Beim <strong>GREAT GOOSE DINNER\u00a0am 19.11.2016<\/strong>, werden Spezialit\u00e4ten rund um die Gans serviert. Die G\u00e4ste erwartet ein mehrg\u00e4ngiges Men\u00fc der Extraklasse.<\/p>\n<p>Gestartet wird bei diesem mit &#8222;<strong>ANTIPASTO<\/strong>&#8220; in Form von mariniertem Lamm, Crostini, Schalotten und Radieschen. Weiter geht es mit &#8222;<strong>FEGATO D\u2019OCA<\/strong>&#8220; &#8211; einer gebratenen G\u00e4nseleber mit karamellisiertem Apfel, gefolgt von &#8222;<strong>TORTELLINI IN BRODO<\/strong>&#8220; &#8211; hausgemachte G\u00e4nsetortellini in eigenem Sud. Neben\u00a0dem <strong>klaren Highlight des Men\u00fcs<\/strong> &#8211; eine\u00a0<strong>klassisch knusprige Gans<\/strong> mit glasierten Maroni, Portwein-Blaukraut und kleinen Kartoffelkn\u00f6deln, wird als erfrischender Begleiter der \u201e<strong>LE FIZZ<\/strong>\u201c, eine Komposition\u00a0aus <strong>Grey Goose, St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur und Fresh Lime<\/strong> gereicht.
