F\u00fcr mich braucht es da oft gar nicht recht viel mehr als ein gutes Essen &#8211; was sonst. Wenn es dann auch noch ein exzellentes und nicht nur gutes Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb mit lauwarmen Kartoffelsalat und ein fluffiger Kaiserschmarrn mit Vanille Eis im Anschluss ist, dann ist das Gl\u00fcck vollkommen. So erging es mir vor Kurzem n\u00e4mlich bei meinem Besuch im Tantris Sternerestaurant. Ja richtig&#8230;im Tantris gibt es Wiener Schnitzel und Kaiserschmarrn.<\/p>\n<p>Bekannt und in unser allen K\u00f6pfen ist das Tantris nat\u00fcrlich als 2 Sterne Gourmet-Restaurant abgespeichert und weniger als Wiener Schnitzel-Hotspot. Das soll auch so bleiben und so sind nach wie vor der Fokus au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche und exquisite G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs sowie hervorragende \u00e0 la carte-Kreationen. Von Dienstag bis Freitag gibt es beispielsweise mittags Drei- bis F\u00fcnf-Gang Business Men\u00fcs ab 95\u20ac (mit Weinbegleitung ab 130\u20ac). Am Abend stehen F\u00fcnf- Gang ab 175\u20ac oder Acht-Gang-Men\u00fcs ab 215\u20ac auf der Karte (mit Weinbegleitung ab 300\u20ac) und Samstags gibt es am Nachmittag die vier G\u00e4nge ab 120\u20ac (mit Weinbegleitung ab 160\u20ac). Bis maximal 5 Personen Gruppen k\u00f6nnen auch \u00e0 la carte einzelne Klassiker von der Kochlegende Hans Haas bestellen (Vorspeisen, Fisch, Fleisch, Nachspeisen). Wo wir auch wieder bei meinem Wiener Schnitzel w\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>Das, unter Einbeziehung der Tatsache, dass es \u2013 wie sich das geh\u00f6rt \u2013 in Form von zwei kleinen einzelnen Schnitzelchen mit goldgelber und fester Panade serviert wurde, war einfach nur himmlisch. Nein wirklich, das Fleisch sch\u00f6n zart und mit ca. 1 cm Dicke so, dass das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Panade und Fleisch beim Kauen genau stimmte und diese eben beim Schneiden des Fleisches auch nicht abfiel. In Kombination mit dem lauwarmen Kartoffelsalat samt Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und Radieserl ein Traum. Die Preiselbeeren, nat\u00fcrlich auch dabei, werden in reichlicher Menge in der Sauciere angereicht, der Kartoffelsalat separat im Sch\u00e4lchen. Und danach, ja da gab\u00b4s dann einen Kaiserschmarrn f\u00fcr mich. Auch der wunderbar, sch\u00f6n locker luftig und gezupft, wie sich das geh\u00f6rt. Dazu ein sahnig-milchiges Vanilleeis, die perfekte Kombination aus kalt und hei\u00df. Die Portion war sch\u00f6n abgestimmt und nach dem Schnitzel genau richtig. Schaut euch einfach die Bilder an, das d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr sich sprechen.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Wie ihr zum Wiener Schnitzel im Tantris Sternerestaurant kommt<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Bevor ihr euch jetzt aber alle in Schale schmeisst und im Tantris &#8222;Einmal Wiener Schnitzel bitte!&#8220; ruft &#8211; stop, stop, stop! Das steht wie gesagt so nicht auf der Karte und wer es genie\u00dfen m\u00f6chte (&#8230;was ich euch nur ans Herz legen kann&#8230;) der sollte, nein muss sogar, vorab zum H\u00f6rer greifen und vorab Bescheid geben, dass er ein solches gerne probieren m\u00f6chte. Hans Haas, K\u00fcchen-Koryph\u00e4e und Chef der seit 25 Jahren im Tantris, bereitet dieses gerne f\u00fcr die Tantris-G\u00e4ste zu, es muss aber angek\u00fcndigt werden. Das Wiener Schnitzel, so wie ihr es seht liegt bei 48\u20ac, der Kaiserschmarrn bei 24\u20ac. Nat\u00fcrlich zeigen sich auch hier wieder die 2 Sterne-Preise, wer sich dies aber g\u00f6nnt, d\u00fcrfte beim ersten Bissen ganz schnell andere Gedanken im Kopf haben. So&#8230;und w\u00e4hrend ich jetzt mal an meinen Besten-Listen &#8222;<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/das-beste-wiener-schnitzel-in-muenchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Das beste Wiener Schnitzel in M\u00fcnchen<\/a>&#8220; und &#8222;<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/bester-kaiserschmarrn-in-muenchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Der beste Kaiserschmarrn in M\u00fcnchen<\/a>&#8220; herum bastel (&#8230;ich muss da was erg\u00e4nzen <span class=\"_47e3 _5mfr\" title=\"\u201ewink\u201c-Emoticon\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.facebook.com\/images\/emoji.php\/v7\/ff6\/2\/16\/1f609.png?resize=16%2C16&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><span class=\"_7oe\">\ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/span>) kann ich euch nur empfehlen das Tantris zu besuchen. Vor einiger Zeit genoss ich dort n\u00e4mlich mit meiner Begleitung ein umfangreiches G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fc und bekam so wundervolle Eindr\u00fccke in die K\u00fcche sowie die exzellente Weinberatung (durch Sommelier <a class=\"profileLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/justin.g.leone\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/user.php?id=596278739\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\">Justin G. Leone<\/a>) und -karte. G\u00f6nnt euch gutes und denkt beim n\u00e4chsten Anlass f\u00fcr gehobene K\u00fcche der Extraklasse an mich, das Tantris und (nach Vorank\u00fcndigung!) an das Wiener Schnitzel.<\/p>\n<p>Ach ja&#8230;.f\u00fcr mich gab\u00b4s zwei kleine &#8222;Gr\u00fc\u00dfe aus der K\u00fcche&#8220; vor dem Schnitzel. Das d\u00fcrfte euch auch einen ersten Eindruck geben bzw. Lust auf mehr machen. Hier seht ihr einmal Gelbflossenschwanzmakrele auf Pumpernickelcreme mit Meerrettichmousse und Sesammarinade sowie pochiertes Eigelb mit Imperial Gourmet-Kavier, Sauce Mignonette &#8211; eine leichte Pfeffersauce. Vielleicht berichte ich euch bald ausf\u00fchrlich \u00fcber Speis und Trank im Tantris Sternerestaurant, an diesem Erlebnis wollte ich euch nat\u00fcrlich schon vorab teilhaben lassen.<br
