Pizza, Pasta und Co. &#8211; l\u00e4sst man all die Kohlenhydrate unbeachtet &#8211; sind ein stets gern gesehener &#8222;Gast&#8220; auf meinem Teller. Ich pers\u00f6nlich lasse mir die italienischen Klassiker immer wieder mal\u00a0in den unterschiedlichsten Varianten schmecken. Um so gr\u00f6\u00dfer war die Vorfreude auf meinen Besuch des Restaurants Amo am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen im Rahmen meiner Tasty Tour. Getestet habe ich gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung sowohl die Vor-, als auch Haupt- und Nachspeisen. Italien am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen &#8211; schmeckt das? Ich habe es\u00a0bei meinem 15. Dann n\u00e4mlich k\u00f6nnt ihr ganz unkompliziert mit dem unterirdischen Zug ins neue Abflugterminal fahren. Das Restaurant ist ausgesprochen freundlich und einladend gestaltet. Unweigerlich entsteht stets ein erster\u00a0Eindruck, wenn man auf ein Restaurant zul\u00e4uft und es betritt. Dieser \u00fcberzeugte mich hier. Im Amo bestechen\u00a0freundliche Farbt\u00f6ne, eine gem\u00fctliche und ansprechende Einrichtung, Bilder an den W\u00e4nden, rote Lederb\u00e4nke, Dekorationselemente hier und da sowie viel Tageslicht durch die verglaste Front. Neben dem Haupt-Speisebereich mit unterschiedlich gro\u00dfen Tischen, Tafeln und einer einladenden Bar,\u00a0gibt es noch sechs separate runde Tische direkt an der Fensterscheibe mit Blick auf das Rollfeld. Genauso sind aber Pizza, Pasta und einige Klassiker auf dem Papier-Tischset abgedruckt &#8211; muss man m\u00f6gen, ich fand es aber stimmig zum Gesamtbild. Das Angebot zeigt in erster Linie die g\u00e4ngigen Klassiker. Verr\u00fcckte Kreationen, welche teilweise in Pizzerien angeboten werden, bleiben hier aus. Die Frage ist, ob man das unbedingt braucht um eine gute Pizza zu bekommen &#8211; ich denke nein. So war ich mit den Klassikern, sowohl bei Pizza, als auch Pasta vollkommen einverstanden und entschied mich gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung f\u00fcr einen Fifty-Fifty-Deal. Sprich eine Pizza, eine Pasta &#8211; jeder bekommt eine H\u00e4lfte. Davor gab\u00b4s aber &#8211; es muss ja ordentlich getestet werden &#8211; einen gro\u00dfen Teller mit Antipasti f\u00fcr zwei. Wir lie\u00dfen uns ein wenig \u00fcberraschen, baten nur darum, unbedingt die drei unterschiedlichen Sorten Bruschetta von der Karte zu integrieren. Gefragt, gesagt, getan.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt stehen knapp zehn verschiedene Pizzen &#8211; alle recht klassisch und zwischen 9,90\u20ac und 13,90\u20ac &#8211; und sechs verschiedenen Pastagerichten (9,90\u20ac &#8211; 14,90\u20ac) zur Auswahl. Auch Risotto, Antipasti, Salate, Hauptgerichte wie Kalbsschnitzel, H\u00e4hnchenbrust oder gegrillte Garnelen (ab 19,90\u20ac) sowie drei verschiedene Dessert und Eis wird angeboten. Auch auf der Karte stehen verschiedene Fr\u00fchst\u00fccke (t\u00e4glich zwischen 06:00 &#8211; 11:00 Uhr). Italienischer Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano), italienischen Parmaschinken, Grissini, Melone, Tomate mit B\u00fcffelmozzarella, Gem\u00fcse und eben die verschiedenen Sorten Bruschetta (Parmaschinken, schwarze Olivenpaste oder Tomatenw\u00fcrfel und Basilikum). Bevor der Teller f\u00fcr die Mitte des Tisches bestellt wurde gab\u00b4s ofenfrisches Pizzateig-Brot, sch\u00f6n fluffig und weich mit Oliven\u00f6l und Meersalz angereicht. Brot ist der Tod des Appetits, sage ich mal und darum lie\u00df ich dieses erst einmal stehen, bevor nicht die Hauptgerichte serviert wurden. Der Antipasti-Teller war ratzeputz leergefuttert, wurde z\u00fcgig abger\u00e4umt und wir mussten nicht lange auf die beiden Hauptgerichte warten. Wir entschieden uns hier &#8211; ganz klassisch eben &#8211; f\u00fcr einen Teller mit Spaghetti und Basilikum Pesto und einer Pizza mit Thunfisch. Alles frisch, farbenfroh und appetitanregend. Ich machte mich zuerst an die Nudeln, diese waren &#8211; so wie es der Italiener mag &#8211; sch\u00f6n al dente. Nicht zu matschig, weich oder hart. Das Pesto hatte eine angenehme Note von Basilikum im Geschmack, war frisch und nicht zu \u00f6lig oder massig auf der Pasta verteilt. Ich mag es \u00fcberhaupt nicht, wenn die Nudeln in Sauce oder \u00d6l baden bzw. am Schluss ein verst\u00e4rktes V\u00f6llegef\u00fchl durch die So\u00dfe im Magen entsteht. Hier nicht der Fall. Reichlich Spaghetti landeten in unseren M\u00e4gen, angereichert mit einem separat bei gestellten T\u00f6pfchen italienischen Parmesan-Pl\u00e4ttchen (&#8230;welche ich nat\u00fcrlich nicht einfach stehen lassen konnte sondern die ganze Zeit naschte und naschte&#8230;). Die Pizza stand zu erst bei meiner Begleitung zum Testen. Diese sah fein aus und schmeckte mir pers\u00f6nlich auch gut. Gegebenheiten bei Pizzen die mir den Spa\u00df verderben, wie riesige Blasen im Teig, zu trockene R\u00e4nder, zu schlabbriger Teig, zu viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit auf der Pizza, etc. blieben hier aus. Meine Begleitung fand die Pizza &#8222;in Ordnung&#8220;, ich w\u00fcrde sie eher in der Kategorie &#8222;gut&#8220; einordnen. Bei &#8222;zu hartem&#8220; Rand lasse ich diesen dann schon auch mal \u00fcber, hier verputze ich den ganzen Teig samt Belag. Bzw. lasst mich erkl\u00e4ren. Selbst wenn ich mir fest vornehme einmal kein Dessert zu essen, sp\u00e4testens wenn\u00b4s dann hei\u00dft &#8222;Noch ein Dessert f\u00fcr die Dame?!&#8220; ist mein eiserner Wille gebrochen und \u00a0Tiramisu bzw. Panna Cotta haben gesiegt. &#8222;Sei\u00b4s drum.&#8220;, denkt sich das schlechte Gewissen und sp\u00e4testens nach dem ersten L\u00f6ffel Panna Cotta bzw. der ersten Gabel cremigen Tiramisu ist das schlechte Gewissen weg. Beides wurde ebenfalls appetitlich angerichtet serviert und schmeckte fein. Vollkommen satt und zufrieden verlie\u00dfen wir nach einem netten Lunch samt freundlichen Plausch mit dem Personal und einem\u00a0gutem Essen das Amo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Facts und pers\u00f6nliches Fazit<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Einen Besuch kann ich euch empfehlen. Das Amo bietet einfache und klassische, aber eben gute, italienische K\u00fcche an. Es ist nat\u00fcrlich immer eine Sache des Anspruchs, Anlasses und der Gegebenheiten, wie man ein Restaurant wahrnimmt und f\u00fcr sich bewertet. Ich hatte an diesem Tag Lust auf ein entspanntes und gem\u00fctliches Essen &#8211; einfach und unkompliziert. Das hat das Amo geschafft. Dazu \u00fcberzeugt es mit einem fairen Preis-Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis, nettem Service und einem stimmigen Eindruck. G\u00e4be es etwas auszusetzen, w\u00fcrde ich wohl den nicht komplett zu vermeidenden Zukauf von vereinzelten Convenience Produkten ankreiden. Soweit als logistisch und arbeitstechnisch m\u00f6glich, wird aber auf frische sowie 100% hochwertige Zutaten zur\u00fcck gegriffen.
