Eine Box, gef\u00fcllt mit 36 handgemachten Pralinen\u00a0in sechs verschiedenen Sorten, welche in Verbindung mit hochwertigem Kaffee zum gemeinsamen Tasting einladen. Auf den ersten Blick sind das 36 Pralinen, welche verpackt in gewohnt schickem Design darauf warten von euch verzehrt zu werden. So liegt jeder 36ger-Box eine T\u00fcte handger\u00f6steter und gemahlener <strong>&#8222;Brasilien Santa Rosa\u201c<\/strong>-Kaffee und eine T\u00fcte <strong>&#8222;Kolumbien Finca El Para&#8220;<\/strong>-Kaffee bei. Der brasilianische Kaffee, eine Mischung aus dem brasilianischen Soledade de Minas mit 100% Arabica Bohnen der Sorte &#8222;Icatu&#8220; wird zu den drei &#8222;Brasilien-Pralinen&#8220; genossen; der kolumbianische Kaffee aus La Union Nrino Departement \u2013 ebenfalls aus 100% Arabica-Bohnen der Sorte &#8222;Castillo&#8220; \u2013 zu den kolumbianischen drei Pralinen. Eine\u00a0prim\u00e4re Rolle spielen nicht nur Kaffee- und Pralinenqualit\u00e4t, sondern auch die Art der Verkostung selbst. Die Ziffern eins bis sechs innerhalb der Box sowie die Aufteilung in &#8222;Kolumbien&#8220; und &#8222;Brasilien&#8220; machen das Tasting unkompliziert f\u00fcr jedermann.<\/p>\n<p>Begonnen\u00a0wird mit der ersten Praline aus Brasilien, die<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<strong>&#8222;Terre de Br\u00e9sil N\u00b01&#8220;-Praline<\/strong>. Das ist eine Praline mit\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Haselnussnugat aus brasilianischer Schokolade (67% Kakao), karamellisierten Haselnussst\u00fcckchen, heller Gianduja und Limette. Getrunken wird dazu der erw\u00e4hnte brasilianische Kaffee. Achtet auf die richtige Trinktemperatur des Kaffees, sonst hat der Spa\u00df und des Geschmackserlebnis nicht den bestm\u00f6glichen Effekt. Riecht an dem Kaffee, riecht an der Schokolade, nehmt ein St\u00fcckchen in den Mund und lasst die Schokolade auf der Zunge zergehen. Versucht die einzelnen Komponenten rauszuschmecken und lest euch davor durch, was ihr gleich schmecken solltet, so trainiert ihr dazu auch noch die eigene Sensorik auf der Zunge. Dr\u00fcckt das St\u00fcckchen der Praline (&#8230;nein, nicht mit einem Haps in den Mund stecken ;-)&#8230;) an euren Gaumen und achtet darauf, ob ihr \u2013 in diesem Fall \u2013 Haselnuss und Limette oder auch Karamell und Gianduja herausschmeckt. Passt das Aroma der Schokolade, der Kakaogeschmack und die Intensit\u00e4t der Schokolade zum Kaffee? \u2013 Dabei gibt es kein falsch oder richtig, flop oder top, sondern immer &#8222;nur&#8220; ein &#8222;mag ich \/ mag ich nicht&#8220;. F\u00fcr die gesamte Verkostung empfehle ich: Nehmt erst die Praline in den Mund, im Anschluss den Kaffee. Nat\u00fcrlich k\u00f6nnt ihr diesen auch pur genie\u00dfen und die erw\u00e4hnten Geschmacksnuancen f\u00fcr euch erkennen. So zumindest gehe ich bei meinen Tastings und diesem Neuhaus-Genusspaket vor. Wer sich im \u00dcbrigen fragt, warum man immer mit der mildesten Praline anf\u00e4ngt und diese dann geschmacklich immer intensiver bei einem Tasting werden sollten \u2013 das liegt an der Temperatur des Kaffees. So lange dieser noch sehr warm ist, braucht man eher eine s\u00fc\u00dfere Praline, welche vom Aroma her eher mild und dezent schmeckt. Umso niedriger so dann die Kaffee Temperatur im Laufe der Verkostung, desto intensiver m\u00fcssen dann die Schokoladenaromen f\u00fcr ein ausgewogenes Gleichgewicht in Sachen Geschmack sein. Lecker und geschmacklich \u2013 so f\u00fcr mich \u2013 ganz\u00a0anders als die eben erw\u00e4hnte Nummer 1. Zu viel m\u00f6chte ich euch von Praline zu Praline allerdings nicht verraten, da eure Vorfreude f\u00fcr die Box erhalten bleiben soll und\u00a0die eigenen Geschmacknerven und Sinne gefragt sind. Spannend war f\u00fcr mich das Wechselbad an Geschm\u00e4ckern \u2013 sowohl bei den Pralinen als auch\u00a0folglich dem Kaffee \u2013 w\u00e4hrend der Verkostung. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Praline Nummer 3 und der Abschluss des brasilianischen Flights, die <strong>&#8222;<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Terre de Br\u00e9sil N\u00b03&#8243;<\/strong> besteht aus einer\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Karamellf\u00fcllung mit Vanille aus Madagaskar, karamellisierten Pekannussst\u00fcckchen, Gianduja und brasilianischer Schokolade (mit 67% Kakao) und war, rein auf die Praline bezogen, mein Favorit in Sachen Brasilien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Beim kolumbianischen Flight geht es mit Praline Nummer 1 (<strong>Terre de Colombie N\u00b01<\/strong>) mit einer\u00a0F\u00fcllung aus kolumbianischer Schokolade (65% Kakao) mit pikantem franz\u00f6sischem Espelette-Pfeffer, wei\u00dfer Schokolade und Himbeeren los. Dazu in der Tasse, der kolumbianische Kaffee, welcher meiner Meinung nach eine perfekte Synergie zu der raffiniert gef\u00fcllten ersten Praline bildet. Mit einer Kaffeeganachef\u00fcllung samt kolumbianischer Schokolade (65% Kakao), Gianduja und knuspriger Feuilletine geht es mit Praline Nummer 2 (<strong><span class=\"s1\">Terre de Colombie N\u00b02<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">) interessant weiter. Mir pers\u00f6nlich dann in Summe etwas zu &#8222;viel Kaffee&#8220; im Mund und nicht mein Favorit aus der Box. Anders sieht es mit Praline Nummer 3 und dem Abschluss des Flights aus. So ist die\u00a0<\/span><strong><span class=\"s1\">Terre de Colombie N\u00b03\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s1\">aus\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">kolumbianischer Schokolade (65% Kakao) mit Samba-Tee, Orangenst\u00fcckchen, Gianduia und dunkler kolumbianischer Schokolade gef\u00fcllt. Lecker!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es macht, selbst wenn ihr noch nicht wirklich in der Welt des Kaffees oder der Praline zu Hause seid, gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df so ein Tasting durchzuf\u00fchren. Egal ob alleine oder mit Freunden. Ich war mit meiner Tasting-Begleitung mit der Box besch\u00e4ftigt und ganz automatisch entsteht ein Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber die eigenen Geschm\u00e4cker, Vorz\u00fcge und Wahrnehmungen. Insgesamt finde ich die\u00a0&#8222;Coffee &amp; Pralines Experience Box&#8220; sehr gelungen und f\u00fcr die weltweit ersten zum Kaffee erfundenen Pralinen gibt es ganz klar einen Daumen nach oben von mir. Praktisch: In jeder Box gibt&#8217;s ein kleines B\u00fcchlein, welches nochmal detailliert auf alle Details eingeht. Es geht um den Genuss und die Freude und das Erschmecken neuer Kombinationen. Wie beschrieben, enth\u00e4lt nicht jeder der sechs Pralinen Kaffee und wenn ihr die beiden Flights hinter euch habt, spricht nat\u00fcrlich auch nichts gegen eine Verkostung ohne Kaffee bzw. ein T\u00e4sschen Kaffee ohne Pralinen. Kaufen k\u00f6nnt ihr die &#8222;Coffee &amp; Pralines Experience Box&#8220; in zweifacher Ausfertigung bei Neuhaus sowie im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neuhauschocolates.com\/de\/neuhaus\/full-assortment\/coffee--pralines-experiene-box\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Online-Shop<\/a>.
