So kommt es nat\u00fcrlich auch bei mir immer wieder vor, dass ich von neuen Produkten und K\u00f6stlichkeiten erfahre, probieren darf und sofort begeistert bin. J\u00fcngst ging es mir so mit Fabbri 1905 in Verbindung mit den Fabbri Amarenakirschen. Zugegeben, Amarenakirschen standen bis dato eher weniger auf meinem Speise- bzw. &#8222;Cheating Day&#8220;-Plan, wenn&#8217;s eben auch mal was S\u00fc\u00dfes sein durfte &#8211; das sieht jetzt anders aus. Der Grund: Fabbri Amarenakirschen, welche ich im Rahmen eines kleinen Tasting n\u00e4her kennenlernen durfte. Die Sirups von Fabbri.<\/p><\/div>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Die Amarenakirsche<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Bevor es ans Verkosten f\u00fcr mich ging, machte ich mich \u00fcber die kleine rote Frucht erst einmal ein wenig schlauer. So bezeichnet man bei uns in Deutschland jene Kirschen als Amarenakirschen, die in Sirup eingelegt sind und eben der Sauerkirschsorte &#8222;Amarena&#8220; zugeordnet werden. Insgesamt gibt es drei Sauerkirsch-Hauptsorten; die Amarenakirsche wird hierbei \u00fcberwiegen als Beilage zum Dessert oder auch beim Eisbecher verwendet. Die Amarenakirsche selbst ist aber wesentlich vielseitiger einsetzbar und so auch ein gekonnter Begleiter bei der Herstellung von Kuchen, Torten, Pralinen oder anderen Vorspeisen. Auch als Zugabe zu einem prickelnden Getr\u00e4nk, lassen sich die kleinen roten Beeren ideal kombinieren. Der Sirup, in welchen die Amarenakirschen im italienischen Stil eingelegt werden, besteht vorrangig aus eigenem Saft, Zucker und etwas Zitronens\u00e4ure. Da es viele (italienische) Anbieter von Amarenakirschen in Sirup gibt \u2013 gute und weniger gute \u2013, hat nat\u00fcrlich jeder Hersteller sein eigenes Betriebsgeheimnis, wie die Amarenakirschen samt Sirup noch besser und schmackhafter gemacht werden k\u00f6nnen. Ganz weit oben in Sachen Qualit\u00e4t und Amarenakirsch-Genuss: Fabbri 1905 aus Bologna, welche mit ihren blau verzierten, wei\u00dfen Gl\u00e4sern als Benchmark f\u00fcr die &#8222;perfekte Amarenakirsche&#8220; in Italien gelten. Und jetzt stellt euch vor ihr \u00f6ffnet den Deckel, es klackt und ihr seht vor euch eine dunkelrot schimmernde Oberfl\u00e4che, welche das obere Drittel der saftig gl\u00e4nzenden Amarenakirschen in Sirup freigeben. Ja genau, so ging es mir auch: Man will eigentlich nur noch mit dem L\u00f6ffelchen (&#8230;oder gleich mit dem Finger&#8230;? ;-)) in das Gl\u00e4schen tauchen und die Kirschen verkosten. Ganz klar, das geht pur, oder wie oben beschrieben zum Eis oder Dessert. Auch lassen sich die Amarenakirschen \u2013 in abgetropfter Form \u2013 ideal beim Sonntags-Brunch einsetzen und zum Beispiel als kleines s\u00fc\u00dfes Topping im Proseccoglas oder auf den frischen Waffeln als Topping anwenden. Einfach lecker und immer ein &#8222;Zuckerl on the top&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>In einem Gl\u00e4schen bzw. T\u00f6pfchen Fabbri Amarenakirschen sind ca. 230 Gramm Amarenakirschen inkl. Sirup. Die Fabbri-Schokoladensauce<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -0px;\"><b>Das weitere Sortiment von Fabbri 1905<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Das Sortiment von Fabbri 1905 umfasst noch zahlreiche weitere Produkte. Mein Favorit neben den Amarenakirschen, sind die verschiedenen Sorten Sirup, welche f\u00fcr ein wenig Abwechslung im Wasserglas sorgen. Mit Erdbeere, Holunderbl\u00fcte, Grenadine und Amarena-Kirsche (&#8230;da haben wir sie wieder&#8230;) gibt es genug Auswahl und es wird nicht \u00f6de. Am besten hat mir der Sirup mit der Geschmackssorte\u00a0Amarena-Kirsche geschmeckt.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Sortiment geh\u00f6ren au\u00dferdem eingelegte &#8222;Bab\u00e0&#8220;. Das sind hohe, runde Napfkuchen aus s\u00fc\u00dfem Hefeteig, welche nach dem Backen mit einer Mischung aus L\u00e4uterzucker und Rum getr\u00e4nkt werden. Nichts f\u00fcr den empfindlichen Magen, aber um den Hei\u00dfhunger nach S\u00fc\u00dfem schnell und mit nur einem Happen zu stillen, ideal. Was ich eher selten benutze (&#8230;aber eigentlich gar nicht mal so \u00fcbel ist ;-)&#8230;) ist Schokoladensauce.
