Pizza, Burger, D\u00f6ner oder Burrito?&#8220;, sondern seit dem 11. Juli diesen Jahres werdet ihr immer \u00f6fter: &#8222;Hey, lasst uns einen Blunch holen gehen!&#8220;, h\u00f6ren. Ja genau, ich habe mich nicht verschrieben, wor\u00fcber ich euch heute berichten m\u00f6chte ist der neu erfundene, in M\u00fcnchen auf keinem Event, Stra\u00dfenfest, Streetfoodmarkt oder \u00e4hnlichen Anlaufstellen wegzudenkende Blunch &#8211; ein Wortspiel aus &#8222;Bl\u00e4tterteig und Crunch&#8220;.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Ich habe den Blunch kennen gelernt als ich vor einer Weile auf dem M\u00fcnchner Backstage-Gel\u00e4nde auf einem kleinen Streetfoodmarkt, der `Hall of Taste`, unterwegs war und mich hier und da durch probierte. Den Blunch wollte ich mir nat\u00fcrlich nicht entgehen lassen und stellte mich bei Heike und Alex, in derer beiden K\u00f6pfe der Blunch entstanden ist, an ihrem selbst ausgebauten Streetfood Trailer an der Schlange hinten an. Es wurden die unterschiedlichsten Blunchsorten angeboten, doch bevor ihr euch noch weiter fragt, was das denn nun eigentlich genau ist, hier einige Details:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Blunch &#8211; Was ist das genau?<\/strong><br \/>\nDer Blunch besteht aus hauchd\u00fcnnen Weizenmehl Teigbl\u00e4ttern. Diese Teigbl\u00e4tter werden mit einer Frischk\u00e4secrememischung bestrichen. Diese Frischk\u00e4secreme ist mit einer speziellen und geheimen Gew\u00fcrzmischung versehen, welche der Blunch-Inhaber Alex gemeinsam mit thail\u00e4ndischen K\u00f6chen selbst kreiert hat. Darauf kommt dann die gew\u00fcnschte F\u00fcllung.<br \/>\nEine Portion Blunch besteht aus zwei Teigrollen, diese werden ca 2 Minuten auf dem Kontaktgrill fettfrei gegrillt und schlie\u00dflich in verzehrgerechte H\u00e4ppchen geschnitten und fertig ist euer Snack to go, der super lecker und extrem variabel im Geschmack, nicht zu schwer im Magen und fair im Preis ist.<br \/>\nInsgesamt haben die Besitzer der Blunch Kitchen \u00fcber 80 verschiedene Rezepte kreiert. Je nach Event werden dann ca. f\u00fcnf bis sieben verschiedene F\u00fcllungen angeboten. Ein bis zwei &#8222;Specials&#8220; sind neben den Standard-Variationen (Blunch Classic, Chini Bacon, Joschka, Blunch Nono und Honolulu) immer dabei. Sprich, wenn ihr die rollende Blunch Kitchen einmal stehen seht, schaut am besten gleich, welche Blunch Sorten mit im Gep\u00e4ck sind.<\/p>\n<p>Alle F\u00fcllungen des Blunch werden selbst gemacht, neben der super leckeren thail\u00e4ndisch-bayerisch angehauchten Frischk\u00e4secreme (ich durfte sie pur probieren) mit einer angenehmen leichten Sch\u00e4rfe &#8211; die Basis eines jeden Blunchs -, \u00fcber die leckere Kinky Shrimpy-F\u00fcllung mit Shrimps, Minze und Limette bis hin zu den verschiedenen Sugos und Chutneys.<br \/>\nDer Teig besteht lediglich aus reinem Weizenmehl, Wasser und Salz. Ein Blunch-Teigblatt wiegt gerade einmal 10 Gramm. Da eine Portion Blunch vier Teigbl\u00e4tter beinhaltet und mit ordentlich F\u00fcllung best\u00fcckt wird, wird man dennoch angenehm satt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vielf\u00e4ltige Auswahl &#8211; interessante Blunch &#8211; Variationen<\/strong><br \/>\nGanz besonders gef\u00e4llt mir, dass hier nicht st\u00e4ndig das Gleiche angeboten wird, sondern immer wieder neue und wirklich einzigartige Kreationen. F\u00fcr die bayerischen Fans unter euch wurde zum Beispiel der Leberk\u00e4s-Blunch kreiert. Klingt erst einmal komisch, ist er aber nicht, sondern laut dem Blunch-Team super lecker mit dem sich durch die Hitze richtig entfaltenden s\u00fc\u00dfen Senf im knusprigen Mantel.<\/p>\n<p>Ich stand also am &#8211; \u00fcbrigens ebenfalls selbst von dem Blunch-Erfinder ausgebauten &#8211; Blunch-Wagen probierte verschiedene F\u00fcllungen und bekam als erstes den Blunch Clssic mit Miesbacher Speck, Rucola und Tomate serviert &#8211; kombiniert nat\u00fcrlich mit der leckeren K\u00e4secreme.Was soll ich sagen? Lecker! Sehr lecker und jede einzelne Zutat ist gut rauszuschmecken, da der Teig eben sehr d\u00fcnn ist und somit nicht die Geschmackskomponenten der jeweiligen F\u00fcllung \u00fcberdeckt. Auch von den Zutaten her: Daumen hoch. Frische Zutaten, kaum Fett, leicht im Bauch.\u00a0Ich probierte mitunter das Ananas-Chutney. Wirklich fein, und auch hier wieder: Nicht einfach Ananas, sondern eine gewisse Extranote im Geschmack. Auch an Vegetarier wurde gedacht. Allergiker m\u00fcssen sich noch ein wenig gedulden. Den Teig auf diesem Niveau ohne Gluten hinzubekommen ist etwas schwierig. Ich habe extra nachgefragt, weil ich mittlerweile immer mehr Anfragen von Allergikern und Z\u00f6liakie-Betroffenen erhalte. Es wird jedoch an einer Variante get\u00fcftelt. Ebenso gestaltet es sich mit dem Blunch f\u00fcr Laktose-intolerante Menschen &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen gibt es einen Blunch mit Flu\u00dfkrebs-Mango-F\u00fcllung geben und ein Herbstspecial mit K\u00fcrbis; auch eine s\u00fc\u00dfe Variante mit Apfel, Zimt und Zucker ist geplant, der \u00b4Candy Apple\u00b4 &#8211; passt \u00fcbrigens sehr gut zu wei\u00dfem Gl\u00fchwein. Einen &#8222;Blunch Dog&#8220; mit darmfreier Wurst soll es auch bald als Special geben und die Hamburger &#8211; Variante ist auch in Planung. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es auch einfache Variationen f\u00fcr die weniger Verr\u00fcckten unter euch. \ud83d\ude42 Die Vegetarier sollten den &#8222;Joschka&#8220; (f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac) mit Rucola und Tomate probieren. Der &#8222;Honolulu&#8220; ist mit Bacon, Rucola und Ananaschutney, der &#8222;Wildberry&#8220; mit Schwarzw\u00e4lder Schinken, Rucola und Wildberrychutney gef\u00fcllt (je 6,90\u20ac). Wenn ihr nicht gerade ein Date habt, w\u00e4re der &#8222;All\u00b4Amatriciana&#8220; mit Bacon, Tomatensugo, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch (f\u00fcr 6,90\u20ac) auch eine Versuchung wert. \ud83d\ude42 Ihr seht schon, an Angeboten mangelt es nicht. Preislich liegen die Blunch alle zwischen 4,90\u20ac und maximal 19,90\u20ac. doch keine Panik: Dazu m\u00fcsstet ihr schon den Kaviar-Blunch mit Prosecco bestellen. Im Durchschnitt f\u00fcr einen &#8222;normalen&#8220; Blunch, bestehend aus zwei klein geschnittenen Rollen, m\u00fcsst ihr f\u00fcr einen &#8222;normalen&#8220; Blunch mit ca. 6-8\u20ac rechnen.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Ideen f\u00fcr die unterschiedlichen F\u00fcllungen entstanden beispielsweise auf der letzten Asia-Reise der Blunch-Kitchler. Da wurde get\u00fcftelt, \u00fcberlegt, probiert und nat\u00fcrlich Inspiration geholt. So entstand zum Beispiel die oben erw\u00e4hnte, geheime Gew\u00fcrzrezeptur f\u00fcr die saugute (sorry!) Frischk\u00e4secreme. Zahlreiche Freunde und Bekannte kamen zum Testen, probierten flei\u00dfig mit, kritisierten, gaben Tipps und letztendlich entstanden &#8211; nach 5-monatigem Probieren und Verfeinern &#8211; zahlreiche tolle Grundlagen und F\u00fcllungen f\u00fcr den Blunch. Im M\u00e4rz diesen Jahres wurde ein Imbisswagen gekauft, nach den eigenen Vorstellungen selbst ausgebaut und gestaltet, das Logo entworfen, die Markenrechte eingetragen und so konnte die Blunch Kitchen im Juli auf Tour gehen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Blunch als Eventidee<\/strong><br \/>\nDas erste Festival, welches von der Blunch Kitchen mit ihren leckeren Street Food heimgesucht wurde, fand in Regensburg statt, seit her touren Heike und Alex -immer wieder mal mit Unterst\u00fctzung der S\u00f6hne &#8211; durch Bayern und versorgen die Leute mit leckeren Blunch auf Events, Streetfood-Festivals, Flohm\u00e4rkten und Co. Es wurden aber auch schon entferntere Orte wie zum Beispiel Frankfurt angefahren. In M\u00fcnchen steht die Blunch-Kitchen jeden Freitag auf dem Kundenparkplatz des MediaMarkt im Euroindustriepark und montags bei der Friendsfactory in der St.-Martin-\/Ecke Balanstra\u00dfe f\u00fcr euch bereit. (Die Standorte werden auf der unten verlinkten Website oder deren Facebook-Fanpage bekannt gegeben.)<\/p>\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt die Blunch-Kitchen auch f\u00fcr Caterings buchen. Das hei\u00dft ihr kontaktiert Alex, sagt ihm in welchem Gr\u00f6\u00dfenumfang ihr ein Event plant, es wird gepr\u00fcft ob die Blunch Kitchen dort geparkt und als Station dienen kann, oder ob sozusagen eine Art \u201eBlunch-Catering\u201c &#8211; sprich Zubereitung vor Ort ohne Wagen &#8211; stattfinden soll. Der Claim \u201eKeep calm and eat blunch\u201c passt also ganz gut und nicht umsonst wurden seit Anfang Juli mehr als 3.000 Blunch auf diversen Veranstaltungen verkauft. Haltet die Augen offen &#8211; es lohnt sich. Mein Tipp: Probiert unbedingt den Kinky Shrimpy! Ich freu mich schon auf den n\u00e4chsten. Den kann ich mir &#8211; und ihr euch euren ersten Blunch &#8211; \u00fcbrigens beim n\u00e4chsten Midnightbazar holen.
