Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt war so ein Ort. Ich bekam die M\u00f6glichkeit mich mit dem Restaurantleiter zu unterhalten, die Geschichte der Speisewerkstatt zu erfahren und nat\u00fcrlich zu verkosten. Der Besucherpark des Flughafen M\u00fcnchens hat einiges zu bieten, bietet diverse Touren und Attraktionen an und auch das Restaurant dort, sprich Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt ist einen Besuch wert. Gerade f\u00fcr Familien mit Kindern, Reisegruppen, Touristen aber auch M\u00fcnchner d\u00fcrfte das auf Selfservice ausgelegte Restaurant mit Counter und bayerisch-gemischter K\u00fcche spannend sein. Schon allein der Name birgt eine interessante Geschichte und so ist das Restaurant nach der dort auch ausgestellten &#8222;Junkers Ju 52&#8220; benannt. Das ist die dreimotorige und komplett restaurierte Propellermaschine, mit welcher 1937 ein spektakul\u00e4rer Pamirflug von Carl August Freiherr von Gablenz f\u00fcr die Lufthansa zur Erschlie\u00dfung einer neuen Flugroute durchgef\u00fchrt wurde. Cool, oder? Die ganze Geschichte k\u00f6nnt ihr direkt auf der ersten Seite der Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt-Speisekarte nachlesen. &#8222;Speisewerkstatt&#8220; im \u00dcbrigen, weil das eben einmal ganz gut die Geschichte rund um die Flugzeuge und deren Restaurierung im Sinne von &#8222;Werkstatt&#8220; widerspiegelt und zum Anderen, weil das Restaurant im Inneren ganz bewusst ein wenig wie eine &#8222;moderne Werkstatt&#8220; erinnert. Daf\u00fcr sorgen die meterhohen Decken und eine wei\u00dfe Brickwall, die komplett verglaste Front, der Counter und die Bar im hinteren Bereich sowie auch alte Kabeltrommeln als Tische (eigens f\u00fcr die Speisewerkstatt geschreinert) und Springb\u00f6cke, wie man sie aus der Schule kennt als B\u00e4nke. Gem\u00fctlich geht\u00b4s zu in Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt und die Mischung aus modern und rustikal samt Blick auf den Tower und den Besucherh\u00fcgel macht das Restaurant zu einer gem\u00fctlichen Location. An den W\u00e4nden h\u00e4ngen Pin Up Girls, die offenen und gestrichenen Leitungsrohre an der Decke sorgen f\u00fcr rustikalen Style\u00a0und die flippige Musik im Hintergrund sorgt unterst\u00fctzend f\u00fcr ein\u00a0insgesamt stimmiges Gesamtbild. Dazu gibt es eine Wochenkarte die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechselt und t\u00e4glich drei Tagesgerichte, bzw. am Wochenende nur zwei Tagesgerichte, bereith\u00e4lt. Bei diesen Tagesgerichten ist auch stets ein Gericht von der &#8222;Klassiker-Karte&#8220; dabei. Dann gibt\u00b4s noch einen zweiten Rindfleisch-Burger (f\u00fcr 9,90\u20ac), einen Cheeseburger (f\u00fcr 9,50\u20ac) sowie Currywurst (die gleiche wie bei <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/smokey-joes-currywurst-flughafen-muenchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smokey Joe\u00b4s<\/a>) oder auch Putengyros mit Tzatziki und Pommes (f\u00fcr 8,90\u20ac). Wer gerne Fish and Chips, sprich knusprig frittiertes Seehechtfilet im Backteig mit Pommes (f\u00fcr 8,90\u20ac), K\u00e4sspatzen mit R\u00f6stzwiebeln (f\u00fcr 8,20\u20ac) oder auch ofenfrischen Leberk\u00e4s mit Kartoffelsalat (f\u00fcr 6,90\u20ac) isst, der d\u00fcrfte in Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt f\u00fcndig werden. Wer\u00b4s etwas ges\u00fcnder will, der greift am besten auf den Caesar Salat mit ger\u00f6steten Brotcro\u00fbtons und gehobelten Grana Padano (f\u00fcr 7,90\u20ac) zur\u00fcck. Bestellt wird wie gesagt vorne am Counter, dann gibt\u00b4s einen Pager mit an den Tisch, der vibriert, wenn das Essen fertig zur Abholung ist. Da ich ja zum Testen vor Ort war, probierte ich mich gef\u00fchlt einmal komplett durch die Klassiker um ein gutes Gesamtbild zu bekommen. Vor mir standen also ca. 10 &#8211; 12 Minuten nach der Bestellung einmal der oben beschriebene &#8222;Texas Airliner&#8220;- Burger mit gebackenen Zwiebelringen, das Schweineschnitzel mit Pommes, das &#8222;Greek Airliner&#8220; Gyros mit Pommes und ein Teller samt Fish and Chips alias &#8222;Briten Airliner&#8220; mit Pommes vor mir.<\/p>\n<p>Als erstes probierte ich den Burger, auch, weil dieser lt. Restaurantleiter neben dem Gyros und Schnitzel zu den Bestsellern z\u00e4hlt. Zwar lachten mich bei der Bestellung auch die wirklich optisch sehr gelungenen K\u00e4sspatzen an (&#8230;ich sah diese\u00a0beim Reinkommen auf einem Tisch&#8230;), aber ich h\u00f6rte auf die kulinarischen Tipps und w\u00e4hlte obiges. Der Burger ist reichlich belegt, durch ein Holzst\u00e4bchen fixiert und sah auf den ersten Blick sehr gelungen aus. Beim Reinbeissen dann die Best\u00e4tigung auch im geschmacklichen Sinne. Sehr feines Fleisch &#8211; ich probierte bewusst ein St\u00fcckchen pur &#8211; ohne Flachsen, fein gew\u00fcrzt und in Kombination mit Ei, Zwiebeln und Co. sehr gelungen. Auch das Bun des Burgers &#8211; ein ja grunds\u00e4tzlich sehr entscheidendes Kriterium f\u00fcr einen gelungenen Burger &#8211; war frisch, soft und nicht klebrig oder k\u00fcnstlich. Schlechtes Brot ruiniert den besten Belag, ganz klar. Die Zwiebelringe h\u00e4tte ich pers\u00f6nlich gar nicht unbedingt dazu gebraucht, probierte aber ein paar samt Sour-Cream und war auch zufrieden. Dazwischen eingeschoben sei der Gedanke, dass ich nat\u00fcrlich wusste, dass vor mir nicht die ges\u00fcndeste K\u00fcche aller K\u00fcchen stand, sprich viel mit Panierung und Fett gearbeitet wurde. Nicht bewerten darf man also die N\u00e4hrwerte und den Gesundheitsaspekt auf dem Teller, den Geschmack daf\u00fcr umso mehr. N\u00e4hrwerte also ausgeblendet, war der Burger samt Beilage schon mal gelungen. Auf Platz zwei f\u00fcr mich das Schnitzel, welches hausgemacht ist und mit einer eigens ausget\u00fcftelten Panierung ohne Ei versehen wird. Sch\u00f6n ist, dass die goldgelbe Panierung sehr d\u00fcnn ist und so der Eigengeschmack des im Schmetterlingschnitt servierten Schweineschnitzel nicht fl\u00f6ten geht. Nach Schnitzel und Burger machte ich mich an das Gyros. Am Anfang erwischte ich ein z\u00e4hes St\u00fcckchen, griff zum n\u00e4chsten und hatte ein gutes und zartes St\u00fcck Fleisch im Mund. Gyros ist ja so eine Sache und nicht jeder mag\u00b4s. Ich aber schon und f\u00fcr ein &#8222;nicht griechisches Gyros&#8220; war es gar nicht schlecht, favorisieren w\u00fcrde ich aber ganz klar den Burger bei Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt. Fish and Chips hingegen haben mich im positiven Sinne \u00fcberrascht. Ich war \u00fcber 1 Jahr in London und da habe ich lieber nichts, als das gegessen. Bei Tante Ju\u00b4s w\u00fcrde ich es mir glatt wieder bestellen, weil der Fisch sehr d\u00fcnn und kaum fettig paniert war, sehr zart und mild im Geschmack war und man &#8211; ohne die Pommes &#8211; ein fast gesundes Essen vor sich stehen hatte. Also auch hier &#8211; Daumen hoch. In den Sommermonaten (also M\u00e4rz bis Oktober) ist unter der Woche von 09:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr und am Wochenende bis 19:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Da Tante Ju\u00b4s Speisewerkstatt oft als ideale Eventlocation f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen, Events, Geburtstage, Kindergeburtstage und andere Feierlichkeiten genutzt wird, sind nat\u00fcrlich flexible \u00d6ffnungszeiten m\u00f6glich und individuell besprechbar. Das bedeutet, dass ihr euch an das Team von Tante Ju\u00b4s wenden k\u00f6nnt, wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einer passenden Location f\u00fcr eure Veranstaltung ab ca. 30 Personen seid. Dann wird auch kulinarisch nochmals etwas anderes angeboten und zum Beispiel ein gro\u00dfes BBQ vorbereitet, etc.. Gerade am Wochenende m\u00fcsst ihr f\u00fcr Veranstaltungen jedoch mit einer 4-6 w\u00f6chigen Reservierungsspanne vorab rechnen, da die Location sehr beliebt ist. Im Inneren finden 130 G\u00e4ste an ca. 30 Tischen Platz, au\u00dfen im Biergartenbereich weitere 180 &#8211; 200 G\u00e4ste.
