Schon jetzt entschuldige ich mich daf\u00fcr, dass es diesmal etwas l\u00e4nger wird &#8211; nichts davon darf aber fehlen. Geplant war ein Mittagessen in Verbindung mit einem Test vor Ort. Ich kam um 12 und ging um halb vier. Nicht, weil ich ein langsamer Esser bin (&#8230;wei\u00df Gott nicht..), nein, weil es mir einfach so gut gefiel. HeimWerk &#8211; das ist eine Schwabinger Neuer\u00f6ffnung in der Friedrichstra\u00dfe\/Ecke Hohenzollernstra\u00dfe mit einem Konzept, wie es M\u00fcnchen bis dato in dieser Form noch nicht gekannt hat. Klassische K\u00fcche, eine bewusst klein gehaltene Karte, regionale Zutaten, ein ausgekl\u00fcgeltes Karten-Pager-System gepaart mit Fullservice am Tisch und vieles mehr machen das Restaurant zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. F\u00fchlen wie zu Hause, ankommen, runterkommen. Parallel eben auch der Bezug zur ganz bewusst und &#8222;wo es nur geht&#8220; regional gew\u00e4hlten Bezugsquelle der einzelnen Zutaten. Offenheit, Transparenz und ein bewusster Umgang mit den verwendeten Produkten f\u00fcr die HeimWerk-Speisen wird ganz gro\u00df geschrieben. &#8222;Fast Slow Food&#8220; bietet das HeimWerk an und geht damit ganz neue Wege. L\u00e4nger als 10 bis 15 Minuten wartet ihr hier nie auf euer Essen, in Verwendung dennoch nur komplett frisch und Selbstgemachtes. F\u00fcnf verschiedene Fleischgerichte, wie Schweineschnitzel, Kalbsschnitzel, M\u00fcnchner Schnitzel, Fleischpflanzerl, H\u00fchnerspie\u00df und eine Bratwurst. Weiter, die Kategorie &#8222;Fleischlos&#8220;. Vegetarier d\u00fcrften sich freuen. Hei\u00dfes (und ebenfalls absolut frisches) Gem\u00fcse, Spinatkn\u00f6del, Maultaschen oder hausgemachte Kartoffelpuffer in zwei verschiedenen Varianten stehen bereit. Von der Standardspeisekarte her war\u00b4s das auch schon, abgesehen von den Beiwerken (Beilagen) und einigen Desserts sowie frischen Kuchen. Vollkommen ausreichend und eben ganz bewusst in diesem Rahmen gew\u00e4hlt. Dazu bestellen k\u00f6nnt ihr euch (f\u00fcr 3,50\u20ac &#8211; 3,90\u20ac) Brot, Kartoffelsalat, gemischten Salat, Pommes, Bratkartoffeln oder auch hei\u00dfes Gem\u00fcse.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Standardkarte gibt es auch eine w\u00f6chentlich wechselnde Mittags-Gerichte Karte. Dort werden von Montag &#8211; Freitag (11:30 Uhr &#8211; 14:30 Uhr) zwei verschiedene Gerichte angeboten (zum Beispiel ein &#8222;Laugen-Schnitzelburger mit Pommes oder Salat&#8220; sowie ein &#8222;Brokkoli-Pfannkuchen in leichter Sahnesauce&#8220; f\u00fcr jeweils absolut faire 6,90\u20ac). \u00a0Direkt darunter &#8211; einige Specials vom HeimWerk, welche in kleiner Auswahl\u00a0und abwechslungsreich neue Kreationen aus der HeimWerk-K\u00fcche beinhalten (zwischen 4,30\u20ac bis 13,30\u20ac f\u00fcr zum Beispiel &#8222;HeimWerk-S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pommes&#8220; bzw. &#8222;Rotbarsch-Zucchini-R\u00f6llchen mit Rosmarien-Bratkartoffeln&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p>Gut gef\u00e4llt mir auch die angebotene Option eines w\u00e4hlbaren Mittags- bzw. Abendmen\u00fcs. Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr euch t\u00e4glich bis 17:00 Uhr (mittags) bzw. ab 17:00 Uhr (abends) ein eigenes Men\u00fc zusammen stellen. Mittags legt ihr 5,50\u20ac drauf und bekommt zus\u00e4tzlich zu eurem ausgew\u00e4hlten Hauptgericht ein Beiwerk, sowie ein alkoholfreies Getr\u00e4nk\/Bier und ein Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nk. So k\u00f6nnt ihr beispielsweise f\u00fcr faire 8,70\u20ac + 5,50\u20ac Mittags ein s\u00e4ttigendes Schweineschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln, einer\/m Saftschorle\/Bier sowie einen Kaffee genie\u00dfen. Abends l\u00e4uft es \u00e4hnlich, da zahlt ihr 7,50\u20ac dazu, w\u00e4hlt eure Hauptspeise und bekommt eine Beilage und einen Aperitif\/Cocktail eurer Wahl oben drauf. Eine Option, die ich absolut genial finde: Ihr k\u00f6nnt euch die Portionen entweder als &#8222;Mahl&#8220; bestellen oder als &#8222;Snack&#8220;. Das bedeutet im HeimWerk dann auch wirklich &#8222;halbe Portion&#8220; oder &#8222;doppelte Portion&#8220;. Und das ist super! Wer nur wenig Hunger hat bestellt den Snack und wer vielleicht sogar mehrere Speisen probieren will ebenfalls. Wer schon wei\u00df: &#8222;F\u00fcr mich gibt\u00b4s heut\u00b4einfach nur ein dickes Schnitzel.&#8220;, der w\u00e4hlt die &#8222;Mahl&#8220;-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Das ist super praktisch und verpflichtet nicht dazu, immer gleich die gro\u00dfe Portion zu bestellen. Praktisch zum Beispiel auch beim Kaiserschmarrn oder den Fleischpflanzerl. Der absolut positive Nebeneffekt: Es wird so gut wie nichts verschwendet. Auch hinten in der K\u00fcche selbst nicht, wodurch das HeimWerk in einer Woche gerade mal eine haushalts\u00fcbliche Tonne M\u00fcll mit Lebensmitteln produziert. F\u00fcr eine Gastronomie nahezu unschlagbar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Bestellsystem, Counter und Karten<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Die Bestellung funktioniert im HeimWerk etwas anders. Ihr bekommt beim Eintreten eine Karte &#8211; optisch gleich einer EC-Karte. Auf diese Karte wird eure Bestellung gebucht. Bestellen\u00a0k\u00f6nnt ihr entweder vorne am Counter im Barbereich oder euch auch einfach an den Tisch setzen &#8211; dann bekommt ihr dort euer K\u00e4rtchen ausgeh\u00e4ndigt und eure Bestellung wird aufgenommen. Abholen m\u00fcsst ihr euer Essen &#8211; egal ob am Tisch oder am Counter bestellt &#8211; niemals selbst, es wird euch in jedem Fall an den Tisch gebracht. Wenn ihr das HeimWerk dann verlassen und bezahlen wollt, steht ihr einfach auf und geht vor an das Pult im Eingangsbereich mit eurer Karte. Langes warten &#8211; auch hier Fehlanzeige. Ein bisschen mag das anderen Restaurants mit Kartensystemen in M\u00fcnchen \u00e4hneln, d\u00fcrfte aber in der Tat etwas ausgekl\u00fcgelter sein, da anstehen, langes warten, aufstehen und Essen holen, etc. wegf\u00e4llt. Gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung habe ich mir ein Schweineschnitzel (Snack 4,70\u20ac\/Mahl 8,70\u20ac) mit hei\u00dfem Gem\u00fcse als Beiwerk (3,90\u20ac), sowie die Fleischpflanzerl (Snack 3,50\u20ac\/Mahl 6,40\u20ac), als auch die Reiberdatschi mit R\u00e4ucherlachs und Meerrettich-Creme (Snack 6,90\u20ac\/Mahl 12,30\u20ac) bestellt. Alles in der &#8222;Mahl&#8220;-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Dazu noch ein Sch\u00e4lchen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pommes (4,30\u20ac). Und weil\u00b4s so sch\u00f6n war im Anschluss noch den Kaiserschmarrn in &#8222;Mahl&#8220;-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe (Snack 5,30\u20ac\/Mahl 9,20\u20ac). Puh! Es war so viel, aber es war auch so gut. Ich konnte einfach nicht aufh\u00f6ren zu essen. Kennt ihr es, wenn ihr die Gabel immer wieder ablegt mit dem Gedanken &#8222;Jetzt reicht\u00b4s!&#8220; und weil es einfach so schmeckt, fangt ihr immer wieder an doch weiter zu essen? \ud83d\ude09 So in etwa war das. Ich muss in diesem Fall tats\u00e4chlich nicht ins Detail gehen, weil ALLES von A (wie Apfelmus vom Kaiserschmarrn) bis Z (wie &#8222;zu viele S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pommes&#8220;) geschmacklich perfekt war. Das Schnitzel super d\u00fcnn geklopft und 1a paniert, die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pommes so k\u00f6stlich (bestellen = Pflicht!), dass ich einfach nicht aufh\u00f6ren konnte \u00a0bis das komplette Sch\u00e4lchen leer war, die Fleischpflanzerl so fein und &#8222;typisch bayerisch&#8220; im Geschmack, dass ich kurzzeitig dachte meine Oma steht pers\u00f6nlich im HeimWerk am Herd und der Kaiserschmarrn so luftig locker und fein, dass er in meiner Kaiserschmarrn-Topliste ziemlich bald, ziemlich weit oben stehen wird. Am meisten hat mich begeistert, dass keines der Gerichte mit viel &#8222;Tamm Tamm und Schi Schi&#8220; serviert wurde. Einfache, hochwertige und eben heimatliche Kost, alles hausgemacht. Toll!<\/p>\n<p>Ins Detail m\u00f6chte ich dennoch bei der Herkunft und Auswahl der Zutaten gehen, weil das eben ganz besonders entscheidend im HeimWerk ist. Bevor ich euch nun aber jeden einzelnen Partner und Lieferanten des Restaurants nenne &#8211; \u00fcberzeugt euch auf der Website des Restaurant selbst: <a href=\"http:\/\/heimwerk-restaurant.de\/partner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Partner und Lieferranten vom Restaurant HeimWerk<\/a>. Die Fleischpflanzerl zum Beispiel sind komplett aus Kalbfleisch, darum schmecken sie auch mitunter so gut. Gekocht wird allgemein mit wenig Gew\u00fcrzen, h\u00e4ufig ohne Butter, viel vegan und gesund sowie stets frisch. Hier schmeckt man wirklich noch, wie eine Zutat oder eben ein Gericht in seiner reinen und unverf\u00e4lschten Form zu schmecken hat &#8211; ohne k\u00fcnstliche Zusatzstoffe oder Geschmacksverst\u00e4rker. Auch hier: Geradlinig, puristisch, nicht zu viel und dennoch bis ins letzte Eckchen durchdacht, ansprechend und sehr gem\u00fctlich. Den Kopf gehoben und an die Decke geblickt erwartet euch hier eine coole \u00dcberraschung (&#8230;seht selbst nach&#8230;). Das Farbenspiel, die schicken Tische und dunklen St\u00fchle, sowie die helle Bar samt Loungebereich &#8211; alles passt zusammen. Und wenn man genau hinsieht entdeckt man trotzdem, dass bayerische und deutsche Klassiker auf der Karte stehen. Auf jedem der gem\u00fctlichen Tische n\u00e4mlich ein bayerischer Bierkrug mit ebenfalls besonderem und schicken Besteck. Bequeme St\u00fchle, frische Blumen, viel Tageslichteinfall, dezente und angenehme Musik, eine stylische Uhr (&#8230;auch hier: seht selbst nach&#8230;.) und &#8211; richtig cool! &#8211; eine Schankstelle f\u00fcr Leitungswasser zum selber zapfen, kostenlos. Wenn ihr also Gast im HeimWerk seid, k\u00f6nnt ihr euch mit bereit gestellten Gl\u00e4sern Wasser holen. Tolle Sache. Schaut unbedingt vorbei. Ich finde leider absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Abends reizt das HeimWerk neben dem Abendmen\u00fc mit seiner tollen Bar, der Lounge und &#8211; auch hier &#8211; einer kleinen aber feinen Auswahl an Cocktails und Signature Drinks (Cocktail-Rezepturen vom Barprofi Andreas Till!). Offene Rot- und Wei\u00dfweine (je drei St\u00fcck, 0,1l\/0,2l\/Flasche) u.a. aus Franken werden auch angeboten &#8211; auch hier zeigt sich die ausgesprochen faire Preispolitik des HeimWerk. Mittags lockt das erw\u00e4hnte Mittagsmen\u00fc bzw. die Mittagsgerichte und am Wochenende geht\u00b4s morgens rund mit einem feinen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck &#8211;\u00a0(Samstag und Sonntag\/Feiertag von 10:00 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr), regionale Zutaten und eine \u00fcbersichtliche Auswahl: Semmeln mit Butter und Marmelade, Spiegel- oder R\u00fchreier, Bircher M\u00fcsli, kleine Pfannkuchen, Bergk\u00e4se-Omelette, HeimWerk-Schnitte mit diversen Bel\u00e4gen oder Smoothie &#8211; alles zwischen 3,90\u20ac und 10,90\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p>Ohne die geringste \u00dcbertreibung d\u00fcrfte ich hier wohl behaupten, dass ich mit dem HeimWerk einen neuen Hotspot entdeckt habe. Am Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertag geht\u00b4s ab 10:00 Uhr bis ebenfalls 0:00 Uhr rund. Am Wochenende gibt es wie erw\u00e4hnt Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Reservieren macht Sinn, auch wenn ihr z.B. im Loungebereich f\u00fcr Cocktails sitzen wollt oder direkt an der Bar. Parken ist eine kleine Geduldsprobe aber machbar, ansonsten sind die U-Bahn- und Busstationen &#8222;Giselastra\u00dfe&#8220; oder &#8222;M\u00fcnchner Freiheit&#8220; nur sechs bzw. zehn Gehmin\u00fctchen entfernt. (Das habe ich selbst noch im &#8222;Schnitzel-Fleischpflanzerl-Reiberdatschi-Kaiserschmarrn-Koma&#8220; geschafft&#8230;). F\u00fcr (geschlossene) Veranstaltungen und gesch\u00e4ftliche oder private Events k\u00f6nnt ihr das HeimWerk auch buchen. Bis zu 120 Personen passen &#8211; je nach Bestuhlung und Tischplatzierung &#8211; in das gem\u00fctliche Restaurant. Im Durchschnitt sitzen bis zu 80 G\u00e4ste in dem Restaurant. Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich. Bezahlt wird immer vorne im Ein- bzw. Ausgangsbereich durch Vorlegen der beim Eintreten erhaltenen Karte (System oben erkl\u00e4rt). \u00a0Im Sommer (&#8230;das dauert, aber er kommt&#8230;) k\u00f6nnt ihr im sch\u00f6nen Stadtgarten des HeimWerk Platznehmen.
