Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vor gar nicht all zu langer Zeit habe ich \u00fcber das\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.de\/2015\/11\/05\/upside-down-champagner-dinner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Upside Down Dinner<\/a> im The Charles Hotel in M\u00fcnchen berichtet und welch vorz\u00fcgliches Men\u00fc ich dort genossen habe. Vielleicht war ja der ein oder andere auf meinen Tipp hin bereits vor Ort. Wie in diesem Artikel angek\u00fcndigt, war f\u00fcr mich bereits beim damaligen Eintreten in das Hotel, sowie dem Durchqueren des Restaurants klar, dass ich dort nochmals au\u00dferhalb dieses Dinners vorbei kommen m\u00f6chte um das Restaurant Davvero zu testen. Das Davvero ist das im Hotel mit gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger und ruhiger Terrasse versehene Restaurant des Luxus-Sterne-Hotels und \u00fcberzeugt mit kreativen, mediterran angehauchten Kreationen. Vor ein paar Tagen war es dann so weit und ich bekam gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung einen Tisch reserviert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Schon direkt nach dem Eintreten empfing uns, wie auch bei meinem ersten Besuch f\u00fcr das Dinner, eine freundlich l\u00e4chelnde Dame, nahm uns die Jacken ab und brachte uns zu unserem gem\u00fctlichen Zweiertisch im hinteren Bereich des gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig geschnittenen Restaurants. Hier ist es wirklich gem\u00fctlich: Sehr hohe Decken, ein weiter Blick, gem\u00fctliche Lederb\u00e4nke, interessante Bilder, bereits vorab eingedeckte Tische und einfach ein absolut stimmiges Gesamtbild. Bevor ich ins Detail gehe m\u00f6chte ich vorab noch etwas loswerden: Ich bin so gut wie jeden Tag in Restaurants und dies in letzter Zeit auch sehr oft innerhalb von Hotels. Dort unterhalte ich mich nat\u00fcrlich auch regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit den Mitarbeitern, Restaurantleitern und sogar G\u00e4sten und wir sind uns alle einig: Ihr macht einen Fehler mit der leider viel zu g\u00e4ngigen Einstellung &#8222;Im Hotel gehe ich doch nicht zum Essen.&#8220;. Die Restaurants dort sind genauso gut, wenn oft nicht sogar besser, als &#8222;normale&#8220; Restaurants und bieten exzellente K\u00fcche. Ob \u00fcber, neben oder vor euch Menschen in ihren Zimmern wohnen ist unrelevant f\u00fcr den Geschmack. \ud83d\ude09 Also meine Lieben: Weg mit der unn\u00f6tigen, inneren Hemmschwelle, denn niemand beisst euch. \ud83d\ude09 Denkt bei eurer n\u00e4chsten Suche nach einem guten Restaurant an meine Worte und noch viel mehr in diesem Fall an das Davvero im Charles Hotel zwischen K\u00f6nigsplatz und Hauptbahnhof.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Gekocht hat, wie beim Upside Down Dinner auch, der brillante Sternekoch Michael H\u00fcsken &#8211; an dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank f\u00fcr das klasse Essen. F\u00fcr meine Begleitung gab es das Vier-Gang-Men\u00fc von der Speisekarte, f\u00fcr mich ein von Herrn H\u00fcsken zusammen gestelltes Men\u00fc mit ebenfalls vier G\u00e4ngen. Das wollte ich so, da dies auch beim Upside Down Dinner im Oktober so war &#8211; sprich das Men\u00fc nicht bekannt war &#8211; und alles einfach ausgezeichnet schmeckte. Da ich parallel mit\u00a0meiner Begleitung mit essen wollte entschied auch ich mich f\u00fcr vier G\u00e4nge. Zugegeben, im Davvero fiel es mir wieder mal auf: Wenn ich dann so etwas feines f\u00fcr den Gaumen, sch\u00f6nes f\u00fcrs Auge und wohltuende f\u00fcr die Seele esse, bin ich schon immer ein bisschen neidisch, dass ich nicht mit zwei solch &#8222;kochf\u00e4higen&#8220; H\u00e4nden geboren bin. An diesem Abend sollte das jedoch nicht mein Problem sein, denn daf\u00fcr hat das ausgesprochen schicke und gem\u00fctliche Restaurant Davvero ja den tollen Koch. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Als wir sa\u00dfen wurden wir direkt nach unseren Getr\u00e4nkew\u00fcnschen gefragt und bekamen diverse Aperitifs als Einstieg in den Abend angeboten. Da ich kein Fan von zu bitterem bin, entschied ich mich f\u00fcr Hugo und meine Begleitung bekam den Aperol Spritz &#8211; beides sehr fein, mit Strohhalm und sehr gut gemischt. Dazu gab es einmal stilles, einmal Sprudel-Wasser und schon ging es auch los mit der Auswahl der Speisen. Auf der \u00fcbersichtlich gestalteten Karte gibt eine gut gemischte Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen unterteilt in Vorspeisen (14-19\u20ac), Zwischen- (17-22\u20ac) und Hauptg\u00e4nge (29-38\u20ac), sowie Desserts und K\u00e4se (12-15\u20ac). K\u00f6stlichkeiten wie beispielsweise Ziegenfrischk\u00e4serisotto mit Pinienkernen, Ochsenschwanzpraline mit Feldsalatpesto, Rinderfilet mit Katoffel-Oliven\u00f6l-P\u00fcree oder auch warmer Schokoladenkuchen oder ein Topfenschmarrn sind nur eines von vielen feinen Kreationen der Karte. Diese wechselt im \u00dcbrigen alle vier bis sechs Wochen und trumpft so regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit neuen und abwechslungsreichen Kreationen auf.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Auch das Herbstmen\u00fc des Restaurants (f\u00fcr 59\u20ac), sprich das tolle 4-Gang-Men\u00fc meiner Begleitung ist Teil der Karte und klang einfach zu gut. Hier f\u00fcr euch (zum hungrig werden) im \u00dcberblick: <strong>Gang I<\/strong>: Jakobsmuschel | Rote Beete | Meerrettich | Granny Smith, <strong>Gang II<\/strong>: Saiblingsfilet | Spitzkohl | Schwarzbrot- Croutons, <strong>Gang III<\/strong>: Hirschr\u00fccken | Pastinaken | Guajana Schokolade, <strong>Gang IV<\/strong>: Orangentarte | Kalamansi-Sorbet | Zitrusfr\u00fcchtesalat. Klingt klasse, oder? Ich kann euch nur sagen: War es auch. Ich probierte n\u00e4mlich bei jedem Gang &#8211; neben meinem eigenen Men\u00fc &#8211; mit oder bekam ihn ebenfalls serviert und genau wie erwartet schmeckte alles einfach nur vorz\u00fcglich. Die Kombination aus den einzelnen Zutaten ist einfach super. Ich w\u00fcrde nie (&#8230;also ich sowieso nicht, aber evtl. jeder von euch&#8230;) darauf kommen Jacobsmuschel mit Apfel zu kombinieren oder auch Hirschr\u00fccken mit Schokolade. Es war einfach super.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Genauso sah es auch bei mir selbst aus. Mein Essen war super. Ich bekam als <strong>ersten Gang<\/strong>\u00a0Saiblings Tatar mit Avocado, Zitrone und Ingwer. Traumhaft. Die Portionen sind von allen G\u00e4ngen nie zu gro\u00df und ihr schafft ganz sicher alles. Genauso war es auch bei <strong>Gang II<\/strong>\u00a0und den Waldpilzravioli mit Sellerie und Tr\u00fcffel, sowie frisch dar\u00fcber gestreutem Parmigiano Reggiano. Da war ich glatt ein bisschen unzufrieden, als meine Begleitung probieren wollte und ich teilen musste, so gut waren die. \ud83d\ude09 <strong>Gang III\u00a0<\/strong>war ein Loup de Mer mit ger\u00e4ucherten Kartoffeln und Safral-Muschel-Nage\u00a0und\u00a0<strong>Gang IV\u00a0<\/strong>die kleine Orangentarte, welche auch meine Begleitung genoss. Hach&#8230;ich will noch mal, weil einfach alles ausgezeichnet schmeckte!&#8230; Nun gut&#8230;.man kann nicht alles haben. Was wir aber an dem Abend definitiv hatten war guter Wein und zwar eine Flasche Terre die Tufi (f\u00fcr 58\u20ac). Ein\u00a0k\u00f6slicher, leicht s\u00e4uerlicher\u00a0Wei\u00dfwein, welcher sehr stimmig zu meinem Fisch schmeckte und dennoch unglaublich mild und sanft im Abgang war. (Kann ich euch also empfehlen).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bevor es \u00fcbrigens mit den kulinarischen K\u00f6stlichkeiten in Form der Men\u00fcs losging, bekamen wir als Starter einen kurz angebratenen Thunfisch mit ger\u00f6stetem Gem\u00fcse, Zitronen-Basilikumcreme und Oliven\u00f6l (lecker!). Sobald ihr sitzt bekommt ihr au\u00dferdem, wie jeder Gast, das appetitlich angerichtete Amuse-Bouche. Dieses \u00fcberzeugt\u00a0mit frischem hausgemachtem Focaccia, Walnuss- und Tomatenbrot, Avocadocreme und H\u00fcttenk\u00e4se, sowie eingelegtem Knoblauch, Rosmarien- und Chilisalz. Sehr fein und ein guter (Geschmacks-)Vorbote, welcher uns schon vermuten lie\u00df, welch kulinarische Highlights uns in K\u00fcrze auf unseren Tellern erwarten. Das es auch noch andere, feine Brotsorten, wie z.B. Olivenbaguette, Pflute oder Mehrkornbrot gibt, wechselt das Angebot immer wieder durch. Genauso gut wie Starter, Amuse-Bouche und Men\u00fc gefiel mir die abschlie\u00dfende Nougat Praline mit Passionsfrucht auf Butterkaramell &#8211; der ideale Abschluss und so lecker. Schaut euch dazu mal das Foto unten in der Galerie an, mehr muss ich wohl nicht mehr sagen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das Davvero bietet im \u00fcbrigen auch ein sogenanntes Langschl\u00e4fer &#8211; Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck am Wochenende und an Feiertagen an. Das bedeutet ihr k\u00f6nnt von 07:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr ganz genussvoll und entspannt mit allen kulinarischen Finessen im Davvero fr\u00fchst\u00fccken und den perfekten Einstieg in den Tag finden. Neben Bl\u00fctenhonig direkt aus der Wabe, Tonkabohnen-Erdbeer-Marmelade, Egg Benedict und Co, warten auch frisch gemixte Smoothies und vieles mehr auf euch. Und falls ihr gerne ein bisschen l\u00e4nger schlemmen wollt, aber eure Kinder zum gehen dr\u00e4ngeln, sind diese im sonn- und feiert\u00e4glichen Kids Club von 10:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr bestens betreut. Ganz genauso gut klingt aber &#8222;Davvero\u00b4s Daily&#8220;, der neue Business Lunch des Restaurants, welcher f\u00fcnf Tage die Woche (montags bis freitags von 12:00 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr) angeboten wird. Es gibt drei t\u00e4glich wechselnde G\u00e4nge als Zwei-Gang- oder Drei-Gang-Men\u00fc, f\u00fcr 28\u20ac oder 38\u20ac, welche zus\u00e4tzlich zum \u00e0 la Carte Lunch Men\u00fc ausgew\u00e4hlt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das derzeit f\u00fcr 120 Personen Platz bietende Restaurant startet \u00fcbrigens ab Mitte Januar des kommenden Jahres f\u00fcr ca. 2,5 &#8211; 3 Monate einen Umbau. Der Betrieb des Restaurants wird jedoch ganz normal weiter gef\u00fchrt und somit die M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr euch in dem tollen Restaurant zu essen bleibt nat\u00fcrlich ganz normal bestehen. Nach Fertigstellung werden in dem Restaurant 90 Personen und in der Bar 60 Personen Platz finden. Die generellen \u00d6ffnungszeiten des Restaurants Davvero sind von morgens 06:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr bzw. am Wochenende bis 14:00 Uhr, Mittags von 12:00 Uhr bis 14:30 Uhr und abends von 18:00 Uhr bis 22:30 Uhr.\u00a0Die \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmittel U-Bahnlinie 2 (K\u00f6nigsplatz) oder U-Bahnlinie 1,2,4,5, sowie alle S-Bahnlinien (Hauptbahnhof) bringen euch zum The Charles Hotel in M\u00fcnchen. Dann ist es nur noch ein Katzensprung bis ihr in dem tollen, absolut gem\u00fctlichen und einladenden Restaurant Platz nehmen und es euch gut gehen lassen k\u00f6nnt.<\/p>\n<p>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Fazit lautet, auch wenn &#8211; das ist mir bewusst &#8211; das Davvero nat\u00fcrlich eher ein etwas kostspieliges Restaurant ist: Unbedingt ausprobieren. F\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Anlass oder sch\u00f6nen Abend, der eben ein besonderes Highlight sein soll einen Tisch im Davvero reservieren und \u00fcberraschen lassen. Ich bin mir ganz sicher, dass es euch auf jeden Fall schmecken wird, da ich so gesehen nun \u00fcber 15 verschiedene Kreationen von Sternekoch Michael H\u00fcsken ausprobieren durfte und jede einfach nur fantastisch war. Hier werdet ihr auf jeden Fall einen sch\u00f6nen Abend haben. Gr\u00fc\u00dft den Koch von mir und lasst es euch schmecken. Und falls ihr nur ein wenig hungrig und in der N\u00e4he seid: Im Winter werden ger\u00f6stete Esskastanien und der hausgemachte Gl\u00fchwein serviert. Lecker!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:<\/strong>\u00a0Auf jeden Fall.
