Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00b4Adresse 37 &#8211; moderne franz\u00f6sische K\u00fcche mit offener Atelier-K\u00fcche<\/strong>\u00a0| Ich gebe zu, manchmal, da sitze ich mit ruhenden Fingern auf den Tasten vor dem Laptop und wei\u00df nicht so recht, wie ich anfangen soll. Beim L\u00b4Adresse ging es mir so und zwar, weil ich so viele Eindr\u00fccke mit nach Hause nahm, welche mir jetzt schwer fallen &#8222;zu Papier&#8220; zu bringen. Das L\u00b4Adresse war 10 Jahre in Haidhausen beheimatet &#8211; ich kannte es von dort auch schon &#8211; und musste durch einen kleinen Schicksalsschlag das &#8222;Haidhauser Feld&#8220; r\u00e4umen. Seit Ende Oktober 2016 erstrahlt es nun\u00a0wahrhaftig in neuem Glanz, mit neuem Konzept. Der Name, der ist geblieben &#8211; L\u00b4Adresse 37 &#8211; Bistro n\u00e9o fran\u00e7ais. Das Restaurant bzw. Bistro\u00a0selbst hat in meinen Augen mit dem Locationwechsel samt Konzept, nochmals deutlich an Charme zugelegt. Nun, nach meinem Besuch, vorweg gegriffen: L\u00b4Adresse 37 &#8211; ein Muss f\u00fcr jeden, der gerne gut isst. Und das am liebsten\u00a0ohne Schi Schi und steife Etikette, aber dennoch mit der Gewissheit einen kulinarisch gelungenen und besonderen Abend vor sich zu haben. Lange dauerte es nicht, da kam Loic, der Betreiber und Inhaber des L\u00b4Adresse, schon samt L\u00e4cheln auf dem Gesicht auf mich zu, gab mir die Hand und bat mich um die Auswahl eines Tisches. Ein erster Blick durch den Raum geworfen, war f\u00fcr mich ganz klar: mir war eher nach &#8222;zuschauen&#8220; statt nach &#8222;zur\u00fcckgezogen im stilleren Eckchen sitzen&#8220; zu mute und so w\u00e4hlte ich einen gem\u00fctlichen Ecktisch mit Blick auf die nicht zu \u00fcbersehende und mitten im Restaurant platzierte Atelier-K\u00fcche. Im L\u00b4Adresse n\u00e4mlich k\u00f6nnt ihr, wahlweise und je nach Tisch, gef\u00fchlt in die T\u00f6pfe und direkt auf die verrichtenden H\u00e4nde des Kochs schauen. Ihr h\u00f6rt die schneidenden Messer, das Zischen im Topf und riecht die Frische der Zutaten, noch vor der Zubereitung. N\u00e4her dabei und dran am Geschehen, auch das ist Teil des Konzepts vom L\u00b4Adresse. Wer also gerne zusieht, wie sein Essen gemacht wird, der kann herzlich gerne nach an der K\u00fcche Platz nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>In meinen Augen transportiert dieser Fakt auch am besten, wof\u00fcr das L\u00b4Adresse steht: Offenheit, Transparenz, ein lockerer Umgang mit dem Gast und in allem ein klein wenig anders. Denn als ich Platz nahm um auf meine Begleitung zu warten, da gab\u00b4s direkt die Speisekarte. Soweit nicht ungew\u00f6hnlich, aber ein zerkn\u00fclltes Blatt DIN A3 Papier unter die Nase gehalten zu bekommen, da vermutet man ja erst mal nicht, dass es sich um die Speisekarte handelt, oder? Cool, oder?<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Apropos Tisch, davon gibt es ca. 23 St\u00fcck im L\u00b4Adresse, an welchem ca. 40-50 Personen Platz finden. Dazu gibt\u00b4s noch &#8211; in meinen Augen die mitunter coolsten Pl\u00e4tze &#8211; 3,4 Pl\u00e4tze an der Bar, welche viel mehr ein &#8222;VIP-Ticket&#8220; mit Blick in die K\u00fcche sind, denn ihr sitzt sozusagen an der gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Durchreiche, welche Herd und K\u00fcche, Koch und Restaurant sowie Service und Gast verbinden. Im Sommer, der erste Sommer f\u00fcr das L\u00b4Adresse in der Tulbeckstra\u00dfe, kommt au\u00dferdem noch eine gem\u00fctliche Terrasse im Innenhof dazu. Ich hab sie mir kurz angesehen und bin sicher, das wird ganz gro\u00dfartig.<\/p>\n<p>Ansonsten vermischt sich im L\u00b4Adresse New Yorker Flair mit gem\u00fctlich-modernem Ambiente: Holztische, teilweise kahle Betonw\u00e4nde, aber auch aufregende Tapeten. Schlichtheit und dennoch bis ins Detail durchdacht. Kurzum, ein Ort zum Wohlf\u00fchlen. Eine gelungene Mischung aus schick-locker-hipp-bequem. Man lehnt sich gern zur\u00fcck, legt das Sacko samt Angespanntheit ab und f\u00fchlt sich irgendwie ganz pl\u00f6tzlich wie unter Freunden. So am\u00fcsierte mich das ein oder andere Sp\u00e4\u00dfchen von Loic am Tisch um so mehr und wohlf\u00fchlen ist irgendwie gar nicht nicht m\u00f6glich. Ganz unbewusst und automatisch f\u00e4llt also des Deutschen klassisches &#8222;Klischee Nummer 1&#8220; gegen\u00fcber franz\u00f6sischen Restaurants unter den Tisch: &#8222;Steif, unlocker, \u00fcberteuert und irgendwie immer gleich geht\u00b4s bei Franzosen zu.&#8220; So ist das im L\u00b4Adresse ganz und gar nicht. Verwechselt das aber nicht mit mangelnder Qualit\u00e4t oder fehlendem Know How. Die Speisen, die sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, geschmacklich klasse und modern-klassisch kombiniert. So zeigt das L \u00b4Adresse, dass man mit einer guten K\u00fcche samt hochwertiger Zutaten, ruhig auch mal ein wenig ausgefallener daher kommen kann. Angeboten werden Vorspeisen (&#8222;Les Entrees&#8220;), Hauptgerichte (&#8222;Les Plats&#8220;) und Nachspeisen (&#8222;Les Desserts&#8220;) &#8211; \u00fcbersichtlich sortiert, von Hand geschrieben auf der Vorderseite der Papierkarte. Auf der R\u00fcckseite findet ihr Wei\u00dfweine (0,75l ab 28\u20ac), Rotweine (0,75l ab 29\u20ac) und Ros\u00e9 (0,75l ab 29\u20ac). Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es noch eine separate Getr\u00e4nkekarte, auf welcher ihr auch offene Weine findet, welche glasweise und gerne auf Empfehlung hin ausgeschenkt werden. Alle drei bis vier Wochen wechselt die Standardkarte, nur einige Positionen bleiben kontinuierlich auf der Karte. Auch Klassiker der franz\u00f6sischen K\u00fcche, wie zum Beispiel sechs Austern mit Granatapfel und Koriander (Starter f\u00fcr 21\u20ac) oder von meiner Begleitung gew\u00e4hltes &#8222;Fondant De Boeuf&#8220;(als Hauptgericht f\u00fcr 22\u20ac), finden sich im Men\u00fc. \u00a0Dabei wird stets auf gute Qualit\u00e4t, Saisonalit\u00e4t und weitestgehend auf Regionalit\u00e4t geachtet. Je sechs verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte sowie f\u00fcnf verschiedene Desserts stehen auf dem Programm. Auch werden Men\u00fcs mit zwei, drei oder vier G\u00e4ngen f\u00fcr 31, 41 oder 51\u20ac angeboten, wobei das Zwei-Gang-Men\u00fc aus Haupt und Vor- oder Nachspeise und das 3- bzw. 4-Gang-Men\u00fc aus 1 oder 2 Vorspeisen + Haupt- und Nachspeise bestehen. \u00a0Die vollst\u00e4ndige Karte gibt\u00b4s nicht online, immer nur im Auszug und als Appetitanreger. Am Tag meines Besuches, da kam die neue Karte ganz frisch und neu geschaffen auf den Tisch. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr ein frei zusammen gestelltes Men\u00fc, w\u00e4hlte also gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung jeweils eine unterschiedliche Vorspeise, zwei Hauptspeisen und nach dem Verzehr dieser noch jeweils ein Desserts. Vielleicht ein genauso gutes, aber selbst das wage ich zu bezweifeln. Im L\u00b4Adresse wird es mit Himbeere und Estragon als Vorspeise (f\u00fcr 15\u20ac) serviert. Wer sich denkt &#8222;knackiger Preis&#8220;, der soll bitte nochmal nach der ersten Gabel dr\u00fcber nachdenken, bzw. auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Rohware bedenken oder mit einem Blick in die K\u00fcche \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Mal ehrlich, wann gibt man denn schon mal wirklich ein \u00fcberzeugendes &#8222;mmmmmh!&#8220; von sich im Restaurant? &#8211; Eher selten, oder? Der Loup der Mer war extrem frisch angemacht und in Kombination mit der S\u00fc\u00dfe der kleinen Himbeer-St\u00fcckchen unschlagbar. Meine Begleitung w\u00e4hlte zu Beginn das\u00a0Kalbstatar samt Wachtelei und Tr\u00fcffel (f\u00fcr 19\u20ac). Ein wenig kostete ich mit meiner Gabel, fand auch das relativ grobe Tatar nicht schlecht, schmeckte aber nur wenig vom Tr\u00fcffel (&#8230;was aber auf unsere Nachfrage hin beabsichtigt war, um das Kalbsfleisch geschmacklich nicht zu \u00fcbertrumpfen.) Die Vorspeisenteller waren schnell leer und nach einem kurzen P\u00e4uschen, ging es dann mit dem oben erw\u00e4hnten &#8222;Fondant De Boeuf&#8220; samt Schoko-Rotweinsauce f\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mit der &#8222;\u00dcberraschung vom Markt&#8220; f\u00fcr mich weiter (jeweils 22\u20ac). Diese \u00dcberraschung steht immer auf der Karte und bietet immer wieder eine neue Abwechslung aus der K\u00fcche.\u00a0Bei unserem Besuch, gab es f\u00fcr mich den auch als separates Hauptgericht, jedoch mit anderen Beilagen, w\u00e4hlbare Rehbock samt Kartoffelspalten, Rote-Beete und Spinat. Das Fleisch &#8211; auf beiden Tellern &#8211; war 1a. Super Qualit\u00e4t, auf den Punkt exakt zubereitet und butterweich. Die Beilagen harmonierten geschmacklich und \u00fcbertrumpften sich nich gegenseitig. Auch die Schoko-Rotweinsauce tat ihren Dienst, lie\u00df beide Geschmackskomponenten durchdringen und \u00fcberforderten zugleich dennoch nicht den Gaumen und die Geschmacksnerven. Die Portionen sind weder zu klein, noch &#8222;kaum zu bezwingen&#8220;, satt werdet ihr das L\u00b4Adresse aber auf jeden Fall verlassen. &#8222;Zucker geht immer&#8220;. F\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mich gab es eine Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e mit Baileys, Praline und &#8222;Pain d`epice&#8220; (f\u00fcr 9\u20ac) und ein Herzchen-Schokoladenkuchen mit weichem Kern und Erdbeer-Kompott (ebenfalls f\u00fcr 9\u20ac).
