Das Restaurant ist seit Anfang M\u00e4rz und bis Ende April 2017 in der Schrannenhalle (Empore) ans\u00e4ssig und bietet typisch ligurische K\u00fcche an. Ansonsten gab\u00b4s f\u00fcr mich (stets in kleinen Probier-Gr\u00f6\u00dfe) noch zahlreiche weitere K\u00f6stlichkeiten. Von &#8222;Cuculli e Paniccia fritta&#8220; (frittierte Kichererbsen Farinata) f\u00fcr 5,50\u20ac, &#8222;Stoccafisso alla Sanremasca&#8220; (Stockfisch &#8222;mantecato&#8220; nach Art von Sanremo) f\u00fcr 11\u20ac, \u00fcber &#8222;Polpo e olive&#8220; (Oktopus mit Taggiasca Oliven) f\u00fcr 13\u20ac oder auch &#8222;Carpaccio die ricciola&#8220; (Gelbschwanzcarpaccio mit R\u00e4uchersalz und rosa Pfefferk\u00f6rnern) f\u00fcr 17\u20ac, bis hin zu &#8222;Pansoti alla salsa di noci&#8220; (Pansoti in Walnussso\u00dfe) f\u00fcr 15\u20ac und &#8222;Branzino alla Genovese&#8220; (Wolfsbarsch nach genuanischer Art mit Taggiasca Oliven) f\u00fcr 26\u20ac gab\u00b4s so ziemlich alles, was das italienische Herz begehrt. Als Abschluss w\u00e4hlte ich eine kleine italienische Panna Cotta im Weck-Glas f\u00fcr 6,50\u20ac. Auch angeboten wird tagesfrischer Fisch (so mein oben genannter Wolfsbarsch oder auch Seeteufel) ab 26\u20ac &#8211; zubereitet nach ligurischer Art.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Empfehlung<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Das &#8222;Manuelina Ristorante&#8220; lohnt sich zu besuchen! Der Service ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Dazu empfehle ich euch, auf jeden Fall einen ebenfalls typischen Wei\u00dfwein f\u00fcr die ligurische Region (siehe Foto) zu bestellen. Erw\u00e4hnenswert auch: Setzt euch am besten entlang der gl\u00e4sernen Fassade, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das bunten Treiben unter euch. Von 11:30 &#8211; 15:30 Uhr wird ein Mittagsmen\u00fc (Tagesgericht inkl. 1 Glas 0,1l Wein\/1 kleine Flasche Wasser und ein Espresso f\u00fcr 15\u20ac) angeboten. Das Degustationsmen\u00fc f\u00fcr 58\u20ac und f\u00fcnf verschiedenen G\u00e4ngen (teilweise mit den von mir getesteten Gerichten) kann ich euch somit auch nur ans Herz legen.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem
