Unglaublich oder, mit welch einer Vielfalt und Menge die dortige Gastronomie \u00fcberzeugt. Ein Restaurant nach dem n\u00e4chsten wird von mir unter die Lupe genommen und immer mehr und neue gastronomische Highlights und Specials tauchen &#8211; so zumindest meine Wahrnehmung &#8211; auf. Ob Kaffee, Kuchen, Tiramisu, Fisch, Fleisch, Sushi, Suppe, Pizza, Schnitzel, Schweinsbraten oder Burger &#8211; es gibt eigentlich so gut wie nichts, das es nicht gibt am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen. Immer wieder werde ich seit einer Weile angeschrieben, dass ich doch auch mal die &#8222;Snack-Station&#8220; vorstellen, bzw. diese testen soll, da es leider aus zeitlichen Gr\u00fcnden nicht jedem m\u00f6glich ist, an einem Restaurant Halt zu machen. Das sehe ich ein\u00a0und so bin ich f\u00fcr Biancas Tasty Tour losgezogen und habe zwischen meinen Gastro-Stationen &#8222;schnelle Snacks&#8220; getestet. Zu oft fehlt uns die Zeit oder auch der all zu gro\u00dfe Hunger. Gibt es immer wieder mal, doch auch daf\u00fcr hat der Flughafen M\u00fcnchen nat\u00fcrlich eine L\u00f6sung: schnell einen Snack zwischendurch. Ich hab mich kulinarisch durch den Flughafen gew\u00fchlt und dabei ganz bewusst versucht mit Snacks, au\u00dferhalb der Restaurantbetriebe klar zu kommen. Was habe ich gefunden? Vieles!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>B\u00e4ckerei W\u00fcnsche &#8211;<\/strong> Herzhaft, deftig, s\u00fc\u00df, warm oder auch gesund. War alles gar kein Problem und so schnappte ich mir an meiner ersten Station &#8211; eine der beiden B\u00e4ckereien von W\u00fcnsche (sowohl im Terminal 2, Ebene 03 als auch im Munich Airport Center\u00a0Richtung Terminal 1) sowohl etwas s\u00fc\u00dfes, als auch herzhaftes. Vom belegten Baguette, der Butterbreze, dem s\u00fc\u00dfen Teilchen oder auch einer (aktuell) bunten Auswahl an Krapfen, wird alles frisch und appetitlich angerichtet in der Theke angeboten. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr einen Bienenstich-Krapfen und einen Himbeer-Krapfen (f\u00fcr knapp 4\u20ac zusammen). Verputzen k\u00f6nnt ihr den Snack von der W\u00fcnsche B\u00e4ckerei in diesem Fall nur to go, da die drei Tische, welche zum Edeka Markt daneben geh\u00f6ren, in der Regel von dessen G\u00e4sten besetzt sind. Dieser verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine &#8222;Hei\u00dfe Theke&#8220;, welche mit Leberk\u00e4ssemmel, verschiedenen Suppen (von der M\u00fcnchner Suppenk\u00fcche), diversen Fleischsorten (f\u00fcr zwischen die Semmel) und Co ausgestattet ist. Dort habe ich mich an eine der drei verschiedenen hei\u00dfen Suppen heran gewagt und bestellte eine Champignonsuppe samt einer Breze (f\u00fcr 3,95\u20ac). An der &#8222;Hei\u00dfen Theke&#8220; werden euch die Suppen in kleine Pappbecherchen gef\u00fcllt und \u00fcbergeben, bezahlt wird an der Hauptkasse des Supermarktes. Hier gibt es zwar leider keine M\u00f6glichkeit vor Ort zu essen (au\u00dfer die drei erw\u00e4hnten kleinen Tische vor dem Laden), aber es lohnt sich trotzdem, da zum Beispiel die Suppen auch mitgenommen werden k\u00f6nnen. Die M\u00fcnchner Suppenk\u00fcche (Viktualienmarkt) ist ja stadtbekannt f\u00fcr Suppen bester Qualit\u00e4t und wer sich vor oder nach der Reise noch aufw\u00e4rmen m\u00f6chte, der sollte hier zugreifen. Auch gibt es belegte Semmeln, Wraps, Toasts oder auch anderen kleinen Gerichten (Gulasch mit Nudeln, Currywurst mit Semmel, etc.) bis maximal 4,90\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nach sehr k\u00f6stlicher Suppe samt (etwas harter Breze &#8211; die hole ich mir das n\u00e4chste mal lieber beim B\u00e4cker&#8230;) fielen mir meine Krapfen nat\u00fcrlich wieder ein. Diese waren sch\u00f6n frisch, luftig und k\u00f6stlich. Es gibt ja so Krapfen, die man isst und sofort vergessen hat, weil sie eben einfach nichts besonderes sind. Der Shop ist recht klein, das Angebot \u00fcberschaubar, aber daf\u00fcr hochwertig und schon allein f\u00fcr\u00b4s Auge eine wahre Freude. Belegte Semmeln und Baguettes, Croissants und diverse Kalt- und Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke stehen zur Auswahl. Hier gibt es einige Zweier-Hochtische zum entspannten Sitzen. Die Stimmung ist hier wesentlich ruhiger, als z.B. im Bereich des Terminal 1 beim erw\u00e4hnten B\u00e4cker W\u00fcnsche, da weniger Traffic stattfindet. Dazu bietet Brioche Dore\u00e9 eine Stunde kostenloses WLAN an, falls ihr noch etwas im Netz nachschauen wollt. Ich lie\u00df mir bei meinem Snack-Test ein &#8222;Riesen-Macaron&#8220; &#8211; Sorte Pistazie &#8211; sowie ein &#8222;Le Petit &#8211; D\u00e9 jeuner, Cr\u00e9ote (ein s\u00fc\u00dfes Ananas-Plunderteilchen) schmecken. Mit zwei 0,5l &#8211; Softgetr\u00e4nken bezahlte ich 9\u20ac. Angeboten wird hier aber z.B. auch das &#8222;Men\u00fc Grande&#8220;, sprich ein \u00fcppig belegtes franz\u00f6sisches Baguette mit einer Flasche Wasser und einem fruchtigen T\u00f6rtchen aus der Auslage f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac. Auch ein guter Snack &#8211; salzig und s\u00fc\u00df so wie durststillend &#8211; f\u00fcr schnell zwischendurch zu fairen Preisen. Was am Flughafen nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht in der Snack-Kategorie fehlen darf, \u00a0ist D\u00f6ner. Oliva ist eine bekannte D\u00f6ner Kebap-Kette mit \u00fcber zehn Niederlassungen in M\u00fcnchen. Am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen befindet sich der mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an frischen Salaten, Backwaren, t\u00fcrkischer Pizza und nat\u00fcrlich Kebap sowie internationalen Snacks versehene Laden im Terminal 2 auf Ebene 03. Was die wenigsten wissen: Alle Zutaten stammen aus eigener Herstellung und biologischem Anbau. Ich probierte den D\u00f6ner &#8211; obwohl ich ihn schon aus dem Zentrum M\u00fcnchens kenne und war recht zufrieden.\u00a0Der D\u00f6ner kostet hier 4,50\u20ac und ihr k\u00f6nnt zwischen H\u00fchnchen- oder Kalbsfleisch w\u00e4hlen. Das Team vor Ort ist super freundlich und zum Spa\u00dfen aufgelegt und macht euch den D\u00f6ner gerne f\u00fcr vor Ort oder to go fertig. Richtig gem\u00fctlich sitzen l\u00e4sst es sich hier nicht, die to go-Variante empfiehlt sich also. Beim Fleisch wird ein wenig gespart, daf\u00fcr ist er alles in allem geschmacklich ganz fein gewesen und Preis-Leistung stimmt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Mc Caf\u00e9 &#8211;<\/strong> Was eigentlich gar niemand \u00fcbersehen kann, sobald er sich am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen befindet ist der Mc Donald samt Mc Caf\u00e9. Keine Angst, ich empfehle euch jetzt kein Cheeseburger, sondern viel mehr das in meinen Augen wirklich gem\u00fctlich gestaltete Mc Caf\u00e9 mit frischem Kuchen, belegten Broten, Bagels und Baguettes sowie diversen Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nken und Co. Mein umfangreicher Test der Location und K\u00fcche steht im Rahmen der Tasty Tour noch bevor, aber nat\u00fcrlich wollte ich es mir auch hier nicht nehmen lassen nach Snacks Ausschau zu halten. Eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechselnde Suppe &#8211; aktuell war es Gulaschsuppe &#8211; wird zu einem fairen Preisleistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis (5,90\u20ac)\u00a0angeboten. Dazu eine Semmel f\u00fcr 40 Cent und satt seid ihr. Alternativ und voll im Trend auch: Die Pulled Pork Semmel f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac, welche euch auch gerne f\u00fcr &#8222;auf dem Sprung&#8220; \u00fcber den Tresen gereicht wird. Probieren werde ich beides ein anderes mal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Leysieffer &#8211; Selbstbedienungsrestaurant &#8211;<\/strong> Als letztes Schmankerl der Tages-Snack-Tour gab es dann noch eine Leberk\u00e4ssemmel f\u00fcr 4,50\u20ac (ja, das war teuer, ich gebe es zu) vom Leysieffer &#8211; ein Selbstbedienungsrestaurant, im Zentralbereich auf dem Weg zu den einzelnen Abflugbereichen. Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass der Leberk\u00e4s auf eine Baguette-Semmel und nicht auf eine Sternsemmel bzw. runde Semmel gelegt wurde und man diese to go nur in einer riesigen und nicht daf\u00fcr bestimmten Pappschachtel mitnehmen konnte.
