Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drunken Cow &#8211; Bar &amp; Grill | Maxvorstadt<\/strong> &#8211; Schon beim Namen des Mitte November 2015 neu er\u00f6ffneten Restaurants &#8222;Drunken Cow &#8211; Bar &amp; Grill&#8220; d\u00fcrfte klar sein, dass ihr in keinem\u00a0stinknormalen Steak- bzw. Burgerladen gelandet seid. Die Drunken Cow Bar &amp; Grill ist viel mehr als das und dazu\u00a0ein rundum \u00fcberzeugendes, neues Fleckchen M\u00fcnchner Gastronomie. Wie ihr als Fan meiner Seite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Essengehenistaucheinhobby\/photos\/a.201518836712566.1073741829.165409770323473\/431902193674228\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a> mitbekommen haben d\u00fcrftet, war ich k\u00fcrzlich vor Ort und habe die Drunken Cow Bar getestet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Drunken Cow Bar befindet sich in der Gabelsbergerstra\u00dfe in der Maxvorstadt, zentral gelegen und auch gut \u00f6ffentlich erreichbar. Schon direkt nach dem Eintreten f\u00fchlten meine Begleitung und ich sich hier wohl. Sicherlich liegt das auch an der herzlichen Begr\u00fc\u00dfung, sobald man in dem gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant mit roten Polsterb\u00e4nken, grauen W\u00e4nden, dunkler dominierender Bar und M\u00f6beln, sowie schummrigen Licht,\u00a0angekommen ist. Die Jacken wurden uns\u00a0abgenommen und schon konnten wir\u00a0an unserem vorab reservierten,\u00a0gem\u00fctlichen Tisch Platznehmen. Das mag vielleicht erst einmal nicht so wirken, wenn man die Karte aufklappt und knapp 20 verschiedene Burgersorten vor sich hat, dennoch solltet ihr euch ein St\u00fcck Fleisch auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Ein saftige U.S. Flanksteak (Creekstone) gibt es ab 200 Gramm (erweiterbar in 50 Gramm &#8211; Schritten) f\u00fcr 19\u20ac. Ein 200 Gramm Rinderfilet bekommt ihr hier f\u00fcr 21\u20ac, das Entrec\u00f4te mit 250 Gramm f\u00fcr 20\u20ac und ein H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet f\u00fcr 12\u20ac. In der Karte werden zu den jeweiligen Steaks und Fleischgerichten auch Empfehlungen was Beilage und Getr\u00e4nke angeht ausgesprochen. Zum Entrec\u00f4te beispielsweise wird Protweinbirne mit Blauschimmelk\u00e4se (f\u00fcr 2,50\u20ac) empfohlen. Wir bekamen &#8211; da wir Burger a\u00dfen und um auch \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t des Fleisches urteilen zu k\u00f6nnen &#8211; bei unserem Test ein in Scheibchen geschnittenes St\u00fcck vom Wagyu-Rind mit hausgemachter Rotweinsauce serviert. Ganz klar: &#8222;Daumen hoch!&#8220;. Wenn ihr auf wirklich gutes Fleisch steht, lohnt sich schon allein f\u00fcr das Wagyu-Rind ein Besuch in der Drunken Cow Bar. Zu jedem Fleisch k\u00f6nnt ihr euch von der Karte eine der aufgelisteten Beilagen (z.B. Eine Info vorne weg:\u00a0Die Drunken Cow Bar geh\u00f6rt zum legend\u00e4ren <a href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.de\/2015\/08\/02\/ca-ba-lu-lehel-burger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Burgerladen Ca Ba Lu<\/a>\u00a0im Lehel. Bis auf die Fleischzubereitung des regionalen Rindfleisches, sind die Burger geschmacklich relativ \u00e4hnlich wie im Ca Ba Lu und somit wie ich finde erste Sahne. Das\u00a0Fleisch wird vor der Zubereitung t\u00e4glich frisch gewolft, gew\u00fcrzt und dann auf dem Lavastein-Grill gegrillt. Das Ergebnis ist Fleisch in Form von Burgerbelag oder auch als Steaks zum Niederknien.\u00a0Dazu kommt, dass bei den meisten Zutaten, wie zum Beispiel dem Rindfleisch, auf regionalen Bezug geachtet wird.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Unsere Auswahl<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Meine Begleitung und ich entschieden sich jeweils f\u00fcr einen der zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Burger. Ich w\u00e4hlten den vegetarischen Burger mit doppelten Gem\u00fcsebratling, Jalapenos und Cheddark\u00e4se f\u00fcr 12,50\u20ac. Wahlweise\u00a0kann jeder Burger mit 150 Gramm oder 250 Gramm Fleisch gew\u00e4hlt werden. (In meinem Fall sozusagen 2 statt 1 Gem\u00fcsebratling). Meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte zwecks gro\u00dfem Hunger den 250 Gramm BBQ-Burger mit Jalapenos, R\u00f6stzwiebeln, Cheddark\u00e4se und BBQ-Sauce f\u00fcr 14,50\u20ac. Bevor diese serviert wurden, gab es noch einen k\u00f6stlichen Gru\u00df aus der K\u00fcche, in Form einer hausgemachten Karotten-Orangen-Ingwer-Suppe im Glas. Wir waren beide &#8211; sowohl von der Suppe als auch von den Burgern &#8211; sehr begeistert, rechneten aber auf Grund unserer vorangegangenen Ca Ba Lu-Erfahrung schon mit einem solchen Ergebnis. \ud83d\ude42 Das Fleisch war in jederlei Hinsicht &#8211; Qualit\u00e4t, Textur, Aussehen, Menge und nat\u00fcrlich Geschmack &#8211; vortrefflich. Meine Begleitung bestellte den Burger wahlweise zum Testen mit glutenfreien Brot, was mir sehr gut gefiel, da das &#8211; gerade bei Burgern &#8211; in M\u00fcnchen noch nicht sonderlich oft m\u00f6glich ist. Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr euch sogar zwischen drei unterschiedlichen Bun-Sorten entscheiden, bzw. sogar einen Burger ohne Bun, also brotlos, bestellen. Als Beilage bestellten wir uns\u00a0einmal den getr\u00fcffelten Kartoffelstampf (unbedingt probieren!) und einmal die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelpommes (ebenfalls kosten!). In meinen Augen lohnt sich schon allein f\u00fcr den Kartoffelstampf mit Tr\u00fcffel ein Besuch ;-), lasst mir aber auf jeden Fall noch Platz f\u00fcr das Dessert! Wir probierten gleich zwei davon: Einmal einen wundervollen Schokoladenkuchen mit weichem Kern und Vanilleeis und als zweites ein Schokoladenmousse mit hausgemachter roter Gr\u00fctze als Topping. Es wurde aber trinktechnisch noch um einiges &#8222;bunter&#8220;. DAS Aush\u00e4ngeschild schlecht hin ist n\u00e4mlich die tolle Bar und deren Karte. Die Drinks sind legend\u00e4r. Wir lie\u00dfen es uns also auch hier nicht nehmen und kosteten eine empfohlene und kreative Eigenkreation von der Karte, n\u00e4mlich den Hauscocktail &#8222;Chilibl\u00fcte&#8220; mit Chili infused Finlandia Vodka (also einem Chili Vodka), Triple Sec, Holunderbl\u00fctenlik\u00f6r, Limette und Mango (f\u00fcr 8,50 \u20ac). Wenn ihr ein bisschen auf Sch\u00e4rfe steht, dann bestellt euch den mal. Schmeckt wunderbar nach Mango und Chili. Die Karte h\u00e4lt vieler solcher Kreationen bereit. Hier wird neben der gleichbleibenden Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr das Essen n\u00e4mlich auch bei den Drinks sehr darauf geachtet, dem Gast nur Gutes und Frisches zu servieren. Saisonalit\u00e4t der Zutaten spielt also auch hier eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. In der Drunken Cow Bar k\u00f6nnt ihr euch neben Softdrinks, Wei\u00df- und Rotweinen, sowie Caribbean Cocktails, unterschiedlichste Hausecocktails (ab 8,50\u20ac), Champagner Cocktails (13\u20ac), Longdrinks und Highballs schmecken lassen. Geht auf keinen Fall ohne mindestens einen der Hauscocktails probiert zu haben!
