Zwar hat man in der Regel frei, aber irgendwie is nie so wirklich was los in der Stadt und au\u00dfer relaxen, Haushalt machen und an den bevorstehenden Montag denken, blieb damals nie viel in meinem Kopf vom w\u00f6chentlichen Sonntag h\u00e4ngen. Auch heute mag ich Sonntage nicht unbedingt, verbessert werden diese aber inzwischen ungemein von einem gelungenen Start in den Tag. Und womit ist der Tagesstart schon mal grunds\u00e4tzlich besser? Genau, einem guten Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Das spiegelt sich auch darin wieder, da ich f\u00fcr fast nichts so viel angeschrieben werde, wie f\u00fcr gute Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Tipps in M\u00fcnchen. In diesem Sinne: Bitte sch\u00f6n! Ein neuer von mir nat\u00fcrlich auf Herz und Nieren gepr\u00fcfter Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Tipp in Schwabing.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck in Schwabing &#8211; warum im HeimWerk?<\/b><\/h1>\n<p class=\"m_6798485630514769439p1\"><span class=\"m_6798485630514769439s1\">Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Angebot ist klein, aber fein. Getreu dem HeimWerk-Motto gilt: &#8222;weniger ist mehr!&#8220; und &#8222;Qualit\u00e4t vor Quantit\u00e4t!&#8220;. Es gibt also weder zig zusammen gestellte Fr\u00fchst\u00fccke, noch unz\u00e4hlige Extras. Nein, zur Auswahl stehen 10 verschiedene Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Positionen zwischen 3,90\u20ac und 10,90\u20ac. Der n\u00e4chste Pluspunkt liegt auf der Hand: Ausgesprochen faire Preise &#8211; sowohl f\u00fcr Schwabing, als auch die gebotene Qualit\u00e4t und Menge eines jeden Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck-Schmankerls. Das HeimWerk unterscheidet sich durch eine wesentlich kleinere Karte, als man das in M\u00fcnchen vielleicht gewohnt ist. Das tut einem tollen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Erlebnis aber keinen Abbruch. So dann wisst ihr, was euch erwartet. Eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Mischung: Ganz klassisch, die Semmeln mit Butter und hausgemachter HeimWerk-Marmelade (f\u00fcr 3,90\u20ac); Spiegel- oder R\u00fchreier und Brot sowie wahlweise Speck (f\u00fcr 4,60\u20ac bzgl. +1,70\u20ac f\u00fcr Speck); Bircher M\u00fcsli mit frischen Fr\u00fcchten (f\u00fcr 5,60\u20ac); HeimWerk-Joghurt mit Beeren, Honig und Crunch (f\u00fcr 5,60\u20ac) oder auch \u2013 f\u00fcr die S\u00fc\u00dfen unter euch \u2013 kleine Pfannkuchen mit hausgemachter HeimWerk-Marmelade oder Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup (f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac). Wer\u00b4s etwas deftiger mag w\u00e4hlt das Bergk\u00e4se-Omelette mit Tomaten, Kr\u00e4utern und Brot (f\u00fcr 7,30\u20ac) oder eine HeimWerk Schnitte in zwei verschiedenen Varianten (mit Schinken, Bergk\u00e4se, Aufstrich und herzhafter Marmelade f\u00fcr 8,10\u20ac oder mit Lachs, Frischk\u00e4se, Dill und Ei f\u00fcr 10,90\u20ac) sowie zum Trinken einem energiespendenden Smoothie aus Banane, Orange, Spinat und Honig (f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac). Frischen gepressten Orangensaft gibt&#8217;s alternativ f\u00fcr 4,20\u20ac. Dazu erfuhr ich vor Ort, dass sich i<\/span>n K\u00fcrze auch noch ein bisschen was tun wird beim HeimWerk\u00a0Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. F\u00fcr meinen Test griff ich zum H\u00f6rer und reservierte mir und meinen Begleitungen einen Tisch auf der sonnigen Terrasse des ca. 200 Meter von der Leopoldstra\u00dfe entfernten HeimWerks. Der Samstag meines gew\u00e4hlten Wochenendes war sehr sonnig und so hoffte ich einfach auch mal f\u00fcr den Sonntag auf Sonne.\u00a0Der Wettergott war gn\u00e4dig mit mir und uns stand absolut nichts mehr im Wege f\u00fcr einen tollen Sonntag, ein gutes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und einen umfangreichen Test. Einige Vorteile hatte ich ja schon vor der ersten Gabel im Mund erkannt: Wetter, Preise, Angebot und &#8211; das wusste ich bereits von meinen <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/heimwerk-schwabing-fast-slow-food\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vorherigen Besuchen im HeimWerk<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; super netter Service. Gewartet werden muss auch nicht lang, da galt es nat\u00fcrlich in erster Linie zu testen, wie fix das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck auf dem Tisch landet und ob es h\u00e4lt, was das HeimWerk grunds\u00e4tzlich verspricht. Gute K\u00fcche,\u00a0nachhaltige Zutaten und ein bodenst\u00e4ndiges sowie hochwertiges Angebot. Und wie findet man das am besten heraus? Genau, in dem man einfach alles auf einmal bestellt. \ud83d\ude42 Das n\u00e4mlich tat ich gemeinsam mit meiner Gruppe und so landete jede aufgez\u00e4hlte Position (siehe oben) inklusive Wasser bei uns auf dem Tisch.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"m_6798485630514769439s1\">Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte &#8211; unten geht\u00b4s zur Galerie, darum klickt euch durch f\u00fcr einen ersten Eindruck. Vorab sei gesagt, dass das eine grandiose Idee war und wenn ihr 4-5 ziemlich hungrige Leute seid, dann ist das &#8222;einmal von oben bis unten und alles bestellen&#8220;-Prinzip im HeimWerk ideal. Dann n\u00e4mlich, habt ihr sowohl Fr\u00fcchte, Fisch, Schinken, Eier, Brot, Marmelade, Joghurt, M\u00fcsli, K\u00e4se, Semmeln und Zucker in Form von Pancakes auf dem Tisch. Hammer, sag ich euch und einfach ein super cooles Wochenend-Event, wenn ihr in der Gruppe unterwegs seid. Ideal, wenn ihr etwas mehr Hunger habt, eben auch alleine oder &#8222;nur&#8220; zu zweit am Tisch. Ich h\u00e4tte mich reinlegen k\u00f6nnen, auch weil der als Grundlage verteilte Aufstrich unterhalb des Schinkens bzw. Lachs so sch\u00f6n frisch und cremig war ohne unn\u00f6tig zu beschweren. So eine reichlich belegte Scheibe Brot mit zum Beispiel einem Bircher M\u00fcsli macht schon mal gut satt. Platz Nummer 2, ganz klar das Bergk\u00e4se-Omelette. Da fand ich meine Idee mit dem Teilen kurzzeitig sogar etwas bl\u00f6d, weil ich ja nicht los motzen konnte, wenn die Anderen auch was abhaben wollen. Hm, na gut, wird halt geteilt. Super fluffiges Ei, sch\u00f6n gehaltvoll und frisch. Eierspeisen schmecken in meiner Wahrnehmung oft nach Pfanne oder zu sehr nach &#8222;Ei&#8220; und schnell nicht mehr frisch &#8211; kenn ihr das? Das Omelette im HeimWerk war einfach toll und w\u00e4hrend dem Essen habe ich st\u00e4ndig &#8222;Mmmmh, das will ich nochmal irgendwann essen!&#8220; gesagt, so lange bis ich allen damit auf die Nerven ging und den Rest bekam. Auch fein das gehaltvolle\u00a0und in seiner Basis nicht sonderlich s\u00fc\u00dfe Bircherm\u00fcsli samt frischen Fr\u00fcchten und Apfelscheiben als Topping. Wer nur einen Snack sucht ist hiermit bestens bedient. Nicht geschmeckt hat mir gar nichts, \u00fcberzeugt haben mich auch die hausgemachten Marmeladen und die jeweiligen Portionsgr\u00f6\u00dfen aller Gerichte. Kein Schi Schi, Geschn\u00f6rkel und Tam Tam auf dem Teller, sondern ehrliche und bodenst\u00e4ndige Kost zu &#8211; das muss ich nochmals erw\u00e4hnen &#8211; ausgesprochen fairen Preisen. Hier sind sowohl junge Mamas, schick angezogene Business-Menschen, Familien, junge, alte, gro\u00dfe und kleine Gruppe, als auch Leute, die eben einfach nur entspannt und ohne Stress oder auch ohne es unn\u00f6tig kompliziert zu machen fr\u00fchst\u00fccken wollen. Ich pers\u00f6nlich bin gerade am Wochenende eher &#8222;slow&#8220; und relaxed unterwegs, gerade auch, weil die Woche ja doch meist Stress bedeutet, da entspannt man doch gerne am Samstag und\/oder Sonntag in der Sonne. Auch, weil die Terrasse relativ konkurrenzlos in dieser Ecke mit ihren vielen Sonnenstunden am Morgen ist. Innen schmeckt\u00b4s aber genauso gut.
