Ist das nicht traurig und zugleich verr\u00fcckt? Meine 21. Station von insgesamt also 23 am Airport und zugleich auch der 21. Beweis, wie unglaublich vielseitig, unterschiedlich und vor allem k\u00f6stlich man hier essen kann. Das Bamee liegt vor dem Sicherheitsbereich und ist zweimal am Flughafen vertreten. Ich habe mir jenes, welches im Terminal 1, Ebene 04 &#8211; Abflugbereich C liegt gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung n\u00e4her angeschaut. Daran vorbei gelaufen sind wir wohl alle schon einmal, zumindest, wenn wir im Abflugbereich C des Terminal 1 abgeflogen oder auch nebenan aus dem Ankommerbereich zur\u00fcck gekommen sind. Ich aber, trat ein um mir alles etwas genauer anzusehen. Innen relativ klein, stets gut besucht und erkennbar am leuchtend gr\u00fcnen &#8222;Bamee&#8220;-Emblem, welches mit dem Slogan &#8222;Take Asia Away&#8220; oberhalb der Bestelltafeln mit den diversen Gerichten prangt. Speisekarten gibt es nicht, nein, ausgew\u00e4hlt und bestellt wird \u00fcber die zwei ausgeh\u00e4ngten Bestelltafeln, welche knapp 15 verschiedene Thai-Gerichte f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste bereithalten. Dazu gibt\u00b4s in einer kleinen Frischetheke noch unterschiedliche Sushiboxen mit Maki, Ura Maki, Nigiri und Co., welche in den Gr\u00f6\u00dfen S, M und L sowie Veggie (ab 11,50\u20ac) bestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. \u00dcberrascht war ich bei meiner Ankunft bez\u00fcglich der Anzahl der Tische (innen f\u00fcr ca. 50 G\u00e4ste) sowie der &#8211; zugegeben am Flughafen in den Gastronomien recht selten gegebenen &#8211; M\u00f6glichkeit, sogar drau\u00dfen im Freien an der Sonne an einem Tisch Platz zu nehmen. Der Vorteil liegt auf der Hand und funktioniert auch ganz wunderbar: Schnelligkeit. Selbst wenn ihr nur noch wenig Zeit habt, m\u00fcsst ihr hier nicht lange warten. H\u00f6chstens ein paar Minuten in der Schlange beim Bestellen, ansonsten wird zack zack aufgenommen, gekocht und serviert, wobei servieren hier &#8222;vibrieren&#8220; des bei der Bestellung erhaltenen Pagers bedeutet. Ihr nehmt das ca. 5 auf 5 cm gro\u00dfe Ding einfach mit an den Platz eurer Wahl &#8211; Zweier, Vierer oder Hochtische &#8211; und ein paar Minuten sp\u00e4ter holt ihr eure Speisen ab. Anders nat\u00fcrlich bei den Getr\u00e4nken &#8211; eine kleine Weinauswahl, S\u00e4fte, Wasser und Softdrinks und den vorab gepackten, frischen Sushiboxen &#8211; die k\u00f6nnt ihr euch direkt mit an den Platz nehmen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Angebot der Speisen bei Bamee am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Angeboten wird also Sushi und diverse frisch zubereitete Thai-Gerichte in verschiedenen Sch\u00e4rfegraden &#8211; gekennzeichnet auf dem jeweiligen Board mit ein, zwei oder drei Chillischoten ab 8,90\u20ac bis 15,90\u20ac. Au\u00dferdem gibt es noch zwei t\u00e4glich wechselnde Tagesangebote f\u00fcr jeweils 12,90\u20ac, die au\u00dferhalb der regul\u00e4ren Speisekarte noch ein wenig Abwechslung und frischen Wind rein bringen. Ab 10:30 Uhr geht\u00b4s morgens los mit den Hauptgerichten, in der Regel bis 22:00 Uhr &#8211; je nach Flugverkehr. Vor halb elf gibt\u00b4s ein klassisches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, klein aber fein, f\u00fcr 4,90\u20ac mit Croissant, Kaffee und Orangensaft. Das Sushi wird nat\u00fcrlich t\u00e4glich frisch angefertigt und f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste zubereitet. Sogar ist das Bamee das wohl einzige Flughafen-Restaurant in Deutschland, welches einen Sushi-Meister besch\u00e4ftigt. Von &#8222;Geang Park Tofu&#8220; (gebratener Tofu mit Paprika, Zuckererbsen, Chinakohl, Zucchini, etc. aus dem Wok mit Currysauce und Duftreis), &#8222;Torikara Ramen&#8220; (Eiernudelsuppe mit gebackener H\u00e4hnchenkeule, Bambussprossen, Fr\u00fchlingslauch und Bohnen), \u00fcber &#8222;Ma Mee Pad Gung&#8220; (Garnelen auf gebratenen Eiernudeln mit Chinakohl, Sojasprossen, Pak Choi und Zuckerschoten), bis hin zu &#8222;Pad Kra Pao Gung&#8220; (scharf angebratene Garnelen mit gr\u00fcnen Bohnen, Babymais, Zwiebeln und Duftreis) oder auch &#8222;Kao Pad Gung&#8220; (Garnelen mit gebratenem Reis, Kirschtomaten, Zuckerschoten, Babymais, Fru\u0308hlingslauch und Ei) ist einiges geboten. Langweilig wird\u00b4s nicht so schnell. Gesagt wurde uns vor Ort, dass die Gerichte mit Bamee-Ente der Reisser w\u00e4re, bzw. ganz besonders beliebt. Des Thaifood-Profis Wort in Gottes Ohr &#8211; wir bestellten einmal &#8222;Geang Pet Ped Yang&#8220; (f\u00fcr 14,90\u20ac), sprich knusprig gebratene Ente in roter Currysauce mit Ananas, Kirschtomaten, Paprika, Thai Bohnen und Duftreis und einmal &#8222;Ma Mee Pad Gung&#8220; (f\u00fcr ebenfalls 14,90\u20ac), sprich Garnelen auf gebratenen Eiernudeln mit Chinakohl, Sojasprossen, Pak Choi und Zuckerschoten. Das Sushi war sch\u00f6n frisch und &#8211; was mir ganz wichtig ist &#8211; nicht zu kalt. Schon einige male von mir angemerkt: Zu kaltes und somit festes Sushi ist genauso ungut, wie zu warmes und auseinander fallendes Sushi. Das Bamee-Sushi hatte genau die richtige Temperatur, Konsistenz und einen frischen Geschmack. Bisschen unsauber gerollt waren die Ura Maki, bzw. auch recht eng in die Box gepackt, wodurch sie mit der reinen Kraft der St\u00e4bchen kaum bezwing- bzw. packbar waren. Au\u00dfer diesem kleinen &#8222;Luxusproblem&#8220; gab\u00b4s nichts auszusetzen an der Vorspeise. F\u00fcr die Sojasauce gibt\u00b4s \u00fcbrigens ein extra Sch\u00e4lchen sowie &#8211; zumindest bei uns &#8211; eine wei\u00dfe Unterschale mit. Die Sushir\u00f6llchen aber separat von der Box auf den Teller und vom Teller in den Mund, das war mir zu doof.<\/p>\n<p>Erst die ersten R\u00f6llchen waren im Mund, da konnte ich auch schon die Hauptgerichte abholen. Noch am Schalter dachte ich mir &#8222;Oh, wow!&#8220;, denn angerichtet und portioniert sind die Gerichte ziemlich ansprechend. Satt, das wurden wir beide und anders als bei vielen anderen Asiaten, hatte ich durchgehend &#8211; beim Abholen, bei der Anrichte, beim Verzehren und w\u00e4hrend dem gesamten Aufenthalt &#8211; das Gef\u00fchl von guter Qualit\u00e4t. (Meine Begleitung dr\u00fcckte es etwas deutlicher aus: &#8222;Sch\u00f6n sauber und hygienisch ist es hier. Nicht so, wie man es leider von anderen Asiaten und Selfservice-Restaurants kennt.&#8220; Und das kann ich &#8211; leider beides &#8211; nur best\u00e4tigen. Die Portion, wie erw\u00e4hnt recht s\u00e4ttigend und f\u00fcr 14,90\u20ac in Verbindung mit der Menge der oben aufgelegten Entenfleisch-Scheiben im finanziell gr\u00fcnen Bereich. Meine Garnelen-Eiernudel-Variante stand dem Gericht allerdings in nichts nach und ich war froh, so gew\u00e4hlt zu haben. Weder lange in den Nudeln w\u00fchlen noch entt\u00e4uscht nach einer Garnele einsehen, dass es das wohl war, musste ich bei meinem Essen (Nummer 3 von der Karte). Gerade Eiernudel-Gerichte sind ja doch eine recht &#8222;einfache&#8220; Variante, ich war aber zufrieden, auch weil das beigef\u00fcgte Gem\u00fcse frisch, reichlich und nicht unn\u00f6tig in So\u00dfe ertr\u00e4nkt war. Beides zu empfehlen und auf seine eigene Art und Weise s\u00e4ttigend.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Hardfacts und Infos &#8211; Bamee &#8211; thail\u00e4ndische K\u00fcche im Selfservice System<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Ge\u00f6ffnet ist das Bamee ab 07:00 Uhr morgens f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, ab 10:30 Uhr gibt\u00b4s warme K\u00fcche. Bis 22:00 Uhr k\u00f6nnen warme Gerichte bestellt werden. Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich, bestellt\u00a0wird direkt am Counter, nach dem das eigene Gericht \u00fcber die gro\u00dfen Tafeln ausgew\u00e4hlt wurde. Ab 8,90\u20ac gibt\u00b4s ein warmes Hauptgericht, zwei t\u00e4glich wechselnde Hauptgerichte ab 12,90\u20ac. Sushi Boxen k\u00f6nnen in drei Gr\u00f6\u00dfen vor Ort oder to go ab 11,50\u20ac bestellt werden. Das Bamee bietet sowohl drinnen, als auch drau\u00dfen in der Sonne Pl\u00e4tze an. Ich pers\u00f6nlich werde im Bamee am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen wieder essen und war positiv \u00fcberrascht bez\u00fcglich der Qualit\u00e4t. Zugegeben, es war mein erster Besuch im Bamee und ich verband es &#8211; warum auch immer &#8211; doch eher mit sehr einfacher asiatischer K\u00fcche. Umso freudiger \u00fcberrascht war ich bez\u00fcglich Geschmack, Frische, Menge, Freundlichkeit vor Ort und dem schnellen Service.
