Test ging es wieder einmal hinter die Sicherheitskontrolle des Flughafen M\u00fcnchen. Das bedeutet also, wer nicht abfliegt oder landet, der kann die im Rahmen meiner Tasty Tour getestete Gastronomie &#8222;4 Urbs&#8220; leider nicht besuchen. Seid ihr allerdings in Terminal 2, Abflugbereich G unterwegs, ist das Restaurant samt internationaler K\u00fcche nicht weit weg von euch. Mailand, Bangkok, New York und &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich &#8211; M\u00fcnchen, sind die vier Grundpfeiler, auf welchen das Konzept aufbaut. Nicht umsonst wurden K\u00fcchen aus diesen f\u00fcr Fortschritt, Moderne aber auch Multikulturalismus stehenden St\u00e4dten gew\u00e4hlt, denn schlie\u00dflich zeigt sich der Flughafen M\u00fcnchen ebenfalls auf ganzer Linie mit bunt-internationaler Facette. Passt also ganz gut und vereint auf kulinarische Art und Weise vier Welt-Metropolen der Erde.<\/p>\n<p>Im 4 Urbs erwarten euch von italienischer, asiatischer, amerikanischer und bayerischer Kost alles, was das Herz begehrt &#8211; umgesetzt als lockeres &#8222;Street Food&#8220;-Konzept und &#8222;Self-Service&#8220;-Restaurant, k\u00f6nnt ihr euch hier an vier verschiedenen Stationen, ganz nach Appetit und Gel\u00fcsten, anstellen. Serviert werden Pizza, Pasta, asiatische Gerichte, aber auch Panini, Wei\u00dfw\u00fcrstel mit Brezen, bayerische Klassiker oder Sushi. Der Vorteil liegt schon vor dem Probieren auf der Hand: Der eine mag bayerisch, der andere knusprige Ente und den Dritten lacht die italienische Pizza oder das aisatische Sushi an &#8211; kein Problem, denn bestellt wird einfach von jedem an der jeweils ausgew\u00e4hlten Station und nach Bezahlung an der Sammelkasse kann nat\u00fcrlich gem\u00fctlich gemeinsam &#8211; ganz egal welches Essen auf dem Teller liegt &#8211; gegessen werden. Verschiedene Gel\u00fcste, verschiedene K\u00fcchen, ein Restaurant und Verzehrbereich. Jeder der vier Bereiche hat seinen eigenen Charme und hinterl\u00e4sst eine bestimmte Stimmung beim Platz nehmen und speisen. Das Konzept geht auf: Der Sitzbereich &#8222;Mailand&#8220; steht f\u00fcr &#8222;La Familia&#8220; (die Familie). Bei viel Holz und mit bunten Farben kann hier zum Beispiel diverse Pizza und Pasta genossen werden. Modern und au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher wird es dann in Bangkok mit einem der zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Gerichten aus Asien sowie einer entspannten und asiatisch angehauchten Ecke samt dunklen M\u00f6beln, langem Tresen und Hochtisch im 4 Urbs. Wer\u00b4s lieber stylisch mag, der sucht sich einen Platz in &#8222;New York&#8220; bzw. der dazu geh\u00f6rigen Lounge mit gem\u00fctlicher Stimmung samt typisch amerikanischem Grillfood (Burger, Steaks, etc.) aus. Bereich Nummer Vier &#8211; last, but not least &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich M\u00fcnchen! Ganz vorne, neben der Auslage mit den frisch belegten Paninis und Focaccias (z.B. mit Tomate Mozzarella oder Lachs ab 6,50\u20ac) in unterschiedlichen Sorten: die Pizzen. Vier verschiedene St\u00fcck\u00a0(Pizza Caprese, Milano, Regina oder Hawaii) gibt es, f\u00fcr jeweils 10,90\u20ac. An diesen ging ich jedoch vorbei, genauso wie an der Pasta-Station mit sechs bis sieben verschiedenen Pastasorten samt unterschiedlicher Sauce. Angestellt wurde sich gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung bei der Burger- bzw. Grill- und der Asia-Station. W\u00e4hrend ihr ansteht k\u00f6nnt ihr euch an den Wandtafeln oder aufgeh\u00e4ngten Bildschirmen entscheiden, wonach euch ist. Zeitgleich bestellte meine Begleitung an der Asia-Station einmal die knusprige Ente auf gebratenen Eiernudeln (f\u00fcr 16,50\u20ac) &#8211; eines von insgesamt vier verschiedenen Varianten der asiatischen Gerichte. Beladen mit Panini samt Chips, Burger samt Pommes und asiatischem Gericht machten wir es uns am Hochtisch, gemeinsam mit anderen G\u00e4sten, in der Bangkok-Area gem\u00fctlich. Wen unsere Auswahl nicht anlacht und es eher nach Wei\u00dfw\u00fcrsteln mit Breze gel\u00fcstet, der bekommt f\u00fcr 12,90\u20ac drei davon mit Breze, Senf und einem 0,5 Liter-Glas Weissbier. Die klassische Currywurst mit Pommes und Ketchup, gibt\u00b4s f\u00fcr 10,90\u20ac und auch f\u00fcr die &#8222;Gesunden&#8220; unter euch d\u00fcrfte mit dem Caesar Salad Turkey (f\u00fcr 13,90\u20ac) gesorgt sein. Als Alternative zum gew\u00e4hlten Cheeseburger gibt\u00b4s auch noch den &#8222;4 Urbs Doubleburger&#8220; mit 100% Rindfleisch aus der Region, &#8222;doppelt Beef&#8220; und Pommes f\u00fcr 16,50\u20ac oder auch die &#8222;Surf und Turf&#8220;-Kombination mit Garnelen, Chicken, Gem\u00fcse und Pommes (f\u00fcr 15,90\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p>Als Abschluss und nach dem Verputzen aller Speisen, w\u00e4hlte ich mit meiner Begleitung dann noch einen Frozen Joghurt &#8211; unbedingt noch Platz lassen im Bauch daf\u00fcr! Dieser ist in pauschal in einer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe erh\u00e4ltlich, macht auch zu zweit satt und kann f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac mit diversen Toppings (Smarties, Krokant, Mango, Trauben, Melone und rote Gr\u00fctze) gepimpt und eiskalt genossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der fr\u00fche Vogel f\u00e4ngt den Wurm!
