Als Fan bayerischer Schmankerl\u00a0und exquisiter K\u00fcche kommt man in M\u00fcnchen ja kaum an Alfons Schuhbeck und dessen Gourmet-K\u00fcche vorbei. Der Flughafen M\u00fcnchen, das Tor in die Stadt bzw. in die Welt hinaus, bietet seit April 2016 &#8211; sprich der Er\u00f6ffnung des neuen Satellitenterminals &#8211; nun auch die M\u00f6glichkeit an, die K\u00f6stlichkeiten Schuhbecks zu testen &#8211; und zwar in dem im Terminal 2, Gate K befindlichen Restaurant samt Shop, Take Away Bereich und gem\u00fctlichen Fullservice-Restaurant. Die einzig traurige Nachricht: Wer nicht landet, (oder abfliegt) kommt\u00a0hier leider nicht hin, da es hinter der Sicherheitskontrolle liegt. Was das Schuhbecks am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen in meinen Augen sehr gekonnt umsetzt: Bayerisches Lebensgef\u00fchl. Sprich, wenn ihr erst mal sitzt, vergesst ihr glatt, dass ihr am Airport und z.B. nicht mitten am Platzl in der Innenstadt seid. Das klappt durch gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re, ansprechendes Ambiente mit vielen Details und ein insgesamt stimmiges Konzept in der Umsetzung. Bevor wir zum Restaurant kommen auch noch ein Hinweis auf den dazu geh\u00f6rigen Schuhbecks Shop, direkt neben der separaten Backstube mit frischen Broten und Schmankerl &#8222;To Go&#8220;. Dort k\u00f6nnt ihr euch Gew\u00fcrze von Alfons Schuhbeck mitnehmen und auch die unterschiedlichsten seiner B\u00fccher kaufen. Unterschiedliche Sitzbereiche, Hochtische, gro\u00dfe Gruppentische, Zweiertische, oder auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, in der\u00a0separaten und nett mit frischen Kr\u00e4utern im Glas dekorierten Kr\u00e4uterlaube Platz zu nehmen, sind geboten. Insgesamt passen an die 35 mit frischen Kr\u00e4utert\u00f6pfchen versehenen Tische 140 Personen in das Restaurant.\u00a0W\u00e4hrend es im To Go bzw. Take-Away-Bereich direkt beim Restaurant eher kleinere Schmankerl, also Fleischpflanzerl, belegte Baguettes, Schuhbecks Pausenbrote, Leberk\u00e4se und Co gibt, stehen auf der Speisekarte des Restaurants unterschiedliche Hauptgerichte aus der bayerischen K\u00fcche. Unterteilt in Vorspeisen, Suppen, Wurst und Brotzeiten, Hauptg\u00e4nge, Nudel- und Veggi-Gerichte, Salate und Desserts. Die Karte ist nicht all zu gro\u00df, in jeder Kategorie stehen zwei bis vier Speisen zur Auswahl. Sowohl Klassiker, als auch etwas ausgefallenere Kreationen werden angeboten. An Vegetarier wird wie gesagt auch gedacht. Klar war: Eine Vorspeise muss her. Nicht zu \u00fcppig, da ja noch ein bayerisches Hauptgericht rein passen muss, aber eben doch ein kleiner Vorgeschmack. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr den &#8222;Ger\u00e4ucherten Lachs&#8220; (f\u00fcr 12,50\u20ac) \u00a0mit Roten \u00c4pfeln (also Roter Beete), Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, knackigem Rucola und Chili-Vanille-Salz. Hier h\u00e4tten wir zum Beispiel schon eines der Schuhbecks Gew\u00fcrze im Einsatz. Bei den Hauptgerichten w\u00e4hlten wir ganz klassisch ein &#8222;Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb&#8220; mit Kartoffel-Meerrettichsalat und Preiselbeeren (f\u00fcr 21\u20ac) und den &#8222;Bayerischen Schweinsbraten&#8220; mit Dunkelbiersauce, Kartoffelkn\u00f6del und Speckkraut (f\u00fcr 14\u20ac). Beim Bestellen wurden wir ganz nett gefragt, ob wir etwas bei den Beilagen \u00e4ndern m\u00f6chten, blieben aber bei der klassischen Variante. Was die Preise angeht gibt\u00b4s erst mal nichts zu motzen, bzw. liegt das Schnitzel mit 21\u20ac ganz klar im M\u00fcnchner Durchschnitt bis oberen Drittel. Der Schweinsbraten ist vielleicht 2 &#8211; 3 \u20ac h\u00f6her angesetzt als der Durchschnitt, bricht aber auch klar bei Qualit\u00e4t und Geschmack im positiven Sinne aus. Der Lachs war &#8211; das stellte man schon allein an der Farbe vor dem Kosten fest &#8211; super frisch und von Top-Qualit\u00e4t. In Kombination mit der Roten Beete war die Vorspeise ein gelungener Einstieg. Wer wirklich nur einen kleinen Happen schnappen m\u00f6chte, der hat damit zum Beispiel eine gesunde Variante gefunden. (Andere Vorspeisen w\u00e4ren z.B. &#8222;Gep\u00f6keltes Haxerl vom Spanferkel&#8220; (9\u20ac) oder ein vegetarischer &#8222;Vitalsalat Avocado&#8220; (9,5\u20ac). Wer sich mit einer Suppe aufw\u00e4rmen will, kann dies mit einer &#8222;Bayerischen Kartoffelcremesuppe&#8220; (8\u20ac) oder einer &#8222;Fischsuppe mit verschiedenen Edelfischen&#8220; (9,50\u20ac) tun. (Diese soll \u00fcbrigens der Renner sein! Uns war sie als Vorspeise zu viel, aber ich komme definitiv nochmal f\u00fcr die Suppe, auch weil sie das Gew\u00fcrz &#8222;erotisches Curry&#8220; (nein, nicht exotisch, sondern erotisch) enth\u00e4lt. Nun gut. Die Vorspeise war verputzt, wir waren zufrieden und kurz danach kamen Kalbschnitzel und Schweinsbraten. Die Portionen \u00fcppig, keine Frage. Satt werden, dass k\u00f6nnt ihr hier auf jeden Fall. Mein Fleisch &#8211; so wie es sich geh\u00f6rt zwei einzelne St\u00fcckchen Fleisch &#8211; war g\u00f6ttlich. Super d\u00fcnn, perfekt gold-gelb paniert mit einer d\u00fcnnen und k\u00f6stlichen Panade versehen. Dazu ein separates und nicht minder gro\u00dfes Sch\u00e4lchen wunderbarer Kartoffelsalat. Mir gefiel, dass der Meerrettich oben dr\u00fcber gestreut war, sprich nicht der ganze Salat Sch\u00e4rfe besa\u00df. Das Preiselbeersch\u00e4lchen, sowie das ganze Fleisch verputzte ich restlos. Der Schweinsbraten meiner Begleitung &#8211; ich mopste mir ein St\u00fcckchen &#8211; war auch klasse. Eine tolle Kruste, ausreichend Sauce, zwei gro\u00dfe Scheiben Fleisch, ein Kn\u00f6del aus dem Bilderbuch samt Brotst\u00fcckchen innen und ger\u00f6steten Semmelbr\u00f6sel on Top. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Gerade bei bayerischen Klassikern bin ich anspruchsvoll, das gebe ich zu. Da hat man einfach einen bestimmten Anspruch im Kopf und der will erf\u00fcllt sein. Im Schubecks werdet ihr nicht entt\u00e4uscht. Versprochen. Wie gesagt &#8211; wer es nicht ganz so klassisch mag, der bestellt sich Nudeln (z.B. &#8222;Spaghetti mit Garnelen&#8220; (16,50\u20ac)&#8220; oder &#8222;Tagliatelle Mediterran&#8220; (15\u20ac)) oder auch &#8222;2 St\u00fcck vegetarische Spinatkn\u00f6del&#8220; (15\u20ac). Das war nat\u00fcrlich bei meinem Besuch nicht machbar, aber wer wei\u00df &#8211; vielleicht fliege ich ja mal fr\u00fch morgens von dort ab, dann schaue ich vorbei.<\/p>\n<p>Das Schuhbecks hat von 07:00 Uhr morgens bis 22:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Regul\u00e4r k\u00f6nnt ihr euch bis 21:30 Uhr noch warme Gerichte bestellen, hungrig muss aber niemand gehen und so werden bis Ladenschluss immer einige K\u00f6stlichkeiten angeboten. Die Take Away Snacks aus dem gesamten Bereich d\u00fcrft ihr nat\u00fcrlich auch im gem\u00fctlichen Restaurant verzehren, bzw. k\u00f6nnt ihr den Schweinsbraten auch mit ans Gate nehmen und dort essen. Soll\u00b4s immer wieder geben&#8230; \ud83d\ude09 Ach ja&#8230;auch im Restaurant liegen \u00fcberall die B\u00fccher von Alfons Schuhbeck aus, an die W\u00e4nden sind einige Rezepte geschrieben und ihr k\u00f6nnt schon w\u00e4hrend dem Essen st\u00f6bern. Hebt aber unbedingt einmal den Kopf und begutachtet die Decke der Location &#8211; mehr verrate ich nicht.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Pers\u00f6nliches Fazit<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>Ich komme definitiv wieder.
