Einmal, weil ich bis dato noch nicht wirklich Fleisch in Verbindung mit meiner Gastrotour am Flughafen getestet hatte, zum anderen, weil ich MAREDO nat\u00fcrlich grunds\u00e4tzlich auch schon von einigen Besuchen in der M\u00fcnchner Innenstadt kenne. Zu essen gibt es &#8211; vollkommen wider Erwarten &#8211; Steaks. \ud83d\ude09 \u00a0Und zwar in den unterschiedlichsten Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Ausma\u00dfen. F\u00fcr Ladies, wie f\u00fcr echte Kerle, als Mittagstisch oder eben regul\u00e4r von der Karte. In der \u00fcbersichtlichen Speisekarte findet ihr auch eine \u00dcbersicht bzgl. der einzelnen Steak-Sorten und der jeweiligen Stelle am Tier. Von H\u00fcftsteak, Rumpsteak, Rib-Eye-Steak, T-Bone-Steak und Filetsteak k\u00f6nnt ihr euch dann aussuchen, was euch am meisten zusagt. Auch auf Herkunft und Qualit\u00e4t des Fleisches wird direkt zu Beginn in der Karte eingegangen. Das Fleisch im MAREDO Steakhouse stammt ganz traditionell von den besten Rindern der Rasse Black Angus und Hereford &#8211; aufgewachsen in Argentinien und Uruguay. Gefressen haben die Tiere nur Gr\u00e4ser und Kr\u00e4uter, das garantiert ein qualitativ hochwertiges Fleisch mit tollem Aroma. Ich war also gespannt, was mich erwartet. Der Lunch findet Montag bis Freitag von 11:30 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr statt und die Karte wird w\u00f6chentlich mit neuen Angeboten best\u00fcckt. Bei meinem Besuch waren das zum Beispiel H\u00fcft- und Putenbruststreifen mit Ofenkartoffel und\u00a0Sauce nach Art b\u00e9arnaise oder auch ein saftiges Schweinefilet mit Kr\u00e4uterbutter, Kartoffelecken und Sour Cream (f\u00fcr 7,80\u20ac). Wahlweise steht mittags auch ein \u00fcppiges Salatbuffet (f\u00fcr 3,90\u20ac) zur Auswahl bereit. Dieses war bei meinem Besuch aufgebaut und bietet zig unterschiedliche Salatvarianten an &#8211; f\u00fcr 3,90\u20ac ein Top-Angebot. Wer mittags lieber direkt zum Salat greift kann sich marinierte H\u00e4hnchenbrust mit Pimientos de Padr\u00f3n (kleine Paprikas) und einem halben Maiskolben dazu bestellen. Das Buffet ist bei diesem Gericht (f\u00fcr 9,80\u20ac) inklusive. Hier dreht sich also alles wahrhaftig ums Fleisch. Genauso gibt es als Mittagangebot aber auch ein Filetsteak (150 Gramm \/ 14,50\u20ac), ein Rumpsteak (180 Gramm | 12,90\u20ac) oder auch ein Rib-Eye-Steak (200 Gramm \/ 12,90\u20ac) zzgl. Buffet-Preis. Der Klassiker bzw. Aufgez\u00e4hlt habe ich euch die verschiedenen Sorten vorhin schon. Preislich gehts bei 13,90\u20ac f\u00fcr zum Beispiel 180 Gramm H\u00fcftsteak los, bis rauf zu 39,90\u20ac f\u00fcr 650 Gramm T-Bone-Steak &#8211; in der Regel immer der hochpreisigste Spa\u00df auf der Karte. Auch hier zu kann sich dann f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche 3,90\u20ac &#8211; also dem gleichen Preis wie mittags &#8211; am Salat-Buffet bedient werden. Cool auch: Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr euch euer Steak &#8222;Englisch&#8220; (also mit noch rotem Fleischkern und sch\u00f6n saftig) oder &#8222;Medium rare&#8220; (also innen rosa bis rot, mit au\u00dfen brauner Kruste) auf dem hei\u00dfen Stein servieren lassen und selbst nach dem eigenen Geschmack am Tisch garen. Geschnitten wird hier \u00fcbrigens jedes Steak frisch &#8211; darum k\u00f6nnt ihr die Gr\u00f6\u00dfen auch individuell und abweichend von der Karte in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mengen bestellen. Immer wieder mal gibt es auch Fleisch aus z.B. Auch bei der Saucenauswahl (&#8230;ein guter Dip macht jedes gute Steak noch einmal besser&#8230;) trumpft das MAREDO mit zehn verschiedenen M\u00f6glichkeiten (drei Saucen ab 2,50\u20ac, f\u00fcnf Dips zu je 1,50\u20ac oder Chimichurri bzw. Kr\u00e4uterbutter) auf.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Extraseite ist in der Karte den Klassikern gewidmet. Hier findet ihr wieder den erw\u00e4hnten MAREDO-Burger, Grillteller, Grillspie\u00dfe oder auch -platten f\u00fcr zwei Personen (mit 640 Gramm Rinderh\u00fcfte, Lamm, Schwein und Pute, sowie Maiskolben, Kartoffelecken, Pommes, Gem\u00fc\u00dfespie\u00df und Co. f\u00fcr 39,90\u20ac) und vieles mehr. Davor sollte es ein kleiner Caesar-Salad (4,90\u20ac) sein. Meine Begleitung entschied sich f\u00fcr ein Rumpsteak (180 Gramm \/ 14,90\u20ac, im Mittagsangebot aber 12,90\u20ac) mit Kartoffelecken (2,90\u20ac) und Guacamole (1,50\u20ac). Die Kr\u00e4uterbutter dazu kostete nochmals separat 90 Cent.). Weder mit viel Tamtam angerichtet, noch so, dass es etwas zu bem\u00e4ngeln g\u00e4be. Ein ganz normaler Salat als Vorspeise eben. Als der Teller leer war kamen auch schon unsere Hauptgerichte. Meine Begleitung bekam ihr Rumpsteak mit Kartoffelecken, ich mein Filetsteak mit&#8230;ja&#8230;leider nicht Gem\u00fcsespie\u00df, sondern &#8222;Fleischspie\u00df&#8220;. Ich war ein wenig irritiert, da vor mir ja schon 180 Gramm feines Fleisch lagen und auf dem Spie\u00df &#8211; den ich \u00fcbrigens gar nicht in dieser Form auf der Karte fand &#8211; locker nochmals die gleiche Menge Fleisch serviert wurde. Ich musste den Spie\u00df also leider zur\u00fcck gehen lassen und wollte nach wie vor meinen Gem\u00fcsespie\u00df. Die freundliche Kellnerin entschuldige sich und ich machte mich an mein Fleisch. Ein Traum! Wirklich sensationell und medium. Ich war komplett zufrieden, nur fehlte mir eben meine Beilage. Leider fehlte diese auch, bis mein Teller leer war und so bekam ich, als wir beide fertig waren noch einen riesigen, grunds\u00e4tzlich sehr k\u00f6stlichen Gem\u00fcsespie\u00df serviert. Kann passieren, war nur etwas ung\u00fcnstig und &#8222;Zwangs-Trennkost&#8220; f\u00fcr mich. \ud83d\ude09 Das Fleisch meiner Begleitung war leider nicht medium angebraten, sondern komplett durch. Ich muss das leider in diesem Fall so direkt schreiben. So blieb die Vorfreude auf das Fleisch ein wenig auf der Strecke. Die Qualit\u00e4t war aber auch hier merklich in Ordnung. Am meisten ist im MAREDO am Flughafen zur Mittagszeit ab ca. 12:00 Uhr rum los, sowie am Abend ab ca. 18:00 Uhr. Hier lohnt sich eine Reservierung. Mit der Karte kann gezahlt werden, bei einem Verzehrwert ab 20\u20ac parkt ihr nat\u00fcrlich auch hier drei Stunden kostenlos. Zwei verschiedene Fr\u00fchst\u00fccke werden von Montag bis Sonntag von 08:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr auch angeboten. Einmal s\u00fc\u00df, einmal herzhaft. In der Theke k\u00f6nnt ihr euch au\u00dferdem belegte Focaccia, Brote, Ciabatta und Co mitnehmen. Ge\u00f6ffnet ist regul\u00e4r von 08:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr. Bestellen k\u00f6nnt ihr hier aber auch noch um 22:00 Uhr und bekommt dann auch noch etwas.<\/p>\n<p>Mein pers\u00f6nliches Fazit: Das Fleisch ist &#8211; sobald die Garstufe stimmt &#8211; wirklich spitze. Mein Rinderfilet war zum Niederknien gut. Dass die Beilage sozusagen ein zweiter, vegetarischer Hauptgang wurde habe ich deswegen verziehen und w\u00fcrde auch wieder kommen. Meine Begleitung wohl eher erst mal nicht.
