Vor allem, wenn man in die liebevoll geschm\u00fcckten Schaufenster der Boutiquen, L\u00e4den und Kaufh\u00e4user blickt. Alles lockt mit weihnachtlicher Dekoration, ist sch\u00f6n geschm\u00fcckt und erfreut die verschiedenen Sinne. Besonders ansprechend f\u00fcr mich ist es, wenn es nat\u00fcrlich um Essbares geht und einem beim n\u00e4heren Blick auf die Produkte bzw. gef\u00fcllten Theken, das Wasser im Mund zusammenl\u00e4uft. Eine Anlaufstelle, bei der es mir\u00a0seit Jahren wie beschrieben geht, ist Neuhaus auf der Theatinerstra\u00dfe. Auch, und ganz besonders zur aktuellen Vorweihnachtszeit, gibt es in dem hochwertigen Pralinenladen mit bester belgischer Schokolade, immer wieder unglaublich feine K\u00f6stlichkeiten zu entdecken. F\u00fcr mich eine der besten Hotspots f\u00fcr Pralinen mit bester Qualit\u00e4t. Seit kurzem ist das Neuhaus Weihnachtssortiment 2018 verf\u00fcgbar und ich will es mit euch teilen.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Das Neuhaus Weihnachtssortiment 2018<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Wie auch letztes Jahr (<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/neuhaus-weihnachtssortiment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a> den Beitrag \u00fcber das Neuhaus Weihnachtssortiment 2017 nachlesen), wird es auch heuer zur Weihnachtszeit, ganz besonders k\u00f6stlich. Ein Produkt bzw. Weihnachtsartikel, welcher mich letztes Jahr mitunter am meisten begeisterte, war \u2013 und ist auch dieses Jahr \u2013 die <strong>&#8222;Premiumbox&#8220;<\/strong>, mit 62 verschiedenen Neuhaus-Pralinen. Ich gebe zu, schon letztes Jahr hat die Box nicht lange bei mir \u00fcberlebt und auch heuer, mit Facelift und folglich noch schickerem Design, z\u00e4hlt\u00a0die Premiumbox (f\u00fcr 85 Euro) zu meinen Saison-Favoriten.<\/p>\n<p>Auch ganz bezaubernd finde ich die\u00a0<strong>&#8222;Christmas Tree Box&#8220;\u00a0<\/strong>im gleichen weihnachtlichen rot, samt goldenen Verzierungen. In ihr befinden sich 27 unterschiedliche, klassische Neuhaus-Pralinen, angeordnet im weihnachtlichen Tannenbaumform. Mein erster Griff nach dem \u00d6ffnen dieser fiel schon letztes Jahr auf die &#8222;Manon Choco Vanille&#8220;-Praline mit Mousse aus Madagaskar Vanille und Pekannuss.\u00a0 Direkt nach den Irr\u00e9sistibles &#8222;D\u00e9sir&#8220; und &#8222;S\u00e9duction&#8220; \u2013 sprich Krokant mit Ganache aus dunkler Schokolade aus Peru und Krokant mit Himbeer-Buttercreme \u2013 griff ich dann erfreut zur\u00a0&#8222;C\u0153ur Pralin\u00e9&#8220; mit Haselnuss- und Mandelnugat. In ihnen sind feinste, handgemachte Neuhaus Tr\u00fcffel, gef\u00fcllt mit Buttercreme und ummantelt mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht von dunkler Schokolade versteckt. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt probieren, wenn ihr auf Tr\u00fcffel steht oder aber jemanden beschenken m\u00f6chtet, dem ihr eine gewisse Expertise in Sachen Tr\u00fcffel- und Schokoladenqualit\u00e4t zutraut. Mit &#8222;Tiramisu&#8220;, &#8222;Apfelstrudel&#8220; und &#8222;Cheesecake&#8220; wurde hier meiner Meinung nach voll ins Schwarze getroffen (anders gesagt: Sie schmecken alle samt einfach nur geil! ;-)). Kreiert wurden diese anl\u00e4sslich des 60. Jahrestages der &#8222;Caprice&#8220;, wobei die Neuhaus-Ma\u00eetres Chocolatiers f\u00fcr diese Limited Edition ein neues kulinarische Erlebnis geschaffen haben. Die drei neuen Sorten \u00fcberzeugen nicht nur durch eine neu erschaffene Textur, sondern auch mit spannenden Geschmackskreationen. &#8222;Apfelstrudel&#8220; punktet mit einem Kern sahniger Milchganache, angereichert mit Apfel und Rosinen, umh\u00fcllt von handgefertigten Krokant und \u00fcberzogen mit belgischer Milchschokolade. Vollendet mit einem leichten Funkeln von Zimtkeksen. &#8222;Tiramisu&#8220; zeigt sich als unwiderstehliche Kombination von Tiramisu und Milchschokoladenganache in einem handgefertigten Kaffee-Krokant. Alles \u00fcberzogen mit einer Schicht intensiv belgischer Zartbitterschokolade und besprenkelt mit Geb\u00e4ckst\u00fcckchen. Mein Favorit in dieser Box, die Irr\u00e9sistible-Praline &#8222;Cheesecake&#8220;, welche als sahniger K\u00e4serkuchen in einer Ganache aus wei\u00dfer Schokoladen-K\u00e4se-Creme, \u00fcberzogen mit knusprigem Schokoladenkrokant und umh\u00fcllt in zartschmelzender wei\u00dfer Schokolade besticht. Gibt es nicht dauerhaft.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Wieder was f\u00fcr&#8217;s Auge und das ideale Geschenk f\u00fcr Weihnachten, die <strong>&#8222;Christmas Cracker&#8220;<\/strong> in rot und in gr\u00fcn, verpackt in eine glitzernden und weihnachtlich gestalteten Geschenkbox (in der kleinen Variante f\u00fcr 11 Euro). Die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Variante (rot), enth\u00e4lt 12 feinste alkoholfreie Pralinen in Milch-, dunkler- und wei\u00dfer Schokolade; die gr\u00fcne Weihnachtsbaum Box beinhaltet acht St\u00fcck. Einzeln verpackt, geht es los mit Milchschokolade samt Butterkeksen aus der Bretagne; Milchschokolade mit Mont\u00e9limar-Nougat; dunkler Schokolade mit salzigem Karamell aus Isigny; dunkler Schokolade mit Ganache und Kakao-Nibs; dunkler Schokolade mit Pralin\u00e9 und karamellisierter Haselnuss; Block aus reinem Gianduja; Milchschokolade mit Mandel-Haselnuss-Pralin\u00e9 und Milchschokolade mit Pralin\u00e9 und karamellisierten Haselnussst\u00fccken. Klingt doch gut, oder?<\/p>\n<p>Was nat\u00fcrlich nicht fehlen darf sind die ebenfalls in ansprechendem Design gestalteten <strong>Neuhaus Adventskalender<\/strong>. Diese gibt es auch heuer wieder in zwei verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen bzw. zus\u00e4tzlich als<strong> &#8222;Winterwonderland 3D Adventskalender&#8220;<\/strong> in ansprechendem Neuhaus-rot. Da ich mich bei meiner Shopping-Tour bereits ordentlich ausgetobt hatte, w\u00e4hlte ich f\u00fcr dieses Jahr \u2013 wie immer, ganz bescheiden in Sachen Schokolade \ud83d\ude09 \u2013 nur die kleine Variante (f\u00fcr 29 Euro). Wer zuschl\u00e4gt, den erwarten 24 weich-gef\u00fcllten Pralinen sowie witzigen Figuren. Von den Klassikern, bis hin zu den oben erw\u00e4hnten &#8222;Limited Editions&#8220; in Form der neuen Irr\u00e9sistibles, d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr jeden Pralinen- und Schokoladenfan das richtige dabei sein. Mir zumindest geht bei jedem Besuch auf der Theatinerstra\u00dfe das Herz auf. Eines teilt sich das komplette Sortiment: Ein f\u00fcr Neuhaus \u00fcbliches, aufw\u00e4ndiges und sehr detailverliebtes sowie stimmiges Verpackungsdesign. Ich gebe zu, so leicht fiel es mir\u00a0auch heuer nicht, mich f\u00fcr bestimmte Produkte\u00a0zu entscheiden, weil ich bei Neuhaus einfach immer etwas finde und mir bis dato noch nie etwas nicht geschmeckt hat. (Auch ein hei\u00dfer Tipp von mir: Nehmt euch ein P\u00e4ckchen Elisenlebkuchen mit.) Ich kann euch au\u00dferdem nur empfehlen pers\u00f6nlich vorbeizukommen, auch wenn der Online-Shop von Neuhaus das komplette Sortiment f\u00fcr das Web-Shopping bereith\u00e4lt sowie die Preise der Produkte aufzeigt. Es macht in der Neuhaus-Boutique einfach noch mehr Spa\u00df zu st\u00f6bern, sich beraten zu lassen und auch verkosten zu d\u00fcrfen. Dazu f\u00e4llt die Entscheidung leichter, wenn man die einzelnen Kollektionen auch vergleichen und in verpackter Form anfassen kann.\u00a0Jetzt bleibt mir nur noch \u00fcbrig, euch eine wundersch\u00f6ne Vorweihnachtszeit zu w\u00fcnschen und meine Pralinen zu mir auf&#8217;s Sofa zu holen.
