Test am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen hatte wohl den geringsten \u00dcberraschungseffekt f\u00fcr mich. Das aber nicht, weil der Test nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach oder gar schlecht war, sondern weil ich schon des \u00d6fteren in anderen Niederlassungen der Kette gegessen, verweilt und getrunken\u00a0hatte. Dass es den Burger-Giganten seit Ende April auch am Flughafen gibt, wissen nur wenige, dass ich mich auf gute Burger und einen feinen Salat freuen kann wusste ich daf\u00fcr schon vorab\u00a0um so sicherer. Na, von wem spreche ich wohl? Richtig! Hans im Gl\u00fcck. Wer dieses nicht kennt, der war wohl noch nie einen Burger in M\u00fcnchen essen, geschweige dem ist wohl noch nie mit offenen Augen durch M\u00fcnchen gelaufen, denn unumstritten ist die deutschlandweit vertretene Kette die wohl bekannteste Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Burger in ganz M\u00fcnchen. Auch Desserts, Kaffee und &#8211; anders als bei anderen Hans im Gl\u00fcck-Niederlassungen &#8211; eine Frischetheke bzw. einen To Go Bereich mit belegten Broten und Baguettes und Sandwiches f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste. Das macht auch Sinn so, denn das Hans im Gl\u00fcck liegt direkt im Abflugbereich und wenn ihr wartet bis es los geht, aber doch nicht mehr ganz so viel Zeit bis zum Abflug ist, dann ist dieser kleine Thekenbereich perfekt. Mitgenommen werden k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich auch die Burger und Fritten, ich hatte aber genug Zeit und w\u00e4hlte gemeinsam mit meinen Begleitungen einen der Tische zwischen den &#8211; wie gewohnt &#8211; \u00fcberall platzierten Birkenst\u00e4mmen. Wer sich jetzt fragt: &#8222;Ja wo genau is\u00b4 er denn der Hans im Gl\u00fcck am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen?&#8220;, den muss ich als &#8222;Nicht-Fluggast&#8220; ein klein wenig entt\u00e4uschen, denn ohne gepackten Koffer kommt ihr nicht in den entsprechenden Bereich. Einen Platz gefunden hatte ich also gemeinsam mit meinen Begleitungen &#8211; Zeit sich umzusehen. Typisch f\u00fcr jeden Hans im Gl\u00fcck: Wei\u00dfe d\u00fcnne Birkenst\u00e4mme im ganzen Restaurant. Dazu helle B\u00f6den, warmes Licht, baum-bemusterte Tapeten, schwarze M\u00f6bel mit grauen Filz-Sets, auf den Tischen, die typischen Hans im Gl\u00fcck Saucen (unbedingt kosten: W\u00fcrzige Grill Sauce und Orangen Senf Sauce!), peppige Musik im Hintergrund und ein stimmiges Gesamtbild. Zugegeben, am meisten gefiel mir, dass es nicht so voll und laut war und ich in entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re meine Speisen genie\u00dfen konnte. (Wer Hans im Gl\u00fcck noch nicht kennt: In der Innenstadt am Abend immer reservieren, da die L\u00e4den, eigentlich egal wo in M\u00fcnchen, sehr beliebt und dem entsprechend voll sind.) Am Flughafen konnten wir uns gem\u00fctlich unterhalten, hatten einen Vierertisch f\u00fcr uns und lie\u00dfen es uns gut gehen. (Was uns allen dreien auffiel: Ein wenig eng ists an den Tischen, da die Birkenst\u00e4mme sehr nah an den schmalen B\u00e4nken stehen und Anlehnen bzw. ein etwas &#8222;freieres bewegen&#8220; dadurch kaum m\u00f6glich ist.) Stellt euch also vor ihr seid vor Ort, sitzt mit mir am Tisch und lasst es euch kulinarisch gut gehen. Schauen wir erst mal was angeboten wird, oder? Da w\u00e4ren wir auch schon beim ersten Highlight, das selbst eingefleischte Hans im Gl\u00fcck-Fans noch nicht alle mitbekommen haben d\u00fcrften. Tadaaa!, seit einigen Tagen gibt es bei Hans im Gl\u00fcck n\u00e4mlich eine neue und komplett \u00fcberarbeitete Speisekarte. Wer also sagt: &#8222;Hans im Gl\u00fcck, da kenn ich schon alles!&#8220; bzw. &#8222;Hab\u00b4 mich schon einmal durch die ganze Karte gefuttert!&#8220;, der irrt, denn sowohl bei den Burgern, den Salaten als auch Cocktails auf der Karte hat sich einiges getan. Ein paar Burger wurden von der Karte gestrichen, anderer leicht ver\u00e4ndert oder eben in der jeweiligen Kategorie erg\u00e4nzt. Beispielsweise bei den veganen Burgern (alle 4 St\u00fcck f\u00fcr 8,80\u20ac) ist der &#8222;Kutscher&#8220; (mit pikantem Bratling, Grillgem\u00fcse-Tatar und Rauke) und der &#8222;Juglans&#8220; (mit Weizenbratling, Champignons &amp; 3-Pfeffer-So\u00dfe) dazu gekommen, alle Rindfleisch-Burger k\u00f6nnen k\u00fcnftig mit feuriger Pfefferkruste bestellt werden. Die Vegetarier (alle Burger zwischen 8,80\u20ac und 9,10\u20ac) k\u00f6nnen sich \u00fcber Zuwachs zum Beispiel in Form des &#8222;Starker Tobak&#8220;-Burgers (mit Olivenbratling, scharfer Pfefferschotenso\u00dfe und Rauke f\u00fcr 8,80\u20ac) freuen. Ihr k\u00f6nnt also auch konkrete W\u00fcnsche \u00e4u\u00dfern. Bei den Burgern fiel die Wahl auf den Burger &#8222;Avocado&#8220; und den Burger &#8222;Henne&#8220;, womit bei beiden gekl\u00e4rt sein d\u00fcrfte, was die Hauptzutat zwischen den Burger-Br\u00f6tchen angeht. \ud83d\ude09 Der Avocado-Burger &#8211; in der Bilder-Galerie f\u00fcr euch auch einmal im L\u00e4ngssschnitt gezeigt- besteht neben w\u00e4hlbaren Brot (Sauerteig, Mehrkorn oder gar kein Brot), Fleisch, Zwiebeln, Hans im Gl\u00fcck-So\u00dfe sowie Tomaten, au\u00dferdem aus Avocado und Heumilchk\u00e4se (aus dem Zillertal). Der &#8222;Henne&#8220;-Burger aus H\u00fchnchenbrust, Avocadocreme, Orangen-Senf-Sauce &amp; Sprossen. Besonders g\u00fcnstig wird\u00b4s, wenn ihr euch das Ganze als Men\u00fc bestellt. Sobald ihr euch n\u00e4mlich f\u00fcr Fritten oder auch S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelFritten zum Burger, wie wir (beides jeweils einmal) entscheidet, macht das bis 17:00 Uhr angebotene Mittagsmen\u00fc mit Burger und frei w\u00e4hlbarer Beilage samt einen Durstl\u00f6scher\/alkoholfreien Getr\u00e4nk oder kleinem Bier plus zus\u00e4tzlich einem Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nk Sinn. Dann bezahlt ihr nur 6\u20ac zum Burgerpreis dazu und kommt insgesamt g\u00fcnstiger weg. Ab 17:00 Uhr hei\u00dft\u00b4s dann &#8222;Abendmahl&#8220; und ihr bekommt zum Burger mit frei gew\u00e4hlter Beilage einen Cocktail (f\u00fcr 9\u20ac zum Burgerpreis) dazu. Es war also bestellt: Zweimal Burger samt S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln (+0,70\u20ac) und Fritten sowie ein Salat mit extra H\u00e4hnchenbrust.<\/p>\n<p>Bei den Getr\u00e4nken gehts vielseitig weiter. Hier wird unterteilt in Durstl\u00f6scher, Erfrischendes, Bier, Cocktails und antialkoholische Cocktails sowie Prickelndes und Weine. F\u00fcr letzteres war\u00b4s zu Fr\u00fch und wir blieben bei den Durstl\u00f6schern h\u00e4ngen. Bei diesen entschieden wir uns einmal f\u00fcr &#8222;Original &#8211; Apfel-Rhabarber&#8220; und &#8222;Original &#8211; Mango-Minze&#8220; (je 0,5l f\u00fcr 4,60\u20ac | verf\u00fcgbar in 5 Sorten) sowie f\u00fcr eine &#8222;Stille Zitronenlimonade &#8211; Obstsalat-Minze&#8220; (4,60\u20ac | verf\u00fcgbar in 3 Sorten). Die Getr\u00e4nke wurden uns zackig gebracht und auch die Burger waren samt Beilage und meinem Salat in unter 15 Minuten an unserem Tisch. Mir pers\u00f6nlich schmeckt und schmeckt und schmeckt einfach immer wieder der Salat &#8222;Gl\u00fcckskind&#8220; mit Hartk\u00e4se, Champignons und Parmesandressing (f\u00fcr 10,90\u20ac) so gut. Bei den Burgern w\u00e4hle ich am liebsten einen der erw\u00e4hnten Klassiker und werde in den kommenden Tagen mal f\u00fcr einen Neuling vorbeischauen. Alles wurde super schnell serviert und war appetitlich angerichtet.\u00a0Wer ganz fr\u00fch da ist und mehr Lust auf ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck hat, der kann sich bei Hans im Gl\u00fcck ebenfalls s\u00e4ttigen. Da n\u00e4mlich wird mit Omelettes (ab 6,40\u20ac), warmen Pfannkuchen (6,90\u20ac) und verschiedenen &#8222;Goldst\u00fccken&#8220; (Eierburger in verschiedenen Varianten) gelockt (ab 6,50\u20ac).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Hardfacts und Info &#8211; Hans im Gl\u00fcck Flughafen M\u00fcnchen<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Ge\u00f6ffnet hat das Hans im Gl\u00fcck ab 06:00 Uhr. Bis 10:00 Uhr gibt es t\u00e4glich das Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksangebot. Bis 22:00 Uhr k\u00f6nnt ihr euch vor Ort Burger bestellen. Solltet ihr mal nach 10:00 Uhr kommen k\u00f6nnt ihr immer noch nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck fragen, je nach Machbarkeit wird euer Wunsch erf\u00fcllt. Durch das Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksangebot und die Flughafen-Lage unterscheiden sich die \u00d6ffnungszeiten nat\u00fcrlich erheblich von anderen Hans im Gl\u00fcck Niederlassungen und so k\u00f6nnt ihr bei einem Abflug von den entsprechenden Gates fr\u00fcher als ansonsten \u00fcblich Burger genie\u00dfen. Die To Go-Theke ist von morgens bis abends bef\u00fcllt. Ausgestattet ist das Hans im Gl\u00fcck mit ca. 28 Tischen in unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe &#8211; platziert zwischen zahlreichen Birkenst\u00e4mmen.
