Die kleinen versteckten L\u00e4den, die noch nicht jeder kennt und die einfach toll kochen! Seit Mitte September 2017 hat die in der Innenstadt gelegene Bayerstra\u00dfe eine neue Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Fans dieser K\u00fcche. \u201eDa Federico\u201c, hei\u00dft das kleine Bistro-Restaurant und bietet authentische (!) italienische K\u00fcche an. Ich wei\u00df, ich wei\u00df, ein Wort, dass nur allzu gerne in Verbindung mit Geschmack und Kulinarik ge- und mi\u00dfbraucht wird, hier im Da Federico jedoch, ist es mehr als angebracht. Auf den Tellern landen mittags spannenden Men\u00fcs mit Zutaten, welche \u00fcberwiegen aus Italien stammen und jeden Tag gibt es ein neues handgeschriebenes Mittagsmen\u00fc auf der Wandtafel. Gekocht wird in der zur\u00fcckversetzten K\u00fcche von einem &#8211; dem einzigen &#8211; italienischen Koch, welcher auch f\u00fcr die Men\u00fcfindung im Da Federico zust\u00e4ndig ist. Mittags gibt es ein t\u00e4glich wechselndes Men\u00fc, bei welchem neben Antipasti, jeweils zwei Vorspeisen, Pastagerichte, Hauptspeisen (in Form von Fisch oder Fleisch) und Desserts angeboten werden &#8211; t\u00e4glich frisch, t\u00e4glich wechselnd. Mehr gibt es mittags nicht und braucht man auch nicht, denn Federico wei\u00df was er tut. So werden die meisten Zutaten f\u00fcr seine angebotenen Gerichte aus Italien eingeflogen und es landet nur das beste auf dem Tisch. So wird gewollt hoher Wert auf Kreativit\u00e4t gelegt und die &#8222;italienischen Klassiker&#8220; Spaghetti Bolognese, Pizza oder Bruschetta sucht man hier vergeblich. Ausgefallene Kreationen werden von Federico &#8211; nicht nur Inhaber sondern auch Namensgeber &#8211; zusammen mit dessen Koch gefunden und serviert. \u201eVerkauft wird nur, was mir auch selbst schmeckt!\u201c, so Federico schmunzelnd, auf die Nachfrage hin, welche Stellschrauben neben Saisonalit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t noch eine Rolle bei der Zusammenstellung des Men\u00fcs spielen. Preislich nicht der &#8222;g\u00fcnstige Billig-Italiener&#8220; um die Ecke, sondern gewollt und gekonnt ein neuer Treffpunkt, f\u00fcr Freunde guter und einfacher, aber von den Zutaten her, ganz klar hochwertiger Kost. Mittags, als auch Abends. Neben dem erw\u00e4hnten Mittagsmen\u00fc &#8211; es gibt Mittags kein \u00e1 la carte Gesch\u00e4ft in diesem Sinne &#8211; wird ab sofort, also ab dem 1. Dezember 2017, am Abend ein feststehendes Men\u00fc angeboten.\u00a0 Auch eine umfangreiche Karte mit italienischen (ausschlie\u00dflich und \u00fcberwiegend aus dem Piemont) Weinen wird angeboten &#8211; davon nat\u00fcrlich auch offene Weine, welche glasweise ausgeschenkt werden. Insgesamt gibt es ca. 10 Rotweine (davon 3 offen) und 10 Wei\u00dfweine (davon 3 offen), welche im Da Federico angeboten werden. Schaut euch die Karte am besten online an, dort findet ihr einen kleinen Auszug der Weine. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich au\u00dferdem eine kleine Theke, welche italienische Dessert, Kuchen, Sandwiches und Co. bereit h\u00e4lt &#8211; alles hausgemacht, alles auch to go, genauso wie die italienischen Kaffeespezialit\u00e4ten (italienischer Kaffee &#8222;Polo&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p>Mittags also die Wandkarte, abends Men\u00fc. Ab sofort n\u00e4mlich, also ab 01. Dezember, bietet das Da Federico am Abend zus\u00e4tzlich\u00a0drei unterschiedliche (i.d.R. monatlich wechselnde) italienische Men\u00fc (einmal Fisch, einmal Fleisch, einmal vegetarisch) an. Die Men\u00fcs bestehen aus festgesetzten G\u00e4ngen, es kann aber auch \u00e1 la carte bestellt werden, von einer Karte,\u00a0welche\u00a0dann &#8211; anders als die Mittagskarte &#8211; nicht kontinuierlich wechselt, sondern sich an die Saison anpasst. F\u00fcr den Absacker am Abend gibt\u00b4s neben dem Gl\u00e4schen italienischen Wein au\u00dferdem Cocktails, Drinks und Snacks. Ach ja,&#8230;probiert unbedingt die hausgemachten italienischen Desserts &#8211; egal ob mittags oder abends, die schmecken immer. \ud83d\ude09 All zu detailliert auf die Gerichte m\u00f6chte ich gar nicht eingehen, da diese eben regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wechseln, was mir im \u00dcbrigen sehr gut gef\u00e4llt. Gem\u00fctlich und modern.<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Bewertung der Speisen und des Services<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ich kam an einem Wochentag um 12:00 Uhr und lange dauerte es nicht, da waren die Tische besetzt (reserviert euch also einen Platz!). Ich nahm Platz, w\u00e4hlte einen Drink (ohne Alkohol, es war 12 Uhr&#8230; ;-)) und bekam direkt bei der Auswahl meiner Speisen ein kleines S\u00e4ckchen mit italienischem Brot und s\u00fcditalienischen\u00a0Tarallis gebracht. Ich startete mit einer Vorspeise. Tomate gef\u00fcllt mit Stockfisch (f\u00fcr 9,50\u20ac). Richtig fein, weil Gem\u00fcse und Fisch ja immer geht und Stockfisch einen tollen Geschmack hat. Dann gab es recht pfeffrige und eher seltene Paccheri, also typisch italienische Nudeln, mit aromatischen und butterweichen Stockfisch (f\u00fcr 11,50\u20ac) zum Probieren (lecker!) und im Anschluss meine Hauptspeise, Lammcarree mit kaltem Blumenkohlcreme (f\u00fcr 16,50\u20ac) &#8211; alles von der erw\u00e4hnten Mittagstafel. Das Lammfleisch war k\u00f6stlich und zart, die Blumenkohlcreme vermutete ich zuerst &#8222;warm&#8220;, war beim ersten Bissen irritiert, sp\u00fcrte dann aber schnell die Harmonie aus kalt und warm, Creme und Fleisch. Gerne kann auch alles beim kompetenten Service am Tisch gefragt werden, falls es Fragen zum Men\u00fc gibt, Allergien vorhanden sind oder \u00e4hnliches. Durch die verglaste Front des Restaurants str\u00f6mt viel Tageslicht in den mit Bar bzw. Theke versehenen Raum. Dazu helle und bereits vorab eingedeckte Tische, helle St\u00fchle, schlichte Einrichtung, keine Dekoration. Stellt euch keinen verschn\u00f6rkelten kleinen Italiener mit Kerzenlicht und vert\u00e4felten W\u00e4nden vor, sondern eher ein modern gehaltenes Bistro, das es aber in der Tat versteht gem\u00fctliche Stimmung &#8211; zum Beispiel mit italienischer Musik im Hintergrund &#8211; mit gutem Essen zu kombinieren. Etwas &#8222;privater&#8220; sitzt man an einem der zwei separat gestellten Tischen oberhalb der Bar, auf einer kleinen Empore. Dadurch, dass das Restaurant eher klein ist, stehen die Tische gekonnt etwas weiter auseinander, es entsteht kein Gef\u00fchl der Beklemmung.
