Ein Thai-Lokal in der Amalienstra\u00dfe &#8211; einer Querstra\u00dfe der Theresienstra\u00dfe und leicht mit den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (Odeonsplatz bzw. die Universit\u00e4t).\u00a0Wir w\u00e4hlten das nam nam \u00fcber das Internet aus, bzw. hatte ich Lust auf thail\u00e4ndisches Essen und\u00a0so landeten wir relativ spontan in dem Restaurant. Reservieren ist in den Abendstunden n\u00f6tig, tags\u00fcber funktioniert ein spontaner Besuch ganz gut. Bei unserem Besuch waren nur einige Tische besetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir wurden direkt nach dem Eintreten von einer sehr freundlichen Kellnerin empfangen, die uns fragte ob wir reserviert hatten und uns dann nach freier Wahl entscheiden lies wo wir sitzen wollen. Wir w\u00e4hlten einen Zweier-Tisch an der Fensterfront, mit Blick auf die Amalienstra\u00dfe. Direkt nebenan stehen f\u00fcnf sehr lange bereits vor gedeckte Holztische f\u00fcr jeweils bis zu 10 Personen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin: 0 1em 1em 0; float: left; display: block; width: 340px; height: 300px;\"><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ google_ad_client = \"ca-pub-1770258545384845\"; \/* 336 x 280 Best Performer *\/ google_ad_slot = \"6442916218\"; google_ad_width = 336; google_ad_height = 280; \/\/ ]]><\/script><script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[ \/\/ ]]><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Das\u00a0nam nam ist gem\u00fctlich und ansprechend\u00a0eingerichtet und strahlt ein angenehmes Ambiente\u00a0aus. Von au\u00dfen dachte ich nicht, dass das Restaurant f\u00fcr so viele Menschen Platz bietet und so ansprechend gestaltet ist.\u00a0Direkt im Eingangsbereich steht ein mintgr\u00fcnes Tuk tuk, auf dessen Scheibe der Cocktail der Woche mit bunten Stiften notiert ist (ab 4,50\u20ac). Die W\u00e4nde und wei\u00dfen S\u00e4ulen sind mit gl\u00e4sernen Fl\u00e4chen &#8211; bedruckten Blumenmotiven &#8211; bedeckt. Gro\u00dfe, pinke Blumenk\u00f6pfe, Seerosen, Gr\u00e4ser und W\u00e4sser versch\u00f6nern auf eine raffinierte Art und Weise die kahlen W\u00e4nde. Insgesamt ist mit zahlreichen\u00a0Details ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild im Restaurant nam nam geschaffen. Die Tischsets \u00a0aus Papier sind zugleich die Getr\u00e4nkekarten, die Speisekarten sind abreiss- und ankreuzbare DIN A5 Zettelchen und werden von der Bedienung nach der Auswahl mit in die K\u00fcche genommen. Eine \u00a0frische Rose auf jedem Tisch, eine lange Bar\u00a0aus gl\u00e4nzend poliertem Kirschholz, Bambusrohre und Gr\u00e4ser in einem riesigen Schaufenster hinter der Bar, bunte Lichter, raffinierte Lampen, St\u00e4bchenparkett-B\u00f6den, \u00a0sehr hohe Rundb\u00f6genfenster, frische Blumen und viele weitere Dekorationselemente machen das nam nam zu einem tollen Restaurant und lassen einen gerne auch l\u00e4nger als unbedingt n\u00f6tig zum Essen sitzen. (Gibt ja immer wieder Lokale, wo man direkt nach dem Essen zahlen und aufspringen m\u00f6chte.) Sicher hat dies auch was damit zu tun, dass das Restaurant so gut wie leer war als wir rein kamen \u00a0und wir unsere Ruhe hatten &#8211; nach ca. 1 Stunde war das Restaurant dann ein wenig voller.<\/p>\n<p>Ich hatte keinen wirklichen Appetit so bestellte ich mir nur einen Chai Tea f\u00fcr 3,50 Euro, der sehr k\u00f6stlich, hei\u00df und chailastig war. Meine Begleitung bestellte eine Mangosaftschorle, die sehr fruchtintensiv \u00a0und gelb \ud83d\ude42 war (ebenfalls 3,50 Euro). Vor dem Bestellen wurde uns direkt ein Sch\u00e4lchen mit hei\u00dfem Zitronengras-Tee serviert &#8211; r\u00fchrte ich aber nicht an, ging aber auf jeden Fall aufs Hausund w\u00e4re sicher eine tolle Aufw\u00e4rmung wenn man verfroren ist.<\/p>\n<p>Als Vorspeise bestellten wir die Nam Nam Vorspeisenkombination f\u00fcr 7,90 Euro. Da wir erst vor kurzem vietnamesisch Essen waren ( <a title=\"Happy Quynh \u2013 Vietnamese \u2013\u00a0Ottobrunn\" href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.wordpress.com\/2014\/02\/09\/happy-quynh-vietnamese-ottobrunn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Happy Quynh<\/a>) und dort Vorspeisen f\u00fcr \u00fcber 11 Euro &#8211; die relativ unbefriedigend waren &#8211; bestellten, waren wir um so begeisterter, was wir f\u00fcr diese knapp acht Euro bekamen. Schaut Euch am besten das <a title=\"Foto\" href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.wordpress.com\/?p=2754&amp;preview=true#jp-carousel-2798\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Foto<\/a> an: Ein sehr reichhaltiger und gemischter Vorspeisenteller mit drei unterschiedlichen appetitlich angerichteten So\u00dfen und diverse Vorspeisen-Variatonen mit Spie\u00dfchen zum Dippen, etc.. Auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Die Vorspeise wurde sehr schnell &#8211; zeitgleich mit den Getr\u00e4nken serviert. Als Hauptgericht kreuzte meine Begeitung Pad Thai (8,90 Euro) an. Auch dieses wurde relativ schnell nach dem Abr\u00e4umen des leeren Vorspeisentellers serviert. Das Pad Thai war k\u00f6stlich, zwar nicht das Beste, welches wir je verzehrten, aber durchaus lecker, angemessen f\u00fcr diesen g\u00fcnstigen Preis und insgesamt so, dass man es nochmals bestellen k\u00f6nnte und auch m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt war der Service vorbildlich, unglaublich freundlich, auf zack und bem\u00fcht. Die Kellnerin fragte mich zwischenzeitlich sogar &#8211; da ich mir handschriftliche Notizen machte &#8211; ob ich von der Zeitung bin :-), f\u00fchrte ein wenig Smalltalk mit uns und hatte stets ein Auge auf uns, ob wir zufrieden waren oder Bestellungsw\u00fcnsche hatten. Insgesamt ist das Ambiente wie erw\u00e4hnt sehr angenehm, das Essen ist sicherlich nicht gleich der Sternek\u00fcche, dennoch vollkommen in Ordnung und k\u00f6stlich. Auch das Bestellsystem ist meiner Meinung nach gut gegl\u00fcckt, da man das gesamte Angebot auf einem kleinen Bl\u00e4ttchen vor sich sieht und sich sein Men\u00fc selbst zusammen stellen kann. (Auf dem Foto erkennt ihr die gesamte Auswahl an <a title=\"Speisen\" href=\"http:\/\/essengehenistaucheinhobby.wordpress.com\/?p=2754&amp;preview=true#jp-carousel-2836\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Speisen.<\/a>)\u00a0Es gibt noch eine kleine Wochenkarte (seht ihr auch in meinen Fotos) mit Gerichten von 8.90 &#8211; 13,90 Euro, so z.B. G\u00e4ng Khua N\u00fca &#8211; Rindfleisch in roter Curry-Kokosmilch-Sauce mit Paprika, Peperoni, Kokosnuss und Reis oder Tahle Phat Teriyaki &#8211; gebratene Eiernudeln mit Curry-Paste, H\u00fchnerbrust, Zwiebeln, Paprika, Peperoni, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Sojasprossen und Thai-Basilikum. Sicherlich auch einen Versuch wert und preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir bezahlten zusammen mit Trinkgeld 23 Euro. (!) Das Lokal liegt sozusagen mitten in der Stadt &#8211; wo kann man sich noch in sch\u00f6nem Ambiente f\u00fcr unter 25 Euro satt essen? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Cocktails gibt es wie erw\u00e4hnt auch, Happy Hour ist im nam nam immer ab 22 Uhr und jeder Cocktail kostet nur 4,90 Euro. Zusammen mit dem Loungebereich bietet das Restaurant ca. 220 Sitzpl\u00e4tze. Die dazugeh\u00f6rige Lounge bietet ca. 50 Pl\u00e4tze und ist in einem sehr anderen Design gestaltet. Ihr k\u00f6nnt Euch dar\u00fcber <a title=\"hier\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nam-nam.eu\/lounge.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a> Bilder ansehen &#8211; ich selbst habe die Lounge nicht gesehen. \u00a0Versucht es und macht Euch selbst einen Eindruck &#8211; entt\u00e4uscht seid ihr bestimmt nicht. Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich. \u00a0Wer richtig auf den Putz hauen will kann sich auch eine nam nam &#8211; Karte ausstellen lassen (50Euro\/100 Euro mit 15% Rabatt!) und kann Thaifood essen bis zum Umfallen. \ud83d\ude42 Ich w\u00fcrde Euch einen Besuch empfehlen.\u00a0Viel Spa\u00df!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich komme wieder:\u00a0<\/strong>Auf jeden Fall &#8211; ein sehr g\u00fcnstiges und leckeres Restaurant in der M\u00fcnchner Innenstadt.
