Sorten\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Vor kurzem habe ich euch \u00fcber Dafg\u00e5rds berichtet (<a href=\"http:\/\/biancas-blog.de\/alle\/dafgards-schwedische-produkte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>hier nachlesen<\/em><\/a>). Dafg\u00e5rds ist der Hersteller der weltweit bekannten K\u00f6llbullar sowie Produzent von 80.000 Tonnen hochwertiger Tiefk\u00fchlprodukte aus dem Premium-Sektor. Ein Produkt davon, welches vor allem bei den Schweden, mit \u00fcber 40 Millionen verkauften St\u00fcck pro Jahr, zu den Dauerbrennern geh\u00f6rt, ist Billys. Billys ist ein Pizza Snack, welchen es in zahlreichen Sorten gibt, in zwei Minuten verzehrfertig sowie f\u00fcr die Mikrowelle geeignet ist. Als Fan von &#8222;Kleinen Happen zwischendurch&#8220; wurde Billys von mir genauer unter die Lupe genommen.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 15px; margin-bottom: -7px;\"><b>Billys Pizza Snack kennenlernen<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>Gefunden habe ich die Billys Pizza Snacks im Tiefk\u00fchlfach von Edeka bei mir um die Ecke. Zu bekommen sind sie aktuell in einigen ausgew\u00e4hlten Edeka S\u00fcdbayern M\u00e4rkten, bald kommt Nordbayern dazu. Mitgenommen habe ich mir die Sorten &#8222;Original&#8220;, &#8222;Veggi&#8220;, &#8222;Peperoni&#8220; und &#8222;Chicken Fajita&#8220; &#8211; sprich alle Sorten, welche aktuell auf dem Deutschen Markt vertreten sind. Letztere ist die neuste Sorte und erst seit kurzem bei uns zu haben. Schon bei der Auswahl meiner Sorten am Eisfach gefiel mir, dass es auch f\u00fcr Leute, die auf Fleisch verzichten wollen eine Variante gibt, genauso wie f\u00fcr\u00a0Liebhaber leichter Sch\u00e4rfe bzw. W\u00fcrze.\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">Doch warum hat Billys \u00fcberhaupt mein Interesse geweckt? &#8211; Einmal, weil es ein schneller Sattmacher f\u00fcr jene Tage ist,\u00a0an welchen mir auch mal eine kleine \u201ekalorische S\u00fcnde\u201c geg\u00f6nnt sei; zum anderen, weil es sehr schnell geht und es in Deutschland bis dato keinen Snack gab, der Pizza in diesem Stil und ohne Rand (!) anbietet. Auch darauf setzt Dafg\u00e5rds mit seinen Billys: Kein gro\u00dfer Aufwand mit dem Snack, bis der kleine Hunger zwischendurch gestillt ist &#8211; in Zahlen: Zwei Minuten. Nichts weiter als ein Eckchen von der Verpackung muss weggeschnitten werden und dann kann Billys schon \u2013inklusive Verpackung\u00a0 (!) \u2013 f\u00fcr 120 Sekunden (bei 750 Watt) in die Mikrowelle. Ich habe die Zeit genutzt um ein wenig auf die H\u00fclle und die N\u00e4hrwerte zu gucken. Knapp 430 Kilokalorien hat die &#8222;Original&#8220;-Variante. Das liegt einerseits an dem reichlich auf dem ca. 2,5 cm dickem und sehr weichem Teig platzierten K\u00e4se, andererseits eben an dem verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig recht dickem Teig. So schmeckt der randlose Snack am besten.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Nach dem ich inzwischen alle Sorten durch habe steht mein Fazit, bzw. meines und das meiner Mitesser: Auf Platz eins, die &#8222;Billys Original&#8220; Variante. Einfach allein schon deshalb, weil\u00a0man mit Schinken und geschmolzenem K\u00e4se nicht viel falsch machen kann, zum anderen, weil es am meisten an eine &#8222;klassische Pizza&#8220; mit dickem Boden erinnert. Rand abschneiden oder &#8222;sich m\u00fchsam zur Mitte vor beissen&#8220; f\u00e4llt hier weg, weil&#8217;s eben keinen Rand gibt. Der erste Bissen schmeckt also so gut wie der letzte. Mit ca. 7-8 gro\u00dfen Bissen ist der Snack verputzt und der Bauch voll. Nach einem ist das V\u00f6llegef\u00fchl \u2013 so zumindest bei mir \u2013 gleich null, satt ist man aber trotzdem. Isst man mehr davon, kann nat\u00fcrlich, wie bei anderen Snacks und &#8222;Fastfood&#8220;-Produkten, schnell ein solches Aufkommen. Auf Platz zwei ist bei mir die vegetarische Variante. Ich habe sehr lange selbst auf Fleisch verzichtet und habe auch jetzt nicht jeden Tag Steak, Schnitzel und Wurst auf dem Teller, dennoch mag ich gerne Fleisch essen. Es geht aber auch ohne Fleisch.\u00a0Peperoni w\u00fcrde ich pers\u00f6nlich nicht\u00a0oft kaufen, da es mir zu scharf ist und ich kein allzu gro\u00dfer Salami-Fan bin &#8211; ausprobieren wollte ich es trotzdem. Die neue Sorte &#8222;Chicken Fajita&#8220; ist f\u00fcr mich auch eher w\u00fcrzig und geht geschmacklich etwas weg vom klassischen &#8222;Pizza-Stil&#8220;. Zwar isst man Billys sortenunabh\u00e4ngig immer mit der Hand, wie ein St\u00fcck Pizza eben, der durchaus k\u00f6stliche Belag \u2013 H\u00fchnchen und K\u00e4se \u2013 w\u00fcrde auch bei mir gelegentlich auf dem Pizzaboden laden. Dieser im \u00dcbrigen ist sehr weich, dick und soft. Wenn ihr Billys also aus der Mikrowelle holt, knuspert nichts, es tropft und kleckst auch nichts daneben. Geschmacklich sind die Billys nicht schlecht und in Bezug auf Snacks, ist Billys f\u00fcr mich eine gelungene Alternative. Sch\u00f6n finde ich, dass es auch eine vegetarische Variante gibt, die ich auch zu probieren besonders ans Herz legen w\u00fcrde. Der Teig wird gegebenenfalls nicht munden, wenn ihr keine Pizzen im &#8222;American Style&#8220; m\u00f6gt. Sprich dicker, luftiger Teig, der beim Reinbeissen zusammensinkt. Ich bevorzuge zwar auch die flache, italienische Pizza, kann das aber auch genie\u00dfen. Dass Billys keinen Rand hat und zu 100\u00a0% \u00fcberall gleich schmeckt, gibt ebenfalls einen Daumen hoch. Wenn ihr kleine Kiddies habt, die eben ab einen gewissen Alter auch schon allein an die Mikrowelle ran d\u00fcrfen, dann tut euch mal ein paar der bunt verpackten Pizza-Snacks nach Hause und urteilt selbst, wie ihr das schwedische Snack-Wunder findet.
