Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shami &#8211; Vietnamesische K\u00fcche in Schwabing<\/strong> &#8211; Im vor gut einem Monat er\u00f6ffneten Restaurant Shami war ich nun schon zwei mal essen. Einmal habe ich euch in Form eines Tagestips auf Facebook darauf hingewiesen und ein bisschen konntet ihr auch in meiner Foodkolumne bei der tz und dem m\u00fcnchner merkur dar\u00fcber lesen. Nun war ich nochmals f\u00fcr ein ausgiebiges Men\u00fc vor Ort, habe viele weitere Gerichte getestet, mich mit den Inhabern unterhalten und m\u00f6chte euch nun nochmals detailliert \u00fcber das vietnamesische Restaurant berichten.<\/p>\n<p>Shami. Ja&#8230;was hei\u00dft das eigentlich? Shami ist der Vorname der Betreiberin, welche gemeinsam mit ihrem Ehemann, Hai Pham, ein renommierter und sehr erfahrener Koch, das gem\u00fctliche und schon jetzt stets gut besuchte Restaurant an der M\u00fcnchner Freiheit betreibt. Auch bei meinem 2. Besuch wurde ich direkt von einem freundlichen Kellner an der Eingangst\u00fcr empfangen und durfte es mir bis mein Tisch fertig war an der gem\u00fctlichen Bar mit einer hausgemachten Ananas-Minz-Limonade (f\u00fcr 3,90\u20ac) gem\u00fctlich machen. Als mein Tisch im hinteren Bereich des f\u00fcr ca. 55 Personen konzipierten und mit ca. 18 Tischen ausgestattetem\u00a0Restaurants fertig war, war auch meine Begleitung vor Ort und unserem tollen Abend im Shami stand nichts mehr im Wege.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das Ambiente und die Ausstattung im Shami<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Auf die Ausstattung und das Ambiente ging ich schon in meinem kleinen Post und der tz-Kolumne ein. Dennoch fiel mir auch bei diesem Besuch wieder verst\u00e4rkt auf mit welch gekonnter Detailverliebtheit hier bei der Einrichtung gearbeitet wurde. Jean Paul Gaultier Tischdecken, asiatische Schriftzeichen an den W\u00e4nden, die zum Trinken einladen, auf Stolz hinweisen und einen guten Appetit w\u00fcnschen. Dazu gekonnt im hinteren Bereich an den W\u00e4nden platziere Wandmalereien und Samuraischwerter, die dem Shami einen unverwechselbaren Touch geben. Durch das ged\u00e4mmte Licht und die weit \u00fcber 50 aufgeh\u00e4ngten Lampions an der Decke entsteht eine einzigartige Atmosph\u00e4re. Wohlf\u00fchlen ist hier einfach. Getoppt wird das Ganze durch freundlichen Service. Wir wurden direkt nach dem Platznehmen nach unseren W\u00fcnschen gefragt und entschieden uns f\u00fcr zwei k\u00f6stliche Vor- und auch Hauptspeisen. Zum Abschluss teilten wir uns noch ein typisch vietnamesisches Dessert.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Die Auswahl der Speisen<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Als Starter gab es einen leckeren Aperitif f\u00fcr mich und meine Begleitung, einen Cr\u00e9mant mit Hibiskus (f\u00fcr je 7,90). Sehr erfrischend und ein fruchtig, frischer Starter. Wenn ihr vor Ort seid nehmt auf jeden Fall einmal die hausgemachten Limonaden &#8211; es gibt vier verschieden Sorten &#8211; und bestellt euch dazu auch einen der feinen Aperitif zwischen 5,90\u20ac und 7,90\u20ac. Die Vorspeisen bestellten wir zusammen mit den Hauptgerichten. Da ich schon beim ersten Besuch meine hei\u00df geliebten Edamame bestellt hatte, w\u00e4hlten wir diesmal bewusst nichts aus der Kategorie &#8222;Appetizer to share&#8220;, sondern gingen direkt zu den Startern \u00fcber. Drei verschiedene Vorspeisen probierten wir aus. Darunter eine der f\u00fcnf verschiedenen Sorten Dumplings, mit Schweinefleisch, Garnelen, Knoblauch und Zwiebeln (&#8222;Ha Cau &amp; Shao Mai&#8220; &#8211; Dumplings f\u00fcr 5,90\u20ac). Die Dumplings haben eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Konsistenz, munden jedoch vorz\u00fcglich. Man schmeckt sowohl das Fleisch, als auch die Garnelen und Gew\u00fcrze deutlich heraus. Wenn ihr also noch nie traditionell vietnamesische Dumplings gegessen habt und gerne etwas geschmacklich neues aus probieren wollt, solltet ihr hier von kosten &#8211; die F\u00fcllungen sind wie erw\u00e4hnt variabel w\u00e4hlbar. Parallel dazu gab es &#8222;Chili Sepia&#8220; f\u00fcr 6,90\u20ac. Das ist frischer Sepia &#8211; also Tintenfisch &#8211; im Chili-Sambal-Mantel mit Ingwer-Wasabi-Dip. Sambal ist eine sehr w\u00fcrzige und recht \u00a0dickfl\u00fcssige Sauce, welche traditionell in kleinen Sch\u00e4lchen als Beilage gereicht wird. Geschmacklich ist die Vorspeise sehr w\u00fcrzig und gewollt recht scharf. Wenn ihr es also gerne etwas feuriger m\u00f6gt, seid ihr auch mit dieser Vorspeise auf der sicheren Seite. Als dritte Vorspeise lachte uns der Starter &#8222;Spring Scallops&#8220; f\u00fcr 10.90\u20ac an. Das sind drei gegrillte Jakobsmuscheln mit Shimeji (Pilze), Jungzwiebeln, Pfefferkraut und Erdn\u00fcssen in Wantankruste. Das war zugleich auch mein absoluter Favorit unter den getesteten Vorspeisen, allein schon, weil ich sehr gerne Jakobsmuscheln esse und mir zugleich die Anrichte im Shami mit den Erdn\u00fcssen sehr gut gefallen hat.<\/p>\n<p>Als es dann an die Auswahl der Hauptspeisen ging musste ich nicht lange \u00fcberlegen. Der gegrillte Wolfsbarsch &#8222;La Zui&#8220; (f\u00fcr 18,90\u20ac) im Bananenblatt mit gebratenem Reis, Chili, Ingwer, Zwiebeln und Kr\u00e4utern sagte mir sofort zu. Der Fisch war super zart, lies sich leicht mit der Gabel zerteilen und harmonierte perfekt mit den Kr\u00e4utern, der Ingwersauce und dem gebratenen Reis im separaten Sch\u00e4lchen. Meine Begleitung bekam das &#8222;Shaking Beef&#8220; empfohlen. Ein Hereford\u00a0Entrec\u00f4te f\u00fcr 18,90\u20ac aus dem Wok mit Garlic-Sweet-Potato, sprich S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln mit Knoblauch und Mango-Papaya-Salat. Soooo lecker. Ich lies es mir nat\u00fclich nicht nehmen alles zu kosten und war begeistert. Das Fleisch zart und auf den Punkt, die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln mit einer leichten Knoblauchnote und dennoch intensiv im Eigengeschmack der Kartoffeln. Alles in allem waren alle f\u00fcnf Gerichte von der Karte &#8211; genauso wie bei unserem ersten Besuch &#8211; Tip Top. Ich k\u00f6nnte auch kurz dem freundlichen Koch und zugleich Inhaber die Hand sch\u00fctteln und mich ein wenig unterhalten.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Das Konzept des Shami<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Im Shami spielt nicht nur das Essen eine gro\u00dfe Rolle, nein auch das Konzept dahinter soll f\u00fcr jeden Gast verst\u00e4ndlich sein. So landet auf den Tellern ausschlie\u00dflich authentisch vietnamesische K\u00fcche im jungen und innovativen Feinschmecker-Stil. Gehobene K\u00fcche zu fairen Preisen und somit Gerichte, die sich auch der &#8222;normale Geldbeutel&#8220; zwischendurch mal leisten kann. In meinen Augen setzt das Shami dieses Konzept erfolgreich in die Tat um. Sich hier gut betreut zu f\u00fchlen ist f\u00fcr das freundliche Team genauso selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, wie perfekte K\u00fcche und zufriedene Gesichter beim Gehen.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Fazit<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Mein Vorschlag f\u00fcr euch: Um das Shami ein wenig besser kennen zu lernen, empfehle ich euch \u00a0vor einen ausgiebigen Besuch am Abend, einen Aufenthalt in der Mittagszeit. Mittags unter der Woche gibt es zu fairen Preise einen tollen Business-Lunch. Vorspeisen bis 3,90\u20ac, Chicken, Ente oder auch Rindfleischgerichte, jeweils mit Reis gibt es f\u00fcr maximal 8,90\u20ac.\u00a0Ich kann euch einen Besuch nach dem ich nun zwei mal hier war und mich durch zahlreiche Starter, Vor- und Hauptspeisen gegessen habe nur empfehlen. Genauso gut schmeckte mir \u00fcbrigens auch mein Dessert &#8211; vietnamesisches Mochi mit gelben Bohnen gef\u00fcllt. So fein! Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und geht das n\u00e4chste mal, wenn ihr hungrig seid ins Shami zum Lunch und\/oder Dinner. Ich bin gespannt, was ihr mir von eurem Besuch berichtet. \u00d6ffentlich m\u00fcsst ihr nur in die U3\/6 steigen und ein paar Meter direkt von der M\u00fcnchner Freiheit in die Marktstra\u00dfe
