer &#8211; Snack zum Aufbacken und genie\u00dfen. (Kriege sogar ich hin!) Das hei\u00dft ihr schiebt das Broitel mit der aus umweltfreundlichen Papier hergestellten Verpackung in den vorgeheizten Ofen, wartet 25 Minuten (zieht euch z.B. in der Zwischenzeit euer Dirndl\/ eure Lederhosen an und legt bayerische Blasmusik ein) und schon ist das Broitel fertig. Einfach oder?<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\">\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Wenn\u00b4s \u00a0darum geht wo ihr das Broitel besorgen k\u00f6nnt, schaut ihr ganz einfach im Online-Shop vorbei oder in einen Edekamarkt. Sogar der Feinkostladen K\u00e4fer hat den bayerischen Snack ins Sortiment aufgenommen, da das Broitel eben nicht vergleichbar mit einer Leberk\u00e4ssemmel nur als &#8222;Happen zwischendurch&#8220; M\u00fcnchen erobert, sondern auch als stylische neues Kultprodukt immer bekannter wird. Das Broitel hat n\u00e4mlich eine ganz besondere Form, wie ihr auf den Fotos erkennen k\u00f6nnt. Gleich einer kleinen U-f\u00f6rmigen Wanne mit einer offenen Seite l\u00e4sst es sich mit allem bef\u00fcllen, was das Herz begehrt. Das Broitel an sich ist also schon eine Revolution und wird mit dem wie erw\u00e4hnt von Hand und in M\u00fcnchen (wie auch das Brot) hergestellten Leberk\u00e4s bef\u00fcllt. Das Ergebnis sind 19 cm mit 160 Gramm, die einfach gut schmecken: Das Leberk\u00e4s Broitel.<\/p>\n<p>Ein kurzer Ausflug in die Entstehungsgeschichte des Broitels. Die Idee entstand n\u00e4mlich eher durch einen Zufall, wobei der Wunsch eine neue &#8222;one-handed Sandwichform&#8220; zu kreieren von Anfang an bei dem Broitel-Erfinder\u00a0Michael F.J. Ostermair vorherrschte und dessen Umsetzung als Ziel galt. So flog beim Experimentieren mit Teflon-Backformen zuf\u00e4llig eine um, der Teig geriet &#8222;au\u00dfer Form&#8220; und das Broitel war geboren. Cool, oder? Manchmal geh\u00f6rt eben auch etwas Gl\u00fcck dazu. \ud83d\ude42 Insgesamt wurde rund zwei Jahre get\u00fcftelt, entwickelt und optimiert, bis das Broitel nun seit Mai diesen Jahres als vollendetes Produkt im Einzelhandel auftaucht.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das\u00a0Leberk\u00e4sbroitel: Sorten, Zutaten und Co.<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Das Broitel gibt es derzeit in zwei verschiedenen Sorten. Einmal das &#8222;Leberk\u00e4sbroitel Rustikal&#8220; aus traditionellem Natursauerteig und einmal das &#8222;Leberk\u00e4sbroitel Hell&#8220; aus luftigem Weizenbrot, welches mitunter Apfelmus, kaltgepresstes Oliven\u00f6l, Kartoffelflocken und Meersalz enth\u00e4lt. Bei dem Broitel wurde unglaublich viel Wert auf hohe Qualit\u00e4t bei den Zutaten und Inhaltsstoffen gelegt. So wurden auch bei den Broten nur beste Zutaten mit h\u00f6chstem Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch verwendet. Die rustikale Variante ist vor allem gut f\u00fcr Fans von knusprigem Brot, da es sch\u00f6n r\u00f6sch aus dem Ofen kommt. Mir pers\u00f6nlich schmeckte das Dunklere sogar ein bisschen besser, als das Helle, aber das k\u00f6nnt ihr nat\u00fcrlich selbst entscheiden. Das F\u00fcnferpaket zum online bestellen gibt es f\u00fcr 12,50\u20ac, das hei\u00dft das einzelne Broitel ist f\u00fcr 2,50\u20ac zu kriegen. Versand m\u00fcsst ihr in H\u00f6he von 5,90\u20ac bezahlen, bekommt daf\u00fcr dann aber auch f\u00fcnf toll verpackte Broitels in einer praktischen\u00a0Box, gelagert auf Trockeneis als Paket an die Haust\u00fcr gebracht. Durchaus angemessen, da das Broitel satt macht, Top Qualit\u00e4t hat und eben frisch aus dem Ofen &#8211; mit knusprigem Brot und ohne Senf-Batz (f\u00fcr die Nicht-Bayern: &#8222;Senf-Getropfe) au\u00dferhalb der Semmel &#8211; verputzt werden kann. Servietten braucht ihr also nicht, weil nichts tropft. Es bietet sich also auch an das Broitel fertig zu machen und dann als idealen To-Go-Snack unterwegs zu essen.<\/p>\n<p>Allgemein bringt das Broitel einige Vorteile im Vergleich zur normalen Leberk\u00e4ssemmel mit sich: Tropft nichts hinten raus, tropft nichts vorne raus, kann tiefgefroren aufbewahrt werden und auch zubereitet werden wann man will. Dazu ist wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, die Qualit\u00e4t von sowohl Leberk\u00e4s als auch Brot &#8211; \u00fcbrigens beides zu 100% M\u00fcnchner Produkte &#8211; einfach top und somit das Broitel leckerer als viele l\u00e4tschade (..Nicht-Bayern: labberige) Leberk\u00e4ssemmeln auf die Hand. Ein regionales Wunderding sozusagen! \ud83d\ude09 Die Lieferzeit f\u00fcr die Broitel betr\u00e4gt im \u00fcbrigen 1-5 Werktage, je nach dem wo ihr seid und wie weit die Broitel reisen m\u00fcssen. Wer von euch jetzt sagt: &#8222;Waaaaas? Ich will aber sofort!&#8220;, findet <a href=\"http:\/\/broitel.de\/im-laden-kaufen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a> nochmals alle M\u00e4rkte im \u00dcberblick, die das Broitel eben auch einzeln anbieten. Ihr k\u00f6nnt also sofort loslaufen und euch das Broitel eurer Wahl in die R\u00f6hre schieben.<\/p>\n<p>Wer jetzt noch dazu keinen Ofen hat oder nicht wei\u00df, was die ganzen Kn\u00f6pfe und Tasten bedeuten (ich f\u00fchle mit euch!), der kann sich das Broitel auch bald bei immer mehr Restaurants bestellen, da die Broitel-Jungs auch stark in der Gastro-Szene vertreten sind und immer bekannter werden. &#8222;Wo ein Ofen &#8211; da ein Broitel&#8220; &#8211; sozusagen. \ud83d\ude42 Solltet ihr eine Gastronomie betreiben, oder jemanden kennen, f\u00fcr den das Produkt gut passen sollte: Die Gastronomen bekommen als Gro\u00dfabnehmer die M\u00f6glichkeit die Broitel ohne F\u00fcllung zu bestellen und k\u00f6nnen somit nat\u00fcrlich unterschiedlichste Broitel-Arten, mit diversen F\u00fcllungen anbieten &#8211; egal ob Wurst, K\u00e4se, Gem\u00fcse, Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Omelette oder Fisch. Solltet ihr zu der Kategorie &#8222;Verfechter von auftaubaren Lebensmitteln&#8220; geh\u00f6ren w\u00e4re das Leberk\u00e4s Broitel eine perfekte Gelegenheit euch vom Gegenteil zu \u00fcberzeugen: Tiefgefroren hei\u00dft schon lange nicht mehr &#8222;Fertigprodukt&#8220;. Bei den Leberk\u00e4sbroiteln\u00a0wird jedes Broitel einzeln bef\u00fcllt und von Hand gemacht, was zeigt, dass hier auf Handwerk und Tradition gro\u00dfen Wert gelegt wird. Auch die Vegetarier unter euch k\u00f6nnen sich beruhigt zur\u00fcck lehnen: Die Broitel-Jungs sind st\u00e4ndig am optimieren, ausbauen und t\u00fcfteln&#8230; und die Bef\u00fcllungsm\u00f6glichkeiten sind grenzenlos. Da kann es nicht mehr lange dauern und ihr k\u00f6nnt ins Tofuwurst-Broitel beissen&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Fazit: Ausprobieren!<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Insgesamt sag ich &#8222;Daumen hoch&#8220;. Sowohl zur Idee, zum Brot, zum Leberk\u00e4s und zum Broitel im Gesamten. Wenn ihr das n\u00e4chste Mal in der Stadt unterwegs seid nehmt euch einfach mal ein helles und ein dunkles Broitel aus der K\u00fchltruhe mit nach Hause und testet es. Ist \u00fcbrigens auch nicht schlimm, wenn die Broitel dann aufgetaut sind bis ihr Zuhause seid. Notfalls einfach in den K\u00fchlschrank packen und bei sieben Grad bis zu drei Tage drin liegen lassen. Im Ofen brauchen die Broitels (dann ohne Verpackung) auch nur noch sieben Minuten. Ich finde es eine super Sache, weil das Brot auch einfach fein schmeckt und der Leberk\u00e4s frisch und saftig ist.
