Einen treffenderen Namen und einen &#8211; ja das kann man schon so sagen &#8211; gem\u00fctlicheren Hotspot h\u00e4tte man in meinen Augen am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen kaum schaffen k\u00f6nnen. So ist die Sportalm nicht nur mein letzter Test meiner &#8222;Biancas Tasty Tour&#8220; am Flughafen, sondern auch ganz klar einer meiner Favoriten. Ein weinendes und ein lachendes Auge also. Zu finden ist die Sportalm mit ihrer Naturk\u00fcche\u00a0ganz leicht, denn sie ist direkt vom MAC-Forum aus sichtbar und \u00fcber die Terminalstra\u00dfe zug\u00e4nglich. Geboten wird einiges: Ambiente, Stimmung, gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re und gutes Essen. Alles ist sehr offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Eines der ersten Worte meiner Begleitung zu mir, nach dem ankommen: &#8222;Gem\u00fctlich!&#8220;. Und das stimmt. Jede Ecke ist anders und vom kuscheligen Liegestuhl samt Fell, \u00fcber wuchtige Holztische mit Barhocker oder auch einfachen Sitzgruppen, bis hin zur Skilift-Gondel mit eingerichtetem Esstisch l\u00e4sst die Sportalm schon mal keine W\u00fcnsche offen. So richtig gem\u00fctlich machen und ablegen solltet ihr es euch aber erst nach der Auswahl des Essens, bzw. dem Bestellen am Tresen. Denn gucken, ausw\u00e4hlen und inspirieren lassen, das k\u00f6nnt ihr am besten an dem ebenfalls sehr offenen, hellen und freundlich gestaltetem Tresen- bzw. Bestellbereich. An diesen angrenzend die Almbar f\u00fcr Kaffee- und Hei\u00dfgetr\u00e4nke, Aperitif und Co., gesondert davon der separate Bereich mit frischem Orangensaft, Skiwasser oder auch einer auf einem alten Ofen aufgebauten Suppenstation mit frischer Tagessuppe. Erst mal eine rund um ideale Aufteilung, die Lust macht sich etwas auszusuchen und zu verweilen. Auf den ersten Blick eventuell nicht ersichtlich: Die Terrasse. Die liegt oberhalb des Geb\u00e4udes, bzw. auf dem Dach der Sportalm und bietet neben einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Sportalm-Kiosk viele weitere Sitzpl\u00e4tze in der Sonne mit freiem Blick auf das MAC-Forum. Achtet das n\u00e4chste mal darauf. Einmal zum Bl\u00e4ttern mit Haptik und einmal im digitalen Sinne auf Bildschirmen oberhalb der Bestelltheke. Es funktioniert also ganz einfach: Anstellen und ausw\u00e4hlen, bestellen, kurz warten und mit an den eigens ausgew\u00e4hlten Tisch nehmen &#8211; fertig. Wer ein wenig mehr Ruhe bei der Auswahl will, der schnappt sich die quadratische und gebrandete Holzspeisekarte und w\u00e4hlt aus zwischen den Kategorien &#8222;Suppen&#8220;, &#8222;Bayerischen Schmankerln&#8220;, &#8222;S\u00fc\u00dfes\u00a0Genie\u00dfen&#8220;, &#8222;Nudelspezialit\u00e4ten&#8220; oder &#8222;Von der Salatbar&#8220;. Auf den Bildschirmen gibt\u00b4s dann noch Schmankerl, wie zum Beispiel den &#8222;Watzmann&#8220;, ein Burger-Patty mit Pulled Pork, Salat, Tomate, R\u00f6stzwiebeln und Kr\u00e4utern sowie wahlweise Avocado. (Hab ich bestellt! &#8211; Ein Muss!) Also gut&#8230;.ihr entscheidet also was es zu trinken und zu essen sein darf, k\u00f6nnt euch mitunter an der frischen Orangensaft-Maschine bedienen, ein Glas Ski Wasser zapfen oder auch vorab eine Portion frische Tagessuppe (aktuell Gulasch-Suppe f\u00fcr 5,90\u20ac bzw. mit Semmel f\u00fcr 6,40\u20ac) probieren. Wem nach Nudel ist, der hat die Auswahl zwischen drei verschiedenen Sorten Pasta oder Maultaschen, kombiniert mit vier verschiedenen Saucen (Tomate, Bolognese, Pesto oder Cheese) und getoppt mit Beef, Chicken oder Shrimps ab 9,90\u20ac. F\u00fcr die Salat-Hasen unter euch geht\u00b4s mit dem gleichen Prinzip weiter und ihr k\u00f6nnt euch selbst zusammen stellen, was ihr gerne in eurem Salat h\u00e4ttet (ebenfalls ab 9,90\u20ac). Der Salat wird f\u00fcr euch zusammen gestellt und frisch geshaked mit eurem Wunschdressing. Da die Zutaten super frisch sind, schmeckt alles wie frisch vom Feld. Wem Zusammenstellen &#8211; egal ob Salat oder Pasta &#8211; nicht so liegt, der w\u00e4hlt einfach eine der jeweils drei zusammen gestellten Kombinationen aus. Als s\u00fc\u00dfen Abschluss entschieden wir uns gegen die ausgestellten Muffins und f\u00fcr den &#8222;H\u00fcttenschmarrn&#8220; &#8211; ein Kaiserschmarrn mit Apfelkompott (f\u00fcr 8,50\u20ac) samt einem Cappuccino. Durch die Bank zum Reinlegen sage ich euch und so traue ich mich besten Gewissens behaupten, dass ich selten so gut am Flughafen gegessen habe, wie in der Sportalm. Sicherlich geht das auch einher mit dem umgesetzten Konzept der &#8222;Naturk\u00fcche&#8220;, den stets frischen und bewusst gew\u00e4hlten Zutaten sowie den vielen kleinen Details, die die Sportalm zu einer runden Sache machen. Am besten hat mir der Salat mit den Garnelen sowie der Watzmann\u00a0&#8222;auf die Hand&#8220; geschmeckt. Das komplette Sortiment wird auch to go angeboten, Kartenzahlung ist m\u00f6glich. In dem Restaurant haben knapp 260 Personen Platz, auf der erw\u00e4hnten Terrasse nochmals weitere 50 Besucher. Durch die unterschiedlichen Sitz-Areas entsteht in jedem Bereich ein ganz einzigartiges Ambiente. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gef\u00fchlt und auch einen Abstecher auf die Terrasse gemacht. Ein echt uriges Fleckerl! Durch die &#8222;zentrale Lage&#8220; innerhalb der Terminalstra\u00dfe ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung in die Sportalm, sobald ihr am Flughafen angekommen seid. Auch praktisch: Das P20, in welchem ihr ab einem Verzehrwert von 20\u20ac am Flughafen M\u00fcnchen umsonst parken k\u00f6nnt, ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Das Ambiente \u00fcberzeugt auf ganzer Linie und auch kulinarisch: Thumbs up!\u00a0Da die Sportalm nicht hinter der Sicherheitskontrolle liegt, kann jeder hin und ich kann auch nur jedem mit Hunger oder Durst empfehlen vorbei zu schauen. Egal ob f\u00fcr ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, den Snack auf die Hand oder einen &#8222;entspannten Salat&#8220; im felligen Liegenstuhl.
