Das bringt dann oft mit sich, dass meine Reiseziele eher fix erreichbar sein sollten,\u00a0oder zumindest innerhalb Europas, wenn nicht gar in unserem sch\u00f6nen Bayern liegen d\u00fcrfen. Anders gesagt, habe ich inzwischen eine Affinit\u00e4t f\u00fcr&#8217;s reisen im eigenen Bundesland entwickelt. Immer wieder stelle ich dabei schnell fest, dass unser Bayern nicht nur vielseitig, sondern einfach auch wundersch\u00f6n ist.\u00a0Meine letzte Reise, welche dieses Gef\u00fchl einmal mehr\u00a0 best\u00e4rkt hat, brachte mich gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung nach Bad Aibling. Dort nach einer guten Stunde Autofahrt von M\u00fcnchen aus angekommen, \u00fcbernachteten wir im sch\u00f6nen 4-Sterne Romantik Hotel Lindner (&#8222;DAS LINDNER Romantik Hotel in Bad Aibling&#8220;), a\u00dfen in der dazugeh\u00f6rigen LINDNERS Stub&#8217;n zu Abend und genossen vorab einige wohltuende Stunden in der Therme Bad Aibling &#8211; Massage inklusive.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das LINDNER Romantik Hotel in Bad Aibling kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Das LINDNER Romantik Hotel ist seit sieben Generationen in Bad Aibling ans\u00e4ssig.\u00a0Seit Jahrzehnten treffen sich dort Reisende, Einheimische, Urlauber und alle, die den Charme kleiner Altst\u00e4dte genie\u00dfen wollen und dabei gut wohnen und n\u00e4chtigen wollen. So trifft im LINDNER Romantik Hotel gekonnt modernstes Wohlf\u00fchlambiente auf historische Geschichte sowie Innovation auf Tradition. Stets sp\u00fcr- und greifbar: Die von dem Familienbetrieb gelebte, ehrliche Gastfreundschaft sowie der herzliche pers\u00f6nliche Service innerhalb des Hotels. Auch toll: Auf Allergikerfreundlichkeit wird auch geachtet: Ein kompletter Zimmertrakt ist f\u00fcr Haustiere nicht zug\u00e4nglich. Gemeinsam mit meiner Begleitung bewohnte ich f\u00fcr einen Tag ein &#8222;Deluxe Zimmer&#8220; mit komplett verglaster Front, gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigem Platzangebot, modernen M\u00f6beln, Whirl Pool-Wanne und riesigem Balkon. Wohlf\u00fchlen war sofort m\u00f6glich. Wer die Therme kennt, der kann sich denken, worauf sich mein Aufenthalt beschr\u00e4nkte: Im hei\u00dfen Wasser rumh\u00e4ngen, massieren lassen und Cola an der Bar trinken. \ud83d\ude42 Und genau so war es auch. F\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mich war es\u00a0der erste Besuch der Therme und so gab es viel zu entdecken, in der im Jahr 2007 er\u00f6ffneten Therme. Ganz klar, bei einem Besuch am regnerischen Wochenende ist mehr los in der Therme und dennoch war f\u00fcr uns ausreichend\u00a0Raum zum Relaxen, in den ausschlie\u00dflich mit sehr warmen Wasser gef\u00fcllten und allesamt mit Kuppeln \u00fcberdeckten Becken. Durch die \u00dcberdachung der Becken (bis auf das ebenfalls sehr warme Au\u00dfenbecken) mit Kuppeln, entsteht in der Therme kein Schwimmbad-Charakter und auch der L\u00e4rmpegel ist wesentlich geringer. Die diversen Kuppeln\u00a0 (&#8222;Thermal-Kuppel&#8220;, &#8222;Erlebnis-Kuppel&#8220;, &#8222;Sinne-Kuppel&#8220;, &#8222;Entspannungs-Kuppel&#8220;, &#8222;Hei\u00df\/Kalt-Kuppel&#8220; und &#8222;Erlebnis-Kuppel&#8220;)\u00a0begeistern genauso, wie die gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Saunalandschaft mit viel Platz und Ruhe innerhalb des weitl\u00e4ufigen Erlebnisparks der Therme. Mit den unterschiedlichen Saunen und M\u00f6glichkeiten innerhalb der Saunalandschaft (&#8222;Rosenquarz&#8220; mit 40-50 Grad; &#8222;Aromaticum&#8220; mit 55-60 Grad; &#8222;Eukalyptus mit 50-55 Grad; &#8222;Dampfeisbad&#8220; mit 42-45 Grad; &#8222;Soleinhalation&#8220; und &#8222;Salzdampfad&#8220;) d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr jeden Sauna-Fan das Passende dabei sein. In den warmen Monaten lohnt selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch ein Sprung ins Freibad der Therme \u2013 Blick auf die Silhouette der Alpen inklusive. Praktisch: Dieser ist auch ohne Thermen-Ticket zug\u00e4nglich und somit k\u00f6nnt ihr auch einfach &#8222;nur&#8220; f\u00fcr eine Massage kommen. F\u00fcr uns gab es eine &#8222;Lomi Lomi-Massage&#8220; im hawaiianischen Stil. 90 Minuten lang und nur was f\u00fcr die &#8222;nicht kontaktscheuen&#8220; unter euch. \ud83d\ude09 Angeboten werden aber nicht nur die unterschiedlichsten Massagen, sondern auch B\u00e4der- und Salbungserlebnisse und so d\u00fcrfte das Sch\u00f6nheits- und Gesundheitsprogramm f\u00fcr alle, die es genie\u00dfen, wenn am eigenen K\u00f6rper auf dieser Ebene Ber\u00fchrung erfolgt, etwas geboten sein. Ich pers\u00f6nlich bin gro\u00dfer Fan von entspannenden Massagen und behalte sowohl die Therme, als auch das Wellness-Angebot im Hinterkopf. Auch Hamam und Zeremonien rund um das Aiblinger Moor werden angeboten. F\u00fcr meine Begleitung und mich, ging&#8217;s auf jeden Fall erholt und durchgeknetet nach einem Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nk an der integrierten Bar, wieder zur\u00fcck ins Hotel. Der Magen knurrte, denn aktiv sein macht hungrig.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><b>Die LINDNERS Stub&#8217;n<\/b><\/div>\n<p>Im Hotel zur\u00fcck bzw. Restaurant angekommen, wurden wir in der LINDNERS Stub&#8217;n\u00a0sofort vom\u00a0freundlichen Servicemitarbeiter empfangen und platziert. Erst mal umsehen\u00a0in der Stub&#8217;n: Gem\u00fctliche Sitznischen und dunkle Tische, dezente Lichtquellen, ein stimmiges Interieur mit viel Holz und abgestimmten Details sowie vorab eingedeckten Tische, sorgen f\u00fcr die ideale Wohlf\u00fchlatmosph\u00e4re in der urig angehauchten Sch\u00e4nke. Die Stub&#8217;n ist f\u00fcr mich ein gutes Beispiel daf\u00fcr, dass Gem\u00fctlichkeit nicht nur vom gro\u00dfen Ganzen lebt, sondern viele kleine Details und ein wie hier gekonnt eingesetzter Mix aus Moderne und Tradition dazu beitragen. Untergliedert in Aperitifs (ab 4,80 Euro), Cocktails &amp; Longdrinks (ab 5,90 Euro)\u00a0sowie alkoholfreie Cocktails (ab 5,50 Euro), geht&#8217;s auf der Karte los. Seite zwei stellt aktuell das &#8222;kulinarischer Herbst 2018 \/ Lindner-Men\u00fc&#8220; vor, welches\u00a0sowohl f\u00fcr Fleischesser, als auch Vegetarier\u00a0(f\u00fcr 43 Euro bzw. 38 Euro) angeboten wird. Um euch einen ersten Eindruck von der K\u00fcche zu gew\u00e4hren, habe ich f\u00fcr euch einen Blick auf das Men\u00fc geworfen: Gang 1: Gebackene Schwarzwurzel, R\u00fcblibrot, Pinienkernpanade, Rote Beete-Carpaccio, Limetten-Thymiancr\u00e8me und Feldsalat; Gang 2: Gebratene Wildentenbrust, Semmel-Apfelf\u00fcllung, Rotwein-Orangenjus, &#8222;Sous-Vide&#8220;-gegartes, herbstliches Gem\u00fcse;\u00a0Gang 3: Schokoladen-Brotlaibsouffl\u00e9 mit Kirscheis und Proseccoschaum. Klingt nicht \u00fcbel, oder? Ist euch nicht nach Men\u00fc, sondern eher \u00e0 la carte zu mute, gibt es au\u00dferdem auch noch ofenfrische Flammkuchen, Tatar vom Weiderind (ab 14,50 Euro) und unterschiedliche Salate. Die letzte den Speisen gewidmete Seite der Karte, unterteilt sich in Haupt- und Nachspeisen (Kategorien &#8222;D&#8217;Hauptsach&#8220; und &#8222;A bissl geht no&#8220;). So gibt es aktuell insgesamt sieben verschiedene Hauptgerichte, darunter beispielsweise &#8222;Alpenl\u00e4ndische K\u00e4sesp\u00e4tzle&#8220; (f\u00fcr 14,50 Euro), &#8222;Zweierlei Kn\u00f6del&#8220; (f\u00fcr 12,50 Euro), &#8222;Chiemgauer Backhenderl&#8220; (f\u00fcr 21,50 Euro) oder auch &#8222;Aiblinger Saibling aus dem Mangfalltal&#8220; (f\u00fcr 20,50 Euro) sowie ein &#8222;Chiemseer Zanderfilet&#8220; (f\u00fcr 19,50 Euro). Bei den Desserts geht abwechslungsreich weiter:\u00a0Das &#8222;Duo vom Schokomousse&#8220;, &#8222;Bayerische Creme mit sauren Himbeeren&#8220;, &#8222;Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e&#8220; oder auch ein &#8222;Hausgemachter Kaiserschmarrn &#8211; klassisch mit Mandeln, Rosinen und Apfelmus&#8220; &#8211; alles zwischen 6 Euro und 9,50 Euro \u2013 werden angeboten. In der Kategorie &#8222;Pack ma&#8217;s&#8220; wird zus\u00e4tzlich auf die t\u00e4gliche M\u00f6glichkeit (von 11:30 bis 21:30 Uhr) f\u00fcr den Verzehr von Snacks und kleineren Schmankerl hingewiesen. So zum Beispiel eine Rinderkraftbr\u00fche (ab 5,50 Euro) mit frei w\u00e4hlbarer Einlage; eine &#8222;Erbsencr\u00e8mesuppe&#8220; (f\u00fcr 7,50 Euro); &#8222;Lindners Obatzda&#8220; mit K\u00fcmmel, roten Zwiebeln und Radieserln (f\u00fcr 7 Euro) oder auch der &#8222;K\u00f6nig Ludwigs&#8220; Wurstsalat (f\u00fcr 7,50 Euro). Auch gut zu wissen: An sonnigen Tagen, kann au\u00dferdem auch auf der zur LINDNERS Stub&#8217;n geh\u00f6rigen\u00a0Sonnenterrasse gespeist, getrunken, gesonnt und entspannt werden. Mir war nach Ros\u00e9. Einen solchen gab es nicht in Aperitif-Form und so landete direkt der Wein des Abends auf unserem Tisch \u2013\u00a0ein 2017er &#8222;Villa B\u00fcrklin Ros\u00e9 VDP&#8220; vom Weingut Dr. B\u00fcrklin-Wolf, welcher mir bereits vorab bekannt war und mich bereits zu anderen Anl\u00e4ssen als charmanter Ros\u00e9 \u00fcberzeugte. Hier gab&#8217;s Wiener Schnitzel<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Jetzt aber! &#8222;Zweimal Wiener Schnitzel. Einmal mit Kartoffelsalat, einmal mit Bratkartoffeln bitte.&#8220; Gesagt, getan \u2013 keine 15 Minuten sp\u00e4ter standen vor uns zweimal zwei Wiener Schnitzel pro Teller \u2013 so, wie das in Bayern geh\u00f6rt \u2013 mit Kartoffelbeilage. Was uns beiden zwar nicht serviert wurde, war der ausgewiesene kleine Blattsalat (hier der Beweis ;-)), das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, da wir\u00a0reichlich vom vorab servierten Brot samt Grieb&#8217;n Schmalz und\u00a0s\u00fc\u00dfer Salzbutter a\u00dfen. Zum Wiener Schnitzel selbst gibt&#8217;s nur einen Kommentar: 10 Punkte! Die Panierung sch\u00f6n goldgelb und nicht zu dick; das Fleisch\u00a0genau richtig\u00a0d\u00fcnn geklopft, keine einzige Flachse im Fleisch und somit ein rundum stimmiges Schnitzel. Die Panade war recht &#8222;locker&#8220; und fiel zwar leicht ab beim Schneiden des Fleisches, war aber nicht zu gewichtig vom Geschmacksverh\u00e4ltnis zum Schnitzel. Zu oft gibt es Wiener Schnitzel, die eigentlich viel mehr &#8222;Panade mit Fleisch&#8220; als andersrum sind. Der dazu gereichte Kartoffelsalat war auch gut und appetitlich angerichtet, wenn meiner Einsch\u00e4tzung nach auch\u00a0nicht selbstgemacht (&#8230;sorry, falls doch. ;-)). Super gut waren f\u00fcr mich die Bratkartoffeln, wenn auch gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig gesalzen wurde &#8211; mir hat&#8217;s geschmeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Tja und wer mich kennt, der wei\u00df, dass mein Bauch gar nicht so voll sein kann, dass nichts mehr s\u00fc\u00dfes reinpasst. So konnte ich die Finger nat\u00fcrlich nicht vom vorab erw\u00e4hnten Kaiserschmarrn lassen.\u00a0Wir bestellten zwar bewusst eine &#8222;kleine Portion mit zwei Gabeln&#8220;, bekamen gef\u00fchlt aber dennoch die Gro\u00dfe \u2013 halb so wild! \ud83d\ude42 Geschmeckt hat der Schmarrn super gut, was ein wahres Kompliment sein d\u00fcrfte, da ich in M\u00fcnchen so gut wie jeden Kaiserschmarrn kenne. Er war nicht zu eilastig, weich oder gar &#8222;pampfig&#8220;, sondern sch\u00f6n locker gemacht und nat\u00fcrlich \u2013 Gott sei Dank! \u2013 gezupft. Auf meine Nachfrage hin erfuhr ich mitunter, dass fast ausschlie\u00dflich nachhaltigen und biologischen Gesichtspunkten entsprechende Erzeugnisse von regionalen Partnern eingekauft werden.\u00a0Daumen hoch also von mir f\u00fcr die Stub&#8217;n.\u00a0Auch Nahrungsmittelallergiker k\u00f6nnen \u00a0genussvoll schlemmen.
