Verst\u00e4ndlich, selbst wenn man nicht jeden Tag zum Flaschen\u00f6ffner greift. Die M\u00fcnchner Bierspezialisten vom Giesinger n\u00e4mlich, k\u00f6nnen nicht nur Bier brauen, sondern auch kochen. Wer reinkommt sieht direkt einige Holzb\u00e4nke und -tische sowie den Aufgang nach oben ins Hauptst\u00fcberl. Mittags, wenn&#8217;s zum Beispiel bissl schneller gehen muss oder ihr es euch auch nicht gro\u00df gmiatlich machen wollt&#8217;s, dann bietet sich&#8217;s an einfach unten zu bleiben, dort auszuw\u00e4hlen und zu essen. Oben\u00a0wird&#8217;s meiner Meinung nach dann doch noch\u00a0gem\u00fctlicher, mit viel Holz, Brickwall-W\u00e4nden, warmen Licht, gr\u00fcnen Vorh\u00e4ngen und gro\u00dfer Ausschankbar. Platz finden insgesamt 120 G\u00e4ste (80 Personen oben, 40 Personen unten im Sudhaus) und auf der (hoffentlich bald sonnigen) Terrasse passen nochmal genauso viele hin.<\/p>\n<p>Serviert wird gute bayerische K\u00fcche mit soweit wie m\u00f6glich regionalen Zutaten. So kommt der Fisch aus dem Starnberger See, das Gem\u00fcse auch aus der Starnberger Region und andere frische Zutaten beispielsweise aus Augsuburg und der Region. Bei der Auswahl und Speisenzusammenstellung wird aber nicht nur auf die z\u00fcnftigen Bayern (&#8222;Bier, Schweinsbraten, Kn\u00f6del&#8220;) eingegangen, sondern auch auf G\u00e4ste, welche auf Fleisch verzichten wollen bzw. Unvertr\u00e4glichkeiten und Allergien haben. Willkommen ist also jeder hungrige Gast und durch den hohen Anspruch an Qualit\u00e4t und stimmiges Preisleistungsverh\u00e4ltnis bei den Gerichten, macht&#8217;s auch wirklich Spa\u00df hier zu essen. Starten wir mal mit mittags, das kommt ja auch uhrzeittechnisch vorne weg. Jeden Tag unter der Woche, also von Montag bis Freitag, gibt es t\u00e4glich zwei wechselndes Mittagsschmankerl zur Auswahl. Montag \u2013 der h\u00e4rteste Tag in der Woche, oder? \u2013 wird beispielsweise mit &#8222;Bauernomelette mit Fleischfetzen, Kartoffeln, Gem\u00fcse, Essiggurkerl und Ei&#8220; oder &#8222;Vegetarisch gef\u00fcllten Paprikaschoten mit Tomatensauce und gebackenem Reis&#8220; (f\u00fcr je 8,90 Euro) um euren Hunger geworben und Mittwochs gibt&#8217;s &#8222;Original Rotes Thaicurry mit Kokosmilch, Gem\u00fcse und Basmatireis&#8220; oder auch &#8222;Kartoffel-Linsen-Eintopf mit Suppengem\u00fcse und Wiener W\u00fcrstel&#8220; (f\u00fcr 7,90 Euro \/ 8,90 Euro). Ihr seht also: Jeden Wochentag gibt&#8217;s auch was fleischloses und manchmal auch was &#8222;nichtbayerisches&#8220;. Da stehen einige Dauerbrenner, Besonderheiten, klassische Schmankerl und jede menge guad&#8217;s Zeig drauf. Der &#8222;Ofenfrische Schweinebraten mit Kartoffel- und Semmelkn\u00f6del, Dunkelbiersauce und Blaukraut&#8220; (f\u00fcr 10,90 Euro), der &#8222;Giesinger Brauerschnitzel gef\u00fcllt mit Kochschinken und Wei\u00dfbier-Obatzdn mit Kartoffel-Gurkensalat&#8220; (14,50 Euro), das &#8222;Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb mit R\u00f6stkartoffeln, Preiselbeeren und Zitrone&#8220; (f\u00fcr 18,60 Euro) sowie die &#8222;K\u00e4lbernen Bockbierpflanzerl mit Dunkelbiersauce, Rahmwirsing und Kartoffelp\u00fcree&#8220; (f\u00fcr 11,50 Euro) beispielsweise sind alles absolute &#8222;Reisser&#8220; auf der Karte, was sich auch dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Gerichte alle drei Monate ca. wechseln und nat\u00fcrlich drauf bleibt, was sich bew\u00e4hrt. Dazu z\u00e4hlt \u00fcbrigens auch das ausgesprochen beliebte &#8222;Stierhodenragout mit Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und abgeschmolzenen Brezenkn\u00f6deln&#8220; (f\u00fcr 12,90 Euro). Neben &#8222;Schweineherzentopf&#8220; (f\u00fcr 12,80 Euro), &#8222;Kasspatzen&#8220; (f\u00fcr 10,90 Euro), &#8222;Giesinger Kn\u00f6delgr\u00f6stl&#8220; (f\u00fcr 9,40 Euro) oder auch &#8222;Hausgemachte K\u00fcrbisgnocchi&#8220; (f\u00fcr 9,40 Euro) oder &#8222;Vegane Gem\u00fcselasagne&#8220; (f\u00fcr 10,90 Euro) gibt&#8217;s au\u00dferdem auch feine Suppen (&#8222;Hausgemachte Leberkn\u00f6del&#8220;, &#8222;Bierw\u00fcrstlsuppe&#8220;, &#8222;Bierige K\u00fcrbissuppe&#8220; (ab 5,80 Euro)) und Vorspeisen ab 9,50 Euro (z.B.
