This building, which has housed restaurants for 60 years, was home to the well-known Caf\u00e9 Tizian for the last 15 years. Here, the third Cotidiano restaurant on Promenadeplatz will open. The location is already well-known thanks to its consistently popular branches at G\u00e4rtnerplatz and, more recently, in Schwabing.<u>\u00a0<\/u>The neighborhood boasts numerous shopping streets, a large number of offices, and Munich&#039;s vibrant nightlife. Several successful restaurants, such as L&#039;Osteria im K\u00fcnstlerhaus, Herzog, Heart, and Hugo&#039;s, are located nearby. The new Cotidiano is set to become a new hotspot in the scene.<\/p>\n<p>With 130 indoor seats and over 130 outdoor seats facing southwest, it will be the largest Cotidiano. Compared to the original location at G\u00e4rtnerplatz (80 indoor seats, 60 outdoor), it will be almost twice the size and still a third larger than the Schwabing location. &quot;I am delighted that the management and shareholders have the courage to take on such a large project for us. Here&#039;s a sneak peek: The new Cotidiano will also feature a new menu with an evening focus, naturally without neglecting breakfast. Thanks to the existing architecture, the restaurant concept, including the bar, will be implemented in such a way that it will be the perfect meeting place and place to linger at any time of day.
