Ansonsten berichte ich euch ja immer \u00fcber Orte, Restaurants, Locations und auch Produkte die ihr testen solltet. Im Endeffekt ist es hier genauso. Ich beschreibe euch aber eine von mir dreit\u00e4gige, durchgef\u00fchrte Presse- bzw. Genussreise am Tegernsee. Immer wieder gebe ich euch auch Tipps in dem Artikel. Daf\u00fcr braucht man nicht mal immer nasse F\u00fc\u00dfe&#8230; \ud83d\ude09 Viel Spa\u00df.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Tourismusverband Tegernsee hat mich und andere Kollegen auf eine spannende dreit\u00e4gige Presse- und Genussreise an den Tegernsee eingeladen. Drei Tage lang erlebte ich den mir von Wochenendausfl\u00fcgen bekannten Tegernsee auf eine f\u00fcr mich v\u00f6llig neue, facettenreiche und bunte Art und Weise &#8211; und das, ohne auch nur ein einzige Mal direkt am Wasser gewesen zu sein. Ja richtig, der Grund weswegen wohl die meisten M\u00fcnchner raus an den Tegernsee fahren &#8211; zum Entspannen am See\u00a0&#8211; war so gar nicht Teil der Genussreise. Jetzt fragt ihr euch vielleicht: &#8222;Ja wie&#8230;und was habt ihr dann da die ganze Zeit gemacht? Im Hotel gesessen?&#8220; &#8211; von wegen! Die Gruppe erwarteten drei spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tage mit Wild, Fisch, Wein, Schnaps, Sushi und vielem mehr. Serviert wurde bei unserem Besuch regionale K\u00fcche. Zuerst lauwarme ger\u00e4ucherte Luisenthaler Forelle mit Bl\u00fcten- und Vogerlsalat, danach Spanferkel mit Bayrisch\u00b4Kraut, zweierlei Kn\u00f6deln und Dunkelbiersauce, sowie als s\u00fc\u00dfen Abschluss einen Kaiserschmarrn mit Zwetschgenkompott, Vanillesauce und Apfelmus. Das Men\u00fc machte ordentlich satt und &#8211; ich gebe es zu &#8211; nach der anstrengenden Anreise und dem langen Tag f\u00fcr mich vorab ziemlich tr\u00e4ge, schmeckte aber gut. Da kam die anschlie\u00dfende, kleine Schnapsverkostung durch <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fischerwebers-edelbraende.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;Fischerweber\u00b4s Edelbr\u00e4nde &amp; Lik\u00f6re&#8220;<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0vom Tegernsee genau richtig.\u00a0(Dazu sp\u00e4ter nochmals mehr.) Nach einem ausgiebigen Abendessen inkl. traumhaften Ausblick und Sonnenuntergang auf den Tegernsee ging es dann wieder zur\u00fcck in unserer Bleibe f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten zwei N\u00e4chte, das <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bachmair-weissach.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hotel Bachmair in Weissach<\/a><\/strong>. Ein wirklich wundersch\u00f6nes Hotel mit toller Anlage, Terrasse und Gastronomie. Ges\u00e4ttigt, m\u00fcde und neugierig bez\u00fcglich den bevorstehenden Tagen gings ins Bettchen im separaten Schlafzimmer &#8211; ganz f\u00fcr mich allein. Wie sch\u00f6n. (<strong>Mein Tipp:<\/strong> Macht hier wirklich mal Urlaub. Auch\u00a0wenn ihr M\u00fcnchner seid. Erst mal ein ordentliches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im Hotel. Wow! Ein tolles B\u00fcffet mit gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger Auswahl und wirklich allem, was man sich am Morgen nur w\u00fcnschen kann. Sogar glutenfreies Brot und M\u00fcsli, laktosefreie Joghurts, vegane K\u00f6stlichkeiten, Humus und Co wurde angeboten. Genauso wie diverse Geb\u00e4cke, K\u00e4se- und Wurstsorten, Fr\u00fcchte und vieles mehr. Der Wettergott meinte es gut mit uns und so konnten wir sogar drau\u00dfen im gem\u00fctlichen Hotelgarten fr\u00fchst\u00fccken. Gest\u00e4rkt ging\u00b4s in festen Schuhen zur Kr\u00e4uterwanderung entlang der Weissach. Geleitet wurde die \u00e4u\u00dferst interessante Kr\u00e4uterwanderung von einer erfahrenen Kr\u00e4uterp\u00e4dagogin (Claudia Bernhardt). Ich lernte, dass es \u00fcber 30 Sorten essbaren L\u00f6wenzahn gibt, roch am Spitzwegerich und erfuhr, dass es einen nach einer Hand voll Heckenkirsche mausetot um haut. Auf halber Strecke verkosteten wir selbst gebackenes Brot und k\u00f6stlichen Kr\u00e4utersirup, zusammen mit zwei verschiedenen Sorten selbst vor Ort gemachter Kr\u00e4uterbutter. (Wusstet ihr, dass ihr dazu nur die richtige Milch\u00a0mit den gew\u00fcnschten Kr\u00e4utern sch\u00fctteln m\u00fcsst wie bekloppt &#8211; und schwups ist die eigene Butter mit individueller Note fertig.) Erstens ist es schon seit Jahren ein Traum von mir gewesen eine Naturk\u00e4serei zu besuchen, zum anderen eilt der Ruf der Tegernseer Naturk\u00e4serei ja auch m\u00e4chtig voraus. Von der Kr\u00e4uterwanderung aus landeten wir in der 10 Jahre alten Naturk\u00e4serei. Wir schauten uns die gesamte K\u00e4serei an, konnten einen Blick auf die Produktion werfen und nat\u00fcrlich auch &#8211; in Form eines riesigen K\u00e4sebrettels &#8211; probieren was das Zeug h\u00e4lt. Hergestellt wird der K\u00e4se aus der Tegernseer Milch. In der Naturk\u00e4serei k\u00f6nnt ihr nat\u00fcrlich K\u00e4se, aber auch die Milch, Joghurt und Co erwerben. Ganz besonders toll: Der Alte Bergk\u00e4se. Wenn ihr mal wieder da seid, dann macht hier auf jeden Fall einen Abstecher hin. Wenn sich bei euch auch die Sonne blicken l\u00e4sst, k\u00f6nnt ihr sowohl drau\u00dfen, als auch drinnen im Obergeschoss Platz nehmen und K\u00e4se in Top-Qualit\u00e4t genie\u00dfen. Ich hab mir nat\u00fcrlich gleich zwei St\u00fcckchen K\u00e4se mit nach Hause genommen und ordentlich geshoppt. (<strong>Mein Tipp:<\/strong> Vorbei kommen und K\u00e4se kaufen oder zumindest verkosten. Der Alte Bergk\u00e4se ist der Hammer! Sp\u00e4testens hier wurde mir bewusst, wie unglaublich viel man am Tegernsee erleben kann und eigentlich gar nicht wei\u00df, was es alles f\u00fcr tolle Ecken, K\u00f6stlichkeiten und in diesem Fall eben auch Edelbr\u00e4nde und Lik\u00f6re es hier gibt. Wir schauten n\u00e4mlich in der Destillerie von Hausherr Anton Huber vorbei &#8211; ihr erinnert euch am ersten Abend die Verkostung nach dem Dinner &#8211; und lie\u00dfen uns hier nochmals vertieft die Brennanlage zeigen, stellten Fragen und &#8211; nat\u00fc\u00fc\u00fcrlich! &#8211; verkosteten auch. Kaum einer der Gruppe verlie\u00df den kleinen Verkostungsraum inklusive Shop ohne T\u00fcte. Ich selbst nahm mir meine zwei absoluten Favoriten des Besuchs vor Ort mit (Kakaonusslik\u00f6r | 25% Vol und Waldhimbeergeist | 40% Vol). <strong>Mein Tipp:<\/strong> Wenn ihr in Rottach-Egern seid, schaut unbedingt dort vorbei. Herr Huber nimmt sich mit viel Herzblut der Sache an und erkl\u00e4rt euch im Detail worauf es ankommt bei guten Edelbr\u00e4nden und welcher am besten wozu passt. Ganz so, wie ich das mag. Genauso k\u00f6stlich gings gegen fr\u00fchen Abend hin auch weiter. Wir fuhren zusammen zum sowohl bei Einheimischen, als auch Touristen beliebten Almgasthof Caf\u00e9 Aibl auf den Berg. Abgesehen von der tollen Terrasse, samt musikalischem Programm (Akkordeon und Gitarre) f\u00fcr uns, erwartete uns ein grandioses Wild-Dinner-Men\u00fc. Bevor es aber ans Verspeisen der K\u00f6stlichkeiten ging durften wir einen Blick in die K\u00fcche des Betreibers Georg Ertl werfen. Dampfende T\u00f6pfe, zischende Pfannen, hier und da wird umger\u00fchrt und abgeschmeckt. So stellt man sich das vor. Direkt daneben zeigte uns der renommierte J\u00e4ger Michael Hermann wie die extra f\u00fcr uns erlegte G\u00e4mse zerlegt wird. Auch hier gebe ich zu&#8230;nichts f\u00fcr schwache Nerven, zugleich aber sehr interessant und Anlass f\u00fcr mich gewesen nochmals neu \u00fcber den Ursprung von &#8222;Fleisch auf dem Teller&#8220; nachzudenken. Einfach nur gedankenlos essen, vielleicht sogar einen Gro\u00dfteil auf dem Teller \u00fcbrig lassen ohne nicht \u00fcber die Herkunft und eben die voran gegangenen Arbeit (Jagd, Fell abziehen, zerlegen, anbraten, etc.) ist danach kaum mehr m\u00f6glich. Ich habe dadurch nochmals sch\u00e4tzen gelernt, was es bedeutet &#8211; in diesem Fall &#8211; frisches und qualitativ hochwertiges Wildfleisch auf dem Teller vor sich genie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Zu essen gab\u00b4s erst einmal einen wirklich guten, wenn auch sehr deftigen Kaspresskn\u00f6del, dann Wildgulasch mit Kn\u00f6del, Bandnudeln Wild und am Schluss zwei verschiedene Arten Kaiserschmarrn. Die beiden Kaiserschmarrn von Abend 1 und Abend 2 waren in ihrer Machart und auch im Geschmack nicht wirklich vergleichbar und jeder hatte seinen Vor- und Nachteil. <strong>Empfehlen kann ich euch<\/strong> aber (auch weil ich inzwischen in beiden nochmals zum verkosten war) aber beide Locations. K\u00f6stlich war\u00b4s das ganze Men\u00fc und wie ihr euch denken k\u00f6nnt wieder der Einstieg ins &#8222;Schnitzelkoma&#8220; (Wer\u00b4s nicht kennt: Schnitzelkoma entsteht immer dann, wenn man einfach zu viel gegessen hat und am liebsten zur\u00fcck getragen werden will. ;-))\u00a0M\u00fcde, vollgefuttert und angereichert mit neuen Eindr\u00fccken fiel ich in mein Bett. Fischzucht in Kreuth auch einer meiner Lieblingsstationen. Einmal, weil ich &#8211; \u00e4hnlich wie beim Zerlegen der G\u00e4mse &#8211; einen anderen Bezug zu dem Fisch auf meinem Teller bekam (er wurde f\u00fcr uns eben wie \u00fcblich erschlagen, ausgenommen, zubereitet, etc.), zum anderen, weil ich das so in dieser Form noch nie gesehen hatte. \u00dcberall Becken mit unz\u00e4hligen unterschiedlich gro\u00dfen Fischarten (St\u00f6r, Albinoforelle, Lachsforellen&#8230;), viel interessantes Fachwissen vom ans\u00e4ssigen Personal und &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich! &#8211; 1A ger\u00e4ucherter Saibling &#8211; verputzt im gem\u00fctlichen Sitzbereich zwischen den Becken f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste. F\u00fcr unsere Gruppe war das Highlight sicherlich, dass wir in der Herzoglichen Fischzucht den Fisch f\u00fcr unseren anschlie\u00dfenden Sushikurs im Hotel-Restaurant (dazu gleich mehr) abholten. Frischer geht nun wirklich nicht. (<strong>Mein Tipp:<\/strong> Unbedingt vorbei kommen. Zum Beispiel nach einer Wanderung und sich mit superfrischen\u00a0ger\u00e4ucherten Fisch st\u00e4rken. Wir durften unter Aufsicht des f\u00fchrenden Sushikochs unser eigenes Sushi zubereiten. Maki, Nigiri und Uramaki wurden hergestellt &#8211; alles mit dem Fisch aus der Herzoglichen Fischzucht. Cool, oder? Auch hier wieder der Aspekt: Herkunft und Ursprung der Zutaten. Ein wirklich interessanter Zusammenhang f\u00fcr mich. Beim Sushi machen m\u00fcssen wir alle noch \u00fcben. Der ein oder andere Patzer tat dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch und wir genossen in gro\u00dfer Runde und vor Antritt unserer letzten Station eine riesige Auswahl an Sushi. K\u00f6stlich. Wer meine Beitr\u00e4ge verfolgt, der wei\u00df, dass maximal 2-3 Tage ohne Sushi in meinem Leben vergehen. Die Station &#8222;Mizu&#8220; war also wie f\u00fcr mich gemacht und ich konnte auch meine Sushi-Skills ein wenig auffrischen. Der Liedschreiber Hof liegt fern ab vom Tegernseer Touristentrubel und man kann gar nicht so recht glauben, dass nur einige Kilometer weiter das bunte Tegernseer Leben von statten geht.\u00a0Herr Liedschreiber hat sich auf das Brennen von Edelbr\u00e4nden fokussiert, Frau Liedschreiber hat sich der Lik\u00f6rproduktion verschrieben. Wir probierten uns ordentlich durch und ich nahm mir am Schluss eine Flasche &#8222;Heumilchlik\u00f6r&#8220; mit nach Hause. Und da ging es dann auch hin: Nach Hause. Daumen hoch also an den Tourismusverband Tegernsee und dieses zwar sehr straffe, aber gut organisierte Programm.
