Zu oft &#8211; sind wir doch mal ehrlich &#8211; kauft man sich ein Buch und dann&#8230;ja, dann steht es im Regal und verstaubt. Um das zu vermeiden und um euch wirklich nur jene\u00a0vorzustellen, welche diesem traurigen Ph\u00e4nomen nicht unterliegen, findet ihr bei meinen <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/category\/alle\/buchtipps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Buchrezensionen von Biancas Blog<\/a> nur B\u00fccher, die ich benutze und bei denen es immer wieder eine Freude ist sie zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Der ideale \u00dcbergang zu dem Buch, welches ich euch heute vorstellen m\u00f6chte: &#8222;Die Kochprofis &#8211; Einsatz am Herd | Das gro\u00dfe Kochbuch &#8211; Best of&#8220;. Warum? Aus verschiedenen Gr\u00fcnden. Einmal habe ich vor einer Weile den sympathischen Andi Schweiger &#8211; einer der Kochprofis und zugleich Juror in M\u00fcnchen bei unserem Dreh f\u00fcr &#8222;Das gro\u00dfe Kochprofi-Battle&#8220; &#8211; interviewt (<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/andi-schweiger-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Interview mit Andi Schweiger<\/a>), zum anderen habe ich die drei vorherigen Kochprofi-B\u00fccher vorgestellt und fand auch diese schon toll. Dazu kam, dass damit sogar\u00a0ich (&#8230;Bianca = KEIN Kochprofi) klar gekommen bin, sprich alle Rezepte\u00a0leicht verst\u00e4ndlich und \u00fcbersichtlich\u00a0gestaltet sind. Da lag es f\u00fcr mich auf der Hand das &#8222;Best of&#8220;-Buch, wiederum und wie auch die anderen B\u00fccher herausgegeben vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tretorri.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tre Torri-Verlag<\/a>, genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Andi Schweiger, Frank Oehler, Ole Plogstedt und Nils Egtermeyer sind die vier Kochprofis, welche ihr regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auf RTL2 am Abend beim Kochen in gleichnamiger Sendung auf RTL2 sehen k\u00f6nnt. Das nun erschienene und zur Serie passende Buch stellt auf <strong>352-Seiten<\/strong> die besten Rezepte der Kochprofis im &#8222;Best of&#8220;-Fomat vor. Diese findet ihr im <strong>\u00fcbersichtlichen Inhaltsverzeichnis<\/strong> ganz hinten im Buch. Ich habe ein wenig gest\u00f6bert, was es alles zu kochen gibt und hatte sp\u00e4testens nach &#8222;Lauwarmer Walnuss-Linsen-Salat&#8220;, &#8222;Vietnamesische Reispapierrollen&#8220; oder auch &#8222;Zweierlei Cookies mit Vanilleeis&#8220; so einen Hunger, dass ich erst mal zum Essen ging. \ud83d\ude09 Als ich wieder zur\u00fcck war ging\u00b4s weiter mit dem Buch\u00a0und der Gestaltung der einzelnen Rezepte. Auch hier: <strong>\u00dcbersichtliche Layouts<\/strong>, zu jedem Rezept eine Seite mit <strong>Bildern der Gerichte und\u00a0einzelner Zubereitungsschritte<\/strong>. Nat\u00fcrlich stehen auch \u00fcbersichtliche Zutatenlisten bei jedem Rezept &#8211; alles, was man eben braucht um die Rezepte der Kochprofis nach zu kochen. Wenn ihr euch das Buch holt, haltet ihr au\u00dferdem ein Werk in den H\u00e4nden, welches es erst seit einigen Tagen (14. Oktober 2016) zu kaufen gibt. Somit auch ein <strong>ideales Geschenk<\/strong>, falls ihr Kochprofi-Fans als Freunde habt, da sich das Buch wohl bis dato noch nicht viele selbst geholt haben.
