Vielen Dank! + + +<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REWE City am Hauptbahnhof &#8211; der etwas andere Supermarkt &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Wer sieht, wie viel ich \u00fcber Restaurants poste, der kann sich nicht vorstellen, dass ich mich manchmal auch in einen Supermarkt verirre. \ud83d\ude09 In der Tat: Ein regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Kunde in Form von &#8222;Gro\u00dfeink\u00e4ufen&#8220; bin ich f\u00fcr all das, was man eben so braucht\u00a0&#8211; Milch, Brot, Nudeln, etc. &#8211; wirklich nicht. Trotzdem zieht es mich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in den Supermarkt. Und zwar immer dann, wenn ich sehen will, was sich so neues in den Regalen tut. Dann interessieren mich aber weniger die Formen der Nudeln und die Farben der Joghurtbecher, als viel mehr, was sich in Sachen Food-Trends, Start up-Szene und Sortimentauswahl so tut. Ein normaler Supermarkt mit &#8222;Sortiment nach Vorschrift&#8220; kann selbst f\u00fcr mich &#8211; die nichts au\u00dfer Essen und Trinken interessiert &#8211; schnell fad werden und nach ein zwei G\u00e4ngen durch die Supermarkt-Regale hat sich\u00b4s erledigt. Anders aber und f\u00fcr jeden, der wie ich, gerne neue und auch exklusive Produkte kennenlernt, f\u00fcr den d\u00fcrfte mein neuer &#8222;Liebling&#8220; unter den Superm\u00e4rkten ebenfalls ein Paradies sein: Der REWE City am Hauptbahnhof. Schon direkt am Eingang das erste Aha-Erlebnis in Sachen Neuheiten (&#8230;dazu unten mehr&#8230;) und die Lust weiter zu st\u00f6bern steigt sofort. Beim Schlendern durch den Markt und die Regale\u00a0wird einem schnell klar, dass man mit dem REWE City am Hauptbahnhof einen recht einzigartigen Markt entdeckt hat. Ausgefallene, besondere und auch exklusive Produkte und Sortimente werden angeboten. Das mag f\u00fcr einen Supermarkt in der regul\u00e4ren Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung liegen. Das besondere ist, dass von diesen 11.000 Artikeln kontinuierlich ca. 1.500 &#8211; 2.000 St\u00fcck, kaum in anderen M\u00fcnchner Superm\u00e4rkten bzw. \u00fcberhaupt im freien Handel zu bekommen sind. Anders formuliert: Der REWE City am Hauptbahnhof ist Vorreiter und Wegweiser f\u00fcr viele andere Superm\u00e4rkte in Sachen Innovation. Das bedeutet, dass ihr besonders neue Produkte, Start up-Artikel aus dem Lebensmittelbereich oder auch regionale Produkte (zum Beispiel einen original M\u00fcnchner Honig!) am besten und unkompliziertesten in diesem Supermarkt bekommt. Auch stehen zwei Regale voll mit koscheren Lebensmitteln &#8211; also Lebensmittel, die nach den j\u00fcdischen Speisegesetzen erlaubt sind &#8211; in dem Markt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Sortiment hebt sich somit deutlich von anderen REWE Superm\u00e4rkten der REWE Group bzw. auch anderen REWE City-M\u00e4rkten ab. Das ist so und kann so sein, weil der REWE City am Hauptbahnhof ein unabh\u00e4ngiger und sozusagen &#8222;privat gef\u00fchrter&#8220; Supermarkt ist. Was in den Regalen landet (&#8230;oder eben auch nicht&#8230;), legt Christian Dell &#8211; der Marktbetreiber und -inhaber fest. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit\u00a0ein paar Takte mit Herrn Dell zu schnacken und so erfuhr ich, dass Innovation und &#8222;\u00fcber den Tellerrand hinaus schauen&#8220; in speziell diesem REWE City Markt ganz gro\u00df geschrieben werden. Wer gerne Wein trinkt und auch mal in einem Supermarkt zu den &#8222;besseren&#8220; Flaschen greifen m\u00f6chte, der ist auch daf\u00fcr im REWE City am Hauptbahnhof richtig. Vinothek Weine im Wert von bis zu 100\u20ac\/Flasche stehen neben einer gut sortierten Auswahl an den unterschiedlichsten Weinen in den Regalen. \u00dcberhaupt, die Spirituosen-Auswahl und das breite Angebot zieht sich durch meterlange (5 Meter, normal sind 1 &#8211; 3 Meter L\u00e4nge!) Regalw\u00e4nde und so bietet sich auch hier eine Auswahl an seltenen und besonderen Lik\u00f6ren, hochwertigen Schn\u00e4psen, Gins und Co. an. (Zu bekommen ist zum Beispiel die begehrte &#8222;2013er Riesling Auslese&#8220; vom Schloss Johannisberg (0,375ml f\u00fcr 39,99\u20ac) oder auch ein\u00a035%iger &#8222;Rum Malecon &#8211; Licor de Ron\u201c (f\u00fcr 28,49\u20ac) sowie die Sammel-Edition der Sangre de Vida-Tequila Flaschen in Totenkopf-Form.)<\/p>\n<p>Auch die gut sortierte Frischeabteilung ist fokussiert auf regionale Kost. Hinter der Fleischtheke findet ihr au\u00dferdem ausschlie\u00dflich bayerisches Fleisch (z.B. vom Simmentaler Rind, vom steirischen Almochsen, Schaf oder auch Schwein). Ach ja: Das Schweine- \u00a0und auch das Schaffleisch haben &#8222;GQB Qualit\u00e4t&#8220;. Das bedeutet &#8222;gepr\u00fcfte Qualit\u00e4t Bayern&#8220; und ist ein Siegel, welches in Zusammenarbeit von REWE und dem Bayerischen Landwirtschaftsministerium exklusiv f\u00fcr REWE entwickelt wurde.\u00a0Es gilt ganz deutlich: Quali-, statt Quantit\u00e4t. Das gef\u00e4llt mir und zieht sich durch den gesamten Markt. Die ideale Mischung aus Basisprodukten, frischer und auch regionaler sowie hochwertiger Ware und einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Sortiment. Super, oder?<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Beim Schlendern durch die Regale findet ihr dann auch noch Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker von JAINUR, hochwertige und spezielle DOP \u00d6le, einen Bl\u00fctenhonig aus M\u00fcnchen (unbedingt probieren!) sowie einen Raps- und Waldhonig aus Bayern (f\u00fcr je 2,99\u20ac). Regionaler geht\u00b4s nun wirklich nicht. Fein fand ich auch die im Kassenbereich befindlichen &#8222;Frucht Papiere&#8220; von D\u00f6rrwerk. Das sind hauchd\u00fcnne\u00a0und sehr intensiv schmeckende Pl\u00e4ttchen aus 100% Frucht in drei verschiedenen Sorten (Apfel-Mango, Apfel-Erdbeere und Apfel-Ananas) sowie Tomaten-Chips aus 100% Tomate in luftgetrockneter Form. Der Clue: Alles hergestellt aus Obst, welches ansonsten in der Tonne gelandet w\u00e4re. So war f\u00fcr mich im Speziellen auch sehr interessant, wie viel hinter einem jeden einzelnen, der oben genannten 1.500 &#8211; 2.000 Produkte steckt. Bei jedem wurde sich was gedacht, get\u00fcftelt und ausprobiert, bis es eben im Supermarkt landen konnte. Spannend, oder?<\/p>\n<p>Wer nach der Supermarkt-Tour ein wenig Energie braucht und gerne Riegel isst, sollte auf Augenh\u00f6he an der Kasse nach den Energy Riegeln von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chimpanzeebar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CHIMPANZEE<\/a> Natural Nutrition Ausschau halten.\u00a0Ich habe inzwischen die Sorten Aprikose, Crunchy Erdnuss und Rote Beete-Karotte probiert. Ziemlich gehaltvolle, s\u00e4ttigende und nat\u00fcrlich zuckerfreie Riegel f\u00fcr den kleinen Energie-Kick zwischendurch. (St\u00fcck ab 1,69\u20ac). (Meine erste Wahl w\u00e4re der Aprikosen-Riegel, falls ihr erst mal einen probieren wollt.)<\/p>\n<p>Tja, und so k\u00f6nnt ich ewig weitermachen. So bekommt ihr im REWE City am Hauptbahnhof zum Beispiel exklusiv (!) gut 50 verschiedene koschere Speisen, Saucen, Gew\u00fcrze, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten, Konserven\u00a0und Weine (mitunter den begehrten Carmel-Wein &#8222;King David Concorde&#8220; (0,75l f\u00fcr 9,99\u20ac)), aber auch &#8222;Halal&#8220;-Produkte sowie verschiedene Sorten Porridge, M\u00fcsli und Slim Shakes von vitafy bzw. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wyld.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WYLD<\/a>. Genauso Produkte von <a href=\"https:\/\/3bears.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3Bears<\/a>, in Form unterschiedlicher Porridge-Sorten oder auch hochwertige Kost in konservierter Form von der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.essendorfers.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Genussschmelzerei Essendorfer<\/a> (&#8230;schon allein daf\u00fcr lohnt es sich vorbei zu schauen!). Auch gibt es die unauff\u00e4llig designten T\u00fctchen von\/mit <a href=\"http:\/\/supergoodfruits.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SUPER GOOD Fruits<\/a>, womit ihr euch dann euer gekauftes Porrdige (M\u00fcsli, Smoothie, Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck) verfeinern k\u00f6nnt. (Ich empfehle das Chia Porridge mit Heidelbeeren von WYLD!) Auch einzelne \u00f6kologische Produkte von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ethiquable.de\/index.php?id=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ethiquable<\/a> stehen in den Regalen &#8211; ebenfalls nicht leicht zu bekommen. Puuuh, alles aufzuz\u00e4hlen, das w\u00fcrde ziemlich lange dauern, ich will euch auch viel mehr Lust machen, selbst vorbei zu schauen und zu shoppen. Der im Eingangsbereich platzierte mannshohe Aufsteller ist kaum zu \u00fcbersehen. Gut so! Versehen ist dieser mit den unterschiedlichsten Produkten des biozertifizierten Start up panifactum, welche spezialisiert sind auf kohlenhydratreduzierte und getreidefreie Produkte. So erwarten euch Low-Carb-Produkte noch und n\u00f6cher und ihr k\u00f6nnt von verschiedenen Brot- und Kuchenbackmischungen und Porridge, \u00fcber verschiedene Marmeladen und Cracker in vier Sorten, bis hin zu verschiedenen Mehlsorten, alles finden. Schaut euch am besten das Video \u00fcber den REWE City am Hauptbahnhof in Verbindung mit meinem Einkauf an, dann seht ihr, bei welchen panifactum-Produkten ich zugegriffen habe. Jetzt nach dem Durchtesten sind f\u00fcr mich der Nusskuchen, das Porridge und die Marmelade (&#8230;ich entschied mich f\u00fcr Himbeere&#8230;) die klaren Sieger. Dank der Anleitung auf der R\u00fcckseite ist alles super einfach zu verstehen und leicht umsetzbar. Das Ergebnis sind dann fertige und kohlenhydratarme Kuchen, eine Sch\u00fcssel frisches kerniges Porridge oder eben auch das dunkle und intensiv schmeckende Brot mit Himbeermarmelade in 1a Qualit\u00e4t. Und die schmeckt man in der Tat heraus! Preislich m\u00fcsst ihr nat\u00fcrlich ein wenig tiefer in die Tasche f\u00fcr panifactum greifen und so starten z.B. die Backmischungen preislich ab 9,49\u20ac, die Kuchen und Muffins liegen zwischen 6,99\u20ac und 11,99\u20ac. Nicht ganz g\u00fcnstig, aber gerechtfertigt, versteht man den Ansatz und kennt das &#8222;Drum herum&#8220; bis das Produkt eben in dieser Qualit\u00e4t im REWE-Regal landen kann. So gibt\u00b4s auch noch panifactum Schokom\u00fcsli, eine Pancake- bzw. Waffel-Backmischung, Kokos- oder Kichererbsenmehl sowie Flohsamen-Schalen. Und dann gibt es eben die M\u00e4rkte, in denen man gerne ewig bleibt, st\u00f6bert und das ein oder andere, vielleicht vorab nicht eingeplante, Produkt im Korb landet (&#8230; ich wollte eigentlich nur Seife kaufen. ;-)). Der REWE City am Hauptbahnhof hat sich bei mir von Besuch zu Besuch, zu einem meiner neuen Favoriten-M\u00e4rkte entwickelt.
