Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Auenfischer &#8211;<\/strong> Das Auenfischer ist ein seit dem 28. September diesen Jahres er\u00f6ffnetes Restaurant in der Auenstra\u00dfe. Es \u00fcberzeugt neben gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente, nettem Personal\u00a0und viel guten, frischen Fisch und k\u00f6stlichen Fleisch mit einem tollem Konzept aus der Individualgastronomie un so war ich vor einigen Tagen abends zum Testen vor Ort. Was mich au\u00dferdem\u00a0auch dazu bewogen hat das Auenfischer zu testen, war der Fakt dass ihr als meine Leser mich viel nach guten Fischrestaurants fragt. Mein Ziel war es nat\u00fcrlich ein weiteres, gutes Fischlokal zu finden f\u00fcr euch. Bitte sch\u00f6n! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Das Auenfischer. &#8211; Was macht es aus? Das Restaurant ist \u00fcberschaubar und zugleich gem\u00fctlich &#8211; es bietet f\u00fcr 40 Personen innen und 20 Personen im Freien Platz. Das Auenfischer hat keine Speisekarten, denn hier l\u00e4uft es ganz anders: Hier kommt ihr rein, setzt euch an einen gem\u00fctlichen Zweier- oder Gruppentisch und bestellt eure Getr\u00e4nke und kommt erst mal ganz gem\u00fctlich an. Je nach dem wie hungrig ihr seid bzw. wie zackig ihr euren Fisch oder euer Fleisch serviert bekommen wollt, k\u00f6nnt ihr dann direkt an die Warenauslage kommen, welche die unterschiedlichen Sorten frischen Fisch und Fleisch bereit h\u00e4lt. Das einzige, was ihr im Auenfischer von einer Tafel ablesen k\u00f6nnt, sind die w\u00e4hlbaren Vorspeisen und Wunschbeilagen, welche ihr zu eurem ausgew\u00e4hlten Hauptgang genie\u00dfen m\u00f6chtet.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Inhaber Sebastian Wolf nimmt sich f\u00fcr jeden Gast Zeit und erkl\u00e4rt das Konzept und die angebotenen Sorten. F\u00fcr mich war es toll den Fisch frisch vor mir zu sehen und eben mal nicht an Hand von einer Karte zu w\u00e4hlen. Sprich hier ist das Ma\u00df an Transparenz f\u00fcr den Gast kaum zu \u00fcbertreffen. Ihr seht den t\u00e4glich frisch aus dem eigenen Fischhandel ausgew\u00e4hlten Fisch und k\u00f6nnt euch genau den aussuchen, welchen ihr inklusive zwei Wunschbeilagen essen m\u00f6chtet. Je nach Andrang ist ein Fisch auch mal schnell vergriffen &#8211; getreu dem Motto \u201efirst come, first served\u201c. Im Auenfischer gibt es n\u00e4mlich tats\u00e4chlich keine weitere K\u00fchlung oder eine versteckte Truhe mit weiterem Fisch. Nein, nur was ihr seht k\u00f6nnt ihr ausw\u00e4hlen. In meinen Augen veranschaulicht dies noch einmal mehr, dass hier eben nur ein ganz gezielt ausgesuchtes Angebot an Fisch und Fleisch vorhanden ist und Qualit\u00e4t statt Quantit\u00e4t z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Einige Fischsorten sind bei der Auswahl so gut wie immer dabei. So z.B. der Bachsaibling aus Rosenheim, dem Wolfsbarsch aus Kroatien oder einem Steinbutt aus dem Atlantik. Der Thunfisch stammt aus Sri Lanka und es wird ausschlie\u00dflich nicht vom Aussterben bedrohter Yello Fin Thunfisch angeboten. Fleischfans bekommen hier zum Beispiel Duroc-Schwein aus Th\u00fcringen, Ur-Lamm aus der Eifel, Allg\u00e4uer Charolais Entrec\u00f4te oder auch ein niederbayerisches Rinderfilet. Die Auswahl von i.d.R. mindestens 10 verschiedenen Fischsorten und f\u00fcnf verschiedenen Fleischsorten ist gut gemischt und bietet f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Bei den Gerichten wird f\u00fcr \u00fcblich keine So\u00dfe mit serviert, au\u00dfer die Fisch- bzw. Fleischsorte l\u00e4sst es zu ohne die Geschmackskomponenten des Einzelnen zu \u00fcberdecken. So w\u00e4hlte ich auf Anraten hin einen Heilbutt, welcher dann mit einer pfeffrigen Kapern-Tomatenso\u00dfe angerichtet wurde. Sehr besonders: Die Portionensgr\u00f6\u00dfen. Riesig und unm\u00f6glich nicht satt zu werden. Fisch ist teuer &#8211; das wissen wir alle. Hier jedoch so fair und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig portioniert, dass es nichts auszusetzen gibt, was ihr auf den Bildern erkennen k\u00f6nnt. Der vor kurzem noch in der Auslage gelegene Heilbutt war perfekt zubereitet. Ein Fischmesser war im Grunde unn\u00f6tig, denn der Heilbutt war so zart, dass er sich m\u00fchelos mit der Gabel zerteilen lies. Solltet ihr also bald vorbei schauen: Heilbutt! Super Wahl, falls noch nicht vergriffen. Ein kurzer Abstecher zum Fleisch: Ganz klar, das wird nat\u00fcrlich auch angeboten, dass eben die \u201eNicht-Fischfans\u201c auch was im Auenfischer zu Beissen haben. Qualit\u00e4t wird auch hier gro\u00df geschrieben und so bietet das Team des Auenfischers zum Beispiel kein s\u00fcdamerikaneische Rind an, auch wenn dessen Beliebtheit nat\u00fcrlich bekannt ist. Die Haltung der Tiere ist f\u00fcr die Betreiber einfach zu schlecht und so hat das nichts auf den Tellern der G\u00e4ste verloren.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt lies ich es mir mit meiner Begleitung an dem Abend richtig gut gehen. Wir w\u00e4hlten nach dem Amuse-Gueule (Pute mit Thunfischcreme auf Salat) zwei Vorspeisen, n\u00e4mlich gegrilltes Saiblingsfilet auf buntem Salat mit Mangodressing (12,50\u20ac) und ein Carpaccio vom Jungbullen mit Vanille\u00f6l (f\u00fcr 15,50\u20ac). Beides super und ebenfalls gut portioniert. (Ausprobieren!) F\u00fcnf unterschiedliche Vorspeisen stehen \u00fcbrlicherweise stets zur Auswahl bereit. Au\u00dferdem sechs bis acht verschiedene Beilagen, wovon ihr euch pro Hauptgang zwei unterschiedliche aussuchen d\u00fcrft. Zum wei\u00dfen Heilbutt (f\u00fcr 29\u20ac) w\u00e4hlte ich den \u201eAuenfischer-Beilagenrenner\u201c: Buntes Karotten-Vanille-Gem\u00fcse mit Minze &#8211; so gut, dass ich gleich gar nicht teilen wollte. Als zweite Beilage die gebratenen Steinpilze. Die zwei Beilagen sind preislich beim Fisch\/Fleisch mit dabei. Meine Begleitung entschied sich beim Hauptgericht f\u00fcr ein Karree vom Duroc Schwein mit den Beilagen Safranreis und Rosmarienkartoffeln (f\u00fcr 26\u20ac). Das auf den Punkt perfekt gebratene Fleisch war ebenfalls sehr k\u00f6stlich, gut portioniert und zart. Nat\u00fcrlich geh\u00f6rt auch ein gutes Tr\u00f6pfchen dazu: Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr einen Sauvignon Blanc | Weingut Scherner-Kleinhan\u00df aus Rheinhessen f\u00fcr 0,2l\/7,50\u20ac und einen trockenen Ros\u00e9 | Weingut Th\u00f6rle aus Rheinhessen f\u00fcr 0,2l\/8\u20ac &#8211; beides sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem der Ros\u00e9. Weil ich ein wenig warten musste trank ich davor einen Lillet Toni (f\u00fcr 7,50\u20ac) mit zwei Gurkenscheiben. Falls ihr es also etwas feuchtfr\u00f6hlicher wollt, kann ich euch diesen Drink nur empfehlen. Keine Sorge, ich habe dazwischen auch Wasser (Aqua Monaca 0,7l\/5\u20ac) getrunken. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Mittagstisch gibt\u00b4s &#8211; geleitet von Inhaber Nummer 2 Manuel Braun &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich auch. Hier f\u00e4hrt das Auenfischer ein gut funktionierendes Self-Service-Konzept auf. Dann erwarten euch &#8211; anders als beim Abendgesch\u00e4ft &#8211; einfachere Mittagsgerichte zwischen f\u00fcnf und neun Euro. Gute Hausmannskost (Suppe, Pasta, Fisch, Fleisch\u2026), welche ihr euch von einer aush\u00e4ngten Tageskarte ausw\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnt. Hier z\u00e4hlt Qualit\u00e4t, Geschmack und &#8211; weil Mittagspausen kurz sind &#8211; auch Geschwindigkeit. Hier gehen Mittags schon mal gut und gerne bis an die 100 Mittagsgerichte raus und so muss es zackig gehen und jeder Gast sollte hier in ca. 2-3 Minuten sein Mittagessen inkl. frischer Salate mit diversen Toppings in der Hand haben. Mittags verwandelt sich das Restaurant also vom schicken Fischlokal mit wei\u00dfen Tischt\u00fcchern und Stoffservietten, dezentem Licht aus kupferfarbenen Kugellampen, Kerzenschein, Rosen auf den Tischen und schick-gem\u00fctlicher Atmosph\u00e4re in ein ebenfalls einladendes und mit guten Speisen \u00fcberzeugendes Mittags-Bistro im einfachen Stil. Das Restaurant liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnhauses, hat raumhohe Fenster, eine komplett gl\u00e4serne Front und ist somit sch\u00f6n hell und freundlich.<\/p>\n<p>Der Service ist super freundlich &#8211; lange warten muss man hier auf gar nichts. Insgesamt sorgen hier derzeit acht Personen im Team f\u00fcr euren perfekten Abend. Besonders reizvoll macht das nat\u00fcrlich die sozusagen \u201ewandelnde Speisekarte\u201c in Form von Sebastian Wolf, welcher mit viel Geduld und Herzblut die Speisen und M\u00f6glichkeiten der Zusammenstellungen erkl\u00e4rt. Ge\u00f6ffnet ist das Auenfischer von Montag bis Freitag von 11:30 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr und von Montag bis Samstag zus\u00e4tzlich von 19:00 Uhr bis 0:00 Uhr, bzw. mit warmer K\u00fcche bis 22:30 Uhr. Manchmal wird es auch ein wenig sp\u00e4ter. Ingesamt fielen f\u00fcr zwei Hauptgerichte, zwei Vorspeisen, zwei Glas Wein, ein Wasser und ein Longdrink 111\u20ac an. Hier zeigt sich nat\u00fcrlich auch wieder: Qualit\u00e4t hat seinen Preis und &#8211; hier &#8211; zugleich auch seine Daseinsberechtigung.<\/p>\n<p>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Fazit: Vorbei kommen! Ganz klar. Zwar nicht ohne reservieren (zumindest an den Wochenendabenden), aber auf jeden Fall mit viel Hunger und Lust auf guten Fisch oder ein St\u00fcck k\u00f6stliches Fleisch. Die Preise sind der Qualit\u00e4t der Speisen angepasst und auch vom Ambiente, dem Service und dem Drumherum her gibt es nichts zu motzen. Toll ist hier auch, dass einer der beiden Inhaber immer vor Ort ist. Anmieten f\u00fcr eure privaten Feiern oder auch Weihnachtsfeiern f\u00fcr bis zu 40 Personen k\u00f6nnt ihr das Auenfischer nat\u00fcrlich auch. Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich, Parken kein Spa\u00df, aber machbar. \u00d6ffentlich ist das Lokal \u00fcber den Baldeplatz (Buslinie 58) gut erreichbar. Also &#8211; Mission geschafft: Ein weiteres Fischrestaurant in M\u00fcnchen entdeckt, das \u00fcberzeugt. Wenn ihr vorbei schaut, sagt liebe Gr\u00fc\u00dfe von mir.
