Und sp\u00e4testens seit ich im Selmans Restaurant &amp; Bar (gelegen neben dem <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/boconero-biancas-tasty-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boconero<\/a>) war, wei\u00df ich warum. Das auf asiatische, Fisch- sowie Gartmagek\u00fcche spezialisierte Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnet Kost rund um das Thema Fisch auf gehobenen Niveau an. Gegessen wird in gem\u00fctlichem Ambiente, umgeben von geschultem Personal. Im Selmans Restaurant &amp; Bar seid ihr richtig als Fischliebhaber, f\u00fcr ein ordentliches St\u00fcck Fleisch, ein Teller asiatisch angehauchte Pasta, aber auch f\u00fcr den kleinen Snack zwischendurch. \u00a0Ge\u00f6ffnet hat das Selmans Restaurant &amp; Bar seit knapp 2 Jahren und wird t\u00e4glich mit feinem Fisch beliefert, welcher in den verschiedensten Variationen verarbeitet wird. Schon ein Blick aus der Ferne auf die in punktuell Pink-, Lila- und Schwarzt\u00f6nen gehaltene offene Bar zeigt, dass euch hier hochwertiges erwartet. Pinke und mit Samtstoff bezogene Barhocker, eine schwarz gekachelte Bar, lilafarbene Glaslampen und gem\u00fctliche Sitznischen. Gesessen wird au\u00dferdem an \u00a0Zweier- oder Gruppentischen. Einladend sind alle Bereiche des Selmans. Von der internationalen Gartmagek\u00fcche, \u00fcber die ausgesprochen umfangreiche Wein- und Whiskeykarte, bis hin zum asiatisch und amerikanisch angehauchten Gericht auf der Speisekarte, gibt\u00b4s die verschiedensten kulinarischen Highlights. Gegessen werden kann \u00e0 la carte oder via Auswahl an der Frischetheke. In dieser warten diverse Salate, frisches Seafood, sechs unterschiedliche Hauptgerichte in gro\u00dfen Pfannen und weitere Snacks, belegte Brote und Baguettes, frische Kuchen und Co auf euch. Als Highlight wird au\u00dferdem ein t\u00e4glich wechselnder Gourmet-Teller mit verschiedenen frischen Salaten angeboten.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Gast sind im Selmans Restaurant &amp; Bar eher jene Menschen, die Freude an hochwertiger Kost in ansprechendem Ambiente haben sowie gutes Essen zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen. Direkt hinter dem Restaurant befindet sich Gucci, nebenan wie erw\u00e4hnt das ebenfalls mit 1a und hochwertigem Kaffee versehene Boconero, welches ich schon getestet habe. Hier hei\u00dft es also wohlf\u00fchlen, ankommen oder vor dem Abflug nochmal ein Weilchen entspannen. Das entscheidende T\u00fcpfelchen auf dem i ist der\u00a0freundliche und kompetente Service. Vom norwegischen, schonend im Bambusk\u00f6rbchen ged\u00e4mpften Lachs auf Gem\u00fcse (16,90\u20ac) oder einem Lachssashimi (17,90\u20ac), \u00fcber gegrilltes Rinderfilet mit Glasnudeln, Karotten, Koriander und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln (15,90\u20ac), bis hin zum gekochten halben Langustenschwanz mit Cocktailsauce (22,90\u20ac) wird einiges an exquisiten K\u00f6stlichkeiten angeboten. Auch Bruschetta mit Serrano-Schinken, Rucola und Mango-Chutney oder mit Frischk\u00e4se und Lachstatar (2 St\u00fcck f\u00fcr je 9,90\u20ac) sowie Lachs- und Thunfisch Tatar stehen auf der Standardkarte des Selmans. Genauso gibt es neben einem Club Sandwich mit gegrillter H\u00e4hnchenbrust, Bacon und Ei (f\u00fcr 14,90\u20ac) verschiedene Salate, asiatische Suppen (Miso Soup, Tom Kha Gai und Tom Kha Gung ab 6,90\u20ac) oder auch Filet Mignon (f\u00fcr 24,90\u20ac), Wolfsbarsch-Filet und Yakitori-Spie\u00dfe als Hauptgerichte. Klingt doch gut, oder? Und weil wir uns eben auf der selbsternannten &#8222;Edelstra\u00dfe&#8220; der M\u00fcnchner Flughafen Gastronomie befinden gibt\u00b4s auch schwarzen Kaviar Malassol vom sibirischen St\u00f6r in 30 Gramm Portionen ab 45\u20ac.\u00a0Die t\u00e4glich frisch zubereiteten Pasta und Reisgerichte stehen offen in den oben erw\u00e4hnten gro\u00dfen Pfannen bereit in der Auslage. Was aus der Region greifbar ist, wird im Selmans in guter Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Zubereitung der Speisen bezogen. Hohe Qualit\u00e4t ist dabei das A und O und so kommt der Fisch beispielsweise von der &#8222;deutschesee Fischmanufaktur&#8220; &#8211; t\u00e4glich frisch und hochwertig, das Brot ebenfalls aus der M\u00fcnchner Gegend. Ist einmal die Qualit\u00e4t nicht wie gew\u00fcnscht, steht der Fisch ganz einfach nicht auf der Karte bzw. landet das Produkt nicht in den Kocht\u00f6pfen. Auch im Angebot und f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchflieger interessant: Eine Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskarte, welche euch als Gast t\u00e4glich bis 12:00 Uhr zu wirklich fairen Preisen diverse Snacks und Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskombinationen anbietet. Eispeisen und Sandwiches &#8211; beides in den unterschiedlichsten Varianten &#8211; steht ab 7,90\u20ac bis maximal 14,90\u20ac bereit. Mit dabei die 1a-Tiramisu<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Auswahl und Bewertung der Speisen<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Wir brauchten eine Weile bis wir uns entschieden hatten, ich stand zweimal auf, warf einen Blick in die Frischetheke &#8211; zu viel lachte mich an, nahm wieder Platz, bl\u00e4tterte in der Karte und konnte mich nicht entscheiden. Dank des netten Servicepersonals vor Ort wurde mir zumindest beim Starter die Entscheidung abgenommen. Ein super frisches und appetitlich angerichtetes Thunfisch Tatar (f\u00fcr 17,90\u20ac) \u00a0landete vor mir auf dem Teller. Meine Begleitung bekam einen &#8222;Gourmet-Teller&#8220; mit den unterschiedlichsten Salaten in jeweils kleiner Menge serviert. Regul\u00e4r sind sechs verschiedene Salate (f\u00fcr 21,90\u20ac) angeordnet und ihr k\u00f6nnt euch den Gourmet-Teller zusammen stellen lassen, so wie er euch schmeckt. Wir bekamen zu Testzwecken eine Sorte mehr serviert. Schaut euch auch hier am besten die verschiedenen Fotos an um euch von der Frische der Salate und der Speisen zu \u00fcberzeugen. Bei den Hauptgerichten gab\u00b4s zu Testzwecken auch eine Extrawurst f\u00fcr uns und wir bekamen von den oben aufgez\u00e4hlten Hauptgerichten in den offenen Pfannen jeweils eine kleine Probierportion serviert. Das Ergebnis seht ihr ebenfalls in der Diashow mit den Fotos, regul\u00e4r sind Portionen nat\u00fcrlich viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Mir pers\u00f6nlich schmeckte das Seafood am besten. Sprich \u00fcberall wo eben frischer Fisch verarbeitet wurde, war ich ganz besonders zufrieden. Wenn ihr also vor Ort seid empfehle ich auf jeden Fall hier zu zugreifen und euch durchzuprobieren. Nasi-Goreng und Chicken Teriyaki schmeckte mir ganz besonders gut. Lasst weder Thunfisch Tatar noch Tiramisu aus &#8211; beide sind \u00fcberdurchschnittlich gut und es wert bestellt zu werden. Trotz bunter und teilweise greller Farben wirkt das Selmans edel und man f\u00fchlt sich &#8211; auch durch die offene Gestaltung &#8211; schnell wohl vor Ort. Solltet ihr die M\u00f6glichkeit haben vor und\/oder nach einem Abflug bzw. einer Landung hier zu essen, empfehle ich euch auf jeden Fall das k\u00f6stliche Tatar vom Thunfisch. Ich h\u00e4tte am liebsten eine Badewanne voll davon verdr\u00fcckt. Solltet ihr noch nach einem Mitbringsel Ausschau halten: Alle Weine auf der Karte k\u00f6nnen flaschenweise mitgenommen werden.
