Test am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen an und ich muss unumstritten zugeben, dass ich mich schon sehr darauf gefreut habe. Auch, weil ich k\u00fcrzlich im M\u00fcnchner Stammhaus des Bistros auf einem Event war und schon da eine weitere Kostprobe der angebotenen Spezialit\u00e4ten probieren konnte. Ich wusste also, dass mich qualitativ hochwertige Speisen erwarten werden. Die Rede ist vom Dallmayr bzw. dem Dallmayr Bistro am\u00a0Flughafen M\u00fcnchen. Schon bei der Ankunft in dem Bistro fiel mir sofort das warme Licht, das ansprechende Interieur und eben durchaus gem\u00fctliche Gesamtbild auf. Frische Blumen auf den marmorierten und nicht zu eng aneinander gestellten Tischen, farbige Lederb\u00e4nke und -tische, warme Farben und allem voran die im Eingangsbereich gelegene Bar samt Frischetheke, des ohnehin sehr offen gehaltenem Bistros. Ein sehr einladendes Bild und ich freute mich auf den Test. Einmal Platz genommen &#8211; ich w\u00e4hlte gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung einen Zweiertisch ganz hinten &#8211; hatte ich einen guten Blick \u00fcber das gesamte Bistro, die Bar samt Kaffeestation sowie den separaten Bereich, welcher f\u00fcr das Angebot von Dallmayr-Produkten (Champagner, Schokolade, Wei\u00dfw\u00fcrste, Tee, Pralinen, etc.) zum Kauf eingerichtet ist.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend ich so sa\u00df, alles auf mich wirken lie\u00df und durch die Gegend guckte, kam auch schon einer der netten Mitarbeiter an unseren Tisch und fragte uns nach unseren W\u00fcnschen. Wir entschieden uns bei den Getr\u00e4nken, ganz brav, erst einmal f\u00fcr Wasser und schauten dann in die Karte. W\u00e4hrend wir st\u00f6berten, fiel uns wieder die Theke samt ausgestellten Hauptgerichten, frischen Kuchen, Broten und Baguettes in den verschiedensten Varianten ein. Super appetitlich und frisch angerichtet, lachen einen diverse K\u00f6stlichkeiten an. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch, dass die Hauptgerichte alle einmal ausgestellt sind. Eine gastronomisch sehr seltene und dennoch ziemlich praktische Geste, da man so nat\u00fcrlich wesentlich leichter feststellen kann, worauf man Lust und ob man auch genau in der dortigen Machart darauf Lust hat. So lachte mich neben den k\u00f6stlichen Kuchen im separaten Bereich besonders eines der Sandwiches bzw. Brote sowie eines der Hauptgerichte an. An der Theke stehen in der Regel auch immer Reisende und nicht vor Ort verweilende G\u00e4ste. Platz zum luhren fanden wir und eine Entscheidung trafen wir auch, bevor wir wieder Platz nahmen. Die Theke und Karte war also studiert, die Entscheidung gefallen. Bevor\u00b4s ans Bestellen und verkosten geht, nochmals ein Blick auf die regul\u00e4re Karte.<\/p>\n<p>Diese ist \u00fcbersichtlich und nicht all zu gro\u00df, h\u00e4lt aber f\u00fcr jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Es werden &#8211; je nach Saison &#8211; auch immer wieder neue Gerichte und Besonderheiten angeboten. Ein regionaler und saisonaler Bezug der Zutaten spielt eine gro\u00dfe Rolle, als oberste Priorit\u00e4t kommt nat\u00fcrlich immer die Qualit\u00e4t. Vorspeisen starten \u00e0 la carte bei 13,90\u20ac (f\u00fcr Burrata mit Ochsenherztomaten und frischen Basilikum) und liegen bei maximal 19,50\u20ac f\u00fcr Lachs &#8222;Malossol&#8220; &#8211; Dallmayr-R\u00e4ucherlachs mit Dillsauce. Die Hauptgerichte unterteilen sich (exklusive der Frischetheke) in Salate (ab 4,80\u20ac), Suppen (ab 7,90\u20ac), kleine Gerichte (z.B. M\u00fcnchner Wei\u00dfw\u00fcrste mit einer Breze ab 9,80\u20ac) und regul\u00e4re Hauptg\u00e4nge (sechs verschiedene ab 14,50\u20ac). Ich pers\u00f6nlich mag es nicht, wenn Sushi aus der K\u00fchlung kommt. Klar darf es auch nicht zu warm sein, aber durch die K\u00e4lte wird der Reis oft sehr hart und klebt fest zusammen, wodurch es beim Beissen eine &#8222;sushi-untypische&#8220; Art bekommt. Ansonsten war das Sushi geschmacklich super frisch, der Lachs von hoher Qualit\u00e4t und alles gr\u00fcndlich und eng gerollt. Beim Aufnehmen mit den Holzst\u00e4bchen f\u00e4llt nichts auseinander. Bevor es an den Hauptgang ging, teilte ich mir mit meiner Begleitung &#8211; auch zu Testzwecken &#8211; noch ein &#8222;Pausenbrot&#8220; aus der Auslage mit Schinken und K\u00e4se, Tomate und Salat (f\u00fcr 5,90\u20ac) &#8211; sch\u00f6n verpackt in Butterbrot und reichlich s\u00e4ttigend. Wer nur einen kleinen, aber s\u00e4ttigenden Snack in guter Qualit\u00e4t &#8211; vor oder nach der Reise &#8211; sucht, der d\u00fcrfte mit dem Brot bestens bedient sein. Alternativ warten zahlreiche andere Brote, auch dunkle Vollkorn- und Dinkelbrote, mit den unterschiedlichsten Bel\u00e4gen in der Theke auf euch. Sushi als Vorspeise &#8211; erfolgreich verputzt, das frisch belegte Brot aus der Auslage gemeinsam geteilt und genossen, Zeit f\u00fcr ein Hauptgericht. Ich z\u00e4hle euch mal auf, was es alles standardm\u00e4\u00dfig gibt: 200 Gramm Rumpsteak auf Dijonsenf-Sauce mit Marktgem\u00fcse und Kartoffelgratin (f\u00fcr 27,80\u20ac), Wokgem\u00fcse mit gebratenen Nudeln (f\u00fcr 14,50\u20ac), auf dem Grill gebratenes Zanderfilet mit Petersilienkartoffeln und Kr\u00e4uterbutter (f\u00fcr 18,90\u20ac), ca. 150 Gramm gegrilltes Lachssteak auf Grillgem\u00fcse mit Kartoffelgratin oder R\u00f6sti (f\u00fcr 19,80\u20ac), Spaghetti mit Garnelen in Wei\u00dfweinsauce (f\u00fcr 16,90\u20ac) oder auch &#8211; last but not least &#8211; Wiener Kalbsschnitzel mit Kartoffel-Rucola-Salat (f\u00fcr faire 19,50\u20ac). Was wir gew\u00e4hlt haben, d\u00fcrfte klar sein ;-), bzw. f\u00fchrte einfach kein Weg am Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb vorbei. Wie sich nach dem raschen Servieren herausstellte eine gekonnte Entscheidung: Hauchzart, keine Fleisch-Flachsen, goldgelb-d\u00fcnne Panierung und ein wirklich guter und sehr frischer Kartoffelsalat. Ein Wiener Schnitzel in M\u00fcnchen kann ja, wie ihr seit meiner <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/das-beste-wiener-schnitzel-in-muenchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Top-Liste f\u00fcr die besten Wiener Schnitzel in M\u00fcnchen<\/a> wisst, sehr unterschiedlich aussehen und dennoch jeweils\u00a0toll schmecken. Hier wurden &#8211; so wie das geh\u00f6rt &#8211; zwei einzelne St\u00fcck serviert, genau in der richtigen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Menge. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis kann sich sehen lassen. Alternativ gibt\u00b4s nat\u00fcrlich unterschiedliche Sorten Dallmayr Kaffee &#8211; auch im kleinen &#8222;Theken-Shopbereich&#8220; zum Mitnehmen, diverse Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke, Dallmayr Tee (f\u00fcr 4,20\u20ac), alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke, Biere (&#8222;Hofbr\u00e4u M\u00fcnchen&#8220; Original Helles und Hefe-Wei\u00dfbier, alkoholfreies &#8222;Paulaner Bier&#8220;, alkoholfreies &#8222;Erdinger&#8220; Hefe-Wei\u00dfbier, Radler und Russ) in 0,3l oder 0,5l Gl\u00e4sern ab 3,80\u20ac sowie nat\u00fcrlich Champagner, Wei\u00dfweine, Rotweine und andere Spirituosen, Long Drinks und Whiskey.<\/p>\n<p>Wer morgens anreist, der sollte einen Blick auf die Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskarte werfen. Diese n\u00e4mlich bietet ein &#8222;Kleines Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck&#8220; (f\u00fcr 7,60\u20ac) mit verschiedenen Br\u00f6tchen (eigene Produktion!), Butter, Dallmayr Konfit\u00fcre und ein Haferl Dallmayr Kaffee\/Tee, ein &#8222;Franz\u00f6sisches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck&#8220; (f\u00fcr 8,50\u20ac) mit Croissant, Butter, Dallmayr Konfit\u00fcre und ebenfalls einem Haferl Dallmayr Kaffee\/Tee oder auch ein &#8222;Vital Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck&#8220; (f\u00fcr 15,90\u20ac) mit einer Schale Frucht-\/Naturjoghurt, frischem Obstsalat, einem Glas 0,1l-Prosecco und Orangensaft an. Nat\u00fcrlich gibt\u00b4s auch ein Wei\u00dfwurstfr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit Breze und einem halben\u00a0Wei\u00dfbier (f\u00fcr 13,90\u20ac) auf der Karte. Auch zusammen stellen kann man sein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit diversen Extras, Eierspeisen, K\u00e4se- und Wursttellern, Joghurtkombinationen und Co. ab 1,30\u20ac. Auch Brezen und Croissants in diversen Sorten (ab 1,60\u20ac) stehen beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fccken auf der Karte. Das Bistro ist ein Full Service Bistro, das bedeutet, der gesamte Sitzbereich wird vom Service vor Ort betreut, ihr m\u00fcsst euch nichts zwingend selbst holen, k\u00f6nnt euch aber wie erw\u00e4hnt, nat\u00fcrlich ein Baguette, Kuchen oder \u00e4hnliches aus der Theke holen und vor Ort verzehren.
