Nicht unbedingt aus &#8222;irgendeiner&#8220; \u00dcberzeugung heraus, sondern einfach, weil es mir nie gefehlt hat Fleisch zu essen. Jetzt, ein paar J\u00e4hrchen sp\u00e4ter, hat sich das ge\u00e4ndert. Nach wie vor gilt f\u00fcr mich: Jeder sollte essen, was schmeckt. Wenn ich dann allerdings in einer meiner inzwischen absoluten Lieblings-Location f\u00fcr ein richtig gutes St\u00fcck Fleisch\u00a0bin, wei\u00df ich einmal mehr, was jeder Vegetarier verpasst.\u00a0Das mit \u00f6sterreichischen Wurzeln versehene El Gaucho n\u00e4mlich ist die Antwort f\u00fcr jeden, der sich gerne gutes, in Form von saftigen Steaks, seltenen Special Cuts und Co. samt hochwertigen und abwechslungsreichen Beilagen g\u00f6nnt. Kommt, lasst uns Steaks essen gehen!<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das El Gaucho\u00a0M\u00fcnchen am Viktualienmarkt<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Das El Gaucho M\u00fcnchen ist nun schon seit einigen Jahren als <em>die<\/em>\u00a0Anlaufstelle schlecht hin f\u00fcr gute Steaks in bester Qualit\u00e4t bekannt. Anders als \u00fcblich, will ich euch zuerst mit visuellen Eindr\u00fccken,\u00a0anstelle von all zu vielen Worten begeistern. Und ich kann euch nur sagen, dass sich ein Besuch in dem schicken Steakhouse, samt gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger Terrasse und Live-Cookingstation lohnt. Sowohl die Qualit\u00e4t der Speisen, das &#8222;Drumherum&#8220;, die Wein- und Drinkauswahl sowie der Service sind ganz einfach gro\u00dfartig. Ich war inzwischen ca. sechs bis sieben mal in dem M\u00fcnchner Hotspot\u00a0beim essen und habe kein einziges mal schlecht bzw. nur durchschnittlich gegessen. Das Fleisch ist stets\u00a0von bester Qualit\u00e4t, die Beilagen sind &#8211; anders als in anderen Steakh\u00e4usern &#8211; kreativ und abwechslungsreich gew\u00e4hlt und es ist weit aus mehr geboten, als einfach nur Pommes, Bratkartoffeln oder vielleicht noch frisches Gem\u00fcse. Mit diversen &#8222;Signature Cuts&#8220; \u00fcberzeugt das Steakhouse genauso, wie mit Dry Aged Beef-Variationen oder auch Tomahawk-Steak vom Duroc-Schwein (ca. 750 Gramm Kr\u00e4uterschwein aus der R\u00e4ucherkiste f\u00fcr 33\u20ac &#8211; n\u00e4heres siehe <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/el-gaucho-muenchen-weinviertel-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1. Schon vor dem ersten Bissen, zeigen sowohl die Anrichte, als auch die Pr\u00e4sentation am Tisch, was euch als Gast den Abend \u00fcber erwarten wird. Spitzen-Qualit\u00e4t, kreative Auslegung spannender Kombinationen und Garstufen auf den Punkt &#8211; das war zumindest bei meinen Besuchen so. Bestes Beispiel: Die ger\u00e4ucherte Jakobsmuschel, welche unter der Glasglocke ger\u00e4uchert und am Tisch &#8222;gel\u00fcftet&#8220; wird (siehe Video). Toll, oder? Auch der &#8222;Dosen-Thunfisch&#8220; entpuppt sich als wahre Delikatesse und l\u00e4sst beim ersten Bissen samt seiner Frische die Vorfreude auf die folgenden Hauptgerichte steigen. Das Tatar zeigt auf, dass der gekonnte Umgang mit Fleisch im El Gaucho selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist und so \u00fcberzeugt auch dieses mit feiner Struktur in toller Qualit\u00e4t. Aperitifs &#8211; einen Gin Basil Smash, einen Brombeer-Mochito und einen Chili Mai Tai. Richtig gut! Lasst euch unbedingt die Barkarte bringen &#8211; die kann sich n\u00e4mlich wirklich sehen lassen und zeigt, dass das El Gaucho M\u00fcnchen eben auch ideal als Bar bzw. f\u00fcr den Absacker am Abend und &#8218;Place to be&#8216; f\u00fcr guten Wein, klassische Cocktails oder auch Signature Drinks geeignet ist. Werft einen Blick in die umfangreiche Weinkarte und \u00fcberzeugt euch selbst mit einer Auswahl zu eurem Steak aus dem Sortiment. Angeboten werden Wei\u00df- und Rotweine aus \u00d6sterreich und Deutschland, Italien und Frankreich sowie vereinzelte Weine aus Chile, Australien oder auch Spanien. Wer einfach nur gute Steaks mit genauso gutem Wein genie\u00dfen m\u00f6chte, aber nicht wei\u00df, was passt, der l\u00e4sst sich einfach vom hauseigenen und \u00e4u\u00dferst avisierten Sommelier beraten. Seht selbst: F\u00fcr unsere Runde gab es an dem Abend einen tollen gelben 2016er Muskateller\u00a0&#8222;Labitschberg&#8220; vom Weingut Tement aus der S\u00fcdsteiermark und den El Gaucho Hauswein, einen 2016er Gr\u00fcnen Veltliner &#8222;Federspiel&#8220;, Dom\u00e4ne Wachau. F\u00fcr mich geh\u00f6rt ein guter Wein zu einem ordentlichen Essen und dem passenden Ambiente einfach dazu. F\u00fcr uns gab\u00b4s verschiedene Sorten Fleisch, welche uns im Rohzustand <a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/El-Gaucho-Steakhouse-Muenchen-4.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in Form eines Schaukastens<\/a>\u00a0vom Kellner am Tisch vorgestellt wurden. Entschieden haben wir uns letztendlich f\u00fcr ein klassisches Filet (&#8222;Bife de Lomo &#8211; Filet Steak&#8220; mit 250 Gramm f\u00fcr 32\u20ac),\u00a0ein Rump Steak im &#8222;Corona Cut&#8220; (mit 600 Gramm f\u00fcr 56\u20ac) &#8211; getoppt mit einer Riesengarnele (f\u00fcr 7\u20ac) sowie ein Rib Eye Steak &#8222;Tira de Ancho&#8220; &#8211; ebenfalls ein Signature Cut (mit 600 Gramm f\u00fcr 53\u20ac). Jede Menge \u2013 echt gutes \u2013 Fleisch also, welches wir uns begleitet von raffinierten und unterschiedlichen Beilagen schmecken lie\u00dfen. 12 verschiedene &#8222;Sides&#8220; (zwischen 4 &#8211; 6 \u20ac) und sechs verschiedene Saucen (ab 2\u20ac) n\u00e4mlich, finden sich auf der gut sortierten und \u00fcbersichtlichen Karte. Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr sechs Beilagen, bzw. f\u00fcnf Side-Dishes und einen Salat. In diesem Fall in Form von drei raffinierten und ausgesprochen guten Dessert. Mein Favorit war hierbei neben der Vanille-Cr\u00e8me brul\u00e9e mit zweierlei Marille, ganz klar &#8222;Iced Coconut Flamb\u00e9 mit Mango und Pomegranate&#8220; (Granatapfel).\u00a0Die Show am Tisch gibt\u00b4s gratis oben drauf, wenn die geeiste Kokosnuss flambiert und anschlie\u00dfend zart schmelzend mit der Frucht genossen wird. Auch fein f\u00fcr die besonders &#8222;S\u00fc\u00dfen&#8220; unter euch: &#8222;Gebackener Bergtopfen mit marinierten Waldbeeren und Sorbet&#8220; (jeweils f\u00fcr 11\u20ac). Die Desserts sind es also ebenfalls ganz klar wert, sich ein paar extra Kalorien zu g\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Speisekarten, die Bar-, Wein- und Dessertkarte findet ihr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elgaucho.at\/muenchen\/menue.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online<\/a>\u00a0und so k\u00f6nnt ihr schon von Zuhause aus w\u00e4hlen.\u00a0Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde jedoch, dass das El Gaucho und ein Besuch in diesem noch mehr Spa\u00df machen, wenn man sich ein wenig durch den Abend leiten und beraten l\u00e4sst. Lauscht dem spannenden Vortrag &#8211; falls gew\u00fcnscht &#8211; \u00fcber die verschiedenen Fleischsorten, dessen Herkunft und Zubereitungsart, lasst euch bei den Weinen beraten und haut ruhig mal ordentlich auf den Putz. In Sachen Qualit\u00e4t und Geschmack macht ihr als Steak-Fan und wahrer Foodie sicherlich nichts falsch.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Fazit<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Es endet, wie es begann: Das El Gaucho ist die Antwort f\u00fcr jeden Fleisch-Fan! Ganz klar, Qualit\u00e4t hat ihren Preis und die bezahlt ihr hier im El Gaucho M\u00fcnchen auch mit. Dass sich das lohnt, davon m\u00fcsst ihr euch mit einem Besuch schon selbst \u00fcberzeugen und\/oder auf mein Urteil vertrauen. In der Regel sind komplett reservierte Tische ein ganz guter Beweis f\u00fcr die anhaltend gute Qualit\u00e4t. Zu den hochwertigen Zutaten kommt das gem\u00fctliche Ambiente, welches einen \u2013 ja eigentlich untypisch f\u00fcr ein klassisches Steakhouse \u2013 auch gerne noch f\u00fcr ein zwei Drinks nach dem Essen verweilen l\u00e4sst. Gem\u00fctlich, schick und stimmig zum Bild auf den Tellern. Ich werde in das El Gaucho M\u00fcnchen immer wieder kommen &#8211; ganz egal ob f\u00fcr einen Snack samt kreativem Drink, &#8222;nur&#8220; ein Gl\u00e4schen Wein oder ein ausgiebiges &#8222;get
