Der zweite Anbieter hawaiianischer Bowls in M\u00fcnchen, genauer gesagt in diesem Fall in Schwabing. Vor einer Weile erst, habe ich euch \u00fcber eine Neuer\u00f6ffnung in Sachen Bowls berichtet und lang hat&#8217;s \u00a0nat\u00fcrlich und Gott sei Dank nicht gedauert, da kommt auch schon die n\u00e4chste Neuer\u00f6ffnung in Sachen Bowl bei uns an. Wieder hawaiianisch, dennoch &#8211; so mein erster Eindruck beim Ankommen &#8211; ganz anders. Mitten in Schwabing also und ganz klar mit einem Vorteil in Sachen Erreichbarkeit verbunden. Gleich vorab der kleine Wehrmutstropfen.: Weniger sch\u00f6n und erst mal auch der einzige kleine Minuspunkt in meinen Augen ist die Lage im Detail, wenn auch sehr praktisch und verst\u00e4ndlich im wirtschaftlichen Sinne. So liegt Pok\u00e9 Bay\u00a0innerhalb des Geb\u00e4udes, in welchem direkt nach dem Eintreten in das Haus eine Rolltreppe ab- bzw. aufw\u00e4rts gen Rewe Supermarkt f\u00fchrt. Das an sich ist nat\u00fcrlich nicht verwerflich und tut den Pok\u00e9 Bay-Bowls geschmacklich keinen Abbruch, dadurch entsteht aber nur schwer gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re, bzw. \u00fcberhaupt\u00a0Ambiente, bei welchem man verweilen m\u00f6chte. Fragt man nach und versteht man das Pok\u00e9 Bay-Konzept dann aber als Ganzes, so macht auch das wieder Sinn. Ausgelegt n\u00e4mlich ist dieses Konzept ganz bewusst und eigentlich ausschlie\u00dflich auf &#8222;to go&#8220;-Kunden. Die zwei gro\u00dfen Hochtische f\u00fcr ca. 6-7 Personen im Eingangsbereich unterhalb des riesigen &#8222;Pok\u00e9 Bay&#8220;-Schriftzuges, dienen nat\u00fcrlich zum Niederlassen und Verzehr vor Ort, sind aber eher eine sporadische Option. Vorab also: Wer sich bei Pok\u00e9 Bay eine Bowl bestellt, der sollte sich auf &#8222;zum Mitnehmen&#8220; fokussieren, bzw. wissen, dass ein eingeschr\u00e4nktes Platzangebot vorhanden ist. Da gibt es leider nichts drum herum zu reden, genauso aber nicht um die daf\u00fcr geschmacklich wirklich feinen Bowls, welche ihr euch im Selfservice an der Theke bestellen k\u00f6nnt.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Der erste Eindruck<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Dann legen wir mal los. Als ich gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung ankam, strahlte uns schon der L-f\u00f6rmige und helle Tresen samt weiterem Pok\u00e9 Bay Schriftzug an der Wand, frischen Beh\u00e4ltern mit Zutaten und Speisetafeln an. Vorbei an t\u00fctentragenden Menschen hier und da und schon kann \u00fcber besagte Karte beim freundlichen Personal gew\u00e4hlt werden. Zurecht finden werdet ihr euch sehr leicht auf der verst\u00e4ndlich und unkompliziert erkl\u00e4rten\u00a0Tafeln oberhalb der Bestelltheke. Soll es Lachs, Thunfisch, Garnelen, Huhn, Tofu oder Spicy Tuna sein? Anschlie\u00dfend geht&#8217;s an den Feinschliff und ihr w\u00e4hlt eure sogenannten &#8222;Mix-Ins&#8220;. Davon gibt es jede Menge. N\u00e4mlich Gurke, Surimi-Salat, Edamame, Wakame-Salat, Hijiki Seealgen, Mango, Rote Zwiebeln, oder auch Ananas, Enoki-Pilze, Avocado, eingelegter Ingwer, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel und Masago. Ist als vierter Schritt eine der teilweise hausgemachten Sauce und als letzter und f\u00fcnfter Schritt noch das bzw. die richtigen Toppings (Wasabi-Sesam, R\u00f6stzwiebel, Nori-Schnipsel, Sesam, Cashewkerne, Rote-Bete-Chips, Garlic Crisps, Koriander, Kokoschips oder frischer Chili)\u00a0ausgew\u00e4hlt, seid ihr auch schon fertig. Bei &#8222;regular&#8220; hat eure\u00a0Bowl neben einer Basis, eine Protein-Einlage, also Lachs, Thunfisch oder \u00e4hnliches und zwei Toppings sowie eine Sauce und kostet 8,50\u20ac. Bei &#8222;large&#8220; und f\u00fcr den gro\u00dfen Hunger gibt&#8217;s auch eine Basis und zwei Proteine, vier Mix-Ins, zwei Toppings und eine Sauce f\u00fcr 10,50\u20ac. Nat\u00fcrlich steht es euch absolut frei, eure Bowls mit Topping und Mix-Ins ohne Ende voll zu packen und so zahlt ihr f\u00fcr extra Mix-Ins einen weiteren Euro dazu, f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche\u00a0Proteine jeweils zwei Euro. Thunfisch &#8211; neutral oder w\u00fcrzig &#8211; kosten \u00fcbrigens grunds\u00e4tzlich\u00a0ein Euro. Dazu k\u00f6nnt ihr euch dann noch Softdrinks (f\u00fcr 2,50\u20ac) und Wasser (f\u00fcr 2\u20ac) bestellen. W\u00e4hrend sich meine Begleitung ihre Bowl also selbst zusammen stellte, machte ich es mir leicht und w\u00e4hlte die &#8222;Tropical Shrimp&#8220;-Bowl (f\u00fcr 9\u20ac) aus &#8211; eine der sechs Signature Bowls (siehe rechts). Die Basis kann man auch bei dieser Art von Bowls festsetzen und so entschied ich mich f\u00fcr eine 50\/50 Basis, was ebenfalls jedem frei steht, aus Zucchini-Nudel und Quinoa-Kombination. Ansonsten enth\u00e4lt die Tropical Shrimp&#8220;-Bowl Garnelen, Wakame-Salat, Mango, Surimi-Salat, Edamame, Sesam, Kokoschips und Roasted Sesame-Sauce, wie ihr auf den Bildern in der Galerie sehen k\u00f6nnt. Letzteres, die Sauce, interessierte mich besonders und ich fragte n\u00e4her nach.<\/p>\n<p>Diese\u00a0basieren auf japanischen Rezepturen, werden &#8211; wie alles &#8211; t\u00e4glich frisch zubereitet und sind wie erw\u00e4hnt teilweise selbst gemacht (n\u00e4mlich die &#8222;Wasabi Mayonnaise&#8220;, &#8222;Spicy Mayonnaise&#8220; und &#8222;Sweet Chilli&#8220;). Das Gem\u00fcse wird aus M\u00fcnchen bezogen, der Fisch in 1a Qualit\u00e4t stammt vom stadtbekannten Kagerer. Bevor es an die Bewertung der Bowls geht. Hier noch die Zusammensetzung der &#8222;freien Bowl meiner Begleitung&#8220;, damit ihr euch vorstellen k\u00f6nnt, was man da so alles zusammen stellen kann. So gab es als Basis 50\/50 Quinoa und Reis, dann Lachs und Thunfisch. Oben druff Mango, Edamame, Avocado und Wakame. Mit Rote Beete Chips und Sesam als Feinschliff sowie Sweet Sojasauce war die Bowl (f\u00fcr 10,90\u20ac) fertig. Allein die Basis ist schon sehr fair portioniert und die gro\u00dfen Portionen sind extrem s\u00e4ttigend. Selbst meine Bowl, mit Zucchini-Nudeln als Basis machte mich bis in den sp\u00e4ten Abend hinein pappsatt. Durch die zahlreichen Mix-Ins, Toppings und Saucen gibt es nat\u00fcrlich unz\u00e4hlige Kombinationsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Der Fisch ist super frisch und ich empfehle euch, diesen mal pur im Mund zu kosten, dann merkt ihr die Frische der Pok\u00e9 Bay Bowls ganz deutlich. Anf\u00e4nglich ein wenig irritiert bzgl. der Atmosph\u00e4re und Lage, ging ich gl\u00fccklich und satt wieder nach Hause.
