Aber kennt ihr schon das K\u00e4fer Bistro am M\u00fcnchner Flughafen? Nein? Bisher nur daran vor dem Abflug vorbei gehetzt? Fehler! Das wei\u00df ich so genau, weil ich das Bistro im Rahmen meiner &#8222;Biancas Tasty Tour&#8220; am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen (#biancastatstytour) getestet habe. Ich war also k\u00fcrzlich vor Ort\u00a0zum Mittagessen und will euch dar\u00fcber berichten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Als erstes: Streicht aus euren K\u00f6pfen, dass das K\u00e4fer Bistro am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen zum Feinkost K\u00e4fer in M\u00fcnchen auf der Prinzregentenstra\u00dfe geh\u00f6rt. Dem ist nicht so.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Viel mehr ist das K\u00e4fer Bistro Teil der Allresto, welche als\u00a0Gastronomie-Tochter der Flughafen M\u00fcnchen Gesellschaft\u00a0rund zwei Drittel der am Airport ans\u00e4ssigen Gastronomiebetriebe f\u00fchrt. So eben auch das schicke K\u00e4fer Bistro, welches sch\u00f6n unkompliziert vor der Sicherheitskontrolle erreichbar ist. Ich war mittags vor Ort und die Uhrzeit erlaubte einen erfrischenden Starter in Form von Prosecco mit Aperol Spritz gemischt &#8211; hilft immer! Mir wurde direkt nach dem Eintreten ein gem\u00fctlicher Tisch im hinteren Bereich des Bistros angeboten. Der\u00a0kleine Raum\u00a0unterscheidet sich deutlich\u00a0von dem restlichen Bistro\u00a0mit eher dunklen, recht schlicht gehaltenen Holzm\u00f6beln und der wuchtigen, ebenfalls dunkel gehaltenen Bar. In dem kleinen Raum\u00a0stehen n\u00e4mlich ca. sechs vorab schick eingedeckte Tische mit reichlich Tageslichtzufuhr und gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente. Nicht falsch verstehen: Der Hauptspeiseraum ist auch gem\u00fctlich, schicker ist es jedoch ganz klar in dem kleinen Raum. Hier sitzt ihr maximal eine Minute und habt komplett vergessen, dass ihr euch an einem Flughafen befindet \u00a0&#8211; einzig der Blick durch die Fenster hinaus\u00a0auf den Abflugbereich A erinnern ein wenig. Ich sa\u00df nur kurz, da bekam ich auch schon die Speise- und Weinkarte vorgelegt. Die Wochenkarte steckt bei allen bereits vorab eingedeckten Tischen schon in der Stoffserviette. Ich freute mich auf mein Mittagessen und merkte, wie beim St\u00f6bern mehr und mehr der Appetit kam. Ein sch\u00f6nes Fleckchen M\u00fcnchner Flughafen.<\/p>\n<p>Es ging an die Auswahl der Speisen. Es war ein recht hei\u00dfer Tag und mir war nicht nach schwerer Kost, wie z.B. dem Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb mit Kartoffelsalat (f\u00fcr 19,50\u20ac) oder den sechs N\u00fcrnberger Rostbratw\u00fcrstln mit Ismaninger Fasskraut (f\u00fcr 13\u20ac) zu mute. Ich bl\u00e4ttere mich ein wenig durch die Speisekarte und war ganz angetan, von der &#8222;Regional Line&#8220; f\u00fcr die Bayerische Hausmannskost (Schnitzel, W\u00fcrstel, Kalbsfleischpflanzal, Omas Kartoffelsuppe, etc.) des Bistros. Sprich eine extra Kategorie f\u00fcr alle Gerichte und Spezialit\u00e4ten aus der bayerischen Region. Sowas gef\u00e4llt mir. Die Auswahl fiel mir immer schwerer &#8211; wer die Wahl hat, hat die Qual &#8211; und ich bl\u00e4tterte wieder nach vorne zur Empfehlung des Hauses. Davon wurde es dann auch sowohl Vor-, Haupt- und auch Nachspeise. Das war eine ganz sch\u00f6n m\u00e4chtige Portion und das Sahneh\u00e4ubchen in der Mitte, welches langsam vor sich hin schmolz, trug seinen Rest dazu bei. Ich musste ein wenig \u00fcber lassen, sonst w\u00e4re ich mit meiner Hauptspeise wohl nicht mehr zu recht gekommen. Die Suppe\u00a0selbst war geschmacklich top. Eine feine Pilznote und durch den Biss der Pfifferlinge in der Suppe eine gelungene Vorspeise, die schon relativ satt macht. Mir hat\u00b4s geschmeckt und jeder Suppenfan sollte zuschlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptspeise war sehr interessant f\u00fcr mich. Ich entschied mich bewusst\u00a0f\u00fcr ein Gericht, das eben nicht auf jeder x-beliebigen Karte zu finden ist. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr mediterrane Gem\u00fcsespie\u00dfe vom Grill mit gef\u00fcllter Ofenkartoffel (f\u00fcr 13,50\u20ac). Mein Suppenteller wurde abserviert, ich wurde gefragt ob ich schon bereit w\u00e4re f\u00fcr die Hauptspeise, bejahte dies und musste nicht lange auf mein 1a angerichtetes Hauptgericht warten. Auf dem Titelbild d\u00fcrftet ihr erkennen, dass ich damit ins Schwarze traf. Mein Essen\u00a0duftete herrlich nach frischem Gem\u00fcse, w\u00fcrzigem Dip und K\u00e4se samt Kartoffeln. Mir lief das Wasser schon vom Ansehen (und fotografieren) im Mund zusammen. Der reichlich und im separaten Sch\u00e4lchen servierte\u00a0Dip hatte eine angenehme, nicht zu intensive W\u00fcrze und rundete das Geschmackserlebnis ideal ab. Ich liebe Kartoffeln und Gem\u00fcse, dennoch hatte ich selten ein solches Geschmackserlebnis in dieser Kombination, was sicherlich der au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich cremig-k\u00e4sigen F\u00fcllung der Kartoffel und der Marinade auf den Grillspie\u00dfen geschuldet war. F\u00fcr Vegetarier, Gem\u00fcsefans und jeden von euch, der gerne mal etwas nicht schon 200-mal gegessenes probieren m\u00f6chte,\u00a0ist das zwar grunds\u00e4tzlich schlichte, aber eben ausgesprochen\u00a0kreativ umgesetzte Hauptgericht genau das Richtige. Ich lie\u00df wieder ein wenig \u00fcber, was mir sehr leid tat, weil es einfach so gut schmeckte. Mein Dessert war nicht geplant, aber zur angebotenen Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e konnte ich einfach nicht nein sagen. T\u00e4glich von 05:00 &#8211; 10:30 Uhr und zwar 365 Tage im Jahr. Geschuldet sind die Uhrzeiten, sowie die \u00d6ffnungszeiten (Sonntag &#8211; Freitag 05:00 &#8211; 20:00 Uhr und Samstag 05:00 &#8211; 18:00 Uhr) nat\u00fcrlich auch den Flugg\u00e4sten am Flughafen und dem Abflugtakt. Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck kann sich sehen lassen: F\u00fcnf fix zusammen gestellte Fr\u00fchst\u00fccke zwischen 8,50\u20ac und 19,50\u20ac, sowie diverse Eierspeisen (ab 4,60\u20ac), als auch zahlreiche zus\u00e4tzlich w\u00e4hlbare Extras (ab 1\u20ac) stehen auf der Karte. Also ich werde hier auf jeden Fall mal fr\u00fchst\u00fccken (&#8230;.und das Wiener Schnitzel testen &#8211; das ist schon ausgemacht) und euch danach daran auf meiner Seite teilhaben lassen. Kaffe, Smoothies, Sandwiches und Obst &#8211; das kann alles mitgenommen werden. Solltet ihr mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gruppen dort essen wollen, ist eine Reservierung vorab sinnvoll. Gerade das kleine, hintere Zimmer ist sehr beliebt f\u00fcr ruhigere Treffen. Eine Mittagskarte direkt gibt es hier nicht, daf\u00fcr die w\u00f6chentlich wechselnde Empfehlung (siehe mein Men\u00fc). In das Bistro passen insgesamt 75 Personen, davor sind auch noch einige Tische und St\u00fchle platziert. Mit der Karte wird nat\u00fcrlich sowohl die breite Masse bedient, als eben auch der Fluggast, welcher es eilig hat satt. Genaus lohnt sich aber eine Anfahrt &#8222;einfach nur&#8220; zum Essen im K\u00e4fer Bistro. \u00a0Lasst euch auch die Weinkarte geben! Richtig gute Flaschenweine gibt es schon ab 24\u20ac aus Italien, \u00d6sterreich oder auch Deutschland. Nat\u00fcrlich werden auch gl\u00e4serweise Weine ausgeschenkt.<\/p>\n<p>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Fazit f\u00e4llt heute kurz, aber deutlich aus: Hingehen!
