N\u00e4her besch\u00e4ftigen und interessieren, das tue ich mich f\u00fcr das\u00a0Thema Schokolade schon eine ganze Weile. \u00a0Auch, als ich neulich \u00fcber &#8222;<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/wein-und-schokolade-kombinieren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Schokolade mit Wein kombinieren<\/a>&#8220; berichtet habe, warf ich erneut einen n\u00e4heren Blick auf die Vielfalt von Schokolade, welche hergestellt und verkauft wird. Ein unglaublich breites Spektrum wird angeboten, nicht alles ist von guter Qualit\u00e4t, ganz klar. Erweitert wurde mein Bewusstsein f\u00fcr besonders gute Schokolade bei meinem k\u00fcrzlichen Besuch in der Schwabinger Schokogalerie\u00a0&#8222;chokoin&#8220; (sprich &#8222;Schoko in&#8220;) am Elisabethplatz. Schon von au\u00dfen lachte mich die kleine Galerie an, so trat ich ein und betrat eine wundervoll verf\u00fchrerische Welt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schokogalerie chokoin\u00a0steht f\u00fcr\u00a0feinste internationale Schokolade von bester Qualit\u00e4t, hergestellt in kleinen unterschiedlichen Manufakturen. Eine breite Palette an verschiedenen Pralinen, Schokoladen, verpackten Pr\u00e4senten, Keksen und vielem mehr wird angeboten.\u00a0Mein Wunsch war es,\u00a0ein paar k\u00f6stliche Schokoladen-Ostergeschenke &#8211; bestm\u00f6glich im individuellen Stil &#8211; zum Verschenken zu finden.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>chokoin &#8211; die Schokogalerie, der erste Eindruck<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Nach dem Eintreten in die Galerie nahm ich als erstes wahr: wei\u00df, bunt und s\u00fc\u00df. &#8222;Wei\u00df&#8220; in Form von freundlicher und heller Atmosph\u00e4re, samt hohen Decken, Stuck und viel Tageslicht, welches durch die komplett verglaste Front in die kleine Schokogalerie str\u00f6mt. &#8222;Bunt&#8220;, weil \u00fcberall bunt verpackte Schokoladen, Pralinen, Pr\u00e4sente und Co. stehen. &#8222;Nicht wohlf\u00fchlen&#8220;, als Schokoladen-Fan unm\u00f6glich! Ein wenig St\u00f6bern steigert hier zunehmend die Lust auf Schokolade &#8211; so zumindest ging es mir. Logos gesetzt.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Individuell bedruckte chokoin-Tafeln in bester Qualit\u00e4t<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ein genauerer Blick in die Regale von chokoin zeigt schnell: Hier wird nur das Beste vom Besten angeboten. Ich war also richtig f\u00fcr meine Geschenksuche.\u00a0Schnell kam ich mit der netten Inhaberin, Kerstin Weise, ins n\u00e4here Gespr\u00e4ch und erfuhr mehr \u00fcber das Angebot und im Konkreten die eigene Produktlinie von chokoin selbst. Bedruckte viereckige Schokoladentafeln und Pralinen in den unterschiedlichsten Varianten, Sorten und Designs werden angeboten. So kann man sich bei chokoin individuelle Foto- oder Logotafeln bedrucken lassen, egal ob f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4ftliche oder private Anl\u00e4sse. Perfekt f\u00fcr mich und auch von der Qualit\u00e4t her genau das, was ich suchte. Die chokoin-Schokolade wird n\u00e4mlich in liebevoller Handarbeit von den chokoin-Chocolatiers hergestellt, zeichnet sich durch einen feinen und zarten Schmelz aus und hat durch ihren intensiven Geschmack einen hohen geschmacklichen Wiedererkennungswert. K\u00fcnstliche Aromen haben in einer hochwertigen Schokolade meiner Meinung nach nichts verloren und tauchen nat\u00fcrlich in keiner der 15 verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen (zum Beispiel Vollmilch (38%), Edelbitter (71%), Mandel Vollmilch, Vollmilch Meersalz, Chili Zartbitter, Ingwer Zartbitter, Nussmischung oder Pistazie Zartbitter), welche f\u00fcr die Tafeln verwendet werden, auf. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr diese Option und erfuhr, dass daf\u00fcr nichts weiter n\u00f6tig war, als das eigene Logo in Farbe bereit zu stellen, mindestens 50 Tafeln (a 5,50\u20ac) abzunehmen und die Vorlage vor dem Druck freizugeben. Dann bekommt man einige\u00a0Tage sp\u00e4ter ohne weiteres Zutun seine individuellen Schokotafeln, mit &#8222;essbarem Logo&#8220;. Denn auch hier kann individuell bestellt und mit Logo bzw. sogar Foto oder Motiv bedruckt werden. In der Regel haben Pralinen &#8211; so zumindest bei mir &#8211; eine relativ geringe Lebensdauer, aber einen besseren Hingucker in Sachen Schokoladenpr\u00e4sente d\u00fcrfte schwer gefunden werden, als eben personalisiert Pralinen und\/oder\u00a0Schokoladentafeln. Ich war v\u00f6llig begeistert, hob mir die Idee mit den Foto-\/Logo-\/Motivpralinen jedoch f\u00fcrs n\u00e4chste mal auf und w\u00e4hlte die Tafeln aus. Die Pralinen werden bei chokoin ab 100 St\u00fcck (f\u00fcr 1,50\u20ac pro St\u00fcck) pro Pralinensorte produziert und das war in dem Fall nicht genau das, was ich wollte. Auch bei den Pralinen d\u00fcrfte sich die Vielfalt an Sorten und M\u00f6glichkeiten sehen lassen. Schaut euch dazu am besten die Galeriebilder an. Einmal, weil sich\u00b4s auch nett sitzen l\u00e4sst und mich die Pralinen einfach zu sehr reizten, zum anderen, weil mich die gebotene Option interessierte, den Schokoladen-Laden f\u00fcr ein kleines gesch\u00e4ftliches Event anzumieten. Das mit dem Anmieten kann man zwar bei sehr vielen Locations in M\u00fcnchen tun, jedoch ist chokoin mit seiner Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ideal f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 25 Personen, also nicht all zu gro\u00dfe Gruppen und Anl\u00e4sse. Wenn ihr also auch auf der Suche nach einer perfekten Location mit &#8222;schokoladiger&#8220; Aussicht (das Event muss nicht unbedingt einen &#8222;schokoladigen Hintergrund&#8220; haben) seid, dann fragt mal bei chokoin an. Jetzt zur Osterzeit zum Beispiel gibt es schokoladige Osterideen noch und n\u00f6cher und es d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr jeden Gourmet und Schokoladen-Fan das Richtige dabei sein. Wenn ihr also auf der Suche nach hochwertiger, vielleicht auch seltener und nicht so leicht zu bekommender Schokolade seid (&#8230;ich habe zum Beispiel mal ewig nach einer bestimmten Sorte gesucht und sie nun hier entdeckt&#8230;.), dann denkt an chokoin.
