In einem vorherigen Bericht \u00fcber diese (<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/jochen-schweizer-arena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jochen Schweizer Arena in Taufkirchen<\/a>), habe ich euch bereits allumfassend \u00fcber die zu erwartenden Highlights, sportlichen und kulinarischen M\u00f6glichkeiten vor Ort berichtet. Jetzt gab\u00b4s f\u00fcr mich &#8211; gemeinsam mit einigen Branchen-Kollegen &#8211; erstmals die M\u00f6glichkeit einer\u00a0Verkostung vor Ort, in kleinem Kreise und vor der Er\u00f6ffnung &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich um euch anschlie\u00dfend vorab ein wenig Appetit zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>In mitten der Arena, da wo sich bald jung und alt, Sportler und Genie\u00dfer sowie zahlreiche Food-Fans treffen und sich Gutes genie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst. Serviert wurden uns Gerichte, welche ihr so ab der offiziellen Er\u00f6ffnung am 07. M\u00e4rz 2017 ebenfalls bestellen, verkosten und genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnt &#8211; ganz egal ob ihr davor und\/oder danach auch auf sportliche Aktivit\u00e4ten Lust habt oder nicht. Willkommen ist jedermann. K\u00fcche. So befindet sich im Zentrum der Jochen Schweizer Arena das Hauptrestaurant f\u00fcr bis zu 150 G\u00e4ste. Wie die meisten Bereiche der Arena in heller und freundlicher Atmosph\u00e4re mit ausreichend Tageslicht durch die verglaste Fassade des Geb\u00e4udes. Warme Farben, viel Holz, freundliches Ambiente und Raum abzuschalten &#8211; auch wenn nur einige Meter weiter die Surfwellen gebrochen und Windtunnel-Fl\u00fcge durch gef\u00fchrt werden. Getroffen d\u00fcrfte mit dem Konzept und der \u00a0erlesenen sowie variationsreichen Auswahl so ziemlich jeder m\u00f6gliche Geschmack sein. Ob Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck f\u00fcr einen guten Start in den Tag mit drei unterschiedlich zusammen gestellten Kombinationen (&#8222;#DerHeldinDir&#8220;, &#8222;Blue Skies&#8220; oder &#8222;Hang Loose&#8220; f\u00fcr je 11,80\u20ac) oder diversen Eierspeisen (ab 3,50\u20ac), Power M\u00fcsli oder Protein Shake, Vorspeisen (ab 7,90\u20ac) wie Hummus, Thai-Rindfleischsalat, diverse Suppen (ab 5,80\u20ac) oder auch diverse Hauptgerichte (ab 7,90\u20ac), Brotzeiten und Desserts &#8211; das Angebot kann sich sehen lassen. So lockt zum Beispiel gelbes odergr\u00fcnes Thaicurry, unterschiedliche Pasta im Tagesangebot, gebratenes Lachsfilet, aber auch Klassiker wie Wiener Schnitzel mit Kartoffel-Gurken-Salat oder Bratkartoffeln und kaltger\u00fchrte Preiselbeeren (f\u00fcr 19,80\u20ac) &#8211; f\u00fcr mich sicher einer der ersten Anl\u00e4sse, auch &#8222;einfach nur&#8220; zum Essen in der Jochen Schweizer Arena vorbei zu kommen. Doch auch, wer sich einfach mal gerne unkompliziert mit einem z\u00fcnftigen Brotzeitbrettl samt Spezialit\u00e4ten wie zum Beispiel Fleisch vom Labonca-Sonnenschwein, Bergk\u00e4se vom Tegernsee und Brot aus der Biob\u00e4ckerei oder einem Zuckerl zwischendurch (Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e, Schokoladenkuchen, Sorbetvariation oder auch geeister Espresso) verw\u00f6hnen will, ist hier richtig.<\/p>\n<p>Erweitert wird das Speiseangebot durch diverse Superfruit-Gerichte. So sind sowohl der &#8222;Jochen Schweizers Protein Power Shake&#8220; (f\u00fcr 3,90\u20ac), als auch das &#8222;Jochen Schweizers Power M\u00fcsli&#8220; (f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac) auf der Speisekarte zu finden. Letzteres wurde eigens f\u00fcr die Jochen Schweizer Arena entwickelt, w\u00e4hrend der Protein Power Shake in Kooperation mit dem Start-Up frooggies entwickelt wurde. Das ideale an beiden Produkten: Sie sind sowohl zum Vor Ort-Verzehr, als auch zum Mitnehmen erh\u00e4ltlich und geeignet. W\u00e4hrend es bei der 1994 gegr\u00fcndeten Metzgerei Stocker das Rind-, Kalb- und Lammfleisch nur in \u00d6koqualit\u00e4t gibt, \u00fcberzeugt der seit 1972 biologisch bewirtschaftete Schattbachhof Leogang als reiner Gr\u00fcnlandbetrieb mit eigener Alm, artgerechter Tierhaltung und eigener Schlachtung. (Der Arena Burger zum Beispiel beinhaltet saftig gebratenes Fleisch vom Leoganger Ochsen und wird mit S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Pommes f\u00fcr 14,80\u20ac serviert). Ganz besonders toll: Auch der Labonca Biohof versorgt die Arena mit guten Zutaten. In \u00d6sterreich n\u00e4mlich z\u00e4hlt dieser zur Spitze der Biofleisch-Erzeuger und gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bio-Freilandschweinehaltung in \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Mein Tasting und erste Eindr\u00fccke<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Anfangs erw\u00e4hnte kleine Runde gab\u00b4s in angepassten Portionsgr\u00f6\u00dfen verschiedene K\u00f6stlichkeiten vor der Karte.\u00a0Insgesamt\u00a0sechs verschiedene St\u00fcck und vom Hummus mit confierten Kirschtomaten und wilden Kr\u00e4utern (f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac), Cevice vom Fjordlachs mit Chili, Koriander, roter Zwiebel und Tigermilch (f\u00fcr 9,80\u20ac) oder auch dem erw\u00e4hnten Thai-Rindfleischsalat mit Koriander, Zitronengras und ger\u00f6steten Erdn\u00fcssen (f\u00fcr 8,80\u20ac) w\u00fcrde alles einmal durchprobiert. Mein Favorit war ganz klar die asiatische &#8222;Tom Kha Gai&#8220; Suppe &#8211; ein Thai-Kokoss\u00fcppchen mit H\u00fchnchen und Gem\u00fcse (f\u00fcr 6,80\u20ac). Vor dem Abschluss &#8211; ein Mango-Sorbet mit Knusperhippe (f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac) gab\u00b4s ein St\u00fcck feines Fleisch samt Bohnengem\u00fcse. Ich empfehle euch, sich durch die Bilder-Show zu klicken, das d\u00fcrfte gen\u00fcgen um euch Appetit und Lust auf ein Essen in der Jochen Schweizer Arena zu machen.
