Beim Backen sieht das schon anders aus und darum freute ich mich auf den folgenden Test um so mehr. In den letzten Monaten habe ich immer wieder neue Weihenstephan Produkte getestet. Das letzte f\u00fcr dieses Jahr ist die neue Konditorsahne von Weihenstephan. Nat\u00fcrlich ist die Sahne ganz plump gesagt auch f\u00fcr den normalen Alltag in der eigenen K\u00fcche gedacht, kann aber wesentlich mehr. In diesem Zusammenhang hat die Konditorenweltmeisterin Andrea Schirmaier-Huber vor einer Weile exklusiv f\u00fcr Weihenstephan w\u00e4hrend einem Event tolle Geb\u00e4cke und Dessert mit der Konditorsahne &#8211; verfeinert mit Mascarpone gezaubert. Auch klar: Nat\u00fcrlich hat diese als absoluter Profi nochmals andere und wesentlich h\u00f6here Anspr\u00fcche an eine solche Zutat beim Backen\u00a0&#8211; gerade in Sachen Qualit\u00e4t, Geschmack und finalem Aussehen, als der Durchschnitt. Die Ergebnisse waren wirklich umwerfend. Das Lieblings-Rezept des Events &#8211; ein Cranberry-Orange-Cheesecake &#8211; m\u00f6chte ich euch <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Cranberry-Orange-Cheesecake-Rezept.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via Download<\/a>\u00a0zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich belie\u00df es jedoch nicht &#8222;nur&#8220; bei diesem Profi-Test und stellte mich im Anschluss\u00a0auch privat mit der Konditorsahne in meine K\u00fcche. Gemeinsam mit meiner &#8222;Backhilfe&#8220; zauberte ich ein eigenes Dessert, in welchem die Konditorsahne verwendet wurde. Die besonders kompakte Textur entsteht durch die 36% Fett im Michanteil und verleiht der Sahne einen besonders cremigen Geschmack. Das klingt erst mal alles fein, entscheidend nat\u00fcrlich das Ergebnis und ob wirklich der klare Unterschied zu einer anderen Sahne schmeckbar ist. Ein klares Plus und ein deutlicher Unterschied, den ich auch selbst bei der Anwendung festgestellt habe: Die Weihenstephan Konditorsahne l\u00e4sst sich deutlich schneller und auch leichter aufschlagen als vergleichbare Konkurrenz-Produkte &#8211; das wei\u00df ich, weil es zum Beispiel Zwetschgendatschi niemals ohne frische Sahne bei mir gibt. \ud83d\ude42 Insgesamt bleibt sie &#8211; ganz ohne Sahnesteif &#8211; auch wesentlich l\u00e4nger fest und stabil.
