Auf dem R\u00fcckweg kam ich dann an dem kleinen Restaurant \u201eRoyal Le\u201c vorbei, ein kleines vietnamesisches Restaurant. Wie \u00fcblich hatte ich meinen kleines Notizbuch dabei, notierte mir, dass ich das Restaurant ausprobieren muss, sobald ich wieder Platz im Magen habe. Dies war seltsamerweise relativ schnell der Fall und so testete ich das Royal Le schon eine Woche sp\u00e4ter gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung, als ich hungrig war und Lust auf asiatisches Essen hatte. Das Royal Le ist recht klein, nicht gr\u00f6\u00dfer als ein gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig geschnittenes Wohnzimmer, mit ca. 10-12 Tischen &#8211; vor gedeckt und mit Tischt\u00fcchern versehen, bunte Fliesen an den W\u00e4nden, ein gro\u00dfer Royal Le-Schriftzug \u00fcber der Bar, gl\u00e4serner Eingangsbereich und insgesamt ein recht nettes uns \u00fcberzeugendes Ambiente. Vietnamesische Restaurants haben ja oft viel Klimbim, kitschigen Deko-Schnickschnack und bunte Farben. Das Royal Le ist sehr dezent in hellen T\u00f6nen und mit wenig Drumherum gestaltet. Lediglich im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein Buddha und eine kleiner geschm\u00fcckter Bereich.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Bei unserem Besuch waren nur zwei weitere Tische besetzt und dies blieb auch so bis wir gingen. Das Restaurant hat seit gut einem Jahr ge\u00f6ffnet und l\u00e4uft laut Aussage der ausgesprochen freundlichen, vietnamesischen Dame, welche uns bediente, hervorragend. Das Restaurant bietet authentische, vietnamesische K\u00fcche in verschiedenen Varianten an. Von unterschiedlichen Vorspeisen, Suppen und Salaten, \u00fcber traditionelle Reisrollen, Reisbandnudel-Gerichten und Co, bis hin zu diversen Desserts. Die Karte ist jetzt nicht vergleichbar mit einem riesigen Restaurant, welches mit tausenden verschiedenen Gerichten auftrumpft, dennoch reicht die Auswahl.<\/p>\n<p>Wir hatten gro\u00dfen Hunger, so bestellten wir Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeise. Als Vorspeise stehen beispielsweise je zwei unterschiedlich gef\u00fcllte Gl\u00fccksrollen (mit Tofu und Kr\u00e4uter, Rindfleisch in Zitronengrasmarinade oder Garnelen zwischen 4,50\u20ac &#8211; 5\u20ac), gebackene Wanda, Garnelenspie\u00dfe im Crispy-Reis-Mantel oder auch (vegetarische) Fr\u00fchlingsrollen zur Auswahl. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr die mit Garnelen gef\u00fcllten Gl\u00fccksrollen als Starter und bekamen diese auch recht schnell nach der Bestellung an den ruhigen Zweiertisch gebracht. Sah gut aus und schmeckte auch gut &#8211; ein idealer Starter. Ich muss zugeben, dass die vietnamesische K\u00fcche mich schon immer sehr interessiert, ich aber nicht ganz so bewandert bin, was Zutaten und traditionelle Speisen angeht. So fragte ich nach und die freundliche Dame empfahl mir als Hauptgericht &#8211; da ich ihr sagte, dass ich weder gerne scharf noch fleischl\u00e4stig esse &#8211; eine Reisnudelschale mit Garnelen (gegrillt) f\u00fcr 16,90\u20ac, traditionell \u201eB\u00fan T\u00f5 genannt. Selbige gibt es auch noch mit Rindfleisch, H\u00fchnerfleisch, Schweinefleisch, Ente oder auch mit Fr\u00fchlingsrollen und Tofu. Preislich bewegen sich die Reisnudelschalen alle zwischen 13,90\u20ac und 16,90\u20ac. So richtig wusste ich gar nicht, was mir wohl serviert werden w\u00fcrde. Als mein essen dann kam, war ich begeistert. Eine riesige Sch\u00fcssel mit Reisnudeln, Salat, Gurke, Karotte, Erdn\u00fcssen, Kr\u00e4utern, zahlreichen &#8211; also wirklich viele &#8211; Garnelen und alles in einer Menge, dass ich bis zum Schluss ganz sch\u00f6n zu k\u00e4mpfen hatte. Das Gericht ist in Vietnam sehr beliebt.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Begleitung entschied sich f\u00fcr Ph\u00f5 &#8211; eine traditionelle vietnamesisches Suppe, welche durch die lange Kochzeit und die Verwendung von hochwertigem Rindfleisch, Ingwer, Sternanis, Kardamom und Zimt besonders w\u00fcrzig im Geschmack ist. Au\u00dferdem befinden sich in der Suppe Reisnudeln, Sojasprossen und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln. Die Suppe kann auch in unterschiedlichen Varianten bestellt werden. So z.B. mit Tofu, Huhn, Rinderh\u00fcfte oder auch als Salgon Suppe mit Tofu oder Garnelen. Meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte die mit Rinderh\u00fcfte (f\u00fcr 10,90\u20ac). Unsere Hauptgerichte wurden uns gleichzeitig serviert, waren appetitlich angerichtet und gut portioniert. Bei der Ph\u00f5-Suppe musste man die Kr\u00e4uter selbst vom Stil abzupfen und auch die restlichen Zutaten selbst in die Suppe werfen &#8211; fand ich ganz cool, weil es dann eben irgendwie noch frischer und pers\u00f6nlicher wirkt. Beide Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet, wenn auch geschmacklich neu f\u00fcr mich.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist wie gesagt gem\u00fctlich und wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einem gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant mit ruhigem Umfeld und wenig Trubel um euch herum seid, dann ist das Royal Le sicher das richtige f\u00fcr euch. Das Restaurant ist \u00fcber die U-Bahnlinie 4 (Station: Arabellapark) erreichbar. Auch mit dem PKW ist das Parken kein Problem. Falls ihr es nicht gleich findet, einfach den gleichen Weg wie zum Bergehalden und daneben liegt es dann &#8211; klein und unauff\u00e4llig. Der Koch ist \u00fcbrigens auch ein urspr\u00fcnglicher Vietnamese und hat dann einmal nett zu unserem Tisch genickt und uns aus der Ferne begr\u00fc\u00dft. Sehr freundlich also alle. Das Essen war auch fein und nicht scharf &#8211; wie von der Dame zugesagt. Bei Indern zum Beispiel funktioniert das in der Regel nie. Da k\u00f6nnt ihr vorsingen und -tanzen, dass ihr es so langweilig wie nur irgendwie gew\u00fcrzt haben wollt, selbst \u201egar nicht gew\u00fcrzt\u201c habe ich schon versucht &#8211; dennoch brennt es mir bei so gut wie jedem indischen Restaurant alles im Mund nach der ersten Gabel weg. \ud83d\ude09 Im Royal Le war das Problem Gott sei Dank nicht vorhanden.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ihr also ein gem\u00fctliches, vietnamesisches Restaurant sucht, dann geht doch mal in Royal Le. Leckeres Essen, bezahlbare Preise und freundlicher Service. F\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Flasche Wasser, eine Vorspeise f\u00fcr zwei, zwei gro\u00dfe und s\u00e4ttigende Hauptgerichte und ein Dessert (hausgemachte Kokscreme mit Mangomousse) bezahlten wir 47\u20ac mit Trinkgeld.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:<\/strong>\u00a0F\u00fcr klasse Fisch auf jeden Fall.
