Die Molkerei und zugleich beliebte Marke Weihenstephan d\u00fcrfte ja jedem ein Begriff sein und die meisten von euch\u00a0werden sicherlich schon mal das ein oder andere Produkt im Einkaufskorb und somit auf dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstisch oder auch im Kochtopf gehabt haben. Auf dem Termin ging es\u00a0Weihenstephan darum aufzuzeigen\u00a0wie einfach und vielseitig das t\u00e4glich Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck zubereitet werden kann \u2013 und das mit Basis-Produkten wie Joghurt, Quark und Milch. Ich kam ins Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber die einzelnen Produkte. Rund 380Tsd. Liter Milch, 320.000 Becher Joghurt und Buttermilch, sowie 60.000 St\u00fcck Butter werden Tag f\u00fcr Tag hergestellt. Wahnsinn oder? Das sind im Jahr rund 300 Millionen Molkereiprodukte. Egal ob Milch, Kakao, Sahne, Butter, Frucht- oder Naturjoghurt, Fruchtquark oder Buttermilch. Das Spektrum ist breit gef\u00e4chert und insgesamt gibt es \u00fcber 70 verschiedene Produkte der Marke im K\u00fchlregal. Zu diesen kommen\u00a0im Fr\u00fchjahr, Sommer und Winter jeweils zwei weitere Sorten hinzu. Eine davon ist der seit Januar 2016 in den Superm\u00e4rkten erh\u00e4ltliche Weihenstephan Rahmjoghurt Marille.\u00a0Der neue Rahmjoghurt mit fruchtiger Marille schmeckt mir besonders gut, weil er einerseits die gleiche Cremigkeit wie alle Weihenstephan-Joghurts besitzt, zugleich aber durch die Frucht Marille \u00fcber eine angenehm milde S\u00fc\u00dfe verf\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin zwar bekanntlich ein gro\u00dfer Fan s\u00fc\u00dfer Speisen und Desserts, beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und im Joghurtbecher, brauche\u00a0ich das aber nicht unbedingt. Genauso mag ich es nicht, wenn der Joghurt zu s\u00e4uerlich ist oder einfach nur fad und &#8222;nach nichts&#8220; schmeckt. Mitunter darum\u00a0war f\u00fcr mich der \u00fcberraschend frische\u00a0Geschmack des Rahmjoghurts in Kombination\u00a0mit kleinen St\u00fcckchen von der Marille sehr angenehm. Der Joghurt wird ausschlie\u00dflich mit nat\u00fcrlichen Aromen verfeinert, sorgf\u00e4ltig und schonend verarbeitet und bleibt somit &#8211; in meinen Augen &#8211; perfekt rahmig. Er schmeckt leicht s\u00fc\u00df, aber eben nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df und ein 150 Gramm Becher ist ruck zuck verdr\u00fcckt. Die Fruchtst\u00fcckchen haben einen angenehmen Biss und unterst\u00fctzen nochmals zus\u00e4tzlich das fruchtige Aroma.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Hardfacts und pers\u00f6nliches Fazit<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Der 150 Gramm Becher Weihenstephan Rahmjoghurt Marille kostet 69 Cent im Supermarkt und hat ca. 215 Kilokalorien. Der Joghurt besteht aus Rahmjoghurt, Zucker, Marille, Marillenp\u00fcree, Marillensaft aus Marillensaftkonzentrat, f\u00e4rbenden Pflanzenkonzentraten vom K\u00fcrbis, Apfel und der Karotte, sowie nat\u00fcrlichem Aroma. Ich mag die St\u00fcckchen in dem cremigen Joghurt und die leichte S\u00fc\u00dfe. Auch preislich liegt der Joghurt mit seinen knapp 70 Cent pro Becher in einem angemessenem Rahmen. Ein deutlicher, geschmacklicher Unterschied war f\u00fcr mich im Vergleich zu anderen Joghurt-Marken zu erkennen. Ich empfehle euch den Joghurt entweder als kleinen Snack zwischendurch oder aber als Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Grundlage. Dazu ein paar Fr\u00fcchte und M\u00fcsli und fertig ist das perfekte Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck.
