Nein, daf\u00fcr musste ich nur den Abflugbereich H des Terminal 2 (hinter dem Sicherheitsbereich) aufsuchen. Dort angekommen ging\u00b4s f\u00fcr mich und meine Begleitung dann in das Restaurant Boconero. Boconero &#8211; das ist Restaurant, Bar und &#8211; vor allem &#8211; Kaffeemarke in einem. Hier vereinen sich gute mediterrane K\u00fcche sowie eine eigene Kaffeemarke mit sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlten Bohnen, aufw\u00e4ndigen Br\u00fchtechniken und unterschiedlichen Filtermethoden. Angeboten werden traditionelle Kaffees wie Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato und Espresso sowie neumoderne Kreationen, wie Flat White, Caf\u00e9 Longo, Caf\u00e9 Mocha, Ristretto oder Affogato. Auch eine Brew Bar ist Teil des Boconero. Das klingt doch spannend, oder? Dazu Kaffee, frischer Kuchen, belegte Brote, Baguettes, Pizza, Pasta, Suppen, Salate und Co. &#8211; also so einiges. Die Spezialit\u00e4t des Hauses neben der hauseigenen Kaffeemarke \u00a0sind die verschiedenen Pastagerichte und die unterschiedlichen \u00e0 la minute zubereiteten Pizzen. Im hinteren Bereich kann an gem\u00fctlichen Zweier-, Bar- oder Hochtischen Platz genommen, Kaffee getrunken, geschlemmt und entspannt werden. Auch an der Bar gibt es gem\u00fctliche Sitzm\u00f6glichkeiten. Das Boconero dient sowohl als Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr einen (oder auch zwei) Kaffees, als auch als Treffpunkt f\u00fcr ein Essen vor oder nach dem Abflug. Im vorderen Bereich liegen in der Frischetheke\u00a0verschiedene Sandwiches, belegte Baguettes und Br\u00f6tchen, Quiche, Kuchen, Dessert, Macarons, Tartes und Co. aus. F\u00fcr das komplette Angebot im Boconero gilt: So weit wie m\u00f6glich werden regionale und nat\u00fcrlich stets qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten verwendet. Der Fokus der Bar ist ganz klar der Kaffee. Da h\u00f6rt es bez\u00fcglich der angebotenen Bohne nat\u00fcrlich auf mit der Regionalit\u00e4t. Bis die richtige Bohnenmischung jedoch gefunden war, wurde lange get\u00fcftelt. Von hausgemachten Pizzen (ab 11,90\u20ac) &#8211; \u00fcbrigens die einzige, welche \u00e0 la minute hinter dem Sicherheitsbereich am Flughafen serviert wird, \u00fcber regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechselnde regionale Fischgerichte (mit Beilage f\u00fcr 18,90\u20ac), bis hin zu verschiedenen Vorspeisen (ab 9,90\u20ac), Pasta (ab 11,90\u20ac) und Desserts (ab 1,90\u20ac) bleiben keine W\u00fcnsche offen. Sogar &#8222;Coq au Vin&#8220; (Hahn in Wein, f\u00fcr 19,50\u20ac) wird angeboten. Aktuell stehen sieben verschiedene Pizzen, f\u00fcnf verschiedene Pastagerichte sowie unterschiedliche Vorspeisen zur Auswahl. Auch Bruschetta mit verschiedenen Bel\u00e4gen (ab 7,50\u20ac) kann bestellt werden .\u00a0Eine separate Mittagskarte gibt es aktuell nicht, daf\u00fcr aber ein &#8222;Weekly Special&#8220; (Angebot der Woche). Bei meinem Besuch war das eine K\u00fcrbiscremesuppe mit Kokosmilch und steirischem K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l (f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac), Spaghetti Tartufo mit Tr\u00fcffel und Parmesan (f\u00fcr 16,90\u20ac) oder auch &#8222;Branzino&#8220; &#8211; Wolfsbarsch mit pfannenger\u00fchrtem Gem\u00fcse (f\u00fcr 18,90\u20ac). Die beiden ersten Positionen klangen f\u00fcr mich so fein, dass ich sie mir als Vor- und Hauptspeise bestellte. Meine Begleitung hingegen lie\u00df sich von dem Tipp des charmanten Restaurantleiters leiten und bestellte neben der Vorspeise &#8222;Panzanella&#8220; &#8211; Tomaten-Brot-Salat mit Basilikum und Kapern (f\u00fcr 9,90\u20ac), sowie eine Pizza &#8222;Verdure&#8220; mit Tomatensauce, Mozzarella und gegrilltem Gem\u00fcse (f\u00fcr 12,90\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p>Bevor es an die Bewertung der Speisen geht noch ein kurzer Kaffee-Abstecher. Wer guten Kaffee anbietet, der kommt um eine Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskarte kaum herum. Und so bietet das Boconero von 05:00 Uhr morgens bis 10:30 Uhr ein ausgew\u00e4hltes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck an. \u00a0Ab 7,50\u20ac bis 19,90\u20ac k\u00f6nnt ihr euch hier also auch Starter in den Tag schmecken lassen. Bircherm\u00fcsli, frisch gemischter Beerensmoothie, R\u00fchreitoast, Omelett, Lachsfr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder auch das &#8222;Continental Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck&#8220; f\u00fcr zwei Personen stehen zur Auswahl. Dazu k\u00f6nnt ihr euch Kaffee bestellen, welcher im Boconero mit vier unterschiedlichen Br\u00fchmethoden angeboten wird. Auch wenn sich eure Kaffee-Leidenschaft und das &#8222;know how&#8220; um diesen bis dato in Grenzen gehalten hat, solltet ihr im Boconero einen Blick auf die breitgef\u00e4cherten M\u00f6glichkeiten der Br\u00fchmethoden werfen. Jeweils drei verschiedene und unterschiedlich intensive R\u00f6stungen (Boconero Single Origin f\u00fcr 6,90\u20ac, Kenya Kirinyaga f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac oder Honduras Marcala f\u00fcr 8,90\u20ac) werden auf Filterbasis angeboten.: V60, Chemex, Aeropress oder Cold Brewed. Empfohlen wurde uns zum Probieren die Chemex-Methode, bei welcher der Kaffee relativ z\u00fcgig aufgebr\u00fcht wird. (Im Gegensatz: Bei der V60-Methodik wird der Kaffee \u00e4hnlich, aber wesentlich langsamer (8 Minuten lang) aufgebr\u00fcht). Jede Br\u00fch-Art und Kaffeesorte bringt einen anderen Geschmack und Kaffeenote mit sich. F\u00fcr Kaffee-Fans d\u00fcrfte die auf der Bar aufgebaute &#8222;Cold Brew Coffee&#8220;-Anlage das Highlight sein. Stundenlang und Tr\u00f6pfchen f\u00fcr Tr\u00f6pfchen bahnt sich der kalte Kaffee hier seinen Weg durch das Eis in die Kanne und kann dann &#8211; eben lange durchgezogen und mit mild-bitterem Geschmack &#8211; bestellt werden. Meins ist das zwar nicht, das gesamte &#8222;Drumherum&#8220; beeindruckte mich aber sehr. Nat\u00fcrlich achte ich immer darauf, ob das Brot frisch geschnitten und qualitativ hochwertig ist. Ein weiteres Indiz f\u00fcr die Bewertung ist bei mir inzwischen auch der Fakt, ob ich die Finger davon lassen kann, bevor mein Essen kommt. Gutes Brot bleibt selten stehen. Im Falle des Boconero-Brotes konnten wir das beide nicht wirklich und so war ich froh, dass Suppe und Brot-Salat z\u00fcgig serviert wurden. Meine gut portionierte und appetitlich angerichtet K\u00fcrbissuppe \u00fcberzeugte geschmacklich sofort. Wer\u00b4s nicht gern w\u00fcrzig (nicht scharf!) mag, der sollte das beim Bestellen ank\u00fcndigen. Um so mehr ich n\u00e4mlich a\u00df um so w\u00fcrziger wurde sie. Sowohl die K\u00fcrbis-, als auch eine leichte Ingwernote schmeckt ich deutlich heraus. Senf sorgt in diesem Fall f\u00fcr das gewisse etwas. Eine tolle Suppe und falls es &#8222;nur&#8220; ein s\u00e4ttigender Snack sein soll, d\u00fcrftet ihr damit schon bedient sein. Der Brotsalat meiner Begleitung sah nicht nur toll aus, sondern schmeckte dazu auch noch klasse. Die Kapern wurden auf Wunsch hin weggelassen, die Portion war ebenfalls mehr als gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig bemessen und das Brot hatte noch genau den richtigen Biss. Keiner mag matschig, aufgeweichtes Brot &#8211; hier war das, auch durch die knackigen Tomaten, gut umgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Es dauerte nicht lang, da waren die leeren Vorspeisenteller weggebracht und Pizza sowie Pasta wurde serviert. Auch hier wieder: gro\u00dfe Portionen, was jeden hungrigen Gast erfreuen d\u00fcrfte. Ich schaffte meine mit dreierlei Tr\u00fcffel-Konsistenzen versehenen Spaghetti leider nicht ganz. (&#8230;h\u00e4tte ich mal das Brot oder die H\u00e4lfte der Suppe weglassen&#8230;). Es wurde sowohl mit Tr\u00fcffel\u00f6l, Tr\u00fcffelfl\u00f6ckchen, bzw. -st\u00fcckchen, als auch Tr\u00fcffelscheiben gearbeitet. Ein jedem Tr\u00fcffelfan d\u00fcrfte hier das Herz h\u00f6her schlagen. Die Nudeln waren al dente, der Tr\u00fcffel reichlich und der zus\u00e4tzlich gereichte Parmesan frisch und hochwertig. Die schon allein f\u00fcrs Auge ansehnliche Pizza meiner Begleitung war geschmacklich in Ordnung. Der Boden war d\u00fcnn und nicht zu knusprig. Beim Belag wurde nicht gespart und alles in allem war es eine gute Pizza. Seht euch am besten die unten angef\u00fcgte Bildergalerie an.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich lie\u00dfen wir uns auch das Dessert nicht nehmen und wurden mit dreierlei Macarons und einer Erdbeer-Tarte verw\u00f6hnt. Dazu gab\u00b4s zwei Cappuccino mit Chemex-Filter-Kaffee. Ich bin wie erw\u00e4hnt nicht der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kaffee-Trinker, war aber tats\u00e4chlich richtig angetan, von dieser Variante. Tut euch also selbst einen Gefallen und probiert eine Boconero-Kaffeespezialit\u00e4t aus. Auch hier sollten euch die Bilder \u00fcberzeugen. Italienisches Bar-Feeling kommt im Boconero schnell auf. Helle Farbe, schicke Wandverkleidungen, raffinierte Lampen und freundliches sowie helles Licht herrschen vor. Wie erw\u00e4hnt, stehen verschiedene Sitzbereiche zur Auswahl. Ob gem\u00fctlich zum Essen, auf den schnellen Espresso an der Bar oder auf einen kurzen Talk im vorderen Caf\u00e9bereich mit Bistrotischen &#8211; das Boconero bietet f\u00fcr jede Angelegenheit den richtigen Platz. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gef\u00fchlt. Am meisten begeisterte mich, dass ich das &#8222;Flughafen-Feeling&#8220; tats\u00e4chlich komplett ausblenden konnte. Runter kommen oder eben nach oder vor einem Flug nochmals kurz entspannen ist hier kein Problem.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Hardfacts und pers\u00f6nliche Infos<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Betrieben wird das Mitte Juli 2016 er\u00f6ffnete Boconero, genauso wie das bereits von mir getestete <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/cloud-7-flughafen-biancas-tasty-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Restaurant &#8222;Cloud 7&#8220;<\/a> von der Aichinger-Gastro GmbH. Ge\u00f6ffnet ist das Boconerco von 05:00 Uhr morgens bis 22:30 Uhr. Bis 21:30 Uhr bekommt ihr Gerichte von der Karte, angeboten werden Snacks und Kleinigkeiten jedoch bis zur Schlie\u00dfung. Platz ist in dem Restaurant f\u00fcr 120 G\u00e4ste. Den Boconerco-Kaffee k\u00f6nnt ihr entweder direkt vor Ort trinken oder auch f\u00fcr zu Hause mitnehmen. Boconero ist im \u00dcbrigen eine Ableitung von &#8222;bocca nero&#8220;, was schwarzer Mund (vom Kaffee sozusagen) auf italienisch bedeutet. Falls ihr es besonders eilig habt, werden euch alle Gerichte zum Mitnehmen eingepackt.
